Not even when she felt her panties being pulled down her legs. She immediately tried to close her legs, but Ian cupped her mound in one big hand and played his fingers through her labia.

“So fucking wet.”

Ian’s gruff voice made her sex clench, and she bit back the urge to beg him to fuck her. She had just enough brain cells left to know that would be crossing a line. One she couldn’t come back from.

But Ian was intent on stealing every last bit of control from her with Ben’s assistance.

“I’m going to make you come with my mouth first.” He sounded so reasonable while she felt like she was losing her mind. “Then I’m going to take you while you suck on Ben’s dick. And I’m going to watch you and that’s going to make me even hotter.”

She felt Ben still against her, his mouth hot on the skin just beneath her breast before he huffed out a groan.

“Jesus, Ian.”

Watching Ian as closely as she was, she noticed the quick, hard grin he aimed at Ben.

“You started this.”

Ben’s lips curved against her skin, and she knew he was smiling.

“So I did.” Ben lifted his head to stare down at Dorrie. “You’re not complaining, are you?’

She shook her head, not knowing how to respond. Damn it, why was she so bad at this?

Something of her frustration must have showed on her face because Ben’s smile disappeared. “Dorrie? You still with us?”

She blinked. Her lips parted but her brain was stuck in a loop and she couldn’t think of a damn thing to say.

“Dorrie. Look at me.”

Ian’s command made her attention snap back to him. “Say it. Whatever it is. Nothing’s out of line here. It’s only us.”

And these two men wanted her. That still baffled her mind but she was so turned on, she couldn’t think about that.

“I want you to fuck me and I want to suck on Ben.”

Coming out of her mouth like that, she sounded dirty. Not at all like herself. She liked it. She especially liked the smile on Ian’s face after she’d said it. And wondered what else she’d have the courage to say.

“See?” Ian leaned forward, hands high on the inside of her thighs, spreading her open. “That wasn’t so hard, now, was it?”

“I hope it is.”

Ian’s smile faded as Ben actually huffed out a laugh.

“Trust me. You don’t have to worry about me not being able to get it up for you.” Ian shook his head. “The first time I saw you I got hard. I never reacted to another woman that way in my life.”

She wanted him to continue but he leaned forward again to put his mouth on her now-bare pussy.

Ian’s tongue played amazing and wonderful designs over her clit, making her eyes roll back in her head. Ben picked up where he’d left off at her breasts but soon made his way back to her mouth.

Ben kissed like a master, like he enjoyed the hell out of it. Like he enjoyed kissing her.

Caught between them, she didn’t really have a chance in hell of holding out for long.

And when she came seconds later, her body trapped between these men, she let herself go, let herself ride out that wave of pleasure without the slightest bit of hesitancy.

Her arms snapped taut in Ben’s hands as her legs fought to close against Ian’s hold.

It was the hardest, most exhilarating climax she’d ever had in her life.

“Jesus, Dorrie. You’re fucking beautiful. And I can’t fucking wait.”

She barely heard Ian’s voice over her own heavy breathing, but she felt him shifting, felt the brush of his thighs against hers as Ben’s mouth covered hers again. This time, Ben held nothing back.

And she felt herself drowning in emotion.

MShe realized Ben had released her hands and she sank them into his hair, vaguely hearing the crinkle of foil as Ben’s tongue lashed at hers.

Then she was moaning into Ben’s mouth as Ian’s fingers slid inside her sex, already slick with desire. Ian didn’t rush. He invaded her with a slow, steady push that filled her but not enough.

She needed more, needed something she’d never even thought to consider.

Tugging at Ben’s hair until he pulled back, she looked into his eyes. “Take your pants off now.”

Oh my god, was this really her? Had she just asked this man, a man she’d met
yesterday
, to take his pants off so she could give him a blowjob?

Holy hell, she had.

And the smile on Ben’s face made her light up inside as Ian made her gasp by slowly twisting his fingers. Her hips swiveled, trying to get Ian to give her more.

As Ben pulled away, her gaze locked with Ian’s as he slowly withdrew his fingers and wrapped his hand around his cock. Her gaze followed his down and she watched him stroke his erection, thick, wide, and already sheathed in a condom.

“Watch me sink inside you and then you can give Ben your mouth. But I want you to watch every single second until I tell you to stop.”

She nodded, her mouth dry and her brain unable to put two words together.

Putting his hands on her hips, he pulled her closer, while Ben released his zipper. Her attention torn, she blinked but Ian’s intense gaze kept hers from straying. When her ass met his knees, she arched just enough to slide onto his thighs. Pointing his cock down, he brushed the tip against her labia and sent a shock of electricity through her.

“Dorrie. Open your eyes.”

She hadn’t realized she’d closed them. She snapped them open in time to see him push inside.

Her breath caught in her throat as he spread her wide, filling her to the point that she wanted to squirm, needed to move. He held her steady as he pulled her onto his cock until the wiry hair at the base teased her labia.

Then he stopped. His chest rose and fell in a steadily increasing rhythm but he held here there until—

“Dorrie.”

Ben’s voice dragged her gaze away from Ian, her body quivering in anticipation, which only increased when she saw Ben peering down at her. And his cock standing firm against his stomach as he bent closer to her.

Without a word, she reached for Ben’s erection, wrapped her hand around it, and tugged him closer. He obeyed in a flash, coming close enough that her head could rest against his thigh and her mouth was within reach.

All inhibitions gone for now, she lifted her head and closed the space between them, opening her mouth around his cock and sucking him inside.

Eyes closed now, Dorrie felt every sensation intensify. The heat of Ben’s cock against her tongue. The thickness of Ian’s shaft inside her sex. For several long seconds, she let herself simply soak in the moment.

Until she heard Ben groan and his hand tightened in her hair. She thought for a moment he was going to take charge, but in the next second, his hand loosened though he didn’t release her.

“You’re in charge, sweetheart. I’m all yours.”

Ben’s words were barely audible but she took them to heart. And sucked him even deeper.

“Fuck.” Ian’s obscenity was a growl. Then he started to move.

His first full thrust nearly made her choke but Ben anticipated and pulled back just enough. Then Ian retreated and she urged Ben deeper.

Quicker than she could believe, they found a rhythm that worked.

And Dorrie sank deeper into a sensuality she had no context for. With her inhibitions gone, she played her tongue and teeth along Ben’s cock, learning what made him pant and what made him groan, while Ian did the same to her.

Ian’s thumb found her clit and he worked it with a ruthless determination to wring every last ounce of pleasure out of her. As Ian worked her body into a sexual frenzy, Ben began to move, fucking her mouth with slow, deliberate thrusts.

And as she lost even more of her grip on reality, she gave herself over to them. Let them take her and give her so much incredible joy that she wasn’t sure she hadn’t passed out.

And when Ian picked up his pace, she clenched around him and felt his cock twitch and begin to throb inside her.

But her second orgasm didn’t hit her until Ben pulled away from her mouth and she felt his release hit her breasts.

Then she took a deep breath and sank into the comforter in a fuzzy haze of pleasure.

Chapter Six

Ben wondered how long it would take Ian to slip away.

But after five minutes, his cousin showed no signs of leaving and Ben breathed a silent sigh of relief.

Dorrie had gone limp between them, her forehead pressed against Ben’s shoulder as she lay on her side while Ian stretched out behind her, one hand on her hip.

Feeling pretty pleased with himself and wondering when they could start again, Ben caught his breath for another minute before rolling out of bed to head to the bathroom. When he re-opened the door, he saw Dorrie scoot to the side of the bed and approach him. Her smile when she met his eyes was sweet but fleeting as she closed the door behind her.

Grabbing his boxers off the floor, he pulled them on and sat on the chair on the far side of the room. He didn’t want to make Dorrie uncomfortable, although after what they’d done that might seem stupid. But he had the feeling Dorrie wasn’t going to just fall back into their bed and life would go on to be rainbows and hearts.

Or anything close to normal.

Especially not with Ian. His cousin continued to lie on his back, staring at the ceiling.

For the first time in their lives, Ben didn’t know what to say to Ian so he figured he should probably keep his mouth shut until he did.

When Dorrie opened the door a minute or so later, both he and Ian turned to watch her. She wore one of Ian’s t-shirts, which reached to mid-thigh.

“I found it on the back of the door. Hope you don’t mind?”

She addressed her question to Ian, and Ben couldn’t help the way his gut clenched as he waited for his cousin to respond.

“Of course not.” Ian stood and headed for the bathroom but just as he was about to pass Dorrie, he stopped and ran a finger along her jaw.

The small motion made Dorrie blink as Ian disappeared behind the closed door.

Then she sucked in a shaky breath and turned to Ben.

“I can’t stay.” She practically blurted out the words then grimaced before shaking her head. “Sorry. I need to get back to my office to check on Blank. I just need my clothes.”

Ben nodded. “Sure. I think I saw your panties on the end of the bed. I’ll go get your dress.”

With another woman he might’ve teased, might’ve tried to entice her back into bed. But not Dorrie.

Gut instinct made him smile as he rose and headed for the door. But not before brushing his hand against hers as he passed. And when she flexed her fingers and returned the caress, his grin widened.

It only took him a minute to retrieve her dress, but by the time he returned, Ian and Dorrie were squared off against one another.

Dorrie had her hands on her slim hips, looking amazingly perfectly in just her lace bra and panties.

“—perfectly capable of taking a cab back to my office.”

Shit. Ian had his arms crossed over his chest and a look on his face Ben knew really well.

“And I told you, you don’t have to. We’ll drive you.”

Ben stepped into the bedroom with his hands spread. “Hey, what—”

“Sex doesn’t give you the automatic right to make my decisions for me.”

The stubborn look on Dorrie’s face made Ben’s gaze narrow. Jesus, what the fuck had he missed in a minute?

Ian’s jaw clenched, and for a second Ben was worried his cousin was going to roll his eyes. And Dorrie would’ve smacked him. Not that Ian wouldn’t have deserved it.

But then Ian sucked in a deep breath, and Ben could practically see his cousin force himself to remain calm.

“I’m not trying to make your decisions. What I’m saying is, you don’t need to take a taxi. We can take you. If you don’t want to go with me, I’m sure Ben would be more than happy to give you a ride.”

Stepping between them before Ian managed to say something else to piss her off, Ben leveled a smile at her, one that rarely missed its mark.

To her credit, Dorrie looked at him and barely registered it. But she did suck in a breath and keep quiet.

Then she shook her head, but he didn’t think she knew she’d done it. “I’m sorry. That was… Sure. Ben, if you don’t mind, could you take me back to my office? I really do need to check on Blank.”

“Absolutely. Do you want something to drink before you leave? Ian could—”

“No.” Her abrupt response made Ian’s gaze narrow. “I don’t need a drink. I just—”

Need to leave
were probably about to be the next words out of her mouth, but she shook her head and looked away. “I just really need to check on Blank. I’ll just…wait downstairs.”

Then she slipped out of the room and Ben turned to Ian. They stared at each other for several seconds until Ben was sure she’d gone downstairs.

“What the fuck?”

Ben kept his voice low so Dorrie wouldn’t hear, but he made sure Ian could. When Ian didn’t respond right away, Ben was about to repeat himself until Ian just shook his head.

“Don’t start in on me. Christ, I only asked her if she wanted to spend the night.”

Ben couldn’t help himself. He rolled his eyes. “Jesus, Ian. How are you so fucking clueless about women?”

Ben swore he heard Ian grinding his teeth.

“I’m not.” Ian shoved one hand through his hair. “Usually.”

“So it’s just this one?”

Ian looked like he wanted to strangle Ben. “Take her to the office and offer to wait to take her home.”

“You don’t think I know that?”

“Ben. Just don’t. Not now.”

“You’re right. Not now. But we’re having this conversation when I get back.”

Ian paused for a second before he nodded. “Fine. When you get back. There’s something you’re gonna need to know.”

Fuck, fuck, and fuck.
Ian’s expression told Ben whatever it was Ian had to say, he wasn’t going to like it.

“Fine. Just…don’t fucking implode by the time I get back.”

Two minutes later, Ben was dressed and taking the stairs two at a time to get back to Dorrie. He was almost afraid he’d find her out the door and halfway down the street.

Instead, she sat on the very edge of the couch, dressed, purse in hand. She must’ve brushed her hair, but he wanted to tell her he actually loved to see her look like she’d just climbed out of their bed. Which she had.

But Ian had already stuck his foot in his mouth and Ben didn’t want her to withdraw any more. He was beginning to realize Dorrie was going to take a little more work on his part. But damn, if he didn’t think she’d be worth the effort.

“Hey, you ready to go?”

She popped off the couch as if he’d startled her but she nodded quickly. And when he reached for her hand, she took his as he led her back through the house.

“You really don’t have to shuttle me around. I can—”

“You know that’s against the guy code, right?”

Ben had had a few minutes while he was dressing to figure out how to handle this situation, and he’d realized she responded better when you made her think.

Emotions seemed to knock her off kilter. But curiosity…that made her engage.

For all her natural reserve—and she had a moat’s worth of it—she was intensely curious. And she didn’t have a lot of experience with men. That was pure intuition on his part, but he was pretty damn sure he was right about that.

For some reason, Ian had snuck under that gate she kept on her feelings. And Ben had managed to shove it up a little higher.

If he and Ian worked together, they might actually manage to get her to open up to them completely.

And Ben wanted that. Wanted her to continue to open up to them. But that could mean slowing his normal pace of seduction. Which, he had to admit, was usually breakneck.

He usually didn’t see a need to take things slow but with Dorrie… Yeah, he was going to have to rethink that.

“What code is that?”

“Not sure exactly what number the actual rule is but when you pick a girl up at her home, you drop her off there again at the end of the night.”

“But you’re not taking me home.”

“True. But I am taking you where you want to go so basically it’s the same thing.”

“Oh.”

She didn’t say anything else as he got them on the road again.

There was still a decent amount of traffic on the streets at one a.m. and it seemed like all the lights were against them. But that didn’t bother him. He wanted to spend more time with her.

His plans for the night had been derailed. Not that he was complaining, but he had a feeling she was going to need some petting if he wanted her to say yes when he asked her out again.

He didn’t think, if he asked her right now, that she’d agree.

“So how long has Blank been with you?”

“Two years.”

“And you need him…why?”

He wondered if she’d answer. The last time he’d touched on this subject she’d shut him down faster than a politician being questioned about his campaign finances.

“My family thinks I need Blank to be safe.”

“And your family are…?”

“Overprotective.”

He thought about letting the subject drop, knew she might shut him down and shut him out completely. But he also knew she was a little more vulnerable right now. And he was enough of a tactician to realize he needed answers and now was the time to get them.

“Is there a reason for that?”

He felt her gaze on him and knew she’d turned to stare at him.

“Why do you want to know?” she finally asked.

“Because you fascinate me and I want to know more about you.”

He shot her a glance and found her shaking her head. “I don’t understand your reasoning.”

“Sometimes there’s no rhyme or reason to chemistry, babe. Sometimes, it just is.”

He heard her take a deep breath.

“And that’s what’s happening between us. Chemistry.” She paused. “And where does that leave Ian?”

“That’s up to Ian and you. I can tell you exactly where I want to be. Right now, that’s with you. If I’d had my way, you’d still be in bed between us and we’d be having a lot more fun. But that’s not what you wanted so I’m taking you back to where you feel safe. Next time, maybe you’ll feel safe enough to stay.”

She was quiet for at least a minute. “And if I’m not?”

Yeah, he was worried about that, too. “Then we’ll take it slower until you are.”

“What if that’s not what Ian wants?’

Her voice had dropped to a whisper but he didn’t pretend not to hear her.

“Then that’s his loss. But I’m not giving up on you without a fight, Dorrie. So be prepared.”

“Prepared for what?”

And there was that curiosity.

“For my full-on assault against your defenses.”

When he slid her a quick glance, he saw her lips quirked in a small smile. Good. He was making headway.

“What exactly did you do in the Army?”

He didn’t answer right away as he spotted a parking spot close to her building and maneuvered into it with one of the skills Uncle Sam had taught him. He’d spent more than his share of time in tiny Middle Eastern towns where the streets were only wide enough for one car at a time and pedestrians were a constant hazard.

When he turned off the car and turned to face her, he found her watching him.

“Go out with me again and I’ll tell you.”

He saw her blink, saw the quick smile that curved her lips then the quick worry that wiped away the smile.

He wanted to jump in, wanted to reassure her every worry. Instead, he shut his mouth and let her work through it.

“What about Ian?”

He didn’t bullshit her and tell her that Ian had nothing to do with this, that whatever “this” was, it was between them.

But he wasn’t stupid enough to say it because it wasn’t true. He’d have to deal with the fallout from tonight because he was the one who’d brought it on to begin with. But he wasn’t going to sidestep her questions or talk around what had happened. You didn’t do yourself any favors if you didn’t face things head on.

“I want you. I think I made that pretty clear tonight. I can’t speak for Ian. You have to talk to him. But right now, I’m telling you. I want to see you again. I want to take you out again. I want to get to know you better. And if you’re willing, I absolutely want to get you in bed again. Whether that’s with Ian or not, either way is fine with me. It’s up to you, Dorrie.”

As she stared at him with wide eyes, he leaned over and kissed her. And smiled when she kissed him back before he drew away and got out of the car.

She let him help her out, let him hold her hand as he walked her to the door. Then she stopped, just before she grabbed the handle to open it.

“I do want to see you again.” Her cheeks flushed but she held his gaze. “And I did have a good time tonight.”

His smile grew with each of her declarations until he grinned at her and she shook her head with a shy smile.

“Then what are you doing tomorrow night?”

“Nothing that I know of.”

“There’s a showing at a gallery in Old City. We could check it out in the afternoon then get some dinner.”

“You want to see me again tomorrow?”

“Technically, it’ll be later today and, yeah, I do. If you let me, I’ll wait for you while you check on Blank and then I’ll take you home. And if you ask really nice, I’ll let you ask me up to your place.”

Her lips softened until, finally, she grinned. “Do women throw their underwear at you when you smile at them like that?”

“No, but feel free to start.”

She shook her head, but continued to smile. “You don’t have to wait for me.”

“I want to. Let me.”

After a few seconds, she nodded and it was his turn to smile. “Okay.”

He didn’t say anything else, didn’t want to chance her changing her mind.

The building security guard, different than the night before, gave him the once-over before greeting Dorrie with a quiet, “Night, Ms. Haverstick.”

She acknowledged his greeting with a nod, but her hand clenched on his for a split second. And when they got to the elevator, Ben took a second look at the guard.

Nothing stood out about the guy and maybe he was reading too much into something that meant nothing. But he got paid to notice everything so he’d stick this guy’s face in a mental file and go back to focusing on Dorrie.

“So how is Blank? I thought you said he was doing well.”
