The scarred man's face began to rush with colors, first pale white, followed by pink, now a bright cherry red as I held back the oxygen from his lungs. “I'm sorry.” The raspy, airless words were forced out, mouth hardly moving.

“No, oh no,” I said laughing, a deep ominous chuckle that spilled out. “But, you will be. I can tell you that.” A devilish smile tugged up towards my ear.

In one quick swing, my fist connected with his jaw. Holding him still as stone against the wall, I didn't loosen my grip. He tried to claw himself free, prying and digging into my arm, my wrist, but I wasn't letting him go.

He had just fucked with the wrong girl, at the right time. I was right there, there to protect her. I didn't know exactly what drew my eyes in that direction, or why I felt so strongly to look that way.

I was just really glad I did, and so was she.

Punch after punch, my knuckles connected with his face. And I couldn't stop, he had opened Pandora's box. I didn't even see the guy anymore, it was more of just knowing he was there. A dark shade had covered my vision, blurring my surroundings.

The meshed words of someone yelling buzzed against my ears. Drawing me back, yanking me out of my zombie trance. “Silas! Silas, Stop! He's out cold!” Heidi was screaming from behind me.

Shaking my head, I regained control. The man's arms hung by his sides, head slumped against his chest. Releasing my grip, he plopped to the ground, falling to his side. “Fuck! What the fuck!” My hand fell to my hip, the other dragging across my jaw.

“Silas, he's still breathing. He's just out cold.” Heidi was leaning over the man, feeling the pulse in his neck. “Come on, let's go.” She said sternly, looking out onto the sidewalk. Grabbing my arm, she tugged me forcefully. “Let's go!”

Stepping back into the sun, we crossed the street to my bike, still laid on its side. Swiftly, I pulled it back on its wheels, climbing onto the seat. I was surprised that no other cars had come by, we were alone on the road. I haven't gotten completely used to the small town feel yet.

I'd lived here for a couple months now, another move warranted by the Army. My next waiting place until I get deployed again. Most of the other cities I'd been to were over crowded, packed neck high with people. This place was different, it was a close-knit community, where people closed shop for dinner.

Heidi jumped without hesitation onto the bike, wrapping her arms firmly around my chest. And we were gone, wind in our faces, and sun to our backs. I wasn't sure where I was going, or what we were doing. But it felt great to have her there, holding me tightly.

Her slender fingers dug into my stomach, tits pressed tight into my back. Just feeling that, having her there, it sent a smile across my face.

I didn't need to look for her, it was like she was dropped from the sky beside me, waiting for me to rescue her.
Needing me to protect her.

There was no doubt in mind, I would always be there to keep her safe, there was no other option.

We drove for about twenty minutes, pulling into an empty lot of an old mill. Killing the engine, I pressed my heel into the kickstand and got off the bike.

“What the hell was that? Why were you in that alley with that asshole?” Pacing in small circles, I held my hands up to my eyes. They were shaking, covered in blood. I wasn't sure if it was mine, or his. I had cuts running across my knuckles, each digit slowly swelling.

“Did you break anything?” she asked, digging around in her purse.

Wriggling my fingers, they were sore, but I could move them. “No, they're just busted up.”

“Let me see,” she said, tugging a small pouch from her bag. Opening it up, she took out an alcohol wipe and some band-aids.

“You carry that shit with you?”

“You never know when you'll need it.” Holding my palm, she wiped the skin.

Squinting my eyes, the cuts stung under the alcohol. “What the hell was that, Heidi?” I asked, concern coating my tongue.

“That jerk was trying to steal my purse. Said I stole from him or something, I think he was cracked out.” Softly, her delicate hands curled around mine, wrapping my wounds. “Thank you.”

“Don't thank me, there's no way I was going to let some guy beat on a girl. And when I saw it was you—” My voice turned to fire, the image of that man with his hand up filled my mind. “No man will ever lay his hand on you, not on my woman.”

A twinkle sparked in her eye, the bright glimmer flashing briefly before she tugged it back in. “Yeah, and what were you doing down that way?” Pursing her lips, she held my hand up. “There good as new.”

“I was looking for you,” I said, looking beyond my hand, not breaking my stare.

Heidi paused, her entire body freezing its movements. “You were looking for me? Why?”

“Because I haven't heard from you, not after the other night. And I believe you said you would call.” A smug grin filled my face, head tilting back a hair.

“I know, I know.” Her eyes fell to the ground, thumb in her mouth to bite the nail. “My dad said I can't see you again, and to be honest...” Inhaling a deep breath of air, she said, “The whole baby thing, kind of threw me for a loop.”

Laughing, my tongue dragged across my teeth. “And why was that? Because you felt it too and got scared?”

“No!” Heidi spat, snapping her head up. “Don't you think it's too soon to be talking babies?”

“Sweetheart, I live for each day. I never know what's going to happen tomorrow, or a month from now. So when I feel something, I go for it. And trust me, my gut is never wrong.”

“Well, I'm sorry, but I trust no one.”

“Now that's a lie, you trust me.” Tracing her jawline, her neck angled up. “I know you do.”

Her face turned a soft pale pink, the color sliding its hand down her neck. “How can you tell when I don't say it?”

“Because your body tells me everything you don't.” Stepping into her, I wrapped my finger in the loop of her jeans, tugging her against my waist.

Heidi didn't pull away, she didn't resist. She held herself there, letting her body lean into mine. “If my dad finds out I'm with you he's going to kill me.”

“Your daddy needs to know your not his little girl anymore,” I said, bringing my lips to her ear. “You're mine, and you will have my child. I know that too.”

I felt her heart skip, the muscle stopping her chest from rising, body fluttering with a shiver. The quick jolt of her nerves hit my stomach, riding my abs in a wave, stopping at my shoulders.

“I never said I wanted to have a baby.” Her eyes shot up, glaring at me under hooded lids.

“No, you didn't. But you want it now.” I let my lips vibrate over her cheek, the hot air spilling across her skin.

“Silas, how's that going to work? I'm in school, I work. Where does a baby fit in that?”

“It fits, your life can change in an instant. Why worry about the what if's?”

“Trust me, I understand how life can change, I've been there. But I—” I didn't let her finish, my mouth silenced her voice, pressing my lips forcefully against hers.

Her body gave way, tits pushing into my chest, tongue dancing inside my mouth. My cock thickened with her taste, blood rushing down to fill my length. I wanted her again, especially after last time. She left me hard and alone, no pussy for the night.

I wasn't letting her go that easy this time, no way in hell.

Breaking the bond of our lips, a heated tone pushed out from the back of my throat. “I'm fucking you, right here.”

“Here?” she asked, eyes opening wide.

“There's no one around for miles.” Gripping the small of her back, I traced her spine. “And I didn't get to have you outside the other night.” Spinning her shoulder, I pushed her down over my bike.

Her back curved up, arms dangling over the seat. “You're going to fuck me here, like this?” The sound of her zipper hit my ears. “I'm dripping already, fuck, Silas.”

I love that sound.
The harmonic chime of a horny woman, begging me to fuck her with just the tone.

Tearing her pants down over her ass, the plump round cheeks were perched up perfectly for me. Bringing my hand back, I slapped her hard. A quiet whimper fell from her lips, neck snapping up. I was so hard it hurt, the painful erection was scratching to be free. Popping my button, my pants dropped to my ankles. Gripping my thick shaft, I let it break free out of my briefs.

I wanted to feel her, slide my dick into the warmth of her entrance. Slipping her panties to the side, her pussy glistened. The soaked lips were slick with her juice, ready to take my cock.

“I've been thinking about your cunt.” Holding my dick, I tickled her opening with the engorged head. Her body swayed, leaning back as she moaned. “I can't get you out of my mind.”

“Stop teasing, and fuck me already.” Her head looked over her shoulder, eyes slit tight.

Spreading her apart, I let my tip slide in. Holding her ass, my waist shot forward, burying my cock deep inside her. Goosebumps shot over her skin, nails digging into the seat.

Grunting, I felt my balls slap her pussy, hitting her swollen clit. A light sweat broke across her skin, the small beads trailing down over her ribs.

Picking up my pace, her cunt squeezed around my cock, milking me with each pulse. She was hungry for me, squeezing firmly as I pulled back to thrust again. I watched her body quiver against the cold leather, thighs spreading further with wanton need.

Heidi was aching for me, her body pushing back against mine as I threw myself in deeper. Every moan that she released made my dick more rigid, and when I thought I couldn't be any harder, she would squeal. The sound would hit my eardrums, and my cock would twitch. The last drops of blood leaving my brain and making their way down.

My head dipped back, eyes closing tight. Colors shot across my brain, electrifying my nerves. The impulses created a heat in my gut, lighting my core. Her bare pussy, the skin on skin contact, the wetness sheathing my length; all drove my insides into a knotting mess.

I could feel my balls tighten, gripping up in my belly. I was ready to explode, blow my load in her cunt, paint the inside of her walls. Her back lifted off the seat, legs squeezing around my thighs.

“Fuck, Silas. Fuck, harder, fuck me harder.” The airless words floated over her shoulder.

That was it, using the last bit of energy I had left, I pounded her pussy. Thrust after thrust, she rocked her hips backwards. Heidi's spine rolled up, nails clawing at my arm. She had come, the muscles tensing as she fell forward.

My balls were taut, cock pressed in as far as I could go. Pump after pump, the warm come filled her, my body freeing into the only woman I wanted.

The only woman I could picture myself with.

The only woman to ever make the word
family
cross my mind.

Heidi.

Chapter Seven

Heidi

Y
es, that happened. Silas fucked me over his bike, in a dirt parking lot. And every second was the best tick in time I'd ever experienced.

His hardened mass that filled me perfectly, made me quiver from the inside out. The roughness of his hands against my body gave me a sensation that no other guy ever had.

Silas knew what he wanted, and he took it. For some reason, that turned me on. He wasn't a coward, afraid of his own shadow. Unlike the other boys— which is what they were;boys— Silas challenged me.

I hated how the other men in my past all gave in, agreeing with my every notion and opinion. Not Silas, he read me. He paid attention and told me exactly what he wanted to do.

The flutter in my throat, heat rolling and burning my veins, was all new to me. And I wanted more, needed more. I had found my drug, and he went by the name Silas Hamilton.

The wind was blowing my hair, strands thrashing wildly. Tightening my arms around his waist, a torrent of butterflies swarmed my belly.

It was a strange feeling, sitting behind him, and yet it felt so perfect. An overwhelming emotion of that moment being right flooded my senses, turning me to mush.

As if I was meant to find Silas, meant to have him throw himself into my world. A thin smile spread across my face, fingers rubbing the ridges of his hard stomach. “Where are we going?” I yelled over his shoulder, the harsh wind filling my throat, turning it arid.

“I want you to meet someone, a good friend of mine.” His words blew out, flying by my ears in a flash. But this time I caught them, I didn't have to piece anything together.

“Who's that?” I asked, pressing myself closer to his shoulder.

Silas' lip tugged to one side, head inching back. “Jeff, we served together. He's about as close to a brother as I've ever had.”

The bright lights of a local bar glowed ahead of us. It was Roger's, a place I'd been to hundreds of times. There weren't many places in town I wasn't familiar with.

A nervous itch started to claw up my spine, going in there with Silas meant a phone call to my father was imminent.
Fuck it Heidi, you deserve to have fun. Do what you want! You don't need permission.
Repeating the phrase over and over, I freed myself, releasing the tension and fear.

I had told my dad he needed to stop smothering me, and I needed to do the same. It was time for me to stop caring what he was going to think or do, and just go with it for once.

Follow your gut.
I couldn't ignore what I wanted anymore, this was too strong.

Silas parked the motorcycle, and jumped off. “Ready?”

Releasing a short breath, I said, “Yeah, yeah. I'm ready.”

“You don't sound ready.” His eyes narrowed, crinkles rolling across his forehead.

“I am, I'm just a little wary about who else is inside.” Rubbing my palms against my jeans, I shook my wrists.

“Heidi, people around here, especially your dad, are going to have to get used to seeing us together.” Gripping my hand, he helped me off the seat.

“It's easy for you to say, you're not the one who's going to get their ass chewed out for it.” My lids enlarged, mocking a scared glare.

Laughing, Silas twined his fingers into mine. “Then we might as well do this right.” Lifting my palm, he kissed the top of my hand.
