And then he was sliding his hips into hers. He was already fucking her, she realized, as the head of his cock pushed against her folds. She was wet instantly, and relieved that they were finally having sex.

This was what she’d been waiting for, Ivy realized.

Cullen Sharpe’s body, his touch, his attention. When his body molded into hers and they connected this way, there was a completion that she needed as much as she needed air to breathe.

He slid all the way inside her, straining to go deeper.

Ivy cried out and raked her hands across his back.

He grabbed her arms and pinned them to the mattress as he fucked her hard and slow.

Each pump of his strong hips gave her pussy another thrill of pleasure, and his insistence on holding her down was only heightening the intensity of it all.

He felt so good.

His cock stroked her perfectly, and soon she was close to coming.

Cullen looked down at her, his eyes locked on hers as he pushed into her pleasure center, and she started to come, her body straining upward, her legs opening wider as she took him in all the way.

“Oh, God,” she cried. “I’m coming,” she said.

She was dripping sweat now.

His movements speeded up, his butt flexing, his hips hammering against her, and his slick cock was drilling into her pussy, her shaved, bare mound.

Each time his dick popped in and then slid out, she cried out anew.

“I’m going to come all over your pussy,” he said.

“Oh, God, yes,” he said, straining to look down so she could see it happening.

He pulled out and then shot heavy, thick ropes of cum all over her mound. It was hot and wet and sticky. He pressed the head of his cock directly against her pussy lips, spreading them, and stimulating her clit as the final shots of semen splattered her bare flesh.

They were both breathing heavily.

It was a release.

Cullen pulled himself off her and fell to his back on the bed, still breathing heavily through his nostrils.

Ivy laid there, her mind blown.

Her body was buzzing, her heart was racing. He’d fucked her hard and made her come.

But she didn’t know what had brought him to that point. Was it the nightmare he’d been having? Was it just a physical release?

Was he still angry with her?

She didn’t know.

She didn’t know anything, anymore.

***

The next morning, everything seemed normal.

‘Seemed’ was the operative word, because Ivy kept getting the distinct feeling that something was weird between them.

But she didn’t want to bring anything up and have an argument, because Cullen’s mood was good.

He showered and then came out of the bathroom whistling, as he changed into his suit.

Ivy went past him to take her own shower, and he slapped her butt as she walked by.

It was a light, playful slap, although her ass still stung from what he’d done to it not long ago.

By the time she came out of the shower, room service had been delivered, and Cullen was setting out the plates of eggs and muffins, bacon, sausage and the cups of coffee and glasses of orange juice.

“This looks lovely,” Ivy said, as she came out into the main quarters wearing a light sundress.

“A feast for the eyes deserves a feast for the stomach,” he told her.

She smiled, sitting down at the table and making up her coffee with cream and sweetener.

Cullen began digging into his omelet, as he read the morning paper.

Ivy sighed in contentment, looking out the window at the waking city below. She was starting to know Cullen’s routines. Like how he enjoyed to read his morning paper in silence in the morning.

She didn’t mind it at all.

In fact, she liked these feelings of normalcy.

Still, though, she couldn’t shake the feeling that they had unresolved issues from the previous day. But she tried to put all of that out of her mind and simply enjoy the lovely breakfast, the view, and the peaceful silence.

Towards the end of the meal, there was a knock.

“Room service coming to pick up the trays?” she asked him.

He stood up and threw his napkin on the table. “I expect that’s my lawyer.”

“Lawyer?” she asked, standing up too.

Cullen was walking to answer the door. “I asked him to fly in so we could take care of the legal side of things.”

“We already got married. Isn’t that the legal side of things?”

He didn’t answer.

She heard him open the door and greet his lawyer warmly. And then the two of them came into the room together. “Ivy, this is my Chief Legal Officer, Lawrence Mailer.”

“You can call me Larry,” the man said. He was shorter than Ivy, with a curly head of red hair and a wispy goatee. He wore round, thin framed spectacles and carried a valise, which he set out on the glass coffee table, opening it and immediately pulling out contracts.

“What are we doing?” she asked, feeling slightly ambushed.

Cullen checked his watch and then picked up his coffee cup and took a sip. “This is just a contract for us to sign around division of assets and property in case of any dissolution of our commitment.”

“You mean a pre-nup?” she said.

Larry the lawyer looked up and pushed his glasses onto his bulbous nose. “It’s technically a post-nuptial agreement, considering you and Mister Sharpe are already married.”

Ivy pressed her lips together. “Oh.”

Cullen turned towards her. “It’s no big deal,” he said. “It’s standard.”

The lawyer nodded. “For your own protection,” he said, as he shuffled through his papers. “And this particular contract we’ve drawn up is very generous to you,” he continued. “In fact it’s far more generous than the one we did last time.”

Ivy felt a shock, as if the lawyer had just pulled out a gun and shot her in the stomach. “The one you did
last time
?” she asked, glancing at Cullen.

The CEO was clearly miffed. “Larry,” he said, shaking his head in annoyance at the gaff.

The lawyer smiled anxiously and pushed his glasses up his nose again. “I misspoke. The thing is…what I was trying to say…”

But Ivy was ignoring him now, as she looked at Cullen intently. “Why did you have to have one of these before me?” she asked him.

Cullen’s face was somber. “Now just calm down.”

“I’m perfectly calm,” she replied. “After all, we’re both so honest with each other. Why should I be worried at all?”

The lawyer had stopped speaking.

Ivy waited for Cullen to explain himself.

He opened his mouth and closed it. For the first time ever, it appeared Cullen Sharpe was at a loss for words.
