"You look....the same," I faltered. He burst out laughing; it startled me how loud it was.

"Yeah, I'm not the kind to get all dressed up. Besides, by the end of the night I won't be wearing anything," he winked. I fake gagged.

"So I'm not going to be the only girl there?"

Alex scoffed, "If you were we'd be prying guys off you all night..." he paused looking at me again. “On second thought....we still might be."

My cheeks went aflame instantly.

"Didn't Kimmy tell you she was going to be there?" Alex asked, his eyebrows pulling together.

"Oh yeah, I forgot."

Alex smirked a moment, then his face went blank again. Hmm....random much.

We passed the college and headed pass the beach turn off to the docking area. Warehouses lined the dark street. There were hardly any lights and it was dead silent as we drove deeper into the warehouse district, I could hear a faint beat of music.

Pulling into a back alley, Alex parked the car. There were quite a few cars lined up already.

"How many people are here?" I asked getting out of the car. A soft thumping noise radiated from the building but aside from that it was eerily quiet.

"Fifty or more," Alex shrugged. My eyes almost popped out at that. Looking at the building I wondered if that many people could fit in there? Slinging his arm over my shoulders Alex led me to a back door and knocked three times. A slot in the door opened and from that little hole music blasted into the alley.

"Open up," Alex ordered. The slot slide shut and the door flung open. My heart skipped a beat as the pulse of the music vibrated through me. Alex pulled me into the doorway and a big burly bouncer looking guy shut the door behind us.

As we headed down the hall the music got louder and was almost deafening. It caused my heart to flutter erratically and my body was itching to move to the rhythm. Entering the main room there was quite a bit of people there already but the large room wasn't full yet.

"Oliver's at the DJ booth," Alex yelled over the music, pointing to the left side of the room where eight huge speakers sat, with a table in the center with a laptop and turntables on it. My eyes landed on Oliver, who was talking to the DJ. My eyes traveling over his bare arms, the muscles flexing as he lifted his hand to move his silky black hair out of his eyes. He wore a tight black muscle shirt and baggy black pants with chains hanging from them, three spiked belts hung loosely around his waist.

"Stop drooling, Ever," Alex laughed elbowing me in the side. I snapped out of my trance and smacked Alex.

"I'm not!" I yelled at him. Without looking back at Alex I pushed my way through the crowd toward Oliver. He had stopped talking to the DJ and was now looking over the crowd. As I got closer his eyes locked on me. Moving forward, he hopped off the stage landing in front of me. People scattered to get out of his way.

I was shocked when he pulled me close to him. "Hey," he muttered into my ear.

"Err...hi," I replied awkwardly trying to keep my eyes off him.

He chuckled, "You look beautiful." His lips grazed my ear and I resisted the shutter that coursed through my body. I turned my head and looked into the crowd, my face burning. A few people nearby were staring at us making me self-conscience.

"Come on," he told me wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me through the crowd. People parted like water as Oliver lead me to a make shift bar where Jake and Tyler were making drinks for people.

"Ever!" Jake exclaimed grinning.

"Hey Jake, hey Tyler," I gave a small wave. Tyler kind of waved back and went back making drinks.

"You seen Logan?" Oliver asked Jake. Jake shook his head.

"He was supposed to be picking up Robby and John, but that was like a while ago."

Oliver pursed his lips. "Try his cell, John's place is close to South side. You know how Jason is."

Jake nodded pulling his cell out of his pocket and moving away from the bar. Jet popped out of nowhere to take his place.

"Hey there, Ever," he smiled. "You guys want a drink?"

"White Russian," Oliver told him looking at the crowd again like he was looking for someone in particular. Jet made Oliver's drink and looked at me.

"Sweet-tart-" I started.

"Lollipop," Jet finished laughing hysterically. "I should have known."

Oliver looked down at me smirking.

"What?! It's good!" I laughed. Jet made my drink sticking a cherry on top. Oliver had downed his White Russian and Jet was making him another. We stood talking to Jet watching him make drinks and flip bottles in the air. Tyler would roll his eyes and after a while they were trying to outdo the other. I was more than halfway through my second drink when an excited voice hit my ears.

"Ever!" Kimmy yelled over the noise. She came bounding to my side and threw her arms around me almost spilling my drink.

"Kimmy!" I yelled back with the same enthusiasm. She looked at the drink in my hand and made a face. She looked at Oliver.

"Watch her or you'll lose her. You think she's clumsy sober you haven't seen her drunk," Kimmy told him making a face. My gaze went passed Kimmy to Alex whose arms were wrapped around her waist.

"Hey!" Jet scolded. "Hands off my baby sister," he said jokingly throwing a lime at Alex's head.

"Let's dance," Oliver whispered in my ear.

"We're going to dance. See you later," I told Kimmy as Oliver led me away.

"This should be interesting," I heard Kimmy say before I was engulfed in the crowd.

Every inch of the room was full now. People were grinding and hopping around. The ones who seemed
too drunk to dance either swayed side to side or bobbed there head up and down. We reached the center of the dance floor and even with so many people they went out of their way to stay out of ours. Not a single person touched Oliver and I as we passed.

Oliver stopped turning to face
me; he pulled me close wrapping his arms around my waist. His hips moving with mine to the beat of the music.

"Just ignore them," he whispered to me as I glanced at all the people watching us. Normally I wouldn't mind the attention but for some reason I felt self-conscience. Oliver twirled me around and pulled me to him, my back against his chest. Shutting my eyes I let the music take my body, I fell into sync with Oliver.

"That's my girl," Oliver groaned in my ear seductively. His girl? Did he really think of me as his? Oliver and I danced for a while; every now and then Jet would pop up and shove a shot of something in my hand.

Sweat was clinging to my brow and I was panting as Oliver spun me around and into his chest. The song ended and another had stared but I was stuck in a trance it seemed staring up into his eyes. Our noses were almost touching. His warm breath tickled my lips. The smell of
liquor was strong. I held my breath as he leaned down gently touching his nose to mine.

His lips inches away and it was driving me crazy. He was so close. I begged him to move just an inch more and our lips would touch in what would be the most amazing kiss I could image. Instead, Oliver ruined the moment.

"I thought it was against the rules to kiss your teacher," he said turning up the edge of his perfect lips into that devilish smirk I hated so. I pulled away scolding myself for almost kissing him.

"You right it is," I replied promptly. He frowned. I turned sharply from him and pushed through the crowd. I found the bar again. Jet was serving some people so I turned to Tyler. My head was already swimming with the alcohol in my veins but it wasn't enough.

"The strongest you got," I told Tyler. He nodded looking a little uncomfortable. I guess he could sense something was wrong. He sat a shot glass on the glossy counter top. Grabbing it I drank it in one gulp.

"Where is the bathroom?" I asked. Tyler pointed back toward the hallway. I pushed through the crowd once more and entered the hallway. Looking up and down I couldn't find the bathroom.

"Can I help you babe?" The burly guy who was standing next to the exit asked.

"Bathroom?" I questioned.

"Upstairs," he replied pointing to a staircase behind me. "Second door on the right," he called after me.

The second floor was very dimly lit, but I found the bathroom. Once I was done I reached for the door handle and seemed to be seeing three of them. After a moment I found the right one and opened it. Oliver was standing there. He was swaying a bit....or maybe it was me.

I grabbed the collar of his shirt and shoved him back against the wall. Our lips found
each other’s instantly. My mind was fuzzy and there was a part of me saying this wasn't right. However, it was a very small part. Grabbing a handful of his hair I deepened the kiss sliding my tongue in his mouth.

He lifted me and I wrapped my legs around his waist. He carried me down the hall not breaking the kiss. Pushing open a door he stumbled in a few steps and we ended up in a heap in the floor. His hips pushed into my pelvis and I tugged his shirt over his head. His lips left mine for a moment then came back and he began kissing my throat and shoulder.

Everywhere he kissed sent tingles through me. I ran my hands over his perfect abs grabbing my wrists he pinned them down on either side of my head. After that everything went blank.

I woke suddenly with a door being flung open. I sat straight up and cringed. Every inch of my body hurt like hell. The feeling of hot coals in my stomach and up my throat made my eyes water.

"Oliver! Get up now!" Alex ordered. Oliver sat straight up and cringed as I had. He held his head in his hands. I looked at him a moment then looked around the room, then down at myself and screamed.

What...?" he asked confused. He looked up at me. His eyes widened.

"Ever?" he exclaimed in total shock. I was in shock myself to find I was topless and my lacy red bra was showing. I snatched up my shirt and covered myself quickly.

"Oliver, we need you. Logan's hurt," Alex said in total panic. My blood ran cold. Oliver sobered up quickly. He snatched his shirt off the floor and jumped up. I jumped up too, right on Alex and Oliver's heels.

"Where is he?" Oliver barked out in a hard tone.

"Down stairs in an office," Alex answered quickly. Oliver stopped once we got to the bottom of the stairs and turned to me.

"Take her home, Alex," Oliver ordered. I shook my head.

"I'm not going anywhere," I told him firmly.

"This is not a time to argue with me, Ever. Go home," he snarled. I cringed at the intensity in his voice.

"No," I told him. He opened his mouth to yell again.

"The more you sit arguing with me the more Logan needs you! Stop telling me what to do and help him!" I ordered forcefully. Oliver gritted his teeth and turned on his heels and marched down the hall. One of the doorways was open and he stepped inside. Alex and I right behind him.

Logan lay on a pile of boxes bleeding profusely from a gash over his eye. He was groaning and withering in pain. His once cute face purple and bloody. His shirt was ripped off and his chest and arms were blackish blue and purple.

Oliver went to him quickly and looked him over, then turned to me.

"Ever, bathroom, first-aid kit."

I gave him a flat look but didn't argue seeing as how Logan needed help.

On the way up stairs, I thought about what had happened. What had Oliver and I done? We couldn't have had sex. There's no way...could we. I frowned deeply at that thought. If we had I would know. A girl knows when she is no longer a virgin. I pushed the thought away and grabbed the first-aid kit. Logan needs help right now. Hurrying back down stairs I handed the first-aid kit to Oliver.
