"I'm going to take roll. See if everyone’s here, then I'll tell you what we'll be doing this semester."

He started taking roll call. Moving down the list, it seemed like a lot of people were missing.

"Everlyn Fox?"

I raised my hand. He looked up at me in curiosity. I was confused by the look. He recovered quickly and went on down the list. Class dragged by, even with a hot teacher I was bored.

He basically went over the syllabus for the year and nothing more. I zoned out for a moment thinking about last night and doodling on my note book. My headache seemed to be coming back.

"What's your first name?" A blond in the row behind asked.

"Oliver," He replied. I choked. Oliver? That had been the name of the guy last night. I mean everything from last night was foggy but HIM I remember. Well, now I do. Oliver looked over at me our eyes met.

"Okay, that's all for today. We'll go over it more in class tomorrow," Oliver said clasping his hands together. I quickly grabbed my bag and shoved my stuff in it, hoping to get out of there as fast as possible. Now that I was sober I was embarrassed by how I danced with him last night. I jumped out of my seat and headed for the door. I didn't look up as I exited the room. I headed straight to Harmon hall to meet up with Kimmy.

I met her in the cafe; we got some food and headed for a table.

"So how was first day? Do you still have a hangover from last night?" She asked, taking a bite of her croissant.

"No, I'm fine, but liste
n... Do you remember last night?"

"Of course I remember, I wasn't drunk like you," Kimmy laughed.

"Well, do you remember the guy I was dancing with last night?"

"If you mean the guy you were basically having sex with on the dance floor, then yeah," She commented, shaking her head.

I scowled at her. "I was drunk okay. Anyways, he's...the new English professor," I muttered softly.

She sat there a moment, and then burst out laughing. "Oh mm gee, Ever. Leave it to you to get drunk and rub up on some old guy."

I frowned and crossed my arms. "He isn't old, Kimmy. He's twenty-four, and I DON'T just rub up on any guys, thank you very much."

She sobered up quickly. "He's twenty-four," she blinked. Guys interested Kimmy a lot. She was always looking for “the one”.

"Yes, but that's not all..."

I explained to her about our encounter this morning and about me falling in the doorway of the English building. By the time I was done, she was laughing hysterically and receiving many strange looks from other people in the Cafe.

"That...is...so you, Ever," Kimmy choked wiping tears from her eyes.

"I'm so glad you can laugh at my embarrassment," I scoffed.

"I'm sorry. It's just so cute. You're so clumsy. You honestly should do that bruise diary I was telling you about. For a whole year take a picture of every bruise you get. I imagine you could make a book," she grinned.

I sighed. "When is your next class?"

She checked her schedule then her watch.

"In about ten minutes."

"Jeez, how many classes did you take?" I asked taking her schedule. I scanned it counting about seven classes.

"Well, I have to keep up good grades to keep my scholarship and the more classes I take the better it will be in the long run," she yanked her schedule out of my hands.

"When is your next class?" She asked tucking the paper into her purse.

"It's at three."

She nodded looking thoughtful. "We should go out again tonight."

I looked up at her curiously. "Why?"

"Well, he might be there again," she smirked.

I groaned. "Don't tell me you want to get with him, Kimmy. I think that's illegal."

"It probably is that's the fun part," she winked, "So we're going?" I could see that was more of a statement then a question.

"Fine," I grumbled. I knew arguing with her was useless.

Chapter Two

Later that night, Kimmy and I were headed down the street to Club Infinity. The music was blasting; we could hear it even though we were a block away.

"Let's hope our fake ID's get us in again," I whispered in here ear as we got in the line to enter the club.

"They will we are only two years younger than what it says," she assured me with a grin. She looked gorgeous tonight in a tight black dress that was super short showing off her long legs. It was one shoulder and did I mention tight. Her long black hair was twisted in a bun on top of her head with chop sticks poking out. And, she had red pep toe shoes, with a matching red purse.

I was wearing a form fitting blue dress, which hardly went pass my thigh. It had half sleeves with a slit down the side of the arm, and black stiletto’s. I opened my tiny black wallet that hung from my wrist, and pulled out my fake ID.

"Hello, Ladies. ID's?" Bobby, the bouncer asked, as we got to the front of the club. We showed them to him. He hardly looked at them before handing them back. We come so often that he knew us pretty well.

"Have a nice night," he gave a wink and opened the club door. Music assaulted my ears. We stepped into the club, lights pulsing, and music pumping. An instant rush of excitement hit me. People were dancing close on the glowing neon dance floor. The walls were splattered with more random neon colors. They glowed in the dark and reflected off the strobe lights. Kimmy took my hand as we pushed our way there the crowd, a few guys rubbed against me before we could make it out to the other side where the bar was.

"I wonder if he's here." Kimmy muttered looking around the club.

"I don't know, I want to dance though," I told her watching all the people on the dance floor. I felt anxious to get out there.

"Go ahead. I'll be right here," she told me not even looking up. I nodded and headed for the dance floor instantly.

The music pounded in my head. The rhythm took over my body. I swayed and moved to the beat. Bodies pressing up against me every now and then but when they couldn't keep up they moved away. After a while an
other body pressed up to mine their hands moving to my waist pulling me into their hips. They leaned there head down next to mine.

"We have got to stop meeting like this," Oliver's voice purred into my ear. I spun around in shock. Staring up into those gorgeous eyes, my breath caught in my throat.

"Oliver!" I gasp. He smirked. I blushed realizing I just called my teacher by his first name.

"I mean, Mr. Wolfe. What are you doing here?"

"Partying, what does it look like?" He smirked that perfect smirk yet again. And, once again I found my oxygen cut off.

"Well, you shouldn't be dancing with your student. It's illegal," I scolded. He just grinned and put his hands on my waist pulling me closer.

"No, it's not. We'll only get in trouble if someone from school finds out. You wouldn't tell them, Everlyn, would you?" He asked in a seductive voice. I frowned and smacked his hand away. I know what he's up to. If he thinks he's going to get lucky, he has another thing coming freaking pervert of a teacher.

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes and started to move away from him. He grabbed my arm pulling me back against him. I tried to pull away but instead he spun me around and pulled our bodies closer.

"I'm not going to try anything, Ever. I just think you’re a beautiful dancer. I'm quite impressed. Would you please do me the honor of dancing with me?" His face seemed sincere. I was taken aback. What is up with him? One minute he's a smirking idiot, then the next he's all sweet and charming.

I stared at him a moment unsure. He just smiled and started dancing with me. I was a bit baffled by his sudden mood change but it was quickly replaced with awe. He really knows his stuff. Ignoring the fact he was my
teacher.

After a moment I couldn't help but let the music take me captive once again. My back pressed against Oliver's chest,
his hands on my waist. My heart was racing, and adrenaline was running through my veins. Oliver and I danced for a while. I noticed a few people had stopped to watch as we twisted and he spun me, our bodies in perfect harmony. We were both breathing heavy, sweat clung to my brow. My feet ached from standing in the heels for so long.

"Maybe, we should take a break," Oliver gasped breathlessly into my ear.

"I'll buy you a drink," he added. I nodded and he took my hand into his and led me from the dance floor swiftly. A few bimbos pressed against him and he waved them off. I smirked as he did this, but I wasn't sure why. Why had it made me happy that I was the only one he wanted anything to do with. Oliver was a very strange guy, to be honest. With the mood swings, I found myself wanting to get to know him more. I bite my lip at that thought. He is still my teacher. It is illegal, I think. Well, it is immoral, and wrong.

We made it to the other side of the club were the tables were. Kimmy was nowhere in sight. I'm sure some other guy caught her attention. At least I hope so, I thought looking Oliver over. He was in a black button up shirt that was partly unbuttoned where you could see his smooth chest, and dark baggy pants.

"Like what you see?" he commented. I jerked my head up; he was looking down at me with that smirk again. My face started burning. How long had he been watching me check him out?

"No," I lied and smacked his arm.

"You’re a violent little thing," he remarked.

"Not usually," I shrugged. We stopped at an empty table and he gestured for me to slide into the bench. I did.

"What would you like to drink?" He asked not sitting.

"Whatever you get me is fine," I told him, then thought about that a moment. "Wait!' I told him as he started to leave.

He stopped and turned.

"If you drug my drink I will kick your ass," I threatened. He looked offended.

"I'm not like that, Ever. I assure you," He replied very strictly. I nodded with a smile. Good, he better not be.

"I'll be right back."

He turned and headed off toward the bar. I watched him go. Blushing, again I realized I had been checking out his butt. Bad, Everlyn! I mentally slapped myself. Oliver was at the bar a moment ordering drinks.

Another guy suddenly came up to him and whispered something in his ear. Oliver's face turned livid. A few people who had been looking at him turned abruptly away. The look on his face even frightened me.
Oliver didn't even glance in my direction as he followed the other guy off to the side. Curiosity got the better of me and I jumped up to follow him, cursing myself all the way there.

Looking around I couldn't find them. They must have gone out the back door. Frowning, I stared at it a moment debating whether to go out or not. What if I couldn't get back in? What if they were standing outside the door though? Sighing, I pushed the thought away, hell you only live once...and then you die. Let's hope that's not tonight.

Pushing
the door open quickly before anyone seen I stepped into the dark alley letting the door close behind me. Looking around I saw nothing. Great, I mentally grumbled to myself. They must not have come out here. I bet he's inside looking for me, while I stand out here like a fool.

I tried the door. It was locked just as I thought it would be. I could text Kimmy to come open it for me, or walk around and get in line again. It's best to do that. I don't want to get caught sneaking in and be thrown out forever. A loud bang caused me to jump about ten foot in the air. I spun around looking down the alley. The sound had come from around the corner.
