“Please more,” she whispered.

She wrapped her legs around his hips, pushing up as he
pulled back, still keeping only his tip inside to tease her. He continued
exploring her luscious mouth then withdrew his tongue and licked the outline of
her lips. With a grunt, and one strong stroke of his hips, he plunged the full
length of his cock deep inside.

She moaned and dug her nails into his back, pulling him
closer still. As he slowly moved in and out, his tongue matching his thrusts,
her sweet pussy clenched around him, sucked him tight. A groan emanated in his
throat and rumbled inside his chest.

“Oh
God
, you feel so good.” He moved his lips down
her throat, kissed and licked the area just below her ear. That spot, he
discovered, drove her wild.

She grabbed his ass with both hands, forcing him deeper as
he kept his rhythm steady and slow. She squeezed his butt with a huff of
impatience, but he ignored her plea to quicken his pace, not wanting it to end
so quickly. He bent down to her breast and flicked his tongue over her hard
nipple while he stroked in and out of her, pumping in time with the beat of his
heart. Summoning every will in his body, he somehow withheld his own need for
release. It was pleasure. It was pain. It was bliss.

Sam tugged his hair and brought his face to hers, kissing
him firm on the lips. As her breath quickened against his mouth, he pulled back
from her so he was almost out, then slammed his hips hard, unable to contain
himself any longer. He drove into her with blinding passion, grinding against
her swollen clit with each thorough thrust. He lifted her legs and rested them
on his shoulders, allowing him to delve deeper.

“Oh yes,
Sam
,
yes
!”

“Oh,” she chanted, breathless. She arched and threw her head
back, clutching his arms.

Trembling above her, he succumbed to her release, her core
squeezing his rock-hard cock. He exploded inside her warmth with one last
exhausted pump of his hips, riding the waves of her climax as her walls
clenched and released him. Ecstasy reverberated in his body and soul. It was
the best feeling in the world.

Slowly rocking his hips in a small circle, his cock gently
massaged her from within as her perfect body shuddered around him. She closed
her eyes with a long exhale, her head sinking deeper into the pillow. He wound
one hand behind her neck and pulled her lips closer, kissing her tenderly,
while the other brushed her hair from her face.

Sam lowered her legs, curling them around his thighs. He
tried to pull out but she held tight, refusing to release him from the cage of
her limbs. With a chuckle he shifted one of her legs, grabbed her ass and
rolled onto his side, bringing her with him. He softened inside her, totally
spent. They stayed like that for a long time, catching their breath and
stroking one another’s skin, his still tingling.

The chill in the air returned and she shivered, finally
moved away from him to grab the sheet and blanket to cover them. He wrapped an
arm around her and pulled her toward him as he rolled onto his back.

She rested her head on his chest as he hugged her closer,
kissing the top of her hair, running his fingers slowly down her spine. She
sighed and it wasn’t long before her breathing deepened, fanning slow and warm
across his chest.

Jesse lay quietly, listening to her steady breathing while
Pink Floyd played on the radio. He eased his arm from beneath her while
bringing the pillow up to catch her so she wouldn’t wake. Pulling the blanket
to her chin, he slid out of bed and walked into the bathroom.

When he returned, covered in a white fluffy bathrobe, he
made himself a coffee, and then placed a fresh log on the fire. With an iron
poker, he stoked the orange embers until the new log caught and burned on its
own. Satisfied, he settled into the armchair closest to the bed.

He missed his guitar. He had a tune in his head and would’ve
been strumming it had he brought his six-string with him. He repeated the
melody in his mind several times, hoping it wouldn’t leave him before he
returned home tomorrow.

Tomorrow…

His mind raced over the events of the night and he found
himself resenting tomorrow. He’d have to say goodbye to Sam.

Her face was even more exquisite as she slept.

Do I have to say goodbye to her?

He didn’t want to think at that moment. He finished his
coffee, turned off the stereo and then strolled over to the side of the bed.
Shrugging out of his robe, he slid underneath the blankets. As he moved closer
to Sam’s warm, naked body, she slipped her arm over his waist and pulled him
close. Her sweet scent filled his senses as he slowly drifted off to sleep.

Chapter Five

Jesse’s eyelids fluttered open and he focused on the
sleeping beauty with her back to him. He lay in bed for a few minutes, staring
at the ceiling while he recalled every second of pleasure from the night
before. A smile rose to his lips as his fingers caressed the milky skin on her
back. She moaned softly, curving into his touch, but didn’t wake.

How easy it would be to let his hand wander farther until
she stirred so he could make love to her all over again. This time he’d be able
to last a little longer, prolong the fulfillment and stretch the bliss. He
wanted to ruin her for any other man, make her yearn for no other cock but his.
But the noble thing to do was to let her sleep—she was exhausted.

He carefully shifted out of bed and checked his watch. 6:25
a.m. After sorting through his clothes, he threw on a pair of sweats and a
clean t-shirt, grabbed his room key and cell before quietly leaving the room.

As he waited for the elevator to arrive, he dialed the lobby
and asked the concierge to inquire about his flight and call him back. His phone
rang just as he entered the hotel’s gym on the second floor. “Yes?”

“Mr. Maurello, it appears all flights are still grounded
this morning. I’ve asked the airline to keep me informed of any changes.”

“Okay, thank you.”

“No problem at all. Hopefully the next time we speak we’ll
have some good news for you.”

Good news? You just gave me the best god-damn news I’ve
heard in…like, forever.

After running himself ragged on the treadmill, he went back
to his room. Sam hadn’t moved a muscle so he took a brief shower to wash away
the sweat from his workout. By the time he emerged from the bathroom, dressed
in old jeans and a fresh shirt, it was almost 8:00 a.m. He shoved the key in
his back pocket and went to wait in the corridor.

It wasn’t very long before the service elevator opened and a
short, thin man stepped out, pushing a food cart in front of him. Jesse held up
his hand, bidding the young man good morning, and then slipped a fifty pound
note into his palm. ”Thanks, man. I’ll take it from here.”

Carefully dragging the food cart behind him, he opened the
door and rolled their breakfast to the center of the room. He climbed into bed
beside Sam and snuggled against her warm back, wrapping his arm around her
waist. She shifted slightly and rested her hand on top of his, entwining their
fingers together. He kissed her bare shoulder, gliding his lips to her neck.
She reached behind his head and threaded her fingertips through his hair.

“Good morning, sweetness,” he said into her ear before
kissing it. “Did you sleep well?”

“Mmm…” she purred, rolling to face him.

Staring down at her, he hoped she had been as gratified as
he was the night before, because he was eager to experience being inside her
again. He brushed a stray lock of hair from her cheek and trailed his hand down
her forearm, stroking her silky skin. She smiled and he kissed her sweetly on
the lips before hopping out of bed.

“You hungry? I’ve got breakfast and it smells almost as good
as you.”

She rubbed her hands over her face, and then stretched with
a yawn. “I think I’ll take a quick shower first.” Tossing the blankets off, she
eyed her clothes scattered across the floor. A soft, pink glow colored her
cheeks as she swung her legs over the side of the bed, turning away from him
with a nervous laugh.

He regarded the sensual lines of her slender back and the
top of her naked ass cheeks in the sunlight. He was hard in a matter of
nanoseconds, anxious to watch her strut across the room. But she remained still
far too long.

He tensed. What was she thinking? In the light of day and
with a clear head, did she regret spending the night with him? Subtle movement
caught his eye and his gaze flickered to her tight fist around the edge of the
sheet by her thigh. He smiled and his shoulders relaxed—his sudden flash of foreign
insecurity gone as quickly as it had come.

He’d explored every part of her body with his eyes, his
hands…his tongue. She was breathtaking and he could find no reason for her to
hide from him, but her bashfulness was kinda endearing. He cleared his throat.
“How about you tell me what clothes you want and I’ll run to your room while
you shower.”

“Ah, okay. Thanks. There’s a purple sweater in the bag on
the bed and fresh underwear in the side pocket. I can just wear the jeans I had
on last night.”

“Okay, be back soon.”

Jesse jogged down the corridor to the familiar corner suite.
In the bedroom, he found Sam’s clothes and smiled as he sorted through the
assortment of undergarments, picking a sexy satin black bra and G-string set.

As he passed the writing desk on his way out—where her
laptop lay open beside her charging phone—he stopped. Should he pry…or not?

She’ll never know I snooped. Just a little…

He pressed the power button and glanced over the desk at
some business cards. He picked one up. “Murphy Graphics, Samantha Raven, Senior
Graphic Designer.”

He slid the card into his rear pocket, turning back to the
computer to read the folders on the screen. He double-clicked the icon entitled
My Portfolio
and opened the first image.

An angelic spiritual being floated over a single bed
containing a small child asleep under the covers. The angel smiled down at the
young girl as if protecting her while she slept. It was a beautiful oil
painting, a masterpiece.

Clicking on the right arrow at the top of the window, he
flicked through the images. Several looked to be part of a computer game and he
admired the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

She is
really
talented. I wonder if these
paintings are in a gallery somewhere. Hell, I’d buy them.

He closed the folder and shut down the laptop. With a small
shot of guilt, he grabbed her clothes, keys and rushed out the door.

* * * * *

Once Jesse was gone, Sam ran to the bathroom and closed the
door. She turned on the shower and looked in the mirror, checking the damage.
Her hair was tangled and her lips slightly swollen, but other than that she
liked the woman staring back at her.

Thanks, Nan.

She stepped into the hot stream, quickly washed herself and
her hair.

The front door opened and closed as she turned the faucets
off. Jesse entered the bathroom—his image warbled through the foggy glass—and
placed her clean clothes on the vanity. He opened the shower door and held a
towel stretched out in front of him. She stepped into it, raising her arms
before he swung the towel behind her, wrapped her up and pulled her close.

“Hmmm…you smell good,” he said, nuzzling her wet neck.

She tilted her head back as he kissed along the edge of the
fluffy towel, right above the swell of her breasts. He nudged the terry cloth
with his chin and she dropped it to the floor around her feet. Gently, he
pushed her to the bathroom wall between the shower and bath, grinding his body
against her before leaning down, taking her breast into his mouth and sucking
with greed.

“Whoa, settle down, rock star. We don’t have protection.”
She pushed her fingers through his hair with a regretful sigh.

“In my pocket,” he said, barely coming up for air.

She laughed a little nervously. “Do you always carry rubbers
with you?”

He showed her the small packet in his hand before ripping it
open with his teeth. “I was a boy scout. I’m always prepared.”

He caught her mouth in a slow, deep kiss, tangling their
tongues as his fingertips drifted along her spine.

She slid her hands down his chest and undid the button of
his jeans, slowly pulling on the zipper as he had done to her the night before.
He groaned when she pushed the waistband over his hips and scraped the back of
his legs with her nails on the way up to cradle his firm butt. He glided his
tongue between her breasts and wiggled his feet free of the denim restraints.

She tugged at his shirt impatiently while he rolled on the
condom, and then finally raised his arms and allowed her to pull the dark-blue
cotton over his head to reveal his perfect chest. The sinful visual of a fully
naked Jesse Maurello lit her on fire.

She wrapped one leg around his waist as her hand closed
around his steely erection and he kissed her just short of her life. She
stroked his full length and he sighed into her mouth, suckling her tongue.

“Wrap your other leg around me,” he said hoarsely, kissing
the line of her jaw and cupping her ass, lifting her high off the floor. His
tongue darted over her erect nipple and he sucked it into his mouth, grazing
her with his teeth as she hooked her feet together at the base of his spine.
Repositioning his hold, he leaned her against the wall and aligned the tip of
his cock at her entrance.

Their eyes locked and she wiggled her hips, sliding all the
way down until he filled her completely. The brush of his groin against her
clit left her moaning for more. He hardly moved but for the gentle rotation of
his hips, swirling small circles inside her, encouraging her body to stretch
and accommodate him.

She closed her eyes and turned her head to the side, gasping
when he withdrew all the way only to slide back in, pushing her higher up the
wall with every thrust.

“Open your eyes for me, Sam. I want to look at you when you
come.” He nibbled on her bottom lip, slowing his pace.

She fought to keep her eyelids open with each penetrating
stroke. He trembled as she hugged him tighter and bowed her forehead to his
shoulder.

He stopped. “Sam, please…look at me, baby,” he pleaded. He
was inside her to the hilt and all she wanted him to do was move.

“Please,” she whimpered, trying to wiggle her hips.

“Please?” He cocked an eyebrow.

“God, please, just fuck me.” She whined, taking his mouth
and sucking on his tongue. Her eyes fluttered open to return his intense stare.

“Oh shit, woman, say that again,” he growled, withdrawing
almost all the way.

“Please
fuck me
now!”

“Yes ma’am,” he whispered against her lips, slamming into
her again and again.

Just as he’d asked, she didn’t take her eyes from his, all
the while battling the urge to close them tight.

“You’re…so…beautiful,” he panted between thrusts, his eyes
darkening, piercing her as his passion grew.

Sam couldn’t contain her body’s response. She imploded, her
entire nervous system shattering as her lips parted and she panted with every
forceful thrust, clutching him with her legs and arms.

“Ah fuck, I can feel you,” he grunted, following her into
oblivion, pumping erratically before his body tensed and stilled with a loud
sigh. His muscles went lax as she dropped one leg from his waist.

Arms trembling, he lowered her other foot to the ground,
sinking his head into the curve of her shoulder, holding her until his shivers
subsided. She exhaled with a grin, satisfied, eyes finally closing.

“That was amazing,” she breathed.

“No, that was fucking amazing.” He chuckled, kissing the tip
of her nose. “Good thing we didn’t venture too far from the shower, huh?”

They washed each other with the gardenia-scented soap, Jesse
paying her erogenous zones the worship he said they deserved.

He insisted on drying and dressing her himself, using every
opportunity, it seemed, to brush his hands against her breasts. When he finally
released her from the bathroom, she raced straight for the food cart while
Jesse put his phone to his ear, speaking softly into the mouthpiece.

He joined her after she’d devoured her second piece of
toast. “Planes are still grounded. The hotel’s gonna let me know as soon as
it’s clear.” His cell chimed and he checked the incoming message.

Then it hit her.

“Shit!
Oh no!
” She shot up from her chair, both hands
covering her mouth.

“What is it? What’s wrong?”

“The
studio
! I meant to call my secretary last night
about the flight being cancelled. Shit.
Shit!
Daniel is gonna kill me.
Oh…oh no…oh God, the meeting…this morning.” She looked at her watch. “
Right
now!
I’m meant to be discussing the final details for a new game with
one of our biggest clients right-the-fuck
now
.
Fuck!
What was I
thinking
?
Jesse, I could lose my job over this. You kissed me stupid last night and
everything else went to mush. Bloody hell! What’s the time? Where’s my phone?”
She frantically searched her clothes.

“I saw it in your room. Wait, I’ll come with you.” Jesse
grabbed the room keys and followed her out the door.

Her heart was beating frantically by the time she got her
hands on her phone. Her fingers vibrated with nervous tension as she dialed the
number for her voicemail. As she suspected, the first of several messages was
from her boss.

“Samantha! Where the
hell
are you? Mr. Johnson is
furious
.
When you didn’t turn up this morning, he threatened to pull the plug on the
whole fucking deal. Do you hear me? You’d better have a damned good excuse,
young lady. Why didn’t you call in? Poor Julie was near heart failure thinking
your plane had gone down. She cried for hours. It wasn’t until I checked your
flight, she finally calmed down. Look, I know you’re snowed in, but you
should
have called
! Shit, Sam, call me back as
soon
as you get this
message.”

Sam’s eyes welled with tears as she faced Jesse. His brow
was deeply furrowed, his lips a thin line. “I’m in big trouble. He never calls
me Samantha.”

“I take it that was your boss? I heard just about every word
from here.” He rubbed her back and it soothed her some.

“Well, guess I’d better suck it up and get this over with.
Just like ripping off a Band-Aid, right?” She hit speed dial on her phone,
calling Daniel’s private line.
