Then she hurtled toward orgasm again. Keeley screamed until she was hoarse as wave after wave of rapture permeated her shaking body and stars formed before her closed eyelids. It was one of the sweetest things she had ever seen.

Epilogue

Two weeks later

Keeley raided the kitchen. She was so hungry she couldn’t seem to get enough to eat. She stood at the counter with a container of Goddess only knew what in her hand and began to devour it. She hummed and moaned as she appeased her empty belly and tantalized her taste buds. She saw a label on the side of the container and tilted it up to see if she could read it.
Keeley’s chocolate delight.

Hmm, that’s strange.
She didn’t know when she would be hungry, so how could others have been prepared? She shrugged and kept eating. She was too hungry to care. Once she had emptied the container she rinsed it out and then washed it. She felt guilty now she had eaten the dessert, but what was done was done.

She heard a noise out in the hallway and looked up to see Liam, Lucius, and Bradford leaning nonchalantly in the doorway and grinning at her.

“What?” she asked.

“Have you worked out why you are so hungry lately, baby?” Bradford asked her with a grin and a wink.

“I don’t know. Maybe I’m just going through being-a-pig stage,” Keeley hypothesized and rolled her eyes. “I know! It’s because I have to watch you three eat all the time and I’ve taken on your bad habits. Oink.”

She burst out laughing when she couldn’t contain her mirth another moment. Goddess, did her mates think she was stupid? Of course she knew why she was eating so much. She was pregnant with a shifter baby. She wondered how long they had known she was carrying their child in her womb.

“So,” Keeley began when she had her humor under control again. “How long have you three known that I’m pregnant?”

“From the moment you conceived, baby. We could smell the subtle change to your scent,” Bradford explained as he stalked toward her.

“Really? How come you didn’t tell me?”

“We wanted to make sure you were happy and thought it best you discovered that surprise on your own, sweetness,” Liam replied, and he, too, began to move to her.

“We love you so much, honey,” Lucius declared, and he strolled toward her, eyeing her as if she were prey to his predator.

“What are you doing?” she asked, but she didn’t need an answer to her question. She already knew what her mates had planned.

“We have taken the rest of the afternoon off, Keeley. We are going to spend it making love to you over and over again,” Liam said.

“Oh goody. Do I get to play this time?” she asked.

“You had your turn last night, baby. It’s our turn today,” Bradford rasped out, and before she could blink he had her in his arms and his mouth on hers. She clutched at his shoulders and gave herself over to all her mates.

Keeley had never been so happy in life. She had three wonderful, loving mates who were the light of her life. She was growing a baby in her womb, and the pride members had accepted her for who she was.

She was looking forward to holding the baby she was carrying in her arms. A baby made out love. One she would love, nurture, and teach. But most of all her heart was filled with love. That lonely, gaping hole was gone, and so was the one in Bradford’s heart. They were a family, and nothing and no one would ever be able to tear them apart.
