I roll off of him and lay beside him. We both breathe heavily, the rain starting to let up some. Our bodies both shaking from pleasure. I turn to him, breathing him in. I want more, but he looks beat, so I leave it where it's at for now. My orgasms were enough to please me highly, I just can't seem to get enough of him. He turns and looks at me, smiling.

“Anything else I can do for you, Ms. Thorne?” He snickers, knowing now that I hate when he calls me that.

I smack him playfully and sit up to hover over him and kiss his glistening lips. We both stand up and run into the house, laughing and breathing hard from the excitement of what just happened. I grab some towels and we dry off, standing there naked, taking in all we can of one another. The moment is sexual, making my woman hood aroused once again, but I hold back. I bite my lip at him and wink.

“You look so sexy in rain.” I tell him. “You look sexy standing here right now, too. I would never let you get dressed if it was up to me.” I grin.

“Is that right? Well you are sexy every time I look at you, and you definitely looked extra hot in the pouring rain. That was really the best sex I've ever had in my life.” He grins back.

“It will only get better.” I assure him.

“I don't know what could be better than that, but I'm willing to find out.”

“Stick around me and you will.”

“Oh, I plan on sticking around as long as you allow me to.”

“Good, I like that.” I wink at him.

“I guess I should head out, let you get that rest you wanted to get.” He looks like he doesn't want to go, but I can't get myself to let him stay.

“Yeah, I've got some more work I need to catch up on tomorrow morning. Then Jenna and I will be heading over to the shop to see what's going on with my car.”

“Oh... okay. Well I hope you have a good night then.” He wraps the towel tightly around his waist. “Mind if I borrow this? My clothes are soaked.”

I chuckle. “Yeah, go ahead, keep it.”

I can tell he doesn't want to leave, he was probably hoping I would beg him not to when he said he should. I just can't let that happen. I know what staying the night leads to. He should know that's not where we stand, but his disappointment says otherwise. He gathers his things and heads to the front door.

“Thank you for tonight. I'll see you later, Veronica.” His lips meet mine for a delicious good night kiss.

“I'll call you tomorrow.”

He walks off, short with his words, I know his feelings are hurt by my pride.

alarm wakes me up bright and early, not caring that I didn't sleep well last night. I slowly drag myself out of bed, knowing I have a lot to take care of today. I call Jenna after I shower, dress, and eat something. She's picking me up on the way to work this morning, and then we're going to look at my car. She pulls up and honks, I run out the door; feeling like I'm forgetting something.

“Good morning beautiful.” She smiles brightly at me.

“Morning. Can we stop and get some coffee?” I ask as I slide my sunglasses on.

She snickers, “Of course we can. Rough night?”

“Yeah.” I lay back in the seat of her car.

“Good or bad rough?”

“Good while Adrian was there. Not so great when the time came for me to get some sleep, I tossed and turned all night. My mind just didn't want to shut down.”

“What on your mind kept you up?”

“Everything. I mean, my life has literally taken a complete turn recently. I can't seem to concentrate on work like I need to. It's just that so much is happening all at once, I don't know, it's like I'm spinning out of control.”

“You need to take a break. You've been through a lot in the last week, and I think you're being too hard on yourself.”

“I don't have time for a break. That's the problem.” I sigh.

“Well, once you get the Triple R's out of the way, you need to make time before you drive yourself into the ground.”

I nod. “Always looking out for my best interest.” I give her a half smile and she smiles back.

We stop at Bistro 31 to get our coffees and head to the gallery.

I'm standing in my studio, music playing in the background, staring at the blank canvas that's in front of me. I pull out my phone and send a text to Adrian.

'You working today?'

He replies a moment later.
'Yeah. What's up?'

'The next break you have, come see me at the gallery.'

'Something wrong?'

'No, just come see me. I'll be in the back most of the day.'

'Yes, ma'am.'

I roll my eyes at his response and chuckle. He would call me that.

I get to work, painting a peaceful meadow that's wide open and free of worry. There's a stunning lady in white, kneeling down, her hand grazing the weeds. I can feel her breathing in the clean air, filling her lungs and releasing all of her cares as she watches them float away. I close my eyes briefly, picturing myself in the painting, wishing I was there right now to escape from everything around me. I put the finishing touches to my work of art, pouring my heart into every last drop of paint that touches the canvas. I step back and stare into the world I just created, it's captivating. I envy her, the lady in white.

There's a tap on the door, and I snap back to reality. I answer it and Adrian looks up at me, smiling. I waste no time. I grab his shirt, pulling him inside, and swing the door closed behind us. He's instantly in my embrace, kissing each other with desperate passion. We don't say a word, we just start undressing. There's a small sofa I have pushed up against the wall, I look over at it and back at Adrian. He grins and we agree with our eyes.

I walk over to the sofa, naked from head to toe, and bend over the arm of it. He walks up behind me, and runs his hands up my spine to my neck, caressing me deeply. It feels so good, his hands, massaging out the kinks. He brings his hands back to my ass and doesn't hesitate to slide inside of me, his cock fully rock hard and ready to fill me. I let out a moan, the sensation bursting from my pussy to every end of my body. Damn I needed this, to feel him inside, I crave this feeling all day. He pumps in and out, hard, giving me all of his frustrations from last night. I know he wanted to stay, and I know it had him fucked up that I didn't allow him to. He continues to take it out on me, showing me how it made him feel. I cry out with pleasure, every stroke deeper than the last, my body jolting forward. I lean up and pull forward until his dick falls out of my wet pussy. I turn around to face him and put one hand on his cock and one hand on his throat.

“You're mad? Fuck me like you mean it... I don't believe you.” I squeeze his throat just enough to let him know I still have control.

He grabs onto both of my wrists, one at his throat and one on his hard cock, and pull my arms down to put my hands under my ass. He opens my legs and leans me back, my ass propped on the arm of the sofa, bringing my pussy up in the air and my back resting on the sofa with my hands tucked underneath of me. He grabs my thighs and pushes my legs upwards, over his shoulders. He slaps his dick onto my clit, and beats it until I almost burst. His cock suddenly thrusts deep into me, making me scream out. His hands tighten their grip on my hips, he pulls me against him as he pushes into me.

He slams again and again, slapping our skin together violently. He leans forward, grabbing my bouncing breasts, and he is so deep inside me that I climax instantly, then I am thrown into convulsions as I reach my intense orgasm. My heels digging into his back. My pussy snapping against the stiffness of his cock, he lets out a loud moan and releases his come, his head pulsating and shaft throbbing inside of my walls. Sweat drips down onto me from his face. He looks at me, letting out all his anger along with his orgasm. He leans up and pulls out of me, I sit up straight on the sofa arm. He grabs his clothes from the floor and dresses quickly. I just watch, but he catches me staring.

“Satisfied?” He asks in a cocky way.

“Very. You?” I smile at him.

“I've got to get back to work.” He picks up his wallet from the floor and slides it into his back pocket.

My smile disappears. His demeanor is heavy and short with me.

“Okay... I'll call you later?” I ask, not knowing what else to say.

“Cool.” He nods once at me and then leaves without another glance my way.

Shit, I must have really struck a nerve with him last night. I feel awkward, like he only wanted to prove his point. It's not what I was hoping for when he came to see me this afternoon. My satisfaction quickly takes a turn and I'm ready to leave, I can't work feeling this way. I get dressed and shut everything down in my studio, locking up the door and heading to the front to see if Jenna is ready to go to the shop.

“Hey.” I say to her with a grim look on my face.

“Hey. What was up with Adrian? He didn't have much to say to me when he came in. Everything alright?”

I shrug. “I don't even know, girl. You ready to go look at this car?” I quickly change the tone of the conversation.

“Sure, let me shut down the computer and grab my keys and I'll be ready.”

Damn it. That's what I forgot when I left the house this morning. My laptop, I was going to bring it so I could check on the emails periodically. I really want to know what I can find out about the mystery sender of the gift I received the other day. I'll just check on my phone when I get the time. I normally don't like logging into my accounts on my phone, just in case I lose it, therefore I'd rather use my laptop. I can't wait to find out though, and it will probably be awhile before I head home today.

“Ready?” Jenna asks with keys in hand.

“As ever.” I reply.

We head out the front door, locking behind us, and climbing into Jen's car. I have been anxious to see my car since the accident, it feels like it's been much longer than it actually has. I can't imagine seeing it completely totaled, I hope it's not that bad. My mom still doesn't know any details about it, I'd like to keep it that way. Whatever needs fixed on it, I'll get it done before she ever finds out. I'm sure it'll cost a pretty penny, restoring such a classic isn't cheap.

We pull up to the shop the car has been at since Friday morning and we both get out to walk up to the main office. We get to the door and walk inside. The grease smell over-powers the air around us. There's no one at the front desk, so I ring the bell to get someone's attention from the back. Through the glass I can see a couple of young mechanics, who's working on an extended cab truck, look up when the bell chimes. The door on the side swings open and an older man with grungy clothing walks in.

“Can I help you?” He asks, looking us up and down.

“Yes, my car, it was brought here this past Friday... I was wondering if I could take a look at it and see what needs fixing so I can get it back on the road soon.”

He smiles. “You must be Ms. Thorne.”

I nod.

He continues, “You're a lucky lady, being through such an accident and standing here today... follow me.”

He leads us through the side door and we walk past the working mechanics, ending up in the garage at the back of the shop. The man turns on the lights, they flicker for a second until they shine brightly onto the vehicles parked inside. I look over and see it sitting there, shining as though it's been recently washed and waxed.

“How...” I start to ask, but my words trail off and I quickly walk over to get a closer look at it.

Jenna follows me, finishing my thoughts, “How is this possible?” She asks.

The man is close behind and steps in front of us and beside the car. “She's a beauty.”

My jaw finally retreats to normal position. “I don't understand. This car had to have been banged up, if not destroyed. How am I looking at it in pristine condition right now? I haven't given permission to have it fixed, not even knowing what the damages were or what this is going to cost me.”

The man chuckles a bit. “Well, like I said, you're a lucky lady, Ms. Thorne. You wouldn't have wanted to see it the way it was when it got brought here. Now all you have to do is drive this classy lady out of here.”

“I'm confused. You fixed it, don't I owe you the bill?” I ask him, almost frustrated wondering what the hell happened.
