Chapter Forty One

It was night time and Alex had finally let Gary sleep. They had gone on for hours until she realised how exhausted he must be and stopped; Gary had fallen into a deep sleep straight away.

Alex
went downstairs and sat outside on the decking, watching the night sky, waiting for morning to arrive, she knew no one would be able to see her.

She
thought about what had just happened with her and Gary, she’d loved every minute, the thrills and the orgasms were like nothing she’d ever experienced, but she knew she needed to let Gary take some control, she couldn’t believe the strength and the power she’d had, she could have carried on forever.

Alex
had been worried that she might hurt Gary, but now he was safely asleep she felt the need to stretch her spirit self, her wings. She hadn’t shown these to Gary because she was frightened of scaring him off, but they were aching now.

She closed her eyes and concentrated for a moment, she could feel them come to life
and she stretched them out to their full width and then relaxed. She opened her eyes and touched her wings which felt soft. She had needed to stretch her wings more and more since that first time, it was as if they didn’t like being hidden away, they were part of her and she had to accept them, but also she was scared of them and what they really might mean.

Alex heard a noise
behind her and turned to see Gary standing there, staring at her, not saying a word, it was too late to conceal her wings.

Alex turned and hid
her face in her hands, and began to cry. Gary was frozen for a second, not sure if he was still dreaming, he hadn’t exactly been expecting this on top of everything else. He sat down at the table beside her. Alex folded her wings back in.

“I’m sorry Gary.
I didn’t know how to tell you. I was frightened it would scare you off me, and you’d send me away, I’ll leave if you can’t take it, I’ll understand.” Alex went to stand up; Gary put his hand on her leg to stop her.

H
e looked lost, “Alex show me again, don’t hide,” said Gary, not taking his eyes off hers. Alex did as she was asked. Gary looked at her and smiled

“Alex you are
amazing, beautiful, heavenly even, you are my own guardian angel.”

Alex looked
down. “You aren’t saying that just because you think it’s what I want to hear,” she said.

Gary touched her face to bring her back to look at him
, “Alex, you are special and now I can see you’ve been kept on earth just for me, don’t you see? You’re my bound angel, stuck here for me, this makes you for real what I’ve always thought of you as: my angel.”

Gary
kissed her, Alex felt herself crying, but this time they were tears of joy.

Her wings became extensions of her arms and wrapped around him
, pulling him close, holding him tight and warm from the chill of the night air. “You still look tired Gary, let’s go back to bed, you need sleep, I’m sorry about earlier, I will try not to be so intense next time,” said Alex.

“What
? I loved it. That was mind-blowing, it was fantastic Alex.”

Alex
felt better as they walked inside. “Even so, you need your rest and we need to get you better and back to normal as much as we can, and that means going back to the club Gary. I know you’re avoiding it, but it’s part of you, and one of the reasons I love you,” she said.

Gary didn’t reply so
Alex didn’t push him for an answer, they both climbed back into bed and soon Gary fell back to sleep.

Gary
dreamt of holding her in his arms, but she was covered in blood. Alex could see his dreams and she held him closer to calm him and comfort him, to help him rest properly. She knew that it was going to take time and patience for him to fully recover.

Chapter Forty Two

Gary woke up late, he needed a real rest, every day was showing him new facets of Alex. Alex was, and always had been, his angel. He wondered what surprises the new day would bring.

He looked over and smiled at Alex who was watching over him, her wings were
not visible. “Why have you hidden them?” he asked.

“They don’t always need to be out and
proud, it’s just now and again that I need to stretch them. Anyway we’ve got other things to think about today,” said Alex.

“What’s that?”

“First get dressed while I fix you breakfast, then you can call Ray and tell him you’re coming into the club,” said Alex.

“I’ll call Ray but I’m not up for going back
to my room just yet,” said Gary.

“We aren’t going to the room Gary, I know it’s still
traumatic, but we are going into the office, we need to sort out the security in that place so nothing like this happens again. If Tracey does want to return we need to reassure her that she will be safe,” said Alex.

“We
! You can’t come, it’s too risky!” said Gary.

“I
’ve been thinking about that, I think I know a way, but that’s why I need you to get up and dressed and fed, you may need your strength.”

Gary
wondered what she had in mind, he washed and got dressed quickly. He picked up the phone from the bedside table and dialled Ray, who answered on the first ring.

“Gary,
are you ok?” said Ray.

“It’s ok, Marie told me to call
you and put your mind at rest and all that,” said Gary.

“Well, you sound better, more like the Gary
I know, but how are you really? You know I can come over, if you need company.”

“That’s why I called
, except I was thinking of coming to see you at the club,” said Gary.

Ray went quiet for a moment
. “Are you sure, I’m not trying to keep you away or anything, but I don’t want you rushing yourself either.”

“It’s ok
, I’m only going into the office, I want to look at the security. I don’t want this happening again. We need to make it safe. After all it’s home to a lot of the girls there,” said Gary.

“Ok, I’m busy this morning but will be free this afternoon
, the office will be empty till then,” said Ray.

“Well, I may come in early and get a start on things, and then when
you’re free we can talk through my ideas, if that’s ok.”

“If you’re
sure. I’ll see you later then” said Ray.

Gary went down to the kitchen
where Alex had got the breakfast ready.

“I
called Ray, and told him I’m going in this morning and will catch up with him later this afternoon. But are you sure about this?” asked Gary.

“Look
you don’t know much about computers and what’s needed for security. But I do, I was the best,” said Alex passing him his coffee.

“That’s not what I meant
, and you know it,” said Gary.

“I know
, look, just eat up and don’t worry.”

Gary was worried
that Ray or Melissa might come into the office and see her, that they might have a strong enough connection. He didn’t want them to know about Alex’s presence, so he ate his breakfast quickly, eager to know what her plan was.

“Right
, have you finished?” said Alex as she came back into the kitchen.

“Yes
.”

“Ok let
’s try something,” said Alex.

Gary stood up and foll
owed Alex into the living room.

“Right, I’m going to try something that I hope I can use to get into the
office and to stop you feeling worried. I’m going to enter you for a few seconds to see how you feel,” said Alex.

“Enter me
, well that sounds kinky,” said Gary with a laugh.

“Just stand still
.” She walked up to him and then right into him; she completely disappeared. Gary couldn’t see her anywhere.

“Alex where are you?”

Gary began to feel out of control, it was like last night but stronger, he couldn’t move.

“What’s happening
?” Gary asked.

“It’s ok
, I’m here with you, trust me,” said Alex, her voice seemed to come from within him.

He started to move forwards slowly at first then
more quickly, it was very strange.

“Alex
, please, what’s happening, where are you?” said Gary.

The feeling went and Alex appeared in front of him smiling.

“You ok?” she said holding his hand to steady him.

“Wha
t was that, what just happened?” he asked.

“I took over your body, I entered you and controlled your moveme
nts, this way I can go into the office without being seen, and once inside I can come out of you, that’s if you’re ok with it?”

Gary looked at her
, taking in what she’d just said. “You controlled me from within?”

Alex held
his hand. “If it was too much I will just risk it and come with you,” she said.

Gary thought about
it: he didn’t want the others to see her. “Ok. Let’s try it again, I think it just threw me off a bit,” he said.

Alex nodded
, and again she disappeared, the peculiar feeling came back but this time he was prepared for it.

“Ok
, walk over to the front door and pick up the car keys,” said Gary.

Alex took control and did
as he told her.

“Right
let’s go to the car,” said Gary. Alex went to walk to the door. “Wait, can I talk to you with my mind. I don’t want people hearing me talking to myself.”

“I
’m not sure. I could try and take over completely until we get there if you want, and if you trust me,” said Alex.

Gary thought about it
, “Do it before I chicken out, I trust you, I don’t think I can go there on my own, and if this is the only way, let’s do it.”

“Alright here
we go!” said Alex.

Gary began to feel v
ery sleepy and closed his eyes.

As
they opened the door it was no longer Gary, it was Alex. She had full control.

“Right let
’s get there quickly. I’m not sure how long I can do this for,” said Alex, but only to herself.

Chapter Forty Three

Alex, in control of Gary’s body, pulled up at the club and got out of the car. She looked up at the building, it was weird being there again, she wondered how Gary would feel. She wanted to get them both safely inside and in the office. She walked around the back and in through the side entrance past the kitchen and up to the office, no one was around.

As soon as she was in the office
she left Gary’s body, and she went weak and collapsed to the floor. Gary opened his eyes and grabbed her.

“You ok
? Here, sit down,” said Gary helping her to the sofa.

“I’m fine
, it just took it out of me, I’ll be ok in a minute,” said Alex.

“How are
you
feeling?” asked Alex.

“I’m g
reat, it was like I went to sleep and woke up here,” said Gary, and he sat down by her and held her hand.

Alex coul
d read the concern on his face. “Gary don’t worry, I’ll be fine,” she said.

Just then the door opened
and in walked Melissa. Gary froze but Melissa smiled at Gary and walked over to sit by him. Alex moved quickly out of the way. Melissa couldn’t see her.

Alex went to the desk and sat at the computer
, waiting for Melissa to leave. Gary looked at Alex, and then back to Melissa, his heart was pounding.

“Ray said you were coming in today, glad to have you back, it’s just not the same
without you here,” said Melissa.

“Mel, I’m
just here to work in the office, nothing more, I’m not ready for anything else yet,” said Gary feeling uncomfortable.

“Come on
, you can’t stay away from it too long. It’s in your blood, it’s your life. If you’re worried I can easily help you back into the swing of things,” said Melissa as she ran her fingers over his shoulder and tried to pull him closer.

“Melissa
, I just lost my wife for God’s sake,” said Gary pushing her away. Alex watched, not making a move.

“Yes, I know but she
’s gone and you’re still here, you have needs too,” said Melissa trying again.

“For fuck’s sake Melissa
, when will you ever learn? I will never sleep with you,” Gary shouted, he was embarrassed as he knew Alex was watching.

“You had sex with me
and Alex, so why not now she’s not here? You need someone with experience,” said Melissa.

“That was the
one and only time Melissa, and you know it. We hadn’t before and never will again, you belong to Ray, not me,” said Gary.

Alex was
surprised, she thought they’d had some sort of relationship while at the club.

“Ray isn’t
you. He can’t control me like you can. You would make me a better dom,” continued Melissa, she wasn’t letting up.

“Then
Melissa, in all the years you’ve been here, you haven’t learnt a thing,” said Gary.

“That’s what I’m trying to say
, I need you as my dom, my master, to control my ways. I need someone to dominate me.”

“This is what I
’m getting at. You should know by now that in a dom/sub relationship the real person in control is the submissive because they can always say stop. Now leave, Melissa, that’s the end of it,” said Gary standing up and opening the office door. Melissa stormed out of the room, Gary closed the door behind her and turned to Alex.

“Sorry Alex, you didn’t need to see that
,” he said.

“It’s ok, she is very full on when it com
es to you, I didn’t realize you’d never had a relationship with her while you were here.”

“T
hat’s right, Melissa is very good at some things here, but how the relationship should work between her and her master is never going to sink in. Sometimes I don’t know what Ray sees in her.”

Gary locked the office door, “Ok
, so show me your ideas for updating the security here,” he said.

“First things first
, you need to get a team who can watch the cameras around the clock here, ask John to help get you people you can trust. You will need four shifts and maybe two people per shift.”

“I can see the benefit
in that, I’ll get Ray on to it with Briggs,” said Gary.

“Then there are the camera
s in the rooms, you can get tiny ones now, so your clients won’t see them and feel uncomfortable. They can cover all the angles of the rooms, you’ll need to update your computer system to cater for this, plus security cameras in the corridors and the back and the kitchen. The whole place needs to be covered, that will stop anyone coming in through the back of the building. I can give you the number of a good friend of mine in the business, he is very trustworthy, we went to uni together,” said Alex, going for it all guns blazing.

Gary sat back and
smiled, “Good friend, or more than that?”

“No way
, I told you there was only ever you, but you chose not to take it to the next level and left to go on your travels, while I stayed and studied,” laughed Alex.

“Ok, I believe you
. Thousands wouldn’t,” said Gary.

“There’s
one more thing you need: cameras in yours, Ray’s and Melissa’s rooms, you all need to be safe,” said Alex.

Gary looked away and walked over to the window.

“I suppose, but I don’t think I can ever go back in that room again,” he said. He just stared out of the window.

Alex
went over to him. “Gary, why not? We had some great times in there, don’t let one little thing spoil it for you,” said Alex.

“Little!
Alex are you mad, you died in my arms in that room.
That
is not little.”

“Gary
, what I’m trying to say is that what happened is over and I’m still here. We can still go in that room and be how we used to be, as if nothing happened. But let’s take it one step at a time,” said Alex.

“I know
, but I can’t get that image out of my mind. It will take time, I know I shouldn’t think like you’ve gone, but I can’t help it.”

Alex held him in her arms
, “We’ll take it one baby step at a time, there is no rush, soon it will all be a distant memory.”

Gary t
urned around to look at Alex, “Come on give me that number. Let’s get the ball rolling, and set up a meeting with that special friend of yours.”

Alex gave Gary a gentle push
. “Shut up! Go on, call him, his name is Steve.”
