Now her temples were not the only damp part of her. Her underarms were moist, and between her legs was so damp she wanted to pluck the crotch of her panties from the slickness there. Knowing he could smell it made her even more sensitive.

“So you are saying you wanted to fuck me before you had the chocolates?” she spoke soberly. She needed him to tell her that, needed to hear the ‘fuck’ followed by ‘her’ out of his mouth.

Rupert looked in her eyes. “I have wanted to fuck you ever since they told me you were mine—well, my assistant. I want to fuck you so bad, I call you into my office and come out here yelling at you just to see you react to me. I want to fuck you that bad. Look at you.”

Lotte looked down at her chocolate skirt.

“Did you want me to be like every other guy here? Chasing you? Bringing out boxes of candy from the sexy line? Yet, I ended up eating the stuff and am hard as hell and trying to act like I don’t want to drag you by the hair and fuck you like an animal.”

“No.” Finally, she wiped her damp forehead, looking up at him. “But I don’t want you to fuck me spurred on by a couple of pieces of candy.”

Lotte was not even aware she was pouting until Rupert caressed her bottom lip with his finger. She sucked at its tip without even thinking about it. He closed his eyes as she did, and she continued to suck the remnants of chocolate off it, just a bit, but she could taste it. And then she realized now she had had some of the sexy chocolate too.

All bets were off.

He led her by his finger and she followed him past all of the glass doors, into the chocolate oak of his office that she always felt comfortable walking into when he called her in to talk about work. His finger still in her mouth, her tongue reached for more of his fingers, craving chocolate first, then skin and blood as she sunk her teeth lightly into his finger.

He did not move his hand, pain and pleasure evenly mixed as a result of their heightened desire. Then he moved his finger over her lip, along her neck and down to her waist.

His kiss was like sex. She felt exactly how hard he was, and between her legs was so slippery that being pressed against him felt better than she ever could have imagined. He pulled at her hair, his fingertips caressing her scalp, which relaxed and aroused her all the more. A soft sigh came from her, her warm breath cool compared to the heat between them. Her body gave in to the beginning of the end of her fantasy about Rupert.

The morning she came to work after she dreamt she was kissing him was the best she had had before now. Even then she tried to ignore the desire that she felt, but now she was not. His mouth tasted of the chocolate, and she was drunk with it as she sucked on the tip of his tongue and his lower lip.

“Look at you,” she mimicked him. “Soft and warm, I dreamt about you like this…”

“Dreamt about me?”

Lotte kissed the hollow of his throat, resisting the urge to bite it.

“I wanted you since I saw you as well, even though you made it hard as hell with the demands you were making, but now I understand. You were courting me like a little boy. Your tirade about black coffee was like you were pulling my hair…”

A tug on her hair brought her face up to look at him, and he nodded.

“I did not know you wanted me until I could smell you. The chocolate did that.”

“Yeah,” Lotte licked around his lips. “I like the taste of chocolate on you.”

“I like your chocolate skirt, the feeling of velvet, against the chocolatey silk of your skin.”

It was a warm day and she was not wearing anything under her skirt, and she was happy about that as he kissed her again and his hand reached under her chocolate skirt that she wore to match Sherilyn’s lips. Their inside joke because she was working at Acme, and they were meeting for lunch today.

It was not a joke now as his fingers sloshed around in her, moving in and out, as they had in her mouth just moments earlier, and she wondered if any remnant of chocolate entering her there would make her go crazy. Her leg lifted around his as she rolled her head from his and gasped loudly. Rupert kissed her neck, but did not stop finger-fucking her, and her leg twisted like a vine as he made her come.

Panting heavier than she ever had after she came, her eyes closed so tight that when she opened them she saw the colors she usually saw behind her eyelids. She saw Rupert in a spectrum of color and swooned as he moved. Colors haloed about him as if he were a saint, but what he was doing to her was anything but holy.

When he undid the bow of her skirt, the edge of it grazed her knees and indeed felt like velvet. Her knees shook with excitement, until she stepped on the velvet of her skirt. All of her clothes felt like velvet as they fell in a puddle at her feet. Lotte slipped her hand inside his shirt to touch his chest, and he moved it as he undressed. She pressed her body to him as he did so and everything new he revealed about himself she touched. He was so hard, and she touched him there to feel him, hard for her. She caressed his stomach right behind his erection, savored the heat of him. Rupert took her hand and pulled her close. Their bodies molded together, every hair, bead of sweat, mole and imperfection came together as one.

Earlier, Lotte had dared to put her toe on the plush rug while she was being reprimanded by Rupert. Lying on it now with him, it felt even more plush, and the softness of the rug and her body combined with the hardness of his body was intoxicating. He reached for her lips like he was bobbing for apples.

When he flipped her on her knees, she was thankful for the softness of the carpeting. She felt separation anxiety when his hands left her body before she became distracted by the smell of chocolate. At first she thought it was Rupert’s knuckle along her spine, but then she realized he was marking her with one of the chocolate truffles that she had brought into his office. This chocolate was not from the sexy line, but he was using it in an even sexier way, his hand caressing her breast, basting it with chocolate.

“Does that feel good?” His voice was heavy with lust, and she purred her answer as he licked everywhere he had marked her. When she practically meowed, arching her back so well that her yoga instructor would he proud, he her filled her mouth with the remainder of the truffle, and she sucked this one as she was not able to with the one he had stopped her from savoring earlier that day. Lotte choked a little when he entered her, but was delightfully full with the chocolate and the feel of him inside her.

Every time her breasts came forward as he rode her, the scent of chocolate drove her so crazy that she tried to grab one and lick the chocolate off, but the sensation of being filled with Rupert, him driving her so hard…she got lost in the sensation and the scent of chocolate and sex.

Her orgasm brought her back to reality. Her eyes closed so tight she saw colors like firecrackers behind her eyes.

She opened her eyes when she heard Rupert gasp, and then cry out. He pulled out of her and came across her back. She liked the feeling of it. She imagined she looked like a dessert cake with stripes of white and brown syrup.

“Hello? Did someone order a delivery?”

Lotte scrambled to her feet. Someone was calling from the outside.

“Coming!” she exclaimed. She turned to Rupert with fear, and he looked besotted as he kissed her, her lips covered with the chocolate he smeared on them.

“I have to go get the food.” she said when he pulled away.

He smiled at her and kissed the tip of her nose.

“Are you really still hungry?”

She smiled and snaked her arms about his neck as she kissed him, her hands running down his sides, loving the feeling of his skin, her hand caressing his buttock, which tightened at her touch, and she loved it.

“Sort of!”

He grinned and kissed her again, licking her lips before he reached for his clothes on the floor.

“I’ll get it, you can wash up a bit in the bathroom. You have to get that chocolate off of you.”

He kissed her again, licking her cheek, which had chocolate on it too.

“I ordered food,” he yelled as he opened his office door, just as she slipped into the bathroom. She had had dried come on her before, but not dried chocolate, and she felt more decadent than the biggest chocolate bonbon Acme could ever produce.

Flat Warming

Exhibit A

“That’s it. That’s the last one.”

I closed the door behind me and smiled up at Nick.

“Now I just have to get everything up the bloody stairs.”

I was a suburban Robinson Crusoe, marooned on a carpet island in a sea of crates and cases. Nick, my Man Friday, took the stairs two at a time, fearless in the face of the destruction I’d wrought. Landing with an audible thump, he surveyed the box-strewn landscape, took in my slumped shoulders, and clearly came to a decision.

“Ok roomie, we don’t know each other very well – not yet – but you look fucking shattered. Let’s lock the front door, grab one box each, and leave the rest till the morning. How does that sound?”

“Depends. Is there wine upstairs?”

In fairness, it hadn’t been the best of days. Things with Jane had been on the rocks for a while, but her sudden departure had still come as a bit of a shock. No discussion, no argument, nothing; just a scribbled note on the bedside table and a wardrobe much emptier than it had been the night before when we’d gone to bed.

The rest of the day had been a bit of a blur. Without Jane, I knew her sister would want me out of the room we rented, so I packed up my stuff and called the guy from Marketing who’d pinned a ‘Flatmate Wanted’ ad to the notice board at work earlier in the month. I didn’t want to waste any time; if she could just disappear to South America ‘to escape all this shit and find out how we’re really meant to live’, then I could sure as hell move out of our poky end terrace and into my colleague’s pretty, modern maisonette without too much fuss.

As I stood in Nick’s kitchen, watching him twist my corkscrew down into a bottle of red, I decided that it wasn’t her fault. Not really. When Acme CDCC went bust, a part of Jane crumpled, and despite my best efforts it had never managed to reinflate. It was the FDA, or the Food Standards Agency, that was to blame. Governments here in Europe, or back in the US: none of them understood her ‘vision for human happiness’, whatever that meant.

Nick poured a generous splash of wine into each glass and raised them both in an ironic toast.

“To a marriage of convenience!”

With feigned outrage, I turned on one heel and picked up the closer of the two crates.

“Excuse me. Some of us have work to do.”

“No, seriously, it’s good to have you here. That room needed to be filled, but I’m glad you’re the one who’s, y’know, filling it.”

“Yeah? Smooth. If you’re so fucking grateful, help me figure out what’s in this box. And give me one of those glasses!”

Packing had been a fairly haphazard process. When you have three years worth of shit kicking around your cupboards, and four hours in which to box it up and ship out, there isn’t much room for finesse, and faced with Kate’s disapproving stare I just concentrated on piling as much as I could into the moving truck. I wanted to tell her that I wasn’t the bad guy – that Jane had left me – but family is family, and besides, Kate had never been my biggest fan.

“Jesus mate, what’s in here?”

I shrugged as Nick pulled out books, clothes, and souvenirs from holidays long since forgotten. Two lives in one sad, sagging cardboard shell. What was in there?

“Hey, fucking awesome. I’ve got no food in the fridge, but these will do, right? Gold box too – very classy. Ok, so chocolate now, takeaway pizza later, and wine throughout! Can’t beat that on a Saturday night.”

Pizza, yes; wine, absolutely; but chocolate?? Must be Jane’s. No thank you.

“How about we just order something now? Hey, when will Josie be round?”

Josie was Nick’s girlfriend. She’d worked in my team for a couple of years, before leaving for bigger and better things. That was always on the cards: Josie was one of the smartest and wisest people I’d ever met, and annoyingly attractive to boot. I couldn’t begrudge her the success she’d found, and I couldn’t begrudge her Nick either. He was fairly new to the firm – they didn’t want to work together, so he only applied when she handed in her notice – but he’d already made a very positive impression, and not just because he was good at his job. The guy was hot, no two ways about it. Tall and broad: an easy, sporty fitness, rather than gym-based narcissism. At work he wore his hair short and his tie long, but the professional veneer still had plenty of scratches. A frayed cuff here, some 5 o’clock stubble there. An extra shirt button undone on Fridays, revealing wispy curls and tanned skin. Tight jeans on company nights out.

Tight jeans with a definite bulge.

That’s not why I moved in with him. Not really. Ok, it was hard to take my eyes off him in the changing room that time, after the company BBQ and charity rugby tournament. We’d bundled in there, a couple of dozen men painfully reminded of their status as former athletes, and my eye was drawn to him immediately, stripped down to his boxers and framed against the sun-pierced window. When he peeled off his underwear, I gripped the wooden bench just a little tighter. I’d seen big cocks before – of course I had – but his was just so beautiful. Forget Vitruvius, this was a man in perfect proportion. As he stood up straight, it flopped down between his legs, looking thick and heavy even next to the muscular thighs that framed it.

For the first time, I looked at another man and felt my stomach flip over. Not only did I want to feel his cock in my mouth, I actually had to smack my lips together to prevent myself drooling at the sight of it.

Three months later, I watched Nick flip open his mobile and call his girlfriend.

“Hey babe, what are you up to tonight? Want to come over later? Mm-hmm, he’s here now. Yeah? You up for it? Great! See you in a bit.”

He turned to me and flashed a sunny grin.

“Josie said she’ll be round to help after she’s eaten. Speaking of which…”
