Caroline was taken aback. "Has that ever happened to you?"

"Eh, on occasion."

"On occasion?"

"Don't worry about it, long story. So uh, what's wrong?"

Caroline sighed, "A lot of things, look, I don't want to talk about it."

The man put up his hands defensively. "Okay, okay, I understand. I had one of those days today, too.”

"Oh really? Did your best friend get fired? Did three-fourths of your department get fired?" Caroline snapped.

"Oh, no," the t-shirt clad man said, "I just had a flat tire to deal with. Wow, I'm really sorry." Cautiously, he placed a hand on his elevator mate's shoulder.

Caroline swallowed. "I am really sorry; I don't mean to take this out on anyone. Look, uh, please don't tell anyone about, you know."

"I already forgot about it," the man said with a gentle smile. "So where are you headed, if you don't mind me asking."

"I guess I might as well tell someone. I'm going to the board of directors and lay everything out for them. I'm going to try to get my friend her benefits and see about getting everyone else in my department reinstated. We're bleeding money, but we can at least afford to pay our executive assistant department."

"Bleeding money?" The man suddenly stood erect. "How is Biotech bleeding money?"

Caroline shook her head. "Look, I’ve said too much. I don't want to lose my job."

"Don't you think going to the board, especially when they're in the middle of a meeting, might put your job in danger?"

"I guess but I have to talk to them about my friend."

A bell rang in the elevator and the man smiled. "Well, this is where I get off. Good luck in helping your friend and everyone else in your department."

Caroline watched him walk out, his firm butt moving in perfect tandem with his legs. Her mind once again left her troubles and she began to fantasize about them both being trapped in the elevator.

***

Caroline felt the tears rimming her eyes "What do you mean, no?"

Her response to the board's denial of reinstating her friend echoed throughout the large, Victorian room. Several balding, gray haired men in business suits calmly leaned back in brown stuffed chairs.

"We meant what we said." The speaker was the tall, heavy set man who was the company's CEO. He sat up straight at the head of the table across the room. "Because of financial difficulties, we are unable to give your friend her benefits. It’s a cost that we can't afford."

"What do you mean it’s a cost you can't afford? She gave you thirty-five years. She spent half her life here and you can't afford to give her a decent retirement?"

"No, we can't. The same way we can't afford to keep on most of your department. Our company has suffered financial setbacks recently and we must take drastic actions in order to save ourselves."

Caroline clenched her fists. She had been there for thirty minutes, and all those fat cats had done was give her the run around. She tried to play nice, but it got her nowhere. Now it was time to let them have it and show them first hand that she knew of their secret sins.

"You wouldn't be in this situation if you hadn't poured money into those illegal investments."

"Illegal investments?" The executive puffed up. "How dare you even suggest we did such a thing?"

"I'm not suggesting anything. I know you did it. My boss, Mr. Larrity, gave me some paperwork that he was too lazy to do himself. It detailed those little experiments you did on those rabbits that were borderline animal cruelty. Oh, and let's not forget that drug you created that killed all those rats. PETA would love to hear about that." The old man snorted. "Young woman, I have no idea what you’re talking about."

"That's a lie and you know it. I saw the documents and I have copies of them stashed away." Caroline voice cracked in anger. She was bluffing but she could get the board to back down.

Many of the board members jumped. The CEO, however, didn't flinch. "Would you care to present any of this information to us?"

"Don't make me go back and get it," Caroline said through gritted teeth. "You definitely don't want me to go and get the paperwork that shows you were stealing from this company as well. You know, I bet those experiments were just a scam to steal from Biotech."

Even though his companions looked more on edge, the CEO was still calm. "I invite you to. Go back and show us our wrongdoings. But since you don't have any evidence, because we haven't done any of the things you said we have, I suggest you leave now."

"I’m not leaving until you reinstate my friends and co-workers."

"Well, then, we have no choice." The man pressed a button on the table. "Security, please remove Ms. Caroline Lane from our board room. We have a meeting to attend to."

Right after he finished his sentence, the large double doors to the room flew open. From behind Caroline came the handsome man she had groped in the elevator. In his arms was an open, black laptop computer.

"Good afternoon, Mr. Hammersham, and other members of the board. How are you?"

"Oh, uh, we are doing well, Mr. Derringer. We were just calling security to remove this young lady from our board room. She has interrupted valuable company time."

Two security officers in gray uniforms opened the double doors and their eyes immediately fell on Mr. Derringer. He smiled at them. "Hello Bobby, Will, how are you doing?"

"Great, Mr. Derringer," they said in unison.

The color drained from Caroline's face. How could she not have known? Brett Derringer, the owner of Biotech. No wonder he waltzed through the building in such casual attire; he owned the place, he could do whatever he wanted.

Her stomach did summersaults. It was over. Not only were her co-workers and friends were going to lose their jobs, she was most definitely going to lose hers, too. If not for wasting company time, then for playing ‘grab ass’ with her boss.

"Bobby, Will," Brett began, "please escort the entire board of directors out of the building. As of this moment, they are all fired."

"Fired?" asked Mr. Hammersham, now visibly flustered, "what do you mean, sir?"

"I was doing a little bit of research of my own while you were talking with Ms. Lane here." He placed the laptop down on the desk so that it faced them. "On the screen, you will find electronic copies of the experiments she was talking about. Experiments that you never told me about. Now why was that? Could it be that you were each stealing one million dollars a month from the company and having accounting write it off as a business expense? Because that sure as hell is what it looks like to me."

"Mr. Derringer, we would never..."

"Please don't tell me you’re calling me a liar, Mr. Hammersham. I know fraud when I see it and it is happening here. Now then, you have two options. You can leave on your own volition, or I can have you forcefully removed. Either way, I don't want to see any of your faces around here anymore, do you understand?"

"You will hear from my lawyer," Hammersham growled.

"Wonderful," said Brett cheerfully. "Then we can catch up on old times. Now, get out."

Each man in the room rose from his seat, gathered his belongings, and left. The security guards left behind them, leaving only Brett and Caroline in the large room.

Caroline stood staring at the man before her. She was dumbfounded. She couldn't even begin to comprehend what had happened. "You're uh...huh?"

Brett smiled. "I imagine this is quite a shock for you."

"Well, yes, I uh...why did you come up here?"

"When you mentioned the company was bleeding money, it piqued my interest, naturally."

"But I'm just an employee. Why would you listen to what I say?"

"No, you're an executive assistant. An executive assistant who is overqualified for her job, by the way.”

“It's common knowledge that if you want to know what’s happening in a business, you ask a secretary. I did a little research and when I found out what was happening, I came running."

"Sir, I am so sorry all this happened. I guess I should have stepped up sooner. I mean, I couldn't really afford to because..."

Brett held up a hand. "I understand. The way things are right now, you can't afford to lose your job. You won't have to worry about that now, because you and everyone else who was fired today won't lose their jobs. In fact, you know, you impress me."

"I do?"

"Absolutely," Brett grinned. "Despite everything you could have lost, you stood up to those useless ‘yes men’ so your co-workers could keep their jobs. There aren't many people who would do something like that."

Caroline smiled and looked down. "Well, I didn't want my friend to lose her benefits."

"I greatly admire loyalty and a sense of justice. That's so rare nowadays. I need someone like you at the helm of my company. Would you be interested in becoming my new chief executive officer?"

Caroline's mouth opened slightly. "Do what?"

"You heard me. Would you do me the honor of becoming my CEO? I need a person who not only looks out for my employees but for my company as well.” He paused.

“I need someone who is strong enough to stand up and tell me no when I make a bad decision and I think that person is you. Besides, I pulled your file. You’re well qualified for the position with your experience as an executive assistant and your other credentials. Will you do that?"

Caroline didn't give it a second thought. She quickly nodded her head. She tried to mumble some sort of thank you but she had trouble forming words with her tongue.

Brett grinned. "Excellent. I want you to go to your friend and the rest of the people wrongly fired and tell them they’re keeping their jobs. Caroline straightened up and smiled. "Yes, sir, I'll do that right away."

"But first," Brett held up a finger and took a step toward her, "we need to discuss that little incident in the elevator."

Ice cascaded through Caroline's veins. "Oh, okay. Please don't let that reflect on my ability to lead."

"I never said anything about your leadership abilities." Brett smirked. "I also wanted to tell you that I admire people, women in particular, who reach out and take what they want. Women who reach out and seize opportunity."

Caroline blushed, her breasts erected as he took another step toward her. "Is that so?"

"It is. Now you’re welcome to walk out that door if you like and nothing changes. You're still CEO. But I want to let you know another type of opportunity is right here."

Caroline’s heart raced and the room started to feel a bit warmer. "Well, if it's here, I might want to reach out and grab it."

Brett wrapped his arms around Caroline and, she grinned up at him. She grabbed his firm ass through his exercise shorts.

"Now then," said Brett, "there is only one little rule about this opportunity."

"What is that?"

"I’m the boss. You do exactly what I say, is that clear?"

Caroline answered, "Crystal. What do I do?

"Get out of that dress."

Without any more encouragement, Caroline quickly stripped out of her dress. The cool air in the room made her breasts peak firmly. She stood tall in her red heels, leaving nothing on except her bright pink panties.

Brett removed his shirt, revealing large, strong muscles and a chiseled abdomen. He took off his exercise shorts and white underwear, revealing a large member that was quickly reaching full erection.

"Put your mouth on my cock," Brett commanded.

Caroline was about to take off her heels but Brett gently grabbed her arm. "Leave them on."

Bracing herself on the table, Caroline dropped to her knees. Brett leaned against the large, polished boardroom table and she turned to face him. Slowly reaching out, she grabbed his massive cock and began to stroke it with her slender fingers. Butterflies fluttered in her stomach as he moaned. She smiled and slowly fitted her mouth around the head of his member.

Caroline ran her tongue around the hole at the tip, continuing to exercise his shaft. Brett sucked in a deep breath and ran fingers through her hair. Salty pre-cum entered her mouth, puckering her mouth. She sucked harder on his member.

She continued to circle the tip of her tongue around the head of his cock, her mouth savoring the delectable juices that dripped forth. Very slowly, she moved her head forward, taking him into her mouth until she could feel her gag reflex in the back of her throat stop her. She pulled her head back slightly before pushing it forward again, expertly using her mouth so that her teeth didn't catch his skin.

Caroline began to pick up her pace. Her body heat rose and she felt wetness accumulate in the fabric of her panties. Her boss shuddered. She gently cupped his ball sack in her hands, slowly whirling them around, playing with its contents between her fingers while her head moved.

Through gritted teeth, Brett took a shuddering breath. "Stop and stand up."

Caroline let his member slide out of her mouth with a small slurp. She swallowed, letting the succulent juices slide down her throat. She stood tall, meeting her boss eye to eye.

He looked at her and put on a playfully stern look. "Tell me how much you liked that."

Caroline grinned, warmth resting in the depth of her stomach. "I liked it."

"You liked it more than that."

"I thought it was good."

Brett pretended to scowl. "You thought it was great."

"Maybe," Caroline's smirk broadened.

Brett took her arm and laid her face first against the table. The cold surface pressed against her breasts made her suck in a deep breath.

"I don't tolerate disobedience." Brett said, smacking his hand against her ass. The right cheek bounced and Caroline gasped. "Now then, tell me you thought it was great."

"I liked it." The boss couldn’t see her grin, but he had to know she was smiling.

He smacked her ass again. "That is not what I told you to say."

"It isn't?" Caroline giggled.

"No, it wasn't, so say it."

"Say what?"

"That you thought it was great."

"It was good."

Brett attacked her left cheek, smacking three times, each making Caroline’s bottom bounce. He stood on his tiptoes to see her face. She reassured him with her smile that she was alright.
