Elle walked into Drake’s mostly packed house later that evening to find the lights off and a path of candles leading upstairs. She followed them down the hall and into the master bath where a bubble bath sprinkled with rose petals waited for her. Drake stood with a sponge in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.
“Time for your bath, sweetheart.”
Elle looked around the room with amazement. It was the most romantic thing she’d ever seen. Not a single light was on. Instead, the counter was filled with candles that danced in the mirror and cast a warm glow around the room.
She grew hot with excitement as Drake stood smiling at her. He didn’t rush her, but she knew what he planned to do in the tub. She unbuttoned her suit coat and placed it on the nearby dressing table. Slowly she unbuttoned her silk blouse and shimmied out of her skirt. Having already kicked off her heels in the kitchen, Elle placed one leg on the edge of the tub and slowly rolled the thigh-high silk stocking down her leg.
Drake drank in the sight of her as Elle dropped her bra and panties to the floor and stepped into the tub. Life was just about to get a lot better than she could ever have imagined.
