There wasn't any foreplay or nothing involved. Kera just jumped in the bed and started ramming her tongue down Dollar's throat while fondling his dick. What did Dollar have to lose at this point, he thought. This was easy pussy, the next best thing to easy money.
It had been a minute since Dollar had been with Storm. He was going hard.
Ease up, Dollar Bill.
He decided to give himself a pep talk.
Just the tip. Just the tip. But damn, this shit is so wet.
Dollar was being hypnotized by the sound of Kera's wetness. Sounded like waves smacking up against the shore of an ocean.
Kera was moaning and squirming. Dollar figured that must have meant it was feeling good to her. On that thought he supposed he could give her another inch or two. Slipping in another couple of inches, Dollar gently kissed her on the forehead. He figured she'd like that, make her feel safe and secure. Next he kissed her eyelids, then her nose, and finally her lips. Once he got to her lips, Kera stuck her tongue in his mouth. Since she was sticking her tongue deep down his throat, he went on and stuck his penis deep inside of her.
Dollar positioned himself to be able to drive his dick inside of Kera while watching her facial expressions. She wanted the dick so bad; well, he was going to give it to her. Seeing the expression of pain on her face let Dollar know that little mama had bitten off more than she could chew.
“Ooouuuu,” Kera screamed out as Dollar attempted to insert more of his penis into her. “Be gentle, it's my first time.”
“What?” Dollar said in shock, stopping the motion of his hips.
“Despite what you may think of my fast ass, I'm a virgin,” Kera said.
“Then what are we doing?” Dollar asked as he started to remove himself from on top of her, but Kera grabbed him closer. “Why didn't you tell me? Little mama, we can't do this. Your first time can't be some drunken night you won't even remember. Your first time should be special.”
“Was yours?” Kera asked.
“Naw,” Dollar sighed.
“You are special, Dollar,” Kera said, rubbing his face. “That makes this special.” Kera pulled Dollar's face to hers and began kissing him.
“We can't do this,” Dollar said as he breathed heavily. “We gotta stop.” He didn't want to, that was for sure.
“No,” Kera said. “I want to do this. I really want to do this with you. It's too late anyway. You've already put half your dick inside of me. I can take it. I can take it all. Please don't stop. Please don't stop,” Kera repeated over and over as she began to roll her hips. She wasn't throwing that thang like no virgin. She buried her hands into Dollar's ass cheeks and pulled him into her gently. Dollar would dip in and out of her softly until she would pull him inside of her even more. Then, finally, half of his penis burst through her walls. Yep, she was a virgin.
The entire situation was blowing Dollar's mind. He imagined that Kera probably felt the same way he did when he got his first experience of the birds and the bees with Pam. He just wanted to get it over with so that he could peel the “V” (Virgin) off of his chest. That's probably what Kera wanted to do with her hot ass: rid herself of virgin status so that she could go on a fucking spree. All of a sudden Dollar felt used, but who cared. He was damn near all the way up in her now. As he pumped in and out of Kera, he didn't mind being used. Her pussy sucked in his dick like a leech until he exploded inside of her. Hell, he wished every eighteen-year-old female virgin would use him.
The feeling of Dollar busting through Kera's walls and her screaming and tearing down his back with her nails aided in his ultimate climax. After he and Kera had sex, Dollar led her into the shower where he washed her down with his hands and a bar of Irish Spring soap.
At that moment, Kera felt like a woman. She felt special, that she was probably one of the very few people Dollar had let into his world. Dollar played in Kera's hair, her beautiful hair that curled up even more from the moisture of the water.
“So what were you in jail for?” Kera asked as the water pounded against their skin.
Dollar paused at Kera's candidness. “It don't matter.”
“I just want to know.” Kera smiled. “I mean, I just gave you my virginity. You can't answer me a simple question?”
As they stood in the shower, Dollar told Kera, in very little detail, about his spending years in jail. He had already taken her virginity; why complicate the situation even more by laying all his business out on the table? But she already knew he had done time in jail, so he fed her some insignificant details to satisfy her craving.
Dollar's story to Kera was that he got pinned for a murder that he didn't commit and copped a plea on the advice of his lawyer. Being the young, naïve, “I just want a bad boy” type of girl Kera was, she ate the story up and digested every word of it.
Dollar felt a degree of guilt as he held the young, innocent thing in his arms. She had given him her virginity, and he had given her lies and false hope.
Poor thing,
Dollar thought. He felt bad in advance for breaking her heart.
Dollar's conscience didn't keep him from running up in Kera one mo'again before sending her home in a taxi with a fifty dollar bill for fare. The second go-round, Dollar had to get Kera wet before he could stick it back up in her. He wasn't about to go down on her, so he put his fingers in his mouth, then massaged the saliva onto Kera's private spot.
Kera wanted to prove to Dollar to some degree that she wasn't all little girl, so she went down on him. Dollar could tell she didn't really know what the hell she was doing, but she did well enough to make him cum all over her face. Kera did more lickin' and kissin' all over Dollar's dick than she did just straight out sucking it. When he felt a nut coming on, he held her head stiff on the tip, forcing her to keep her lips in one place and suck until he came.
Coming face to face with Kera again at work felt a little awkward, so for the next couple of weeks, Dollar avoided her as much as he could. The more distance he kept between the two of them, the more quickly Kera would realize that her one night with Dollar was just that: one night.
Dollar would show up at Redd's and wait outside with the other fellas instead of going inside the office first like he usually did. He wanted to keep from running into Kera. She hadn't done any unannounced drive-bys by his apartment like some other chicks might have, and she never came outside to see if Dollar was around. Perhaps Kera wouldn't be a problem after all.
CHAPTER 16
What's Good to You
Turning eighteen didn't make Kera feel like a woman as much as being with a man for the first time did. Kera couldn't get Dollar off of her mind, off of her tongue. She would go over to Leece's house just to talk about Dollar for hours.
“He's poison, girl, I'm telling you,” Leece said as she and Kera sat on her bed eating a bowl of cherries.
“Nuh huh, girl. He's the antidote,” Kera said as she sucked a cherry off the stem, spit out the pit, and placed it in a napkin. “And the way he calls me little mama, girl, it's so cute.”
“I just can't believe you finally did it. You've been like the biggest tease in the world, clockin' dollars and shit from niggaz on the hope of them gettin' some pussy from your ass.”
“Girls need to learn that they can play the ho, they don't necessarily have to be the ho.”
“I guess you got tired of role-playing the ho.” Leece laughed.
“You stupid,” Kera said, play punching her on the shoulder. “This is different. Dollar ain't like all them wannabe wankstas I done fucked with in the past. They deserved to get played. Dollar's been there and done that. I can see that he ain't about the drama, the games and shit. And girl, he don't have no kids.”
“Fine-ass catch like him and he ain't got no babies' mamas running around Gary? What's his story, Kera? Come on, girl, you can tell me. He got a wooden leg, don't he?”
“Will you stop being stupid?”
“A glass eye?”
“Dammit, Leece,” Kera paused. “Okay, okay, girl. I guess I have left one thing out.”
“I knewed it, I knewed it!” Leece said. “Go on, spit it out.” Leece watched Kera fondle a cherry with her tongue before sucking it off the stem. As she slushed it around her mouth, trying to weed the pit out, Kera spoke.
“He been locked up the last few years,” Kera said very quickly as she spit the pit out into the napkin.
“Oh, an ex-balla, huh?” Leece said. “Once a balla always a balla, you know that shit. You know he probably just using your pop's business to keep the feds off his ass. I thought you was through fuckin' with them street pharmacists.”
Kera listened to Leece without making eye contact and continued sucking down cherries.
“Why do I have the feeling that you still leavin' some shit out?” Leece said without getting a reply from Kera. “What?”
“He wasn't in jail on no drug charges. He was kinda in jail for murder.”
“Get the fuck out of here,” Leece said. “That fool done killed somebody before?”
“More like killed three people,” Kera said nonchalantly as she put another cherry to her lips.
“Bitch, are you crazy?” Leece said, snatching the cherry out of Kera's hands.
“He didn't really do it.”
“Oh, twelve jurors and a judge just locked him up for being so damn fine?” Leece said sarcastically.
“That's why I didn't tell you. I knew you were going to overreact and try to rain on my parade. It's not even like that. He really didn't do it. He didn't want to risk the death penalty so he copped a plea. You know black men are guilty until proven innocent.”
“I can hardly believe you,” Leece said, taking offense. “So you caught that fish hook, line, and sinker, huh? His word is bond, huh? I'm your girl; I'm going to always have your back. But I'm not going to sit back and watch you fuck around with no killer. How long he been out? Is the fucker rehabilitated or what? I ain't feelin' this, K.”
“Dollar's a good man. If you could just look into his eyes and see what I see. He's good.”
“He might be good, but he ain't good for you. You need to spit his ass out the same way you spittin' those pits out. Walk away from this one, baby girl. Write it down in your diary for memory sake. You ain't ready for him.”
“What the fuck is that supposed to mean?” Kera said, not giving Leece a chance to answer. “I'm a grown woman. I can handle anything. You know what? I don't even want to talk about it anymore. Jealousy is one thing I can't deal with.”
“Jealousy!” Leece said. “Oh, now I'm jealous because you got drunk and gave up your virginity to someone who you hardly know?”
“Fuck you!” Kera said as she got up from off the bed and began to gather her things to leave. “I knew I should have hung around white girls. They don't hate like black girls do.”
“And they won't beat your ass like a black girl, either,” Leece said, rising up off the bed in flex mode. “Nigga, what?”
“Look, I'm out,” Kera said as she walked over to the door with her sweater, purse, and car keys in hand.
“Oh, so now you gon' run away. Stick around and let's deal wit' this woman to woman. You a woman now, ain't you? Isn't that what you wanted, someone to make you feel like a woman? A man, a real man like Dollar!”
“I hate you so much right now,” Kera said as her eyes began to swell up with tears.
“You can hate me all you want, but I'ma keep lovin' you. You my girl. I'm not about to sit back and watch you get hurt. Ever since you laid eyes on him your entire conversations has been Dollar this and Dollar that. How many times do you think your name comes up in his conversations?”
The tears that had welled up in Kera's eyes were now rolling down her face.
“How often does he call you?” Leece continued. “Has he ever called you?”
Kera stood there looking stupid.
“Does he even speak to you at work?”
A tear fell from Kera's eyes. No, Dollar didn't break his neck to check for her at work, and even though he was heavy on her mind, she didn't go checking for him either. For one, she didn't want people to start talking and it get back to her dad. For two, she wanted to come off as a woman and not some young, stupid girl chasing after the dick.
“It's obvious he already got what he wanted,” Leece continued. “He's done, Kera. You be done too.”
Kera looked to her friend and through gritted teeth said, “I am done. I'm done with you.” She then slammed the door behind her.

“Hey, it's me, Kera,” Kera said through the phone receiver. Leece's words had been penetrating Kera's thoughts for the last couple of hours. Leece was wrong about Dollar just using her. Her relationship with Dollar was special. She'd prove it. She'd catch up with him after work hours where he would be free to express himself to her and vice versa.
“Hey, what's up, little mama?” Dollar replied rolling his eyes up in his head. The number she had called from was restricted. But even if it wasn't, he still wouldn't have known it was her, as he hadn't even bothered to ask her for her digits.
“Nothing, just wanted to see what was up, what you were getting into.”
“Oh, uhh, I'm 'bout to head out to the movies,” Dollar replied, not able to come up with anything else quick enough. He just didn't want her to think that he was chilling at home for the night and her offer to stop by.
“Oh,” Kera replied, wanting so badly to ask Dollar who he was going with. But heck, it was ten o'clock at night; of course he was going with a female. “What are you going to see?” she asked instead.
“Uhh, uhh, what's it called?” Dollar thought, “Oh, yeah,
Deliver Us From Eva.

He was going to see a chick movie on top of that. Kera was almost positive he'd be going to see that with a female. “Oh, okay, well, I won't keep you. Call me sometime, okay?”
“Yeah, yeah, sure,” Dollar replied.
“Okay, well then.”
“A'ight, peace out,” Dollar said, hanging up the phone.
Kera hung up the phone and sat staring at it in disbelief. She couldn't pick which emotion she wanted to keep company with. Instead of being angry or hurt, she convinced herself that she and Dollar didn't have any ties, so he could do what he wanted to. But still, everything in her wanted to go over and camp out at Dollar's apartment and stalk him to see for sure if he was with a broad.
While Kera fed herself excuses why she shouldn't be hurt, Dollar had rolled over and gone back to sleep, which was exactly what he had been doing when Kera phoned him. It was exactly what he planned on doing for the rest of the night.
