was being fucked by nothing but raw muscle. Frank grabbed Seth’s
hips and thrust up, meeting each downward shove by Seth.
“You feel so good,” Frank whispered as his hand went to Seth’s
swollen cock and stroked it to the rhythm of his fucking. Seth felt his
heart racing even faster as Frank kissed a trail across his shoulder.
“Come for me, babe.”
“Harder, Frank,” he shouted, unsure where those words were
coming from, but Seth refused to take them back. He could feel the
hairs on Frank’s thighs rubbing over the back of his. The added
stimulation was Seth’s undoing.
He cried out his release, his body tight, reaching, desperate. Seth’s
eyes rolled back, his head thrashed, and he screamed Frank’s name as
he came hard.
Frank yanked Seth up, wrapped his arms around Seth’s chest, and
then pistoned into him until the man was roaring his release, his cock
going deep before the man slumped over Seth.
“Fuck,” Frank panted into Seth’s ear as he wrapped his arms
around Seth and dropped down onto the narrow hospital bed, keeping
Seth pressed back against his sweat-soaked chest.
Fuck, Seth was exhausted, but he had never been happier or more
content in his life. He never wanted to leave. Being with Frank,
feeling safe in his arms, was a place Seth always wanted to be.

Seth felt like he was going to pass out when he got the call that
Ruthie was having the baby. The doctors had held out as long as
possible, but it seemed Sophie was ready to meet the world three
weeks early.
“Do you have the car seat?” Seth asked as he and Frank ran from
the new home Gideon had purchased for them as a pre-wedding gift.
Frank hadn’t moved in yet because of his fear that his mother
would kill him. That didn’t mean the man wasn’t over there every
single day. He’d even spent countless nights there as well. Hell, the
guy was practically living there, so Seth was happy. Once they got
married, he’d be there full-time.
“Check.”
“Do you have the baby clothes?” Seth opened the car door and
slid in.
“Check.”
Seth started the car. “Do you have the diaper bag?”
“Check.”
Seth paused and glanced at Frank. The man looked as if he were
about to pass out. His skin was pale, and he appeared a bit clammy.
“Do you need a tranquilizer?”
“Check.” Frank blinked. “Wait, what?”
Seth chuckled. “Relax. After everything we’ve been through,
childbirth should be a breeze.” He drove them to the hospital, and
then the two were hurrying up to labor and delivery. The nurse told
them where to go once they reached the floor.

Seth walked in and was ready to walk right back out when he
heard Ruthie shouting. Frank grabbed Seth’s shoulders and spun him
around, making him march right back into the room.
“I’m the one who should be running,” Frank said as his fingers
gripped Seth’s shoulders a little more firmly. “But if I have to stay, so
do you.”
“Get in here,” Lisa said to them. “She refused to have the baby
until you two were here.”
Seth gaped. “I don’t think she can do that.”
Lisa rolled her eyes as she wiped Ruthie’s brow. “Tell that to little
Ms. Stubborn here.”
“Get over here!” Ruthie snarled at them.
Oh,
hell
no. Seth was not going near that woman. She looked like
she was about to spit pea soup and cast a demonic spell on Seth.
Frank nudged Seth forward, and he wanted to kick his fiancé’s ass.
“She looks like she is going to rip my damn heart out,” he
whispered to Frank.
“That’s just the pain,” Lisa said. “Now get over here and hold her
other hand.”
Seth wasn’t so sure about that, but he inched closer to the bed, like
he was approaching an animal in the wild.
“Frank, honey, can you feed Ruthie some ice chips?” Lisa asked
as she wiped Ruthie’s brow again. “The doctor should be in here any
minute.”
“Be careful,” Seth whispered. “You might pull your hand back
and not have all your fingers.” He’d never seen Ruthie as anything but
sweet. If this was what childbirth did to a woman… Seth shuddered,
thankful he was a man.
Frank gave a nervous grin as he grabbed the cup by the side of the
bed and began to feed the small chips to Ruthie. Seth nearly fell to the
floor when Ruthie gripped his hand so hard that he feared she would
break every damn bone in his hand. Tears sprung to his eyes, but he
didn’t complain.

“I can’t do this,” Ruthie complained. “I’ll do it tomorrow, I
promise.”
Lisa leaned over and cupped Ruthie’s face, giving her a kiss. “I
know you can do this, hon. I have all the confidence in the world
when it comes to your strength.”
Ruthie shouted just as the doctor and a team of nurses entered the
room.
“Are we ready to bring little Sophie into the world?”
Ruthie shot a withering glare at the doctor.
The man chuckled. “I’ll take that as a yes.”
The nurses set things up. They had even wheeled an incubator into
the room. Seth wasn’t sure what he should do until the doctor prepped
Ruthie and then told Seth to grab one leg as Lisa took the other. They
worked as a team, encouraging Ruthie to push when her contractions
hit. Frank stood on the sidelines until the doctor said, “I see her head.”
Seth’s heart raced out of control. He leaned forward—uncaring
that he was looking between Ruthie’s legs—and felt tears in his eyes
when he saw the crown of Sophie’s head. His throat constricted and
he had to swallow a few times before he said, “She has the prettiest
hair I’ve ever seen.”
The doctor chuckled. “Let’s get her out so you can check her
fingers and toes.”
On the next contraction, Ruthie bore down and Sophie was born.
Seth did cry then. Tears streamed down his face as the doctor held her
up. “Hello, little Sophie,” he said before the nurse took Sophie over to
the incubator to clean her up.
Seth kissed Ruthie on the head. “Good job, sweetheart.”
He let a nurse take his spot as he hurried over to the incubator to
welcome his daughter into the world. To his surprise, Frank was
already over there, staring at Sophie as if she was one of the Seven
Wonders of the World. His eyes were shining with unshed tears as he
stared down at her, nothing short of amazement etched on his face.
Seth slid his arm around Frank as he gazed at his daughter for the
very first time. “Beautiful, isn’t she?”

Sophie let out a loud cry, and Seth reached over and let her curl
her tiny fingers around his. She instantly quieted, as if she knew who
he was.
“She’s gorgeous,” Frank said before turning to Seth. “Thank you
for letting me be a part of this.”
Seth cooed at Sophie, anxious to hold her, but he could see the
nurse was still cleaning her up and taking her vitals. “We’re a family,
Frank,” Seth said, never taking his eyes off of Sophie. “Both her dads
should be here to see her come into the world.”
When the nurse was finished, she swaddled the small infant and
handed Sophie to Seth. He took her carefully, kissing her little
forehead. “It’s me, pumpkin, Daddy.”
She cooed and began to suck her fingers. Seth laughed, feeling the
tears trickling down his cheeks as Frank moved in behind Seth,
wrapping his big arms around their new family.
“I say next time we try for a boy,” Frank said.
Seth smiled as he tilted his head back to look up at his fiancé.
“Maybe one with your handsome blue eyes.”
Frank’s eyes twinkled with the deep love Seth had come to realize
was real and not going away. “I guess that means you’re going to
have to work on getting me knocked up.”
Seth arched an eyebrow, refusing to give into his amusement
when he heard the nurse standing next to them giggle and Frank’s
face flushed, obviously not realizing until now that they had an
audience.
“I can do that.” Seth grinned. “But it’s going to cost you a
spaghetti dinner.”
