Not wanting him to stop, Olivia tries to
hide her discomfort. “Yes I’m fine. Just fuck me.” She arches her
back, forcing her hips towards him and pushing him in further. He
has no regard for subtlety at this moment, his control waning a
long time ago. Want will no longer be ignored. He growls at the
feeling of her sliding over him further. Tighter. Having found a
way to free her breasts from the top of her dress he lowers his
mouth and sucks the pink tender nipple into it as he begins pumping
himself into her tight pussy in a heavy rhythm. Knowing that she
needs this, she tries to hide any sign of the anguish that’s
starting to build inside her. “Harder.” She begs as her body
twitches with desire, his every touch making her groan. The burning
need inside her swells and squeezes around him, making her ignore
the uncomfortable fullness caused by his girth. This is exactly
what she needs!

Without warning the weight of his body
against her makes her feel claustrophobic. The heavy thud of his
flesh against hers echoes in her ears. The intense passion she was
feeling is suddenly lost to feelings of distress. She tries to talk
herself through it. Please no. just a few more minutes. She can’t
focus on the pleasure any more and she’s unable to enjoy the feel
of his mouth on her breasts or his hands as they explore her body.
The intensity of her anxiety is so overwhelming that she’s holding
her breath. All she can feel is the intense pounding between her
legs and the feeling that she’s going to lose consciousness at any
minute. She wants to ask him to stop, but she’s aware that he’s
about to reach his release and she refuses to deny him of that. Not
a chance!

She wanted this so bad that she asked him
for it, now she just wants it to be over with, her anxiety so
overwhelming that there is no way she will reach an orgasm. She
grimaces when Ethan grunts, emptying himself into her with one last
needy thrust. Completely oblivious to her anxiety.

She remembers to breathe and closes her eyes
as he lowers her feet to the ground. He has barely softened and
still inside her, fully aware that she didn’t finish. Not on his
watch, he won’t allow it. Moving slowly inside her again, he
intends to continue until he has given her pleasure. Putting her
hands against his chest, she tries to push him away. “Ethan,
stop.”

He ignores her. “Not until you to come for
me.” He whispers through labored breath.

She can’t take anymore, the sensitivity of
her swollen clit almost painful. “I did.” She lies and he doesn’t
believe her for a single moment. Groaning as he runs his hands over
her body heightening his arousal, he starts to lengthen again. “I
want more.”

Her body goes rigid; her hands push against
his chest. “Ethan! Stop! I can’t.” She shakes her head. “I can’t!”
Her strained, frightened voices makes him stop immediately and
gently withdraw. Nuzzling his way up her neck and across her
jawbone, he’s about to claim her lips in a kiss when she turns her
head. He barely manages to contain his frustration. “Ok. I’m
sorry.”

When Ethan returns from the private bathroom
the office door is open and Olivia is gone. Leaving the office, he
walks back into the bar where Scott is standing like a soldier with
his arms folded waiting for him. Ignoring Scott’s militant look he
scans the room for her. “Did you see where Olivia went?”

“She left.” Scott is not successful in
holding back his angry tone.

“What?” Ethan is confused. “Why did she
leave? How did she leave? I drove her here.”

Scott raises his eyebrows at him. “You tell
me why she left. Rachel said it looked like she was going to cry.
She went after her to make sure she’s ok.”

Ethan is alarmed. “Cry? I don’t understand.
Everything was fine just a minute ago.”

A cab pulls up at the curb and Olivia heads
straight for it. Arriving at the same moment, John McCabe sees her
and rushes to open the cab door. “Good evening, Miss James.”

She looks up at him and nods, afraid if she
speaks he’ll know, but it doesn’t matter, he senses it anyways. “Is
everything ok?” Olivia unzips her purse to get out her wallet,
forgetting that her panties are right on top. She scooped them up
off the floor and stuffed them in there in her haste to leave.
Pulling them out, she scrunches them into a ball, hiding them in
her clenched fist.

“Yes, everything is fine. Here.” She hands
them to John. “Please make sure your boss gets these.” Curious, he
holds out his hand and she drops the balled up undergarment into it
and then slams the cab door closed. As the cab drives away, John
unfolds the material and holds up her panties. He looks over at
Rachel who puts her hands over her face in dismay. Shoving them
into his pocket, he shakes his head and exhales harshly, afraid to
ask what kind of trouble his friend has gotten himself into
now.

Extremely pissed off, Rachel heads back
inside and has the urge to wrap her hands around Ethan’s neck as he
walks towards her.

“Where’s Olivia?”

“In a cab on her way home.” She glares at
him and raises her voice in anger. “What part of take things slow
and be patient didn’t you understand?” She punches at his arm.
“Dumbass.”

Ethan looks lost. “You think I did something
to upset her? She was the one who…” He pauses as he starts putting
everything together. The way her body suddenly went rigid when he
touched her. The look of desire that turned to despair as he
claimed her. Lying about having an orgasm. “Shit.” Ethan looks
horrified as he realizes that she’s been the victim of the violence
in her past… physically abused obviously. Raking his hands through
his hair, he begins to pose a question. “She ….” He pauses, not
able to bring himself to say the words and unfortunately, he
doesn’t have to, the tears forming in Rachel’s eyes confirm it.
Closing his eyes, his shoulders slouch, letting his hands fall
heavily at his side. “FUCK!”

Rachel pushes past him and into the
comforting embrace of her husband. Scott looks over at Ethan with
an angry stare. “Christ, O’Connell! Can’t you keep your dick in
your pants?”

Ethan has his phone in his hand and
repeatedly hits redial. “She’s not answering. I’m going over
there.”

Rachel turns to look at him and sniffles.
“Do you really think that’s a good idea?”

He gets his keys out of his pocket. “I have
to make sure she’s ok. You might find it hard to believe but I care
about the girl.” He’s furious now and he directs it at Rachel. “For
fuck sakes, Rachel. You should have told me.”

Scott’s eyes meet his in a hard stare.
“Watch it O’Connell! That’s my wife you’re talking to.”

Ethan twists his neck, rubbing it with his
hand trying to release the tension in it and calms his voice.
“You’re right. I’m sorry Rachel.”

She tries to settle her husband. “It’s ok,
Scott. I should have told him.” Rachel wishes she had told him. She
realizes now that she pretty much sent him on a suicide mission and
now Olivia is upset and Scott is going to be livid that she ignored
his warning.

She sends Ethan on his way. “GO! Make sure
she is ok.”

Ethan flies out the front door and passes
John, who is busy trying to defuse an argument between two men who
have had too much to drink. He calls after him. “Ethan? Where are
you going?”

“I need to see Olivia!” He hurries to the
car.

“Ethan, wait! I need to talk to you.”
Standing between the two combative men, he’s unable to follow him.
He summons one of the other security guards to come and take
over.

“Tomorrow.” Ethan yells out the open window
as he pulls away.

Rachel suddenly has a bad feeling about him
going over there unannounced and decides she should send Olivia a
warning by text.

From Rachel: Don’t be mad Ethan is on his
way there.

Sitting on the couch in the dark, Olivia
tries to decide how she feels about what just happened.

From Olivia: Did you tell him about Sam?

From Rachel: No, but he knows something
upset you

She should have known he wouldn’t just let
her leave. He would have no idea that she was upset unless Rachel
said something. She sighs, it doesn’t matter much now, he’ll be
there soon.

Heading in to the bathroom she splashes cool
water on her face and quickly brushes her hair. Determined not to
show him any signs of vulnerability she squashes her emotions deep
down inside so that he will never know how scarred and broken her
past has left her.

Ethan is furious with himself. He knew he
was making a mistake when he agreed to her arrangement. His
intuition warned him that she was lying when she said she could
handle it, but he ignored it to fulfill his need for her. The
two-block drive to her townhouse feels like it takes forever.
Parking, he makes his way through the back yard preparing himself
to find her in an extremely fragile emotional condition. The light
is on and he can see the TV through the window. He knocks on the
door and nervously waits.

“Come in.”

He turns the handle and pushes the door
open. “Olivia? It’s Ethan.” He searches the living room but doesn’t
see her until she appears from the kitchen drying her hands on a
tea towel. Having done a great job pulling herself together, she
stops and stares at him showing no emotion on her face.”Back for
more already?”

He’s shocked. “No, I came to check on you. I
was worried.”

“I’m fine. Sit down.” She motions to the
couch. “Do you want a drink?”

“No thanks.” He’s astounded at her behavior
and sits on the couch searching her face for some kind of clue as
to what’s going on. Her eyes are a little red and her eyeliner
smudged slightly but she appears to be astonishingly OK.

Olivia would prefer that her past remains
completely hidden from him, but it’s too late... he knows, she can
see it written all over his face. She will not allow him to come in
and pity her or protect her… or whatever the reason is that he’s
come.

“Why did you leave like that? Are you ok?”
He asks with a nervous tone. She stares at his body, and it makes
her painfully aware that her earlier desire has yet to be sated,
and wanting to get him between her legs again. She can’t think of a
better way to avoid having that conversation with him. She
remembers her sister’s advice. Take Control. She tosses the tea
towel onto the chair and makes her way over to where he’s sitting
on the couch and stands in front of him.

“I’m fine.” Without hesitation, she moves in
as close as she can and drops one knee to the edge of the couch
beside him. Throwing her other leg over top of him, she straddles
his lap. Her unexpected behavior has him concerned but he’s
paralyzed beneath her. She runs her hands across his chest and
lowers her mouth to kiss his neck, stopping every once in awhile to
suck a little bit of tender skin into her mouth and nibbling.
Ethan’s body responds immediately and he struggles to remember why
he’s there. Grabbing her hands, he stops their movement. “Olivia!
Don’t. Stop.”

She sits back a bit and looks at him. “I
don’t want to stop.” Her demeanor is determined, almost
defiant.

“We need to talk about what happened at the
bar.”

She has already decided she will not let her
past stop her from having this. Protective walls 10 feet high and 3
feet thick guard her emotions. “I don’t need to talk, I’m fine.”
She adjusts her position moving her knees forward so that they
press against his hips and rolls her body, rubbing her already
moist cleft over his now lengthening cock. Releasing her, he lets
his hands fall heavily to his sides.

“Stop saying that. You’re not fine. ” His
chest heaves with his obvious arousal and he fights the urge to
touch her. One by one, she unbuttons his shirt and when she’s done,
she runs her fingertips across his bare chest, sliding the shirt to
the side and off his shoulders. His tattoo is now in sight and she
lowers his lips and kisses along its dark outline. He groans under
her touch and sits up for a moment, away from the back of the couch
so he can rid himself of his shirt altogether. Leaning back, he
pulls her with him so she’s lying against his chest, her breasts
crushed against him. Reaching for his hands, she grasps them and
lifts them to her hips.

He whispers his warning. “Olivia, if I touch
you right now, I don’t think I’ll be able to stop myself.” The
thought makes her tummy squeeze and heat spread between her legs.
She continues to encourage him, moving his hands to her thighs
placing them one on each side as she moves her hips forward and
continuing to masturbate herself against the head of his cock.
Raging heat washes over her as the wetness of her arousal starts to
saturate the material of his jeans.

The bottom of her dress covers her from his
view while he still struggles with his conscience. He doesn’t move
until she takes control and pushes his hands further up her thighs
under the dress. He exhales harshly as the warm soft feel of her
flesh brushes across the palm of his hands. When his cock throbs
and pulses painfully in his pants, he realizes that he has come
unprepared. He’s never had sex without a condom before but he can’t
fight it anymore, his control almost completely dissolved; he takes
over, running his hands along her thighs with a hungry desire.
Grasping them, he pulls her hips forward so she’s firmly pressed
against his dick and then caresses the smooth warm skin across her
back. Making his way down to her bottom and cupping her ass cheeks,
squeezing them firmly, he realizes his hands have met with bare
skin. Alarmed, his body stiffens beneath her as he pulls back
enough so he can see her face. “Where are your panties?” He growls
harshly.

She moans as his hands continue to explore
her. “I left them behind.” In one fluid movement, he grabs the
bottom of her dress and strips it off over her head. His eyes
trailing down her, now completely naked body. His voice hits a hard
tone. “You took a cab home without wearing any underwear?” He’s
distracted by the full view of her breasts as she leans forward and
brushes them across his lips.
