She glanced over and found Rakin practically in her face. She eased away and smiled. “Want a taste?” She offered Dev’s cock to him. She thought perhaps she’d crossed a line, but Rakin leaned forward and ran his tongue over the large mushroom head.

“Enough,” Dev said, “I can’t hold out much longer.”

Laira placed a kiss where Rakin had licked and let him go. Dev leaned down and kissed her, moaning in her mouth. She knew he could taste himself in her kiss and hoped he loved it as much as she did. She drew away from him and moved up the bed. She watched as Dev dragged Rakin in and kissed him. The two of them were so right together. In the short time she’d known them, she realized they really fit together and complemented one another.

Dev backed away, and both men panted for breath. He stared at Rakin for a long moment then spoke. “Get on the bed and please our mate.”

Rakin growled at him but obeyed. He turned and crawled toward her. Laira parted her legs so he could lie between them and put her arms around him. The kiss he gave her was much gentler than the one he’d given Dev. She could also taste both men. It was an intoxicating mixture, and she wondered if it was possible to bottle it.

Rakin eased down her body, nipping and licking as he went. She was shuddering by the time he buried his face between her legs. She writhed as he swirled his tongue around her clit When she almost came, he backed off. She opened her eyes to find Dev watching them. She held out her hand to him, and he took it and kissed her palm.

“Roll onto your stomach, Laira,” he told her, “and come up onto your knees.”

Almost shaking with need, she did as he’d asked. Rakin leaned over her and rubbed his face against her back. She backed into him, wanting him inside her body. The need rode her hard, and she spread her legs wide in invitation. Rakin sat back and played his fingers around her pussy.

She moaned and squirmed against him. “Do it, Rakin. Please.”

“You never have to beg, mate,” he told Laira as he pushed his engorged cock into her.

Rakin gritted his teeth as he eased into Laira’s wet sheath. She was so tight and hot, it took everything he had not to orgasm. She thrust back at him, and he grasped her hips to still her. He, once again, leaned over to cover her so she wouldn’t continue to move. He shoved her hair to one side to bare her shoulder and neck so he could bury his face in her scent.

He breathed deep, attempting to gain some semblance of calm. He closed his eyes so as not to see the beautiful woman below him. Holding back was so difficult though since the ones he loved best surrounded him. Love? Oh yes, he loved them. They were his and he belonged utterly to them.

The bed dipped as Dev moved behind him. Rakin moaned as Dev ran his hands up and down Rakin’s thighs. Dev’s touch nearly made him climax, but he forced himself to stop. Rakin spread his legs wide to give the other man room. He wanted Dev, needed him to claim and take.

“Don’t move,” Dev said and Rakin felt the other man began to spread the
tasnalin
cream around his opening.

Laira squirmed under him, and Rakin wrapped an arm around her. He knew she wanted him to fuck her; he wanted the same thing. Dev was in control though, and he’d said not to move. In his heart, this was what he craved, the ability to let go and let Dev master him. Rakin had come to understand at a young age, having Dev dominate him wasn’t just a need. It was essential. It was who Rakin was and he embraced it.

“Push out,” Dev ordered.

Rakin felt Dev’s cock prod his bottom hole. Rakin bore down. Dev was huge, but they had been lovers for so long, Rakin easily took him. As Dev slid home, Rakin almost sobbed with relief. The emptiness in his heart and soul was filled. His lovers were exactly where they should be, around him.

Dev gripped Rakin’s hips and drove his cock into the man’s perfect ass. Complete. That was all he could think about. He felt absolutely complete. He looked down at his lovers, and it took everything in him not to give a battle scream. They were his, and he would kill anyone who imagined they would take them from him.

Dev eased slowly out of Rakin’s body then shoved back in. The man below him cried out and bucked against him. The next time Dev only came out halfway then yanked Rakin back and thrust him forward. Both Rakin and Laira gasped and Dev smiled.

“Feel good, mates?” he growled out to them.

Dev once again pushed Rakin’s hips so that he rocked the smaller man into Laira and dragged him back to impale him on Dev’s cock. As Dev got into a rhythm, his lovers groaned and squirmed under him. He tried to hold back. He wanted this first time together to last, but Rakin’s tight ass and Laira’s soft whimpers drove him to the edge.

“Come,” Dev ordered as he picked up the pace of the thrust and withdrawal. “Come now.”

Laira cried out in orgasm, and Rakin shook under him. Dev pierced his lover’s body twice more and yelled out as pleasure raced over him. The three of them collapsed in a heap on the bed, and the only noise was the gasps for breath. Dev rolled off Rakin and forced himself up off the bed. Take care of them. He had to take care of them.

He went to the bathing room and quickly washed off. He brought cloths out and proceeded to gently clean his mates’ bodies. Once finished, he tossed everything into the recycler and climbed back into bed. He pulled the other two into his arms and closed his eyes. He was utterly relaxed, and he couldn’t remember the last time he’d been this way. Maybe never.

He knew there were decisions to make and plans to draw up, although right now, he didn’t care. All he wanted to do was curl around the people that meant most to him and hold them tight.

Chapter Eleven

Laira reluctantly rolled out of bed. She looked back at her sleeping men and smiled. They were hot all snuggled up together, and she wanted to go back and join them. She’d promised the girls they’d go running that day, and she wasn’t going to skip out. They’d stuck by her through thick and thicker, and she was going to do the same for them. They were family. Her family.

She quickly showered and dressed in her black bodysuit. The thing might look like something out of a dominance video, but it was damn comfortable. She slid her feet into the boots and quickly braided her hair. She thought about waking one of her mates to let them know where was going, but knew if she did, she’d never make it out of the room. Instead, she accessed the system and left a message telling them where she was and what she was doing.

The whole mind thing was awesome now that she could do it. And the doctor guy had been right, all the instructions for its use were right in her brain. She magically knew how to use her new power. She was like freaking Wonder Woman. She headed out the door and her favorite shadow, Zarak, appeared by her side.

“You don’t have to go with me,” she told him. “I’m sure you have better things to do.”

“Of course,
Taja
.”

Zarak kept pace with her as they went down the hall, and she smiled. Okay, if he wanted to hang with her, then what the hell. He’d be running again, since that’s what the girls had in mind for the day. She would have so much preferred to blow it off and stay in bed. Her men were amazing, and she didn’t want to miss a minute with them. She had to force her mind away from all the things they had done the night before, or she’d blush. She had to hand it to Dev, he was incredibly inventive.

They entered the bay where her friends were, and there was the customary yelling and high-fiving. Isha hugged Laira tightly. “Haldise came down to see us, and she now has the names of the people who can go home.”

“That’s amazing. So how many will leave?”

“Over half of the women want to go home,” Chal said. “I think the Sandaki are just figuring out where they came from so they can make that happen.”

“Are you sure none of you can go?” Laira asked them.

Garja shook her head. “We have talked about it, and there is no way. The Silarin made it impossible for us to survive on our home worlds.”

“Fuckers,” Laira said. “I think Dev and Rakin are planning on going after them. They want to make sure they don’t do this to anyone else.”

“Good,” Isha said, “they deserve whatever punishment the Sandaki bring to them.”

“Damn straight, sister,” Laira said. “Let’s run.”

They ended up with a small group jogging through the ship’s corridors. There was more than enough room, so they didn’t crowd each other and could spread out. Zarak led them through the route. The man chose a different way every time they exercised, and Laira liked that. They got to see the ship and had to stay focused since nothing was ever the same.

As she ran, Laira concentrated on her breathing and staying in stride with Isha. Happy. She was actually happy. Probably happier than she’d ever been in her entire life. She fit in this new life, and it was all because of Rakin and Dev. Was she glad the Silarin had kidnapped her? Hell, she wasn’t sure. If they hadn’t, she wouldn’t be where she was right now. And she loved where she was. Love. Yeah, she loved them both. She didn’t know how or when, but they were her heart.

She remembered Rakin telling her that she was his
talla
, which meant mate’s heart, when they’d first met. That summed it up nicely. The two men were her heart, too. So was she glad the Silarin kidnapped her? Yes, she was. If they hadn’t, she would be back on Earth going through her life without the men who meant so much to her. How fucked up was that? Then again, hadn’t someone said you had to break a lot of eggs to make…something? Or was that squeeze lemons? Whatever, bad stuff sometimes had to happen so you got something good.

They looped around and finally ended up back at their starting point. Laira was glad since she really just wanted to nap. After the exertions of the night before and the workout, she was tired. Not that she didn’t feel good, still, a girl needed to sleep. All of them went in and got drinks, and she collapsed on an empty cot. She wondered if anyone would care if she laid down here, probably not. She’d get teased until she cried, but no one would mind.

Zarak dropped to a knee before her. “
Taja
, I must go. I have been called away for duty.”

“It’s okay, pal, I figured you had a job or something. I can make it back to the room. I know my way. Thanks for hanging with us.”

He nodded. “It was my pleasure.”

Laira lounged back on the cot as he exited the space. Poor guy was probably thankful he was leaving. It couldn’t be easy hanging with all of them. They had been together for so long, they traded insults and gave each other shit like boys in a locker room. He probably didn’t know what to make of them.

Isha dropped down beside her. “Where is your friend going?”

“He said he had a job. Figure that.”

“You mean other than following you?” Garja asked, bringing over more drinks.

Laira laughed. “Hopefully, because if that’s all he does, his life is very boring.”

“I imagine it’s hard to follow someone who stays in all the time,” Chal said. “I’m surprised you’re here today and not with your men.”

“I promised I’d be here, and I keep my promises.”

Chal shook her head. “If it were me, I would have stayed with them. I’m sure it would have been more exciting than running.”

“And more exercise,” Isha put in.

“Har, har,” Laira said, rolling her eyes.

“That’s your reply?” Garja asked. “That was lame.”

“She can’t think of anything else. Her brain is now mush after being with her men,” Isha teased.

“I am now changing the subject,” Laira announced. “Did Haldise say when they would start sending people home?”

They fell into the discussion about the logistics of getting such a diverse group to where they each belonged. They decided that it might help if they divided the people into groups of closest worlds. Also, they needed to make a decision about what would happen with the people not able to return to their planets of origin. Where they would live? How would they live? So many things to worry about. Isha volunteered to talk to Haldise about what the stayers would do. The women left needed to know since uncertainty wasn’t fair. They’d lived in doubt forever and shouldn’t have to any longer.

Finally, Laira stood and stretched. “I’m going to go take a nap. I’m exhausted.”

“Sure, you are,” Chal said with a wink.

“Is this what it is called now? A nap?” Isha asked.

“I actually am, and I’m sure by this time, Rakin and Dev are up doing leader stuff. As much as I would like it, they can’t loll around in bed waiting for me all day long.”

The girls burst out laughing as Laira left the bay and headed down the passage. It was pretty cool she that knew how to get back to her room. And if she got lost, she knew she could tap into the ship’s systems, and it would help her.

She entered the elevator and discovered the guy, Belleck, from the meeting. She nodded at him, unsure of what to say. Hell, should she say anything? Nope, best to just stay silent until she reached her destination. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see he watched her. Yeah, he so didn’t like her. If someone’s stare could make her burst into flames, she’d have gone up already.
