I started
moving my fingers in a circular motion, hoping that might help.

"Anything
else?" He almost sounded bored.

Fine, then.
Game on
. "…And your cock in my mouth." I heard his intake of
breath and smiled inwardly. "I could barely fit my mouth around it,"
I continued. "I still remember the feel of it shoved down my throat. The
sweet, salty taste of it." I waited a few seconds before letting out a
small cry for his benefit, although I was actually getting really into it now.
It was a good thing Dale's room was on the opposite end of the apartment.

"Daphne," he stated roughly. A warning, I think, which I
decided to ignore.

"I wanted
you to take me. I wanted you to use me - to take your own pleasure with my
mouth." I inserted a finger and another small moan escaped me. "And I
remember the raw, primal sounds you made. God..." I was wet now. Really
wet. With my thoughts focused on my memory of Ethan, I completely forgot about
my own nervousness. "Please…Please let me hear you."

"This is supposed to be all you," he
replied. I could hear his restraint.

My mind was
still aware enough to be surprised. Sometimes it felt as though it would take
forever before I could bring myself to orgasm. But with Ethan's voice so close,
I was already coming apart at the seams.

"I can't
do it alone. I need you. Please," I begged.

I heard him
sigh.

"You were
so
hard in my hand," I went on. "And so perfect. I swear...I could spend
hours alone just tracing the veins of your fucking cock with my tongue."

He groaned and
I inserted a second finger, now completely overtaken. Crying out, I moved my
pelvis against my hand. It was no use. It wasn't the same as having his mouth
and hands on me. But even if he were here doing those things, I don't think it
would be enough - at least not at this moment.

"...I want
you inside me…so bad it almost hurts."

"You're so
fucking tight, when it happens it
will
hurt," he answered harshly,
causing me to whimper slightly in return. His next words came out much more
softly, though. "But it will wear off, and from there on it'll be nothing
but smooth sailing. And afterwards, when I'm not inside you, you'll be wishing
I was. More than you are right now. That's when the begging will really begin.
We're going to have a lot of fun, Kitten."

Did he just
call me Kitten?
"...In your office again?"

He chuckled.
"At some point, yes."

"And your
bed?"

"It's
ready whenever you are. Now, tell me…Who will touch you after this?"

"No one.
Only you."

"And why
is that?"

"Because
it belongs to you. My body. Me."

"Mine."

"Yours," I agreed.

"Good
girl," he spoke in a lowered voice. Slow, precise, and warm. Knowing that
I had pleased him just about brought me to the edge.

"Now," he almost whispered, "come."

I did. And it
wasn't by my own hand that I came, but by his command. I was expecting it, but
somehow it still felt as though I had been taken by surprise. Like random
fireworks going off on the Fourth of July. Colors exploded before webbing back
together as my vision blurred. My blood pulsed heavily within me, a rapid, rushing
current. And then slowly...I began to fall back down to Earth.

"Daphne,
this is the last time you will touch yourself. The next time you come, it will
be by my own hand - if not by my mouth or my cock - unless I say otherwise.
Understand?"

"Yes,"
I breathed.

"And the
next time you tease me by sending another innocent text, I
will
come
over and put you to sleep myself. Consider carefully, unless you don't mind
your dear Agent Cooper hearing your screams."

Holy shit.
"Yes."

"Sleep
tight, Kitten," he ended warmly before hanging up.

He
had
called me Kitten. I dropped the phone to my side and waited for my heart to
settle. When it finally did, I didn't feel like moving my body at all. Instead
of getting cleaned up and ready for bed again, I simply kicked the blanket over
my naked form and fell fast asleep with the lights still on.

I
woke up bright and early the next morning. Before I even had time to think
about it, I was already up and out of bed. I hopped into the shower, humming
the entire time I stood washing myself. Eager to get back to my angels, I
didn't particularly feel like dressing up so I just threw on some shorts, a big
sweater over a simple top, and some converse. After quickly pulling my hair
back into a ponytail, I grabbed my bag and was out the door.

Since I was in
such a hurry to get there, I picked up some breakfast on the walk over. Just as
the weekend before, the Luxadigm wasn't nearly as packed since most people had
the day off. Unfamiliar with the weekend staff, there was no need to stay and
chat. I simply smiled and headed straight into the break room to eat my food
before continuing from where I'd last left off with the mural.

I didn't mean
for it to happen, but as I filled in the chalked outlines, I somehow ended up
adding in a lot of small details. Subtle details. My angels were no longer
innocent - floating dreamily among their clouds, observing the world around.
There was a certain sensuality about them now that hadn't been there before.
The faintest hint of a knowing smile, for example. Or the rose-colored flush on
the cheeks of another. And if you looked closely enough beyond the swell of
one's breasts, you could almost make out the hardened buds on either mound.

I was very careful
to not make any of these details stand out. It was important that they remained
both understated and sophisticated. When cleavage, midriffs, or perhaps a
single bare leg made an appearance, I made sure to make it seem more natural
rather than sexual. This rule applied not only to the females, but to the
males, as well.

And speaking of
the wonderful gentlemen on the walls - I had been very worried about how they
would turn out. After all, male anatomy wasn't exactly something I'd had too
much experience with. Not to the point where I had mentally catalogued it, that
is. But now…Well, having seen male perfection in motion myself, I had a much
better idea.

My mind had
possessively held onto the memories of a shirtless Ethan. Rather than go home
and study pictures of body parts I wasn't sure about, I simply focused on the
images in the forefront of my mind as I continued working on the male angels. I
recalled his hands - their hard grip, but also their gentle softness whenever
handling certain things...like my face. His fingers were long and straight, his
nails neatly trimmed. There were no lines and no wrinkles. Just smooth, almost
marble-like skin with veins that traveled inconspicuously up his arms,
showcasing inner strength.

I remembered
the tight sleekness of his biceps and the strong curve of his shoulders, as
well as the feel of his neck under my mouth - the way his Adam's apple moved
whenever he laughed and the soft rumble just underneath when he growled. His
chest, stomach and back…I remembered it all. Perhaps it was his fair skin that
made it look as though, from a distance, he would be soft to the touch. In
reality, he was all hardness. I thought back to that first time I saw him
coming out of my bathroom. How badly I wanted to touch him, to trace all the
shapes and shadows and contours of his beautiful physique.

Shit. Look
at me getting all turned on when I should be working.
I shook my head, now
trying to get rid of the distracting images, and then went to check the time.
It was already after two and I was starting to get hungry again, having not
eaten in six hours. Since I hadn't brought a lunch with me, I decided I'd just
head home for the day.

I got cleaned
up in the bathroom, taking my time to thoroughly clean out the brushes. After
taking one last look at my angels, I smiled and said goodbye to them before
heading off.

I was in the
lobby when I ran into Samantha.

"Hey," she smiled brightly.

"Hi. Are
you working?" I asked, somewhat confused. She wasn't dressed in complete
business attire, but her outfit was somewhat conservative and her hair was
still pulled into a tight bun.

"No, I'm
just here to drop off some things for Antonia."

"Ah."
Antonia must have been the woman who worked the information desk during the
weekends.

"So…Um,
hey, are you...busy tonight?" Samantha asked, slightly hesitantly.

"Um…No,
not really."
Oh my God, am I going to make a friend?

"Because
my roommate, Connie, and I were going to go out for some drinks and…Well, see,
usually she ends up meeting some new guy and then I end up on my own for the
rest of the night." Her cheeks flushed.
She is so cute.
"I
always bring a friend as a precaution, but no one else seems to be available tonight."

She was
inviting me out.

Huh.

I didn't know
what to say. People never invited me to hang out, not even as a last resort.
Then again, I didn't really bump into people enough for us to get past the
point of strangers. But I suppose this is what happened when you actually had
acquaintances you saw when coming in to work.

I guess I
should hurry up and say yes.
I didn't really like going out, though.
Specifically when other people I didn't know were involved. I didn't really like
drinking, either. But Samantha was a sweet girl and I didn't want to let her
down.

"Anyway,
if you aren't busy," she continued, her blush darkening.
Wow, I had no
idea she was this shy.

"Sure," I grinned. Her own returning smile was simply breathtaking.
That was when I suddenly remembered something.
Oh, of course!
"Do
you mind if I ask my roommate to come along, too? We haven't been living here
for too long, and he's been gone for the last month, so we haven't really had a
chance to do much exploring."

She blinked,
looking slightly surprised. After a few moments of what seemed to be careful
consideration and thoughtfulness, she asked, "Your roommate is the man who
came to visit you yesterday, right?"

"That's
right."
Hah - there it is! She is definitely interested
. I frowned
innocently. "It's not a girls' night out kind of thing, is it?"

"No..." Her smile returned. "Of course he can come."

We exchanged
phone numbers and she gave me the address of the club before we said our
goodbyes.

As soon as I
was out of the building, I dialed Coops. He answered on the third ring.

"Yo. You
left pretty damn early. You been working hard?"

I got straight
to the point. "Yes. What are you doing tonight?"

"Uh…hanging out with you?" he answered slowly.

"That's
right. We're going out for drinks."

He laughed.
"You hate drinking."

"Exactly.
That's why I need you to come with me."

"I don't
get it."

"We're
going to meet up with Samantha and her roommate. Connie, I think, was her
name."

"What?" His voice was curt.

I played
innocent again. "You remember Samantha, right? You asked about her
yesterday."

"Yeah. I
thought you said you didn't know her," he stated with a slight huff, as
though he were getting up from a seated position.

"We're
acquaintances. We haven't really hung out before." I stopped at a
crosswalk, waiting for the light to turn green. "You'll come with me,
right?" He didn't answer, not even after a few long seconds passed. "
Please
don't make me go alone. I already told her I'd be bringing you along. You know
I don't do well in those kinds of places unless I have an anchor."

"Of course
I'll go," he finally answered, his voice full of warmth.

"Thank
you, thank you! Now, I need your help. What should I wear? Last time I went out
drinking was years ago. Should I do heels or flats?"

"Just wear
whatever you feel most comfortable in, Babydoll."

"Ugh.
Typical guy answer. Teleportation needs to be a thing so I can get Jilly's
advice."

"Right,
because you can't ask her over the phone," he replied sarcastically.

I sighed.
"It's just not the same, dude."

In the end, I
decided to keep things simple. I left my hair down and kept the dark denim
shorts that I'd already been wearing, but I switched the top for a black one.
It was shorter in the front and longer in the back, obviously made for a person
of taller height. I could feel the soft fabric brushing the back of my knees.
It made me feel comfortable, as I didn't like having my ass exposed. After
digging through my closet, I found a pair of old black-heeled sandals that I'd
never actually worn outside before. But I
had
worn them indoors for a
whole day, so I knew they'd be comfortable enough to last me through the night.
When I checked the mirror, something seemed to be missing.
Accessories,
maybe?
I left to find my box of jewelry and threw on a simple necklace,
some bangles and a few rings.
Bam. Outfit complete.
Dale came in then,
asking if I was ready to go.

There was no
other way to say it, so I might as well just go ahead and say it: the man
looked hot. He'd been building shit since he was a kid, and while one might not
notice it at first sight, upon closer inspection there would be no doubt. The
jeans he wore showed off his long, strong legs and his fitted grey top hinted
at the firm muscles beneath.

He wore a dark
brown leather jacket to keep warm. Brown, dark especially, was his color and he
worked it well. Yes, Dale McGill was fairly hot. I'd never denied that. But not
once had he ever made my heart flutter with just one look. Not once had I ever
looked at him and thought
let me lick your body
. It just wasn't like
that between us. He wasn't my type, just as I wasn't his. Samantha, however,
was
his type - this I was sure of. And it'd been a while since I'd last seen him
with a steady girlfriend. For whatever reason, I had a really good feeling
about the two of them together.

Together.
One word and I was once again reminded of Ethan. I missed him.
Is he
thinking about me? What is he doing?
Am I being pathetic?
Exhaling
in annoyance at my sad self, I followed Dale out of the room.
