When she opened her eyes she was sandwiched between them, with her head resting on Geoff’s chest. Krig ran lazy circles on her pregnant belly, and they were all wondrously sweaty.

“I love you both so much,” she murmured.

And she fell asleep, safe in the knowledge that her life, and her love, was complete.
