“But I couldn’t help myself.  You were beautiful.  Sexy.  And my God, when I saw you nearly naked I just about died.  I haven’t seen anyone like you in a long time.”

“I’ll bet not,” she said finding his eyes.  “Malleus…you know what my mother once told me?”

“What?” he gasped.

“There was a time when I think she still kept her sanity.  Just after my father started whipping us on the face and on the chest.  For just a little while, there was a time when mom felt bad about it.  A little window of time right before he destroyed her conscience with his evil.  She used to tell me of magical she-bears.”

“Oh?”

“She-bears that roamed the mountains, just outside the forest.  They only came around once in a while.  To save people.  To rescue people who were in need.  She always said an angel would summon them, just when there was no hope left.”

“…That’s stupid,” Malleus said, looking away and brooding.

“I believed it.  And I believe it now.”

“What the hell are you talking about?”

“I know what you are.”

“What I am?  I’m just a man.  Crazy, yes.  A monster, no.”

“No,” she said with a frown.  “It was you.  The first time.  When that wolf was going to kill me.  You saved me.  I know it was you.  I know it was you because it made no damned sense otherwise.  The bear I saw was more than just a bear.  It was a werebear.  You gave yourself away, Malleus.”

She shook her head, trying to rub his side and calm down his ire.  “I didn’t want to believe it.  Until you held me in your arms.  I knew that I felt the same gentle touch from that gentle giant who rescued me.”

“You don’t know what you’re talking about,” Malleus said, shoving her arms and head off his body and sitting up.

“Why are you ashamed?  You told me not to be ashamed of what you are.”

“Because, I’m not a goddamned monster.”

“Are you in denial or do you literally forget every morning after what it is you do?”

“We’re through having this conversation.”

“Tell me who your parents were.”

“I never had any parents.”

“Bullshit.  Were they just like you?”

“Abigail!” he roared, every bit as ferocious as his alternate spirit.  “You want to see how gentle I can be?  Keep harping on this…”  He looked at her in warning and stormed out of the cave, his human nakedness so blatant, so unashamed.  And yet in complete denial of his true nature.

Chapter 3

Abigail woke up later that night, just as the moon came out.  It was only a half moon and so presumably, he wouldn’t turn again.  It all made sense now.  Not just the bear’s peculiar actions but also her whole life’s story so far.  Nature itself was communicating with her.  It was a peaceful night when she finally decided that she had enough, that it was time to leave for good.  Nature welcomed her into the gentle caress of a calm day.  And the bear, the she-bear of deliverance just like mom said all those years ago, before she lost her mind.  Her spirit, her real spirit, was still somewhere in the universe, sending a guiding light.

The only thing she couldn’t figure out was Malleus’ violent objection to the truth.  Why was he afraid, why would a monster of a beast and such a massive and attractive man be afraid of anything?

She sat outside, watching the moon shine forth and light the night sky.  Within minutes, Malleus lightly treaded out near the ledge, keeping a comfortable distance away, but letting her know that he was returning to respectable conversation.

“Didn’t expect to see you again, wild man.”

“You’re not going to survive on your own,” he growled in response.  “You’ll be dead in a few days if not for me.  Besides, two of us…it’s easier to catch food.”

“We’re like a pack?”

“Whatever…”

Another long, quiet moment took place and Malleus huffed and inhaled, a few times before finally blurting out the truth he was afraid to speak.  “I have no parents.  I remember things though.  I remember this man…this monster…taking me to the woodshed every night.  He made me help me.  Kill women.  He made me watch.  I was too young for that.”

Malleus stared into the night sky, the only place serene enough to look for answers.  “Whoever my mother was…I probably only knew her for about thirty seconds.  Then he killed her.  Devoured her remains.  Made me watch, because I was supposed to be like him.”

Abigail nodded slowly, not daring to speak another word.  The journey felt complete.  Every last detail made sense now, as if this very day had been ordained—this connection between two lost souls who had now found each other.

“I decided that whatever home he offered me…it just wasn’t enough.  Whoever we were supposed to be, it wasn’t good enough.  And one day I just decided that I was a monster.  But I was a lone monster.  And one that didn’t need to live like he lived.  I sure as hell wasn’t going to be dependent on the likes of him.”

“But it’s in the past,” she finally said coming over closer and stroking his hair, down to his jaw.  “Be proud of who you are.  The animal you are, that has allowed you to survive.”

“Listen, Abigail,” he said softly.  “You have to leave me.  When it happens.  When I turn.  I can’t promise that you’ll be safe.”

“And what, just come back when you’re done with all your werebear PMSing?”

“You know what I mean,” he said sternly.

“I know what I saw, Malleus.  I know what I felt.  You saved me even as a monster.  You knew I wasn’t a threat.  In fact…”

“What?”

“Uhh…nothing.  Let’s just say, I don’t think you meant to hurt me at all.”

“I would never forgive myself if I ever hurt an innocent person.  What I’m afraid of most is turning into him.”

“Then don’t trust yourself.  Trust me.”

“I can’t do that,” Malleus commanded.  “You don’t understand the risk.  I don’t know how to control my own power.  I wish that I could retain consciousness when I turn, but I don’t seem to be able to.  So this is how it has to be.  If you want my protection, you have to leave whenever there’s a full moon.  In fact, leave days in advance.  I don’t want to smell you or hear you.  I can’t risk anything happening to you.  Now do we have a deal or not?”

Abigail looked into his pleading eyes and smiled softly.  “I guess I have no choice.  Since you know, I need you to survive and everything.”

“Right.  I’m serious, Abigail.  Don’t toy with fate.  There will be consequences.”

She nodded, every bit as serious as he would demand she be.  This somewhat ridiculous conversation notwithstanding, she knew what she had to do to win his favor and to seek ultimate protection from a man who truly transcended nature.

Chapter 4

Dancing with a monster was no easy feat.  She certainly learned the futility of trying to reason with one, living all those years with her psychotic stepfather.  When she felt the volatile but still peaceable presence of the werebear, she understood something profound about the creature.  He was capable of humanistic emotion, even if he was not entirely human.  He protected her from danger and even delivered her body to a safe place for hiding.  As soon as she realized that the monster was not planning on killing her, she had to wonder if he was truly motivated by compassion or if it was something else.

So she decided to wait and see breaking human Malleus’ commandment, and stalking his monster after it turned.  The next full moon three days later, to which Abigail claimed she was leaving.  Malleus entered his cave, confident that his way would work, and planned to coop himself up for hours as he turned.  Abigail was set to stay behind and head towards the far ends of the forest, where he would eventually find her.  Slowly, quietly, she entered the cave making sure that Malleus the monstrous human was gone, and that the human-like monster was still in control.

She spotted the monster walking around the cave and sniffing out the environment, perhaps ready to hunt for the night.  She was wearing the same clothing she wore when she first met him; jeans and a t-shirt, now dried from two days in the sun.

The beast drew his head back and growled, discerning whether or not this truly was the one he remembered.  He not only eyed her but also sniffed her, using his keen sense of smell to detect any negative energy that might be lingering, revealing this to be a trap.

She stood patient as the bear sniffed around, alleviating all suspicions.  He gritted his teeth and opened his chompers, showing Abigail as if to prove a point.  Then, the bear stood up on its hind legs and stood tall, eight feet high and upright like a man.  He pounded his chest, giving an ape-like, human-like call, but with its head tilted in a full roar.  It paced around the cave, walking circles around the perfectly still Abigail.  The monster roared loudly and even shoved Abigail a few times with his hand, albeit not with its full body force.  Then, as Abigal opened his eyes to face her worst fear she saw something most peculiar and most intriguing.

The werebear’s penis.  His monstrous penis stood well over a foot in length and was twice as girthy as Malleus’ human penis.  His cock was almost full erect and slightly curved.

The werebear roared as Abigail smiled in surrender.  It was a bit naughty of her to betray Malleus—but she had a feeling deep down that the bear creature simply wanted a mate, and that’s why she was spared.  Giving the beast what it wanted, in fact, what Malleus’ own rage and stormy brain center wanted, was the only way to placate both beings.  It was also the only way to guarantee her safety around both monsters, the human and the werebear.

The monster raised its arms in virility and then lifted Abigail into the air, tearing her jeans from her body with one hand and finding her vagina.  He also ripped her shirt off in one swift slice, exposing her breasts.  The monster seemed wise enough to know that necking and petting would be impossible with the size differential.  So he went straight for her unguarded womanhood, sitting her pussy on top of his literally monstrous cock, pounding his huge pole into her like he was making handiwork.  Abigail groaned in excitement, her mouth crying out in agony and ecstasy as his thick veiny cock filled every sliver and crevice of her elastic walls, still taxing her and making her groan with every added inch.

He grabbed her by the waist and began pumping his mutant cock into her pussy shocking as much beast-hood into her pocket as she could take—which was only about ten inches.  He didn’t fill her completely but he made sure he pounded fast, suspending her in air and increasing the speed of his fast and repeated strokes to nearly inhuman proportions.  Her pussy throbbed after each thrust and withdraw, leaving her screaming and creaming herself in deference.  This thing was a monster and telling it not to fuck, not to just take whatever it craved was contrary to its very nature.  She submitted to the beast and let it fill her up.

He was so thick he managed to find her G-spot with the curve in his meta-penis as well as ribbing her clit with his shifting shaft and veins.  He let her stand on the ground, but his cock was still buried deep inside—so deep in fact that it wasn’t coming out, even when she tried to pull it out for the last minute withdraw method.

His super hard cock had an extra bone in it called a baculum, which made him extra thick and rigid, almost impossible to expel from any woman’s vagina.  Not that Abigail was trying all that hard—her pussy walls were already clenching on the monster’s curved cock head, feeling his thickness and forcing him to stay so she could feel his every last spurt.  She loved the feeling of him trying to withdraw; perhaps trying to follow his human instincts, fighting for control of the beast.  But every time he tried to pull out, or every time she tried to pull him out, his cock only stiffened up and she felt a massive pressure building right at her sensitive inner lips.  The throbbing pull, followed by a contraction, was enough to send her over the edge and start screaming.

“Ohhh God!  Fuck me!  Fuck me!” she screamed.

The monster seemed to interpret her screams as something significant, as if sensing something about her fertility levels.  He hugged her close and then howled to the full moon as he came hard, his spunk boiling over in her aching pussy and firing off several shots of fire.

All she could do was bare down and take the werebear’s cum, although her body did go into spasms and seizures upon feeling the monster’s supernatural sperm.  It felt a bit abnormal, like psychoactive drugs swimming through her genitals or like a vague feeling of transcendental peace.

The bear wasn’t as much of a gentleman as Malleus, not that that was saying much anyway, and dropped Abigail on the floor as it finally ended copulation and its penis slowly discharged and shrank to a flaccid shape.  She waited on the ground, squirming back and forth, recovering from the psychedelic afterglow of a colossal werebear fuck.

The werebear ran outside the cave, beginning its hunt, thankfully of lesser animals and not people.  It would be another night before she talked to the real Malleus again, at which point she would have to explain that she did run away to the town as instructed and that her precious body had not been impregnated by a monster.  Malleus probably couldn’t bare the thought, quite literally, it seemed.  But if she was being honest with herself, the thought of having a werebear’s baby certainly presented an alluring attraction for Abigail, who had nothing to fear any longer besides the wild, freedom and the uncertain future. As she felt the feeling from the werebear’s seed fade and center into a warmth in her belly, she felt increasingly confident that Malleus would be ultimately accepting of the new life that was taking form in her belly. Whether or not that was true, it did help to ease her apprehension at taking its hot seed.
