Mandy lived on the first floor, and she quickly unlocked the door and welcomed everyone inside.  Her apartment was small, and she didn’t have a lot of furniture, but it was spotless.  There was nothing out of place, unlike Kaitlyn’s apartment, that always seemed to be messy.

“We’re going to go to the bedroom,” Mandy said, as if to let Ben and Kaitlyn know that they could have the couch.

Kaitlyn sat down there, and Ben joined her.  For some reason, after he spent so much time trying to get her alone, he didn’t know what to do first.  “I’m suddenly nervous,” he admitted, as he took her hand and laced his fingers with hers.  “Tell me what you like,” he said as he gazed into her eyes.

“I like to ski,” she said without delay.  “I like rainy days, and snowy nights.  I love hockey and football.  I prefer winter to summer.”

He wanted to kiss her with snowflakes in her hair.  “Kiss me.”  His voice shook as he said it.  She moved toward him, and touched her lips to his.  That was all it took.  He pulled her over onto his lap, her knees on either side of his hips.  His hands moved under her skirt, and hers moved under his shirt.  He shoved one finger inside her, and she moaned against his mouth.

“Do you want to have sex with me?”  He asked it while he was pushing another finger into her.  He curved them upward, and wiggled them.  There was something deep inside her that she didn’t know about somehow, but he found it right away.

“Yes,” she groaned as her thighs tightened around his hand, as the muscles inside her tightened around his fingers.

“Do you want me, Lyn?” he continued.

“Uh-huh,” she said as she slowly lost her mind.

“Tell me you want me,” he persisted as he stared at her.  She had the same expression as when she danced, eyes closed and mouth open.

“I want you,” she murmured.

“I’m going to put my cock so deep inside you, you’ll feel it against the back of your throat,” he said when he felt her orgasm start.  “Do you want my cock inside you?”

“Yes,” she said, as every muscles inside her body tightened, then contracted.  “Oh, fuck!” she exclaimed, as she felt herself climax.

He moved fast, not letting her come down from her high.  He positioned her on the couch, with her rear on the edge.  He slid down onto the carpet, and began to eat her like he’d promised he would.  He didn’t lick her slowly, to turn her on.  She was already turned on.  He devoured her, and sucked in every bit of her wetness.  She felt it from the tips of her toes, to the tips of her fingers.  When she started to scream he covered her mouth with his hand, and his other found its way inside her again, finding that spot.  He smiled as she screamed against his hand.

When she was mindless to anything but him, he pulled away from her and repositioned her on the couch.  “I’m going to fuck you now,” he said as he dropped his jeans to his knees.  He pulled a condom out of his back pocket, and pulled it on.  He couldn’t remember a time when he’d been this turned on, other than last night with her.

She nodded up to him as she watched him put on the condom.

“Say please,” he said with a smile, as he climbed onto her.

“Please,” she grinned back at him happily.

“You’re so beautiful,” he said as he slid into her.  He felt a little resistance, but he was used to it.  He covered her mouth with his, so she couldn’t scream again.  His hands moved under her shirt, and found her nipples under her bra.  He tried to be gentle, but he was beyond turned on.  He couldn’t pound into her like he wanted to, because of the softness of the couch.  There was no resistance.  It didn’t matter; he was going to cum anyway.  He was already too close.  “Cum for me one more time,” he whispered in her ear before he found his own release.  She did what he wanted.

Chapter Four

“Can I at least get your number?” he asked, as he pulled his jeans up over himself.  She was even more beautiful in the morning light, if that was at all possible.

“I don’t know,” she said with a frown.

“Do you regret what we did?” he asked point blank, as he stared into her eyes.

“No,” she said as she looked away.

“You wanted me last night,” he reminded her.

“I know,” she agreed.

“So can I get your number?” he repeated.

“That’s not a good idea,” she said as she rolled away from him.  She needed the bathroom, and she wished more than anything that he’d be gone when she got back.

But he wasn’t, he was sitting on the couch where they’d had sex just hours before, with his hands in his lap.  “You have a boyfriend,” he said when she returned.

“Yes,” she answered, as she sat down on the opposite end.

“Does he make you feel like that?”  He needed to hear her answer.  From her reactions to him, she’d never felt anything like that before.  And to be honest, neither had he.

“Why does it matter?” she murmured, and snuggled into one of the pillows.  They’d slept in an awkward position for an hour or so, with his head on her stomach.  She was tired, physically.  He had worn her out.

“It doesn’t,” he said.  But that wasn’t good enough.  He still wanted her, even after he fucked her.  He thought once would be enough, but it wasn’t.  He moved toward her, and placed a kiss on her thigh.

She reacted to it almost intuitively.  Before her brain told her no, her thighs parted for him.  Her fingers twined into his curly hair, encouraging him to find those spots and work his magic on her body.

And he was more than happy to oblige her.  He licked and tasted her inner thigh, as his fingers wound together to fit inside her.  “Do you want to cum again?” he asked, as he wiggled against that spot deep inside of her.

“Yes,” she answered automatically.

“Say you want me,” he instructed.

“I want you,” she responded.

“Give me your phone number,” he demanded.

“Okay,” she whispered.

“Say it,” he ordered.

She didn’t think he’d remember it, so she told him.  Once she did, he pushed her over that edge, slowly and methodically, as if he’d practiced it a million times to get it just right.  She glanced up at him with a smile that said she was satisfied, and yet wanted more, as he began to unbutton his pants again.

“Time to rise and shine,” Mandy said as she entered the kitchen between the bedroom and living room.

He groaned as he pulled his fingers out of her, and quickly popped them into his mouth.  Then he kissed her longingly, before he whispered in her ear, “Watermelon.”  She froze up immediately, though.  And somehow he knew.  “You want me, remember?” he whispered.

“I have eggs,” Mandy said as she opened the refrigerator, “and eggs.”

“I’m not hungry,” Ruben said loudly, “but thank you anyway.”

Bobby joined Mandy then, tucking his shirt into his pants.  “Ready to go, Ben?”

“Sure,” Ruben answered.  He tilted his head to the side, and gazed at the beautiful girl under him.  “I’ll miss you,” he said honestly, for reasons he couldn’t explain, and kissed her gently.  She pulled away though, and shook her head.  Defeated, he climbed off the couch and joined Bobby at the front door.  “Thank you for your hospitality,” he called out to Mandy before they exited the apartment.

“Any time, sweetie,” Mandy replied.  As soon as they were gone, she joined Kaitlyn on the couch.  She spooned against her, wrapping her arm around her friend’s waist and pulling her in close.  “Men have no idea how to snuggle.”

Kaitlyn refused to comment.  She was nearly positive that Ben would be an excellent snuggle buddy.

“Was he good?” Mandy asked.

“Mind blowing,” Kaitlyn replied.

“Are you going to see him again?”

“Probably not,” Kaitlyn said as she closed her eyes.

He shoved his hand in his pocket as he drove his clunky truck to his townhouse.  He assured himself her panties were still there.  Every minute he spent with her felt like something was finally right in his life.  They didn’t have deep meaningful conversations, but that didn’t matter.  He looked at her and felt like he knew her on a different level.

He pulled into his gated community and straight into his garage.  His sports car was in the other parking spot.  He closed the garage door behind him, and stepped into his house.  He had no idea why he let his mother talk him into a three story model.  The last thing he wanted to do was climb the stairs to his bedroom.  But he did, and undressed before falling onto his bed.  He should have showered, but he didn’t want to.  He wanted to smell her on him for as long as possible.

He’d only closed his eyes for a few moments when his phone jingled.  He thought perhaps it was Lyn, until he remembered he hadn’t given her his number.  It was Mara.  She wanted to show him the wedding invitations that she and his mother picked out.

Not today
, Ruben replied.  He held Lyn’s panties in one hand, and his phone in the other.  He remembered her number; like he remembered almost everything else he heard or read.  He entered it into his contacts.

Before he could go back to sleep he had to send her a message.
I made it home with your panties.  Maybe I’ll hold them hostage.
Not expecting her to answer immediately, he placed them under his cheek and closed his eyes.  They still smelled like her.

Ben’s text made her smile, but she didn’t answer it.  She had to push him to the back of her mind.  She had brunch with her parents every Sunday, and if she didn’t shower and dress immediately, she’d be late. Alex finally sent her a text during brunch.  He was free that evening, and he’d have dinner with her.  How gracious, she thought when she read it.

She acted interested when her father explained the gardening project he planned for the backyard during summer break, and her mother explained in great detail her menopause symptoms.

“You look tired,” her mother commented.  “You’re working too hard.”

“Probably,” Kaitlyn lied.  She was working hard, but that had nothing to do with why she was tired.  She thought about Ben again, for the hundredth time since he walked out of Mandy’s apartment.  Not all of it was good.  Most of it was wondering why she slept with him.  Sure, she was physically attracted to him.  What heterosexual woman wouldn’t be?  But she needed more than just sex with a guy who was totally wrong for her, didn’t she?  She needed someone she could have a conversation with.

She kissed her parents and promised to call her mother more often, and as she left the restaurant, her phone chimed again.
Your panties are no replacement for the real thing, but they do taste like watermelon.
She shook her head and drove toward her apartment.

She called for Chinese, Alex’s favorite, and it arrived at six forty-five on the dot.  Alex was supposed to arrive at seven.  He finally showed up at seven twenty.  “Good, you ordered food.  I’m starving,” he exclaimed when he entered her kitchen.

She tipped her head up when he walked past, waiting for a kiss, but he just mussed her hair and patted her cheek.

“Did you order those crab triangle things?” he asked as he fixed himself a plate.

“Yes, they’re in there,” she said as she poured herself another glass of wine.

“Sorry I haven’t had time to go out,” he said as he shoveled food in his mouth.  “I’ve just been cramming for the finals I have on Monday and Tuesday.”

“After that we’ll have all summer to spend together, right?” she asked as she ate white rice.  She couldn’t stand Chinese food.

“I have that basketball camp thing starting Thursday, remember?  It’s two weeks,” he said.

She stared at him blankly.  “I don’t remember anything about a basketball camp.  How can you even afford that?”  He couldn’t even buy his own dinner.  Certainly he didn’t think he was going to walk-on to his college team this late.

“It’s a free camp; you just have to pay room and board.  And the guy I’m staying with failed bio-chem, so I’m gonna tutor him in exchange.”  It made perfect sense, she guessed.

After dinner they moved to her living room, where again she tried to get him to kiss her.  He seemed not to notice.  But after the show he was watching went off, he made a move toward her breasts.  “Pull up your shirt, show me your tits,” he said.  That was what Alex considered foreplay.  “That’s nice,” he said as he awkwardly pinched both of her nipples.  “Get my dick hard, use your mouth.”  He pulled down his gym shorts to show her his penis, as if he was doing her a favor.

She knew he was on the small side, even before she saw Ben’s massive member, but now she was a little disappointed.  She moved her mouth on it, slowly at first, but he still didn’t get hard.  She switched tactics and used her hand, and it finally started to respond a little.  “Pull down your pants and play with yourself.”

Sex with him was always the same.  He couldn’t get it hard unless she gave him some kind of show.  She wondered if she could find that spot inside herself.  She thought of Ben as she slid her fingers inside.  She curled them upward and wiggled.  Oh, God, there it was, she thought.

“You look like you’re enjoying yourself,” Alex said, effectively ruining her fantasy.  “Come over here and climb on this cock and enjoy it.”  She looked at it, and realized that her fingers were probably just as long, maybe longer.  “Come on while I’m still hard,” he said, as he pulled a condom onto it.  She almost wished she could just keep fingering herself, and he could make
himself
cum.

Your playing hard to get makes me want you even more
.  He sent the text with no feelings of shame.  He didn’t care that he’d sent her witty texts for the last three days and she didn’t answer.  If his father taught him anything, it was to never give up.  He’d already decided that if she didn’t answer by lunch, he was going to her Italian restaurant.  Now it was eleven forty-five, and she hadn’t answered.  He wasn’t a stalker, he rationalized with himself.  He knew she wanted him.

At noon he walked into the restaurant.  When the hostess asked if he’d like a booth or a table, he said, “I’d like to sit in Lyn’s section.”  He gave her a winning smile.

“Lyn?”  The girl gave him a blank stare.

“Lyn’s off today.”  Mandy arrived, and answered his question.  “You look different.”

He’d hoped that seeing him in his work clothes would make her more attracted.  Or at the very least make her wonder what he did for a living.  “Thanks.”  He was obviously disappointed.  “Will she be here tomorrow?”

“Nope,” Mandy said, shaking her head.

“This is where the band is playing on Friday.  Can you give it to her and ask her to come?”  He handed her a piece of paper with the name of the club and directions, and his phone number.

“Sure, I’ll let her know you were here,” Mandy stated.

He left feeling like he’d just been lied to.  Was Lyn really there, and she sent Mandy out to get him to leave?  Why didn’t he go back in and eat anyway?  Perhaps he’d see her, and she’d see him.  But no, he was already at his car and that would be awkward.  He drove to a deli where he could get a salad on the go, and ate in his office.

WHY DID YOU TELL HIM YOU WORKED HERE?
Mandy asked in a text will all caps.  She took that to mean it was important.

Who?
  She replied.

DON’T FUCKING ASK WHO.  YOU KNOW WHO!
Mandy answered, again all in caps.

I had to lie and say something.  I didn’t want him to know I’m a lawyer.  You know how guys get.
She’d learned her lesson the hard way.  If she told guys she was in law school, they got freaked out.  Either they thought she was too smart, too goal oriented, or just too good for them.  They usually ran as fast as they could the other way.  Perhaps she should just tell Ben the truth, and he’d give up.

He looked fucking amazing, in a suit and everything.
Mandy said, and included the message he gave her, including his number.  She already had his number; he’d texted her twice a day for three days, and called her once a day.  It was cute that he tried to impress her though.  He probably borrowed the suit just for that occasion.

I’m free if you want to go out Friday night,
Kaitlyn replied
.
She didn’t say she wanted to see Ben.

She gazed around the bar, and realized they wouldn’t be making out in the bathroom this time.  She’d looked up the name on the internet, and thank God she did.  It was a martini bar, and all the women were dressed up, and all the men wore suits.

She helped Mandy pick out a modest outfit, which consisted of black slacks that she wore for work, and a black and white print shirt.  Kaitlyn thought she looked great.
