I’m so happy this story has found a home at Momentum. Every writer dreams of receiving the email I did from you, Haylee. Thank you to you and Joel for seeing the potential in Christa and Max’s story and expertly packaging this novel: the title and cover design are beyond my expectations. Thanks also to Tara and the rest of the Momentum team.

To my beta-reading girlfriends, Sarah, Donna and Joanna. Thank you so much for listening, for reading and for your ongoing support. You each contribute to my writing in your own way, whether it’s a genuine love for my characters and their stories, or an eye for the finer detail required to create a readable novel. My stories are better thanks to your involvement.

Thank you to the very talented Juanita Kees. I’m so glad I found you! Your editing input and insights were invaluable on my road to publication.

Before it was selected for publication,
The Boyfriend Sessions
was named a second round finalist in the Romance Writers of Australia Emerald award, which was incredibly encouraging. I’m proud to call myself a member and thank all those who work so hard within the RWA. We’re very lucky to have such a well-organised, talented, and supportive group of writers championing the Romance genre in Australia.

Thank you to my boys for your unwavering support and complete faith in me. I know I spend a lot of time with my imaginary friends, and that Max has a Porsche, but you’re the real deal and I love you both.

Finally, I couldn’t write these acknowledgments without making special mention of Vigeland Park, in Oslo, Norway. Seven years ago this unique park captured my heart. While it’s difficult to convey in words the beauty and magic of the sculptures and of the park, it seemed fitting that Christa and Max should have their HEA in a place so full of life.

Belinda is a marketing communications specialist and copywriter who allowed an addiction to romance and chick-lit to get the better of her. She was named a top ten finalist in the Romance Writers of Australia Emerald Award in both 2013 and 2014.

Her other addictions include music and cars. Belinda's eclectic music taste forms the foundation of many of her writing ideas and her healthy appreciation for fast cars means she would not so secretly love a Lamborghini. For now she'll have to settle with her son's Hot Wheels collection and writing hot male leads with sports cars.
