Later that night, after spending a great evening together, everyone said their goodnights. Cindy’s mom and dad suggested that they share a room with Brooke so that Cindy and Drew would have some time alone. Her dad joked that since Drew was going to make her an honest woman, he’d let their sleeping arrangements slide. Cindy wanted to die of embarrassment as Drew led her to the bedroom.

Once inside, she turned to him.

“I’m so happy that my parents like you,” she said.

“Me too.” He drew her into his arms. “I can’t wait to marry you.”

“I can’t wait to marry you either. Do we really have to wait until summer?”

“The docket’s pretty full with all the other weddings we need to have between now and then. It wouldn’t be right if I jumped the gun and beat my brothers to the altar.”

“Didn’t a few of them have fast weddings?” she asked. “Madison told me something about a shotgun wedding.”

“Yeah, that’s what Logan and Kate called it, but she wasn’t pregnant or anything,” he said.

She yawned as she climbed into bed beside Drew. She slid into his embrace as if they’d been sleeping like that for years. He tilted her chin up and gave her a kiss hot enough to melt the sheets. She returned it with a passion that stole her breath.

“I love you,” she whispered when she finally came up for air.

“I love you more,” he murmured.

“Are we going to be that disgusting couple that’s always mashing their faces together in public?” she asked with a grin.

“I hope so,” he replied.

As she snuggled in his arms, her heart swelled with happiness. She’d finally found an amazing man and she couldn’t wait to spend the rest of her life with him.

Epilogue

Four months later…

June sunlight cast a heavenly glow across the people gathered for Drew and Cindy’s wedding. Cindy stood next to Drew as the minister said the last words in the ceremony.

“I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride.”

Drew lifted the sparkling crystal encrusted veil off of her face. He gazed at her with so much love that she went weak in the knees. His long, passionate kiss sent a rush of energy from her lips throughout her entire body.

“May I present, Mr. and Mrs. Drew Grant,” the minister said.

The gathering clapped and cheered as she and Drew turned to face them. They walked down the aisle, hand in hand toward the long table that had been set in their honor. Situated just outside the barn, it sat in front of the other tables. The edges of the cerulean blue table clothes fluttered in the breeze. Flower arrangements with yellow roses, white tulips, and Montana wildflowers decorated the tables.

Cindy waited as Drew pulled the chair out. As she sat, she silently congratulated herself on ignoring her mom’s insistence that she wear silk. It would have clung to her like a second skin in this heat. She’d chosen an aline dress with a sweetheart neckline and a corset back. A layer of white lace gave it the vintage feel she’d been looking for when she’d gone dress shopping. She kicked her white satin slippers off. In the last few months, she’d become more accustomed to wearing cowboy boots than girly shoes. Her feet were already killing her and they hadn’t even made their rounds yet.

“I can’t wait to carry you over the threshold and start the honeymoon,” Drew whispered in her ear.

“Let’s sneak out,” she murmured before giving him a kiss which hinted at what she wanted to do to him later.

With all of their friends, family, and even some cousins in attendance, the gathering was upwards of one hundred people. As they filtered into their seats, she eyed the buffet. Madison had reluctantly allowed them to bring in a caterer after Cindy had pointed out that there was no way she could juggle a four month old and a full wedding service at the same time.

In addition to a huge tray of shrimp cocktail on ice, she spotted baskets of bread, a still steaming platter of mouth-watering steaks, mashed potatoes, various salads and more. She could hardly wait to scarf down her first meal of the day. She’d been too nervous to eat earlier.

She couldn’t wait to see the cake either. She’d made a special request that Drew didn’t know about and she couldn’t wait to see the look on his face when they brought it out.

Drew stood and addressed the gathering.

“Cindy and I want to thank you all for coming to help us celebrate our love. I know it seems like we’ve been having non-stop weddings. First it was Brady and Rachel. I’d like to think we all breathed a sigh of relief when she finally chose the perfect dress.” He grinned in Rachel’s direction. “We also got to welcome baby Tanner into the world a few weeks ago.”

As if on cue, the baby cried. A few people chuckled.

A tabby cat leapt onto the table.

“Mittens!” Kate gasped as she jumped up to grab her cat. “Get down from there.”

“That cat’s always up to no good,” Drew joked.

“It runs in the family,” Logan hollered.

Cindy and Drew laughed.

“Okay, where was I?” Drew joked. “Oh, right. Mack and Madison were next to get married. They weren’t kidding when they said April showers bring May flowers. Who could forget that deluge? I’m glad we all fit in the new barn.”

A murmur of agreement rippled through the group.

“Cody and Abby tied the knot the end of May leaving me the last single brother in the group. But we all know I was already taken by the most beautiful, most loving woman in the world.” Drew turned to Cindy and smiled. “I love you honey.”

A few of his brothers started to hit their champagne glasses with their knives.

“Kiss. Kiss. Kiss.”

Drew leaned down and gave her a toe-curling kiss while everyone cheered. When he finished, he returned to his full height.

“And I can’t forget to mention the other most important girl in my life. Where’s Brooke?” He held a hand to his eyes to block the sun. “Oh, over by Jimmy. Those two are inseparable. Come on up here, honey.”

Brooke ran forward in her adorable white flower girl dress. She flung herself at Drew.

“Can we eat yet, daddy?” she asked.

“Of course, honey.” He hugged her and grabbed her hand so he could lead her to the buffet line. “Let’s eat!”

Cindy followed closely behind them. She couldn’t believe how fast Brooke had accepted Drew. She said he was much better than her old daddy.

Carol’s mom Vicki walked up with Sheriff Hunt in tow. The two had become inseparable over the last few months. June, Rachel’s mom stood behind Vicki. They had formed a close friendship while watching the grandkids.

After piling a plate full of a little bit of everything, Cindy returned to the table. She fed Drew bites of steak while he fed her spoons of mashed potatoes. She didn’t look up until a shadow passed over her plate.

“Hey Adam, I’m so glad you could make it,” Drew said to his cousin.

“I didn’t mean to stay away for so long, but things have been busy back at the ranch,” Adam said. “You guys should come visit when you have a chance, we’d love to have you. Maybe you could bring some of your mate attracting magic our way. My brothers and I are all still single as the day we were born.”

“I’ll see what I can do,” Drew said with a smile.

“We’d love to come and see your ranch,” Cindy said.

“You’re welcome anytime.”

After Adam wandered off to the buffet, Cindy gazed out at all of the happy, loving faces. She couldn’t believe how blessed she was to be surrounded by so many good people. Soon, the ranch would be inundated with guests and she knew that she and her sister-in-laws would have a great time entertaining them.

As the sun crested the sky, the caterers rolled out an enormous white wedding cake. Atop the cake sat two plastic bears dressed as bride and groom. Drew’s eyes lit up as he approached the cake.

“Did you do this?” he asked.

“Yep.”

He looped an arm around her waist and tugged her against him.

“I’m the luckiest man in the world.”

“Married to the luckiest woman in the world,” she said.

“Absolutely. And now… cake time.”

Drew cut a small piece of cake. He picked up a piece and fed it to her. She did the same. Everyone cheered and a live band filled the makeshift stage. As the music played on, friends, family, and guests of the Curvy Bear Ranch danced well into the night. Fate smiled down on the cowbear brothers who had finally found their perfect mates.

Excerpt

Rachel whispered, “You should go.”

When he didn’t immediately respond, butterflies beat furiously in her belly. His breath came fast and hard. His eyes glimmered with unspoken desire. Close enough to see the wash of stubble on his cheeks, she flicked her tongue out to wet her lips and, in doing so, made a huge mistake.

In an instant, Brady wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her to him. His lips slashed across hers in a demanding kiss that stole her breath. Even if she’d wanted to fight him, she couldn’t. She knew, without a doubt, that she’d awakened the beast lurking inside him—his bear.

His tongue slid between hers, eliciting a gasp from deep within her chest. All thoughts of fighting him vanished as he claimed her mouth. She wrapped her arms around his neck and drew him down to deepen the kiss. It had been so long since she’d kissed someone that the overwhelming rush of pleasure made her half-faint with wanton need.

He broke away long enough to gasp. “Which room?”

“Two-fifteen.”

He scooped her into his arms as if she were lighter than a feather. When they reached the door, she yanked the keycard out of her jeans and jammed it into the lock. The second it clicked open, he kicked the door with his boot. He carried her inside and kicked the door closed behind him.

She couldn’t look at anything but the twin dark pools of desire in his eyes. The pure, masculine scent of erotic need rolled off of him in waves. She inhaled deeply, drawing in his essence.

After setting her down, he cupped her face with his palms. “If you want me to stop…”

She shook her head, unable to make her lips move. This was crazy, but she couldn’t think about the consequences now. She needed him, wanted him, and wouldn’t stop until she had him.

Kane stood behind her. His rock hard body brushed against her as he poured water down her back. “You have the hips and body of a Goddess. Women should be round and soft. And you… you’re absolutely what we’re looking for.”

Raff closed the distance between them and brushed a feather-light kiss across her mouth. She moaned as Kane used one finger to draw a line from the nape of her neck to the base of her spine. She pressed her breasts against Raff’s chest. Behind her, Kane moved closer.

Sandwiched between the men, she lost track of whose hands caressed her hips and whose lips burned a trail of kisses across the hollow of her throat.

Lost in an orgy of sensation, she closed her eyes and fell into their arms. She recognized Raff’s lips as they captured hers again. She returned the passionate kiss with fervor. As her lips parted to welcome his tongue, Kane slid his hand across the lowest part of her belly. She tensed.

Kane whispered. “Relax. Let us worship you.”
