“Ye
look like an angel?”

“Thanks.”
I ran my hands over my shimmering white wedding dress the Legions pooled
together to buy for me. “Cailen, there’s something you need to know.”

“Oh?”

“I was
gone for two days—in my own time, I mean. And I worked with the Legions to find
Kieran.”

He
lowered his brows as he searched my face.

“I didn’t
come back alone.” I stepped back as Kieran approached us and dropped the hood
of his cloak. The two brothers stared at each other as the entire church
erupted in chaos.

“Kieran?”

“Cailen.”

They
hugged each other, speaking in Gaelic as they laughed. Ailsa, Conall, and
Cameron rushed up to the altar as well, the entire family hugging each other as
happy tears streamed down their cheeks.

I
couldn’t help but laugh as I watched their elation at having their family whole
once more.

They
pulled me into their family hug, and though I hardly knew him, I embraced my
new soon-to-be brother. “I’m sorry I mentally kicked you in the balls.”

Kieran
cocked a brow. “Eh?”

“After
you sent me here, I mentally kicked you in the balls. Hopefully you didn’t feel
it since it wasn’t
technically
your fault.”

He and
Cailen laughed, shaking their heads.

The
family hug ended and the others sat in the pews.

“Ah
lass, ye’ve given me so much,” my Highlander said. “I ne’er thought I should be
so lucky tae hae a wife, but now ye’ve given me ma brither, and soon we’ll hae
a bairn. I dinna ken what I’ve done tae deserve ye, but I’m fair grateful. Ye
hold ma heart, lass, and I’ll spend the rest o’ ma life provin’ just how much I
love ye.”

“I love
you, too. You’re so much a part of me that I can’t imagine life without you. I
don’t want to exist without the other half of my soul.” I smiled up at him,
memorizing every inch of his face. I planned to do so every day for the rest of
my life. “So I was wondering…What do you think about Caylee?”

“Caylee?
For what?”

“For
our daughter’s name.”

Cailen’s
hand went to his heart. “A daughter. We’re tae hae a daughter?”

“I have
it on good authority.”

He took
my hands in his as his face split into a huge smile. “I like it, Caylee
Elizabeth MacKinnon.”

Reverend
Astor stepped up beside Cailen and me, facing the members of the clan.

“I
didnae ken what I’d dae wi’out ye,” Cailen whispered as the reverend’s voice
echoed through the church in Gaelic.

“You
don’t have to worry about that,” I breathed. “Nothing could drag me away from
you again.”

“Good,
because
I dinna want cause tae chase ye, lass. But make nae mistake, I
will if ye leave again.”
