Rourke looked at Dane and Celeste. “Can we move our operations here to Colorado, Dane?”

“I don’t know why not.”

“Yes, Celia.
We
accept the position as Leader of the Lore.”

He reached out both hands to Dane and Celeste. When they touched, a blinding light sealed their bond.

“Excellent. I propose a triple celebration—a wedding, a coronation, and a birthday party for you three next full moon.” Celia poofed and was gone.
“Oh, please don’t forget we must present them in fae.”

“What?” Rourke asked.

Celeste shook her head. She removed her towel slowly and said, “First one to the hot tub gets to kiss me first.” Then she poofed out of the room, leaving the towel behind to drift to the floor.

Dane and Rourke just looked at each other, and Rourke growled, “I’m not poofing under any conditions.”

“I’m not poofing, either. I’m the damn prince.”

With that, both men scrambled to the door, tripping over each other.

“I’m going to punish her for this,” Rourke said.

Dane pushed him out of the way. “I’m going to help.”

“Come and get me. My faery dust needs kissing off.”

The sound of two men groaning in defeat filled the night air. Then a young woman’s giggles could be heard and then, finally, sighs.
