Angel looked back at Dan’s face, his eyes tightly closed. Her heart
ached for him. Well-trained, he got a bunch of tissue and wiped his
jizz
off her bottom.

Without looking at him, Angel headed to the bathroom to grab a quick
shower. There was no time to wash her hair—she’d have to do that later. She
settled for just quickly washing her body.

She wrapped a towel around her and headed back into her bedroom. She
paused at the doorway, gutted to see Dan had already left. She supposed he had
stuff to do, but he could have said goodbye. Taking a deep breath and forcing
down her disappointment, Angel threw on a tracksuit, scraped her hair back in a
ponytail, then cleaned her face of yesterday’s makeup before putting on a touch
of mascara and eyeliner. She’d go for a run after sorting out the delivery.

She jogged down to the reception. The men had just finished
unloading the delivery into the foyer. Most of it was for the bondage room,
along with some cleaning supplies, as everything needed to be cleaned and
sterilized. Checking deliveries was tiresome, but essential. More than once she
had found several essential and expensive items missing from deliveries.
Fifteen minutes later, she finally signed for the delivery and began snapping
orders as to where she wanted everything put.

Once the delivery van had gone, Angel went out for her run around
the grounds, enjoying the crisp chill of the air as she pounded the unoccupied paths.
In the summer months, the grounds were full of clients making the most of the
sultry weather. Even in the colder parts of the year, some hardy souls would
venture out into the great outdoors for some
al fresco
fun, but it was still early in the morning and there was
not a soul outside, save her.

She finished her run, did a few stretches, then headed back to her
flat for a shower, a proper one this time. She
defuzzed
,
exfoliated, conditioned and scrubbed, revelling in the pounding of the hot
water on her enervated muscles. Towel-bedecked, she wandered back into the
bedroom and flopped onto the bed, switching on the television. Daytime tripe
blared out and Angel turned it off, disgusted. Her mother told her frequently
it was important to take time for herself. Living where she worked, it was too
easy to become consumed with work, to never stop. So Angel tried to make time
for herself, but she got bored. The club was her life, it wasn’t just a job. It
was her family, her friends, her social life, even her love-life, since Dan had
arrived. Jobs whirled in her head, she didn’t have time to sit around and
indulge herself.

She dried her hair and got dressed, this time in a long flowing
burgundy jersey dress which pinched in her figure and accentuated her large
breasts and tiny waist.

She prowled Desires, wandering around the rooms checking everything
was running smoothly. She stopped to speak to a few customers, making sure they
were enjoying their visit. And of course, it didn’t hurt to push the extra
facilities that were available, at additional cost of course.

She headed back to reception feeling more relaxed and smiled
gloriously at Shannon, sitting working hard.

“Anything to report?” she said, not really bothered about club
business. She wanted to locate Dan.

“Yes…Stacie has called up to book Dan again from lunchtime today
until lunchtime tomorrow,” Shannon informed her.

“Oh right…good…” she said, aching inside. It was a
good
thing, she told herself. A
twenty-four hour booking of one of her staff was worth having. Many people came
to Desires in couples, using it as a hotel. But usually, if they booked her
staff, it was only for a short session—her prices weren’t cheap. To book Dan
for a full twenty-four hours, the woman must have money to burn. Could Angel bear
not to see him for that long, though? She turned away from Shannon, unsure she
was hiding her feelings very well.

Angel headed to the piano bar. Of all the restaurants in Desires,
this was her favourite. The bar attendant hovered, uncertain what to serve her.
White wine was her usual drink, but it was still early.

“White wine spritzer,” she snapped. She didn’t usually drink in the
day, but she needed something a little more substantial than soda after the
news she’d just had. He prepared the drink and passed it over. She took it,
resisting the urge to gulp it. Instead, she stood up and went to look out of
the windows at the bare grounds, sipping it slowly. The cleaners came in behind
her—she saw their reflection in the windows. “It’s okay,” she said, turning to
face them. “Carry on.”

They bustled about, polishing and shining. She watched intently as
they wandered around the room about their business. Angel didn’t know how long
she stood gathering her thoughts about Dan before a clang from the kitchen
brought her back to herself. She looked at her watch. It was eleven thirty.
Stacie would be arriving shortly and guests would be starting to come down for lunch.
She inhaled a deep breath, enjoying the savoury smells emanating from the
kitchen.

“Angel?” she heard from the doorway. She turned her head. Shannon
stood there waiting for her to respond.

She smoothed her face into what she hoped was an expressionless
mask. “What?”

“I have a Gillian Matthews at the reception for you.”

“Great,” she muttered under her breath. Mrs. Matthews was
exceptionally particular—Angel was unable to please her with anything. Gillian
had been a client for years, so satisfaction was essential. She was some
high-level CEO in some big company—Angel didn’t care enough to remember
which—who was used to having her demands met instantly, whether at work or at
play. When she rolled up at Desires, Angel would always end up running around
like a mad woman to keep her happy. Angel drew in a deep breath. She really was
not in the mood to deal with her commands right now.

Angel finished her drink then followed Shannon back to the reception
area. She saw Gillian sitting on the couch, looking as smug as ever, wearing a power
suit. Gillian rose to her feet at Angel’s arrival.

“Hello, Mrs. Matthews,” Angel said, reaching out to shake her hand.
“How are you?” she asked, not really eager to ask the question. There was always
some sarcastic answer back from this particular woman.

“I could be much better, but I am sure you and Desires will be able
to turn that around for me. I would like to have further discussions with you in
your office,” she told Angel. It was not a request.

“Of course, if you would follow me,” Angel politely replied, lifting
her eyes to the ceiling as soon as she turned her face away from the irritating
woman.

Angel glanced at Shannon and Bailey, who sent her looks of sympathy
before she made her way down to her office. Gillian had paid her office many
visits, with many particular requests or complaints about absolutely nothing. The
woman was a complete drama queen. Angel might expect perfection from her staff,
but this woman wanted everything immaculate—unreasonably so—and if it was not,
the complaints soon rolled in. The bed wasn’t perfectly made, the man’s cock
was not to her satisfaction, or the girl had a slight tummy. Some people were
just never satisfied.

They arrived at her office. Gillian seated herself stiffly on the
sofa, her back straight and one leg crossed over the other. Her face looked ready
for a storm. Angel plastered a pleasant smile on her face. At least, she hoped
it was.

“How can I help you Mrs. Matthews? Will Mr. Matthews be arriving
shortly?” she asked. She sat in her leather swirl chair behind her desk,
feeling relieved to have a barrier between them.

“Of course. He will be following later—he has a very important
business meeting,” she said in a snobby voice, lifting her nose.

“I see,” she replied. Angel turned on her laptop and waited for it
to load. “Would you like a drink whilst you are waiting?”

“Tea. Earl Grey. Lemon, not milk,” she snapped.

Angel drew in a long, slow, calming breath, and lifted the intercom,
dialling reception. “Shannon, please bring Mrs. Matthews a cup of Earl Grey tea
with lemon.”

Every time she came she asked for something different. It was as if
she were testing Angel, seeing what range of beverages she supplied, just
waiting for that one she didn’t have, so she could have something more to
complain about. So far, she had been disappointed every time.

The laptop finally loaded and Angel brought up the Matthews’ record.

Orgy…Complained that two girls had very large breasts.

Food Indulgence…there was not enough juicy fruit.

Showroom…her strip wasn’t sexy enough and the sex didn’t last long
enough for her to get excited.

Viewing room…No complaint.

Well, that was something at least. Angel continued to go through the
list of activities. There were more complaints than not. “How can I help you
today?”

“Well, after last time’s catastrophe, with that stupid man, I don’t
really know,” she began.

Angel glanced quickly at the computer screen, and scrolled down the
list for the most recent entry. It was a threesome—he had ejaculated too
quickly.

“He was terrible! Can you not encourage them or give them something
to hold their stamina? I mean, I have needs and expect them to be fulfilled.”

“We have cock rings which can delay ejaculation, but sometimes the
men don’t choose to use them.”

“Well, tell them to…we pay good money for this place.”

“I understand that…” Angel said, maintaining professionalism, but
her mind said many other things.
Maybe they don’t wish to be with you that
long, Mrs. Matthews, and I cannot force them to use anything! Bitch.

“I feel that I need to go to the top,” Gillian said. Angel widened
her eyes, wondering who on earth was at the top other than herself.

“Evidently, none of your staff has the necessary competence to
satisfy my needs. I must insist that you perform the necessary services
yourself.”

Angel’s jaw dropped so hard she felt sure it would hit the floor
with a humorous clanging sound, like in the cartoons. “You want me to…?” She
couldn’t even bring herself to voice the distasteful words.

“Of course. We pay you extremely well for this place. I demand full
satisfaction for myself and Greg. I’m afraid no-one seems to be delivering and
I want to go to someone who knows exactly what they are doing,” Gillian said.
Angel sat, horrified.

“Right, I understand,” she answered on auto-pilot, hoping her shock
was not showing on her face. She wanted to tell her to go to hell, but this
couple brought big business to the club. Not just themselves, but selected
business associates, parties—she couldn’t afford to anger her. They could ruin
her.

“Is there anything you are particularly after?”

“I will leave that for you to arrange. I am sure you can come up
with something that will please me and my husband. After all, you are the
manager,” Gillian said. The smug look on her face infuriated Angel. Was this
like the tea? Was she hoping that Angel wouldn’t be up to scratch? If so, she
was going to be disappointed.

“Leave it with me, I will sort everything,” Angel said, smiling
sweetly.

Gillian narrowed her eyes, the smug look slipping slightly. “I will
wait in our usual room. You have a few hours to get something sorted.”

“No problem at all—I am already on it,” Angel said, then stood up to
indicate the interview was over.

Gillian stood up and walked to the office door, then turned back,
the smug look back on her face. “I look forward to seeing what you manage to
come up with,” she said, seeming to indicate by her tone that she did not
expect Angel to come up with anything that she would deem satisfactory. She
swept out, leaving Angel livid.

How dare she? Angel knew that she would be able to satisfy Gillian’s
needs, but by leaving Angel to make the decisions, Gillian had deliberately put
her in such a position where if she made the wrong decision, Gillian would have
grounds to complain. Again.

She looked through the list of the Matthews’ activities, trying to
find something she had enjoyed and not complained about. Angel ran through her
entire file, the germ of an idea sprouting in her mind. It was a massive gamble.
She needed to be adventurous and give them an experience that would have them
talking about it for months. Dealing with people who had to have everything
their way was so difficult. Mr. and Mrs. Matthews were used to buying their way
into satisfaction and had no qualms about kicking up some major fuss if their
expectations were not met.

Angel made her way to reception. Bailey was busy on the computer and
Shannon was on the phone. Angel waited for Shannon to finish. Shannon had been
working at the club for years and was very trustworthy.

“Shannon, can I have a word?” she asked when Shannon had finished
with her phone call. Shannon looked worried. “It’s okay,” Angel reassured her.
“You’re not in trouble.” Angel took Shannon to the back office. “I need your
help. I was wondering if there is a chance you could be in charge for me this
afternoon.”

“Like a Deputy Manager?” Shannon perked up, smiling. “I guess so.
Are you going out?”
