Phillip Matthews is an
ambitious corporate lawyer with a kinky personal life. He has no problem
keeping the two separate. That is, until the boss’s debutante daughter Anna
Beth catches Phillip and his bare-bottomed submissive Callie bent over his
desk. Career at risk, Phillip fears the uptight beauty will run and tattle to
her father.

Anna Beth is too intrigued by
what she saw. Accustomed to manipulating men and getting what she wants, Anna
Beth naïvely propositions Phillip in the office elevator.

Realizing that there is more
to Anna Beth than meets the eye, Phillip calls her bluff and gives her an
elevator ride she won’t soon forget. Now Phillip intends to get what he craves
from Anna Beth. Total submission.

Chapter One

Office Christmas parties at Donahue, Fitzgerald, Anderson
and Saunders were notoriously boring. Phillip Matthews, however, had just been
made partner so he had come to the lame-ass party ready to mingle and make his
presence known.

“Need a refill yet?” Callie Reynolds asked, moving in next
to him.

“Almost,” he replied, giving his glass a whirl. The drink
was more water than scotch.

“Anyone else you need me to suck…up to?” Callie gave him a
provocative smile, tucking a blonde lock of hair behind her ear.

He smiled, arching a brow. “No need for all that.” He
glanced to those soft pink lips of hers, knowing how erotic they looked
encircling the base of his cock.
Perhaps later.

He finished his drink with a quick throw back and handed her
the empty glass.

“At your service, Sir.” Callie strolled to the bar, her high
heels making her hips roll with each step. Yep, she was a sweet piece of arm
candy, definitely a plus. Impressing the good ole boys at the firm took more
than that though.

Callie came from old Texas money, which in Dallas was like
royalty, social gold. A couple of the senior partners were actually friends of
her father’s and she was not intimidated by them, or anyone else for that
matter. A grad student at A&M, well-traveled and a masterful
conversationalist, Callie was not just easy on the eyes. She was a smart girl
and Phillip preferred smart girls. They were always more of a challenge to bend
and break.

Callie had a great deal to offer any man, but to Phillip her
strongest attribute was her submissive need. They met at a lifestyle club in
Austin and had been playing on and off together for over a year since, becoming
quite good friends. They helped out each other when social decorum required a
significant other because, lucky for him, she was no more interested in a
vanilla relationship than he was.
Thank God!

Phillip was the only unmarried partner at the firm. Coming
to an office party alone wasn’t an option. Callie’s presence was more important
to his ensemble than wearing shoes—that is, if he wanted to advance his career.
And as it had always been, and always would be, his career was priority number
one. Why getting married and being tied down to one woman would make you a
better corporate lawyer, he had no fucking idea. A shudder ran up his spine at
the thought.
Never happening.

All eyes in the room turned to the door. Making a fashionably
late entrance, Delvin Donahue—the most senior partner of Donahue, Fitzgerald,
Anderson and Saunders—strolled into the room with an impressive piece of arm
candy himself. The girl by his side was stunning. Dark-brown hair pulled back
into a conservative ponytail. Standing proud as a fucking peacock, Donahue led
her by the arm, introducing her to his colleagues who seemed immediately enthralled
with her.

The young woman’s sleek navy dress had an elegant flare. Unfortunately,
the high neckline hid her ample cleavage. Tall strappy stilettos on her petite
feet emphasized her defined, muscular calves. Despite the height of those
heels, she walked with an effortless grace. No, not your typical arm candy.

Phillip wished she would turn so he could see her ass.

“Who’s that?” Callie asked, handing him a fresh drink.

“That, my dear, is Delvin Donahue.” Donahue didn’t routinely
attend social office functions, but the man never missed a day of work. Ever.
His name didn’t come first on the letterhead for nothing. He was a machine.

“No, I know who Mr. Donahue is. Who’s he with?”

“No idea, but who she is is irrelevant. It’s who she’s with
that’s important.” He lied. He was very interested in knowing who she was.

“Damn, the new Jimmy Choos,” Callie snarled.

“Who?”

“Her shoes.” Callie motioned at Donahue’s date. “They’re the
new Jimmy Choos. Don’t they look hot?”

Yes, she does.
“Well, then you must go tell her at
once.” Phillip winked, placing Callie’s hand in the crook of his elbow.

“Ahhh.” She smiled, understandingly. “If I do good, do I get
rewarded?” she whispered in a childish voice as they walked across the room.

With a smile, he replied, “Don’t you always?”

They neared the executive and his guest, and with a beaming
smile, Callie immediately engaged the brunette in conversation.

“Phillip, are you enjoying the festivities?” Donahue held
out his hand.

“Yes sir,” Phillip replied, shaking the man’s hand. “Mr.
Donahue, you remember my girlfriend Callie Reynolds.” Phillip placed his hand
at the small of Callie’s back, glad he got the words out without choking on
them.

Callie smiled, turning to give him a quick glance. The “G”
word hadn’t gone unnoticed. He hoped like hell she didn’t try to read anything
more into it than being part of the façade he wanted to maintain.

“Phillip, you remember Anna Beth, don’t you?” Donahue asked
as the ponytailed brunette turned to them.

Phillip’s heart raced as he searched his memory, coming up totally
blank. How in the hell could he forget meeting such a gorgeous woman?

The woman slapped Donahue’s arm. “Now, Daddy, stop that,”
she said in a sexy Southern drawl. Her deep-blue eyes met Phillip’s gaze as a pink
flush flooded her cheeks.

Donahue let out a deep chuckle.

“He knows I haven’t been to this office since I was in high
school, but he thinks putting everyone on the spot is cute.” She gave her
father an annoyed reprimanding stare.

“Of course. Nice to see you again Anna Beth. It has been…a
while.” Feeling a touch of heat in his own cheeks, Phillip stayed calm. “You’ve
met Callie.”

“Yes, I have.” The two went back into shoe talk.

Phillip gazed at the girl he had barely noted years ago, now
very much a woman and very much all grown up, the transformation mesmerizing.

“She has changed a bit.” Donahue stood shoulder to shoulder
beside him.

“Yes sir,” he managed, not really knowing what else to say.

Donahue cleared his throat.

Phillip shook his head, realizing he was staring too intensely.
“Can’t believe I didn’t recognize her. I’m usually very good with names and
faces.”

“She got her looks from her mother.”

“Obviously.” The word slipped out.

Donahue let out a small chuckle.

“No disrespect, sir.” He attempted a save.

“None taken. Wish she wasn’t as much like me as she is.”

Phillip looked at the man, not understanding.

“She’s about to graduate from Harvard Law. Wants to be a
cooperate lawyer like her old man.” Donahue shook his head.

“Impressive.”
Brains
and
looks.
“She staying out
East?”

“She’s fielding offers from several East-Coast firms.”

“Which way’s she leaning?” Phillip could always take a
flight out East for a little accidental-on-purpose meeting.

“Doesn’t matter now, thankfully.” Donahue took a long sip of
his drink. “Her plans are about to change.”

“Change?”

“Tomorrow she’s getting engaged to Brady Pelican.” The
statement brought a satisfied grin to the man’s usually stern face. Obviously
he was quite proud of her for catching one of the most eligible bachelors in
the state. More so it seemed than that of her educational or career
achievements.

What a dick.
“Brady? Ernest Pelican’s youngest son?”
Phillip knew the Pelicans all too well, having represented the eccentric Ernest
Pelican on two potential multimillion dollar mergers. Both of which Pelican had
ultimately rejected.

“Tickled the hell out of me when Brady asked for her hand.
Her mother and I are relieved she will be staying here in Dallas after all.”

“And he’s popping the question tomorrow?” Not sure why he
even asked. Phillip couldn’t help but wonder if Anna Beth was equally tickled.

He gave a nod. “When are you going to pop the question? I
don’t see a ring on your woman’s finger, yet.”

Phillip cleared his throat. “Well, sir. If there’s a woman I
could settle down with, Callie’s the one.” It wasn’t a lie. He said “if”.

“Shouldn’t keep a girl like that waiting too long.”

Phillip stayed silent, uncomfortable with the subject
matter.

“This is a family firm. You are a goddamn good attorney, but
I haven’t been convinced you were partner material…yet.” Donahue gave Phillip a
stern look, reminding him of his high school principal’s reprimanding lectures
and giving him the same awkward I’m-in-trouble feeling as well.

“You have a reputation for being quite the playboy, Phillip.
Bachelors are unpredictable,” he added.

The information struck Phillip like a punch in the gut. “I’m
a bachelor because I devote all my time and energy to my job. I don’t need to
choose between a Little League game or a meeting. Seems to me, sir, that would
be an asset, not a liability.” Feeling defensive, Phillip realized his voice
held more of an edge than he’d intended.

“Phillip, I’m just trying to be up front with you. ‘Keeping
it real’, as my grandson would say. There is not a senior partner here at
my
firm that is not well-grounded, and by well-grounded I mean wife and kids. I’ll
just leave it at that.” Donahue tipped back his drink, turning his attention to
an approaching couple.

Dismissed, Phillip inhaled deeply, attempting to defuse his
growing anger.

“What’s wrong? You look pissed.” The concern in Callie’s
voice let him know he wasn’t masking his upset well at all.

“I am.” He had no intention of telling her why. He raised
his chin toward Anna Beth, now walking out the door. “How did you fare with the
daughter?”

“In town for the holidays, graduates this spring from
Harvard
,”
she said Harvard in a deep snooty tone. “Oh and she’s dating
Brady Pelican
.”
The tone of her voice as she spoke the man’s name, indicating she was most
impressed.

“What’s your take on her?” he asked, curious to hear Callie’s
opinion of the girl.

“She’s nice enough, but very prim and proper. Daddy’s little
girl. Very…vanilla.”

Phillip flashed her a wicked smile. “Not like us?”

“Definitely, not like us.” She shook her head, batting her
eyelashes.

“Sucks for her.” He needed to release some tension.

“So, are you going to tell me what’s wrong?” Callie asked.

No.
“You did…good.” The word
good
had its
usual effect on her, bringing a smile to her face and her gaze dropping to the
floor. His words sent her into submissive mode. That alone would make her wet,
but it wasn’t enough. Phillip never allowed her to wear panties in his
presence. He wanted easy access to her pussy and he got off making her so wet
that her juices would trickle down her inner thighs. He leaned into her, his
mouth next to her ear. In a deep level tone he said, “Good girl.” And cue the
trickling.

Her breath hitched at the phrase.

“Now run along to my office. You know what I want.” And so
did he.

Without hesitation, she spun on her heels and strolled out.

He gave her an ample head start before making his way after
her. His new office was the smallest of the partners, but it had a private
bathroom and, positioned on a side hallway, it gave him more privacy for his
personal comings and goings.

* * * * *

Phillip eased into his office to find Callie precisely how
he had wanted her. She was bent over the front of his desk with her arms flat
on the surface in front of her. Her dress was pulled up around her waist. The
lights of the city below illuminated the room along with a thin slice of light
from the cracked bathroom door to his immediate left. He locked them in
together then sat in one of the chairs in front of the desk only a couple of
feet from her bare ass.

“Close your eyes,” he commanded in a stern voice. Alone now.
She had been playful in public, but now, he wanted to assure her that was over.
As his submissive, she was his to do with as he pleased. His way or the
highway.

“Yes Sir.” Her breaths quickened.

“Spread your ass cheeks for me. Show me that little cunt of
yours.” He could already see it quite well, but he knew that she got off on
humiliation and being told what to do. He got off on the control. Win. Win.

With red manicured nails Callie spread her ass cheeks, her
pussy wet and ready for penetration.

Remaining seated, he reached forward and slid two fingers
into her. She moaned at the intrusion. He felt his dick getting harder at the
sight of her pink lips, hugging his fingers as he penetrated her deeper and
faster.

Phillip leaned closer and with four fingers he tried to push
his knuckles inside her. She clenched, halting his progress.

“Stop that.”

She whimpered in protest, but relaxed, letting him in
deeper.

“Your cunt is sopping wet, Callie. And here I thought you
were a good girl.” He loved to chastise her for her body’s eager response to
him.

Stilling his hand, he began circling his thumb roughly over
her clit. Callie moaned loud. He smiled, knowing she couldn’t see him. With his
free hand he smacked her ass cheek, eliciting a high-pitched yelp from her.

“Did you hear what I said?” His voice deep and level,
despite the smile he maintained.

“Yes Sir,” she whispered.

“So, what do you have to say for yourself?” He began moving
his hand in and out, letting his thumb slide over her clit with each deep
thrust.

“You make me so wet, Sir.” Callie rose on her toes, raising
her ass to give him even more access.

Good answer.
“You like that?” He stilled his thrusts,
waiting for her to respond.

“Yes Sir. Please…”

“No begging,” he reprimanded, even though he loved to make
her beg. Not now.

“Yes Sir.” The frustration audible in her voice. She was
more than ready for whatever he wanted next.
