“That means you will have to spend some time in quarantine until the serum starts working. Then, you will be good old Clint again.”
He rushed to hug her for understanding.

After few moths Clint was cured. They scheduled a wedding and found a beautiful house in the hills. The already started arranging a room for the child as Veronica found out that she was pregnant. Besides raising children, she will be raising a tower in Dubai and Clint found a job in a hospital. His father was not that mad after they announced to him that he will become a grandfather and gave him hope to have another doctor in the family.
Clint and Veronica had a little bottle hidden in a basement. The two bottles contained a sample of Clint’s blood before he was cured and an antidote. If life becomes boring, they were ready to inject it. Just to shake a routine if it will be needed once when their children grow up.
Unless of course, somebody else uses the bottle first….
