“Why didn’t you just come to my door?” Bella suddenly asked.

Seff looked up, surprised by the question. “Bella, I am a monster. You would have never let me in.”

Bella looked at him, confused. He did not seem like a monster to her. “Then I want to be a monster with you,” she said.

Seff slammed his lips down on Bella’s, kissing her hard. He slid his cock out of her and lay next to her in her bed. As she began to fall asleep, Seff whispered in her ear, “Your wish is my command.”

Bella smiled and Seff sank his fangs into the back of Bella’s neck without her ever knowing. He knew she would understand when she found out.

Between Two Wolves

Chapter 1

Jasmine lies by her husband, a well-known doctor with a reputation that precedes him wherever he goes. The silk sheets felt nice against her skin, but the coldness between them is making her shiver down to her very bones. There is no love between them. They used to have sex all the time, but now it had been turned into a special occasion kind of thing. She didn’t even care that he snored and thought it was endearing. When she mentioned it, she was summarily informed that he didn’t snore. She wanted to prove it to him, but to do so would only shine a light on something that he didn’t want to know about in the first place.

He woke up at the sound of the alarm, pushing the button and looking over at Jasmine to see that she was still asleep. He couldn’t believe that they were married for five years and the last four felt like an eternity. He was just lucky that he had found something on the side. He didn’t need her anymore, except for as a trophy in front of the public eye. She was a blond tempting young thing, but he was 20 years her senior.

He got up in his black boxers and went towards the bathroom to turn on the light. He dropped his boxers and then went into take a shower and gear ready for another eight-hour day. He was lucky and now that he had a proven track record, he could pretty much dictate who his patients were going to be. There was none of these derelicts on the street and he had no reason to dirty himself in front of any of them. He had a little snow on the roof, but he believed that it made him look dashing and sophisticated.

“I’m going to be late, but I would like to have supper on the table when I get back. It shouldn’t be more than seven.” He watched Jasmine nod her head and there was something missing in her eyes. That spark that he had seen when they first dated was gone and was replaced with a blank stare that meant absolutely nothing.

As he went out the door, Jasmine watched and almost gave a sigh of relief to see him leave. She went through the regular ritual of taking a shower herself, getting into an impeccable dress the flowed over every curve like it was meant for her body. She was not any kind of stick figure and she had a little bit more meat on her bones. She thought that was what Brad liked about her, but things had changed. She still got admiring glances from men on the street and she had to admit that she was comfortable in her own skin.

When she went downstairs to have breakfast, she had a customary mimosa to go along with the grapefruit. She wasn’t fat, but she was big boned and there was no denying that she would not be able to be like any kind of model. She did feel like her breasts were her best feature, but even her long legs went straight to heaven.

She stepped in front of the mirror, combing her blond hair and made herself presentable for the charity function at the museum. She sometimes thought about ending the marriage, but she couldn’t pull the trigger. There were times that she just wanted to scream at Brad, but he wasn’t doing anything to elicit that kind of response. They had grown out of love and had they had kids, it would’ve been another story altogether.

The dress was black with a yellow belt around her middle, accentuating her high upturned breasts and showing off what God blessed her with. She was no stranger to the leering eyes of men and she kind of enjoyed the attention a little bit too much. She started to dress a little bit more provocatively, but only when Brad was nowhere to be seen. Otherwise, she was demure and dainty and showed as little of her curves as possible.

She never did feel like she was measuring up and that came from her mother constantly putting her down. Her mother is dead now, buried 6 feet under and Jasmine had not been back to the grave in the five years that she had fallen victim to cancer. Her father died shortly after and it was in his name that she had these fundraisers to send impoverished children to school.

The answering machine showed one message and she turned it on. “Jasmine, we are meeting at the museum at twelve instead of one. There are a few investors who can’t stay any longer than an hour. They’re very interested in giving back to the community. They used to live here and they want to pay it forward and they believe that your charity is the right way to go.” Jasmine could hear the inflection in Barbara’s voice. They’d never seen eye to eye and if given the chance, she would tear her hair out by the root. It was just the way that Barbara looked at Brad, thinking that she didn’t notice, that got under her skin.

She walked out with her knee-length brown leather coat adorning her considerable frame. She was just in time to meet up with Daniel from across the street. He was 18 years old and quite the strapping young man with muscles in all the right places. He had a charming smile, but she would not do anything with somebody that young, no matter how many fantasies she had about him and the way that he could use that healthy young body to her advantage. It didn’t matter and even the way that he was looking at her right now on his way to the bus stop made her blush considerably. He was undressing her with his eyes and she knew it from the way that he licked his lips almost innocently.

His father, Steve, was exactly like him, a little older with a gray patch where sideburns were. He looked sophisticated and sexy, and if given a chance, she would gladly ride him all the way to the finish line. She noticed him coming out with his briefcase, wearing a black pair of pants with accompanying belt with the same disarming smile that she had just received from his son.

Steve was meeting with his best friend Joseph and they were to go over some plans to get rid of some dirty money in a more constructive and legal way. There were several charities and one in particular had caught both of their eyes. It was for kids looking to get out from underneath the neighborhood that they were living in. It was a subject that was dear to his heart. He had been through tough times growing up and hot dogs were the mainstay for some of his meals. It was the reason why he had become quite the gourmet chef in his own right.

He saw the way that his son was looking at Jasmine and apparently his desire for bigger women had been passed down from him to his son. He liked the way that she carried herself with confidence and sincerity. There was something innocent about the way that she looked at the world and he often thought that Brad was a lucky man to have landed such a woman of substance and grace.

His wife had left him for her personal trainer and he was left alone with the task to raise him as a single parent. He liked building things and he had a hobby car of a Camaro inside his garage that he worked on with Daniel during the night and weekends. Daniel had no idea that he was going to be given this car and Steve was trying to keep it a secret for as long as possible.

He drove by Jasmine, as she was getting in her car. He wasn’t sure, but he believed that she was purposely bending over in that tight dress to show him an expanse of her supple thigh. That body was made for sin and he had often thought about what it would be like to be with her. He gave a noncommittal wave, seeing her nod her head in his direction. He drove down the suburban street feeling alone.

He wasn’t the only one, and even though Jasmine was with Brad, she had never felt more alone in her life. There was something missing, a puzzle piece that had been ripped away and she had no idea how to get it back. She had all, but given up. She tried to entice Brad, but it didn’t seem to matter if she was wearing something sexy or feeding him strawberries with whipped cream. He just didn’t seem to be interested. He feigned headaches and being too tired and before long she just didn’t bother to ask him for sex anymore.

Chapter 2

“Jasmine, I’m glad that you are here and we really need to go over what catering is going to be doing. Each plate is worth $100 and that’s not including whatever we can get in donations for your charity. I know that this is very important to you and that you allowed me to be a part of it because of Brad.” It wasn’t that she allowed her to do anything and Brad had basically browbeated Jasmine into giving Barbara a job. If it was up to her, she would never have taken her on to help her run the charity. She was more than capable of doing it herself.

“I think that if we’re going to charge $100 a plate that we should at least make it worth it their time and money. Lobster and scallops and finger sandwiches with caviar are better than chicken. It might cost a little bit more, but at least we will be making them happy with the food. That could translate to them loosening their purse strings.” She watched Barbara make the necessary notations in her little black book. She heard the scratching of her pen and it was like fingernails on a chalkboard.

“I still think that we’re better off with chicken for the bottom line, but you’re the boss.” It was condescending and it was meant to sound that way. Barbara didn’t like partnering with Jasmine, but she only did it because Brad wanted to keep the both of them close. Barbara had been sleeping with Brad for the past two years and to say that he was a sexually virile man was a vast understatement. She never did understand why Brad settled for second best, when he had prime steak staring him in the face.

Jasmine wasn’t watching what she was doing and she bumped into a man that was built like a football player. She fell backwards and landed on her ass with her dress hiking up over her knees. She looked up and through the haze of the light over his head and she thought that she was looking at an angel.

“I’m sorry about that, but I guess I wasn’t watching where I was going.” He was being so kind that she actually allowed him to lift her to her feet. “My name is Joseph and I thought that I would meet up with you and see if you had a few moments to talk about your charity. I’m very much interested in giving back to my community. Steve was very forthcoming about your charity and it hit home in ways that you can never imagine.

For the first time in her life, Jasmine was a bit tongue-tied. She was unable to speak, staring at this tall, dark and handsome stranger that had come into her life. She’d only briefly touched him by bumping into him, but she’d gotten a good feel for what was underneath this impeccable black suit and white shirt.

“I don’t see any reason why we can’t talk.” It didn’t even occur to her that Steve was her neighbor across the street, until they met up with him in the lobby of the museum. His back was toward her, but she would never forget the kind of ass that was on that man. It was imprinted in her mind each and every morning and now she had to swallow hard, because she was now staring without meaning to.

“Steve, this is Jasmine and she’s chairing the fundraiser and the charity for impoverished children. I thought that we should all go down the block and have something to eat for dinner. We can talk about where you think this charity is going and what you want to see happen. I have some thoughts on expanding your charity to more than just this community.” Joseph was talking, but he was also looking at Jasmine and wondering what she would look like nude. He couldn’t help it and she had a lot more than most girls that he had dated in the last little while.

She was bigger, but she held her weight with a certain finesse that came from knowing who she was and being comfortable with that. It was that confidence that he was attracted to and he could definitely see himself scaling those mountains that were adorning her chest. Joseph had always been a breast man and this girl had revved up his motor and turned up the heat between them.

“It’s nice to see you again, Jasmine. I had no idea that you were going to be here and it is a very pleasant surprise.”

Before she had a chance to react, both of them had hooked their arms in between hers and were guiding her by sheer will alone out onto the street. She felt entirely out of her element and having two men holding her this close was almost making her knees buckle from underneath her. She liked the feeling of being wanted and it was a far cry from what she was getting at home.

Both of their hands were around her waist and touching the small of her back. It felt like they were old friends, except for the fact that she didn’t even know Joseph and Steve was only a passing acquaintance in the neighborhood. They didn’t spend any time together and mostly it was due to the fact that Brad had a jealous streak that could be seen for miles.

“I think I have the perfect place that we can enjoy a meal and talk about business at the same time. I use it for several of my architect clients and it’s quite discreet and away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It makes you feel like you’re going back into time.” Steve couldn’t believe that he was this close to the object of his affection. That body and that smile were almost too much to bear. He was trying to keep his excitement down, but the evidence was in his pants thumping against the zipper.

“I’m just visiting to see friends and family and I guess I’m in both of your hands. You don’t have to worry about what I like and don’t like and I’m not all that picky.” Joseph enjoyed the girth of this woman and wanted to see her in all of her naked splendor. He was a little worried about crossing swords with his best friend Steve, because he wasn’t completely stupid not to know that Steve had eyes for Jasmine himself. It did give him a giddy little thrill out of knowing for the first time that they had set their sights on the same woman.

“I really don’t care where we go. I’m famished.” She was working up quite the appetite just looking at these two guys and they had the kind of bodies that she would like to start at the top and work her way down to the bottom. She felt a little guilty for feeling these things, but Brad had not shown interest in her in some time. She wasn’t even sure if they were in love anymore and it sure didn’t feel that way.

They were both dressed almost identical, except for one was wearing a red tie with his white shirt and the other was wearing a blue one. Their hair was remarkably similar and seeing them in the right light, you would think that they were twins or at least brothers.

“I was beginning to think that this trip was going to be boring. I see now that my fears were unfounded. I find you very exciting, Jasmine. Maybe I shouldn’t be saying that, but I just can’t help myself. You are what a real woman should be like. I’m not just saying that and I mean it.” He was going to kick himself if he didn’t say something and at least he was putting it out there.

“I agree with my friend, Jasmine, and I’ve always had an interest in you. You may have not noticed the lingering glances in your direction, but I was trying to be subtle and not make you feel like you were being stalked.”

“Oh my, this is a lot to take in. What exactly are you two proposing?” She was hoping that they proposing an afternoon of delight that would leave them all breathless and exhausted to the point of not being able to move one single solitary muscle.

“I’m suggesting that we get takeout and go to a hotel. That might seem presumptuous, but I think we all can agree that this fire between us is only getting hotter. I haven’t stopped thinking about you, Jasmine, in the Biblical sense, since I met you in the museum.” That was only a few short minutes ago, but it was more than enough to raise the flag.

“If we do this, then you both are going to have to know that I’m not the type of girl that just sleeps around. I take my marriage vows very seriously, but both of you are making it very hard to say no. In fact, I am going to say yes and hope to God that I don’t burn for it in Hell.”
