Daniel intervened. “
I’m officially removing you from bakery duties and putting you on Dara duty. With a five dollar raise.”

A few moments of silence and Seth chuckled.
“You drive a hard bargain Mr. Fletcher. And since I do need the extra cash, it’s a deal.”

Sofia squealed and clapped
, then gushed, “But don’t let her know we’re paying you, whatever you do, my God she’d be so offended. And if it ever comes out, I didn’t know a damn thing.”

“Our lips are sealed,” Daniel said, and Seth agreed with a
for sure
mutter.

Fifteen minutes later, they stood watching the doorway
that their Dara would exit from. “Let me see her picture again,” Daniel whispered, not wanting her to slip through his grasp. Sofia handed it to him and Seth leaned and looked as well.

Daniel elbowed
him lightly with a grin and Seth shrugged, acting uninterested in the Romanian beauty. Daniel resisted a snort. Bastard was resisting why? Because he didn’t like obstacles between him and Sofia, that’s why. Too bad fucktard.

Daniel
’s gaze slid over Sofia in her perfectly fitted blue jeans and sweet pink t-shirt. She had her hair in a ponytail with no make-up…because Dara was a natural beauty and she wanted to make her feel at home. Daniel was glad Sofia went all natural, any prettier and he’d be a useless
Sofia
zombie, tripping on his dick.

A woman started waving at us and Daniel stared. He looked at the picture closely then back at the woman who called to Sofia with a huge smile. Uh oh.

“Oh my God,” Sofia whispered.

“Oh my God,” Daniel whispered back.

“Holy shit,” Seth added, laughter in his voice.

This couldn’t be happening.

Oh yes it could, of course it could, this kind of shit always happened to him without fail, all his life. He needed a beautiful Dara and instead he got a two hundred pound, lied-her-ass-off-on-the-internet, squealing Romanian in a giant red moomoo dress.

Since my job doubled, does my pay?” Seth muttered.

Daniel
was speechless as he numbly waved. “Just help me get through this without accidentally offending her and I’ll triple your pay. Fuck!”

Yeah, you do the same for me.”

“Shh!” Sofia snapped before rushing to embrace her friend.

“I’ll get her bags,” Daniel said.

Seth grabbed his arm. “That would be
my
job thank you.” He hurried ahead to the bag station.

“And there goes Daniel’s brother,” Sofia said, wondering.

“He’s going get her bags.” Daniel held a hand out to Dara.

She gasped, looking him over then bounced
black bushy caterpillar brows at him. “He looks even yummier in person, momma!” She whacked his hand away. “For you, a hug.” She slammed him with her body and Daniel had to wrap his arms around her to keep from being knocked on his ass. She laughed boisterously. “Such a fine man Sofia!”

Sofia laughed a bit too loudly. “Yes that he is. Very fine man. In every way.”

The beast of a woman finally released him and Daniel returned the compliment, “You look…amazing, I’m so glad you’ve come.”

God help him.

“Nonsense!” Then something in Romanian. “The pleasure is me.”

Chapter Seven

The drive back
to the house was priceless. Daniel wished he’d had a recorder for every time Seth said “oh my.” He could create a lullaby with it and sleep like a baby with a shit-eating grin on his face for eternity. And every time she leaned her head toward him—which was often—he knew it accompanied touchy feely, hopefully gropey contact. Just that alone was worth his life savings.

At home, Sofia helped Dara get settled in her room and Daniel and Seth prepared to cook for the women. Daniel insisted. His treat from
America to Romania. Seth finally let out a huge sigh. “Look, I can’t handle her—”

“Oh yes you can,” Daniel cut him off. “And you will. I need you.” It dawned on Daniel that he had no authority over Seth and he
suddenly panicked. “Please!”

Seth rolled his eyes and leaned his
back against the counter. “She touches too much.”

Like that was the one thing he couldn’t handle. “So don’t get too close.”

Seth’s eyes widened. “Have you not noticed she’s a frikn freight train? No,” he covered his eyes a moment. “More like a marshmallow of estrogen in a red robe and suction cups for hands.” He gasped, his eyes wide. “And she
touches
me.”

Daniel couldn’t hold his laughter back any more. God he was funny.  “Oh my,” D
aniel mocked.

“This so isn’t funny man. I don’t like being touched.”

Daniel doubled over, holding the counter, breathless. “Oh my,” he finally managed.

“Maybe I could get Rene—”

Daniel sobered immediately and straightened, making sure they were still alone. “Don’t fucking bring her back over here.”

“And why not?”

Daniel glared at him, not liking the challenge in his tone. But he also knew he needed him now that Dara was going to be maintenance with no returns.

Shit.

“Because we have a history.”

“No shit,” Seth said dryly.

“You knew that,” Daniel accused lightly.

Seth snorted with a smirk. “You think I want your leftovers brother? I knew when she said it. I assure you if I had known before, I wouldn’t have touched her.”

Daniel eyed him, trying to read through his bullshit. “Too good for leftovers?”

Seth met his gaze confidently. “Damn right.”

Hm. Admirable if Seth wasn’t full of it. He saw through that false cockiness. The kind you got from lies and make believe. “Fair enough. So what do you want from me Seth? How much money will it take to get you to help me?”

Seth’s jaw ticked and Daniel braced for the wheels turning in his eyes.
He turned his head away and shrugged. “I’ll take ten thousand for two weeks. Then I’ll disappear.”

The word
disappear
prevented Daniel from outright laughing in his face. But
ten thousand?
Ballsy little bastard. As much as Sofia wanted him here, he was willing to deal with her disappointment when he left. Plus she still had Dara. The wedding was almost there anyway, only…shit not long. “Can you make it look real?”

“For ten more, I’m in love,” Seth said with a shrug.

Twenty thousand? “Five more. And not that far, I don’t want her hurt. Just…build her self-esteem a little maybe. Show her a good time.”

Fine, you got a deal.”

“I don’t deal without a signature on a dotted line,” Daniel said.

“Fine
again.”

“I’ll draw up a contract tonight.”

“You do that
brother.”

Daniel ignored the twinge of guilt that sliced through him. He wasn’t a brother to anybody. Never was, never would be, didn’t care to start now.

“And one more thing,” Daniel said.

Seth’s jaw moved like his tongue was restless, waiting.

“No fat jokes about Dara. We had an aunt that died of obesity related illnesses. She was a wonderful person. All fat people are…people, nobody aspires to be fat.”

No fat jokes will cost five thousand more.”

Daniel narrowed his gaze.

“It’s a joke,” Seth said dryly.

“What smells so goooood,” Dara sang
, sashaying into the kitchen like she owned it, doing a strange hip thrusting jig as she approached. She’d changed her body draperies from royal red to royal blue. Her face was as beautiful as her picture, it was a shame she didn’t maybe…dress a little better. And groom her hair and…brows.

“It’s called Chicken
Fricassee. You’ll love it,” Daniel said.

She smiled then winked at Seth. The
y both suddenly seemed like two positive ends of a battery, with every step Dara took toward him, he took away.

“Sounds strange and delicious.” She eyed Seth and waved him over. “Come here, I’m not going to bite. Well, not hard.” She busted out in cackles that echoed in the kitchen.

“What’s so funny?” Sofia asked, strolling in next.

Daniel’s heart skipped a beat at seeing her. His entire body ached to touch and taste. Especially with what she wore. Spaghetti strapped long flowing white dress. She left her hair down and simple, tucked behind one ear. She met his hungry gaze and smiled shyly with a little wave. Oh God he needed her.

“I have something for Dara.” Daniel shut off the stove and headed toward the back. “Sofia, come and help me find it.”

He waited in his room at the door. She held his gaze as she walked in and the second she was through it, he shut and locked it.

“What do you have?” she asked.

He shook his head, staring at her chest. “I’ll figure it out after.”

She bit down on her lower lip. “After what?”

“Oh, I think you know.” His voice deepened with desire and he looked at her breasts, smiling. “Your nipples definitely know.” He removed his t-shirt and stood there, enjoying her reaction to him.

Her excitement was palpable as she did a slow body scan. Her gaze stopped at his groin where he cupped himself.

“Do you know how hard I am for you?” He worked his grip over himself and her eyes strayed only as far as his chest then slowly roamed back down over every muscle he used. He took the three steps that separated them and stood before her.

She reached for him and he caught her wrists then lowered them. “Me first.”

All smiles gone, he stroked the backs of his index fingers over her hard nipples pushing through the thin fabric. “Mmm, feels good,” he whispered at her first moan.

She nodded a little, her chest rising and falling more with each pass.

“Look at me. Sofia.”

She looked up at him, desire weighing her lids down, her shiny lips parted. Her brows drew together as he stroked exactly over both tips.

“Right there?”

“Yes,” she barely managed, her eyes closing.

Daniel leaned and placed a soft kiss on her parted lips. She remained obediently still, not even moving her lips. He really liked that. He kissed tenderly and slowly along her top lip. Then her lower. Her breath strained with whimpers when he followed with licks, then sucks. She gave small cries when he nibbled.

He lowered to his knees and slid his
hands over her breasts then sides, over her hips, and thighs, all the way to her ankles. He looked back up at her, lifting the hem of the dress a little. “Take it off.”

She lowered the first shoulder strap, then the second, keeping her eyes locked on his. He tugged the dress from the bottom, watching her body come into view as he pulled it down.  When it was at her hips, he
tongued her naval and sucked the soft skin just below. He pulled back for the great reveal and let the material fall to the floor. He let out a painful hiss. “Sofia.” He looked up at her. “No panties.”

Her eyes were closed in silent ecstasy. He reached up and rolled her nipples,
then stared at her beautifully shaven sex. “I’m going to suck your pussy Sofia.” He leaned and placed delicate kisses all over the smooth mound, his cock throbbing painfully at feeling her on his lips and hearing the desperate moaning she was already tormenting him with. Hunger built and his kisses turned passionate. He gripped her outer thighs, opening his mouth so that his tongue could participate. He slid his hands between her legs. “Open for me.”

She parted her legs and
he slid his finger along her slit several times. “Soooo wet.” He wiggled the tip inside her entrance then slowly stood, keeping his finger on her. She grabbed hold of his shoulders when he plunged in deep and he kissed her. He broke the kiss. “I’m not done. I want you against the wall.”

He led her to the nearest one and knelt down. He lifted one of her legs and placed it against the wall, opening her. “Fuck you’re beautiful.” He leaned and kissed her right on the fullest part of her lips
, at first delicately, teasing.

“God yes,” she gasped.

Daniel pressed his lips more firmly against hers, letting his tongue slide over her silky petals. He pulled away and stared at her clit, then gave it slow firm flicks. She clutched his hair with desperate cries as he moved his lips over hers, feeling them, weighing them against his, sucking each one, nibbling, then licking the silky inside. God she was perfect. He placed both her legs on his shoulder so she didn’t have to stand and he held her ass. Then he ate her with a ravenous hunger. He ate her relentlessly and she bucked on his mouth and pulled his hair, crying out
suck me, suck me, yes, yes.

Daniel slid
a middle finger in her dripping heat. She squirmed her hips, pumping on his finger while working his mouth perfectly on her clit with both hands.
