“That was amazing, Master.”

“I have not finished yet, kitten. Bend your knees, feet flat on the bed, and open your legs.”

She complied and, plunging his fingers into the cream once more, he lavishly coated her pussy and her labia, topping it off with the jam and a maraschino cherry then licked it all off as she moaned and writhed and thrashed. He bit the cherry in half, ate his portion, and transferred the other half to her mouth from his. When he had cleaned her completely, he rubbed his strong fingers over her needy little clit until she came apart in front of him, arching her back and thrashing her head from side to side.

As her climax began to ebb, his engorged cock sought entrance. He pushed into her and felt the spasms of her aftershocks. Slowly, he gave her every last inch of his long, thick cock. Then, as she lifted her hips in synch with his thrusts, he made long, slow love to her until his own release flooded the condom and he sank on his elbows above her, sated and at peace.

They decided on a shower to clean up then sank into bed. He lay on his back, cuddled her into his shoulder, and she rested her head naturally, half on his chest and half on his arm with her hand spread over his heart. He curled his fingers in her collar and sighed in utter contentment. Life could not get much better for him than this. Or could it? What did he really want? She wore his collar, but was it enough?

His friend Angus had not stopped at the collar. He was getting married in a couple of days, and that was when Emma was going to introduce him to her family. She was rather worried that her father would not approve of the life she led, and that was natural. It was all very new to her. They had known each other for a while now, but he could honestly say he could not think of the future without her. She was young still, and they had not talked of a family, but he knew he wanted children. He wanted children with
her
. A little Emma to love and pet, and maybe she’d like a little Eric to spoil. They would have to talk about it. He had seen her face, when she looked at babies in the park and in town, and she did look rather wistful, which was a good sign. Well, it seemed that that was that and he had just made the most important decision of his life. Not that he hadn’t known before, just that there had been so many extraneous events getting in his way. Now all he had to do was convince her that was the way forward for them both. If she accepted him they could talk about the future and their desires for a family then.

“Emma,” he said, but she was fast asleep, a Madonna-like smile on her beautiful face, and he had not the heart to awaken her. She was breathing slowly and evenly, and her lovely breasts rose and fell as he watched. That was one of his favourite sights, his little kitten, worn out from loving, curled up in his arms and purring contentedly as she slept. He loved the little sighs and throaty sounds she made when asleep, and it was one of his favourite pleasures to hold her in his arms and watch and listen.

Well, maybe he could do it another way, and he smiled as he began to plan.

Chapter Thirty-One

The wedding of Jane to Angus took place at Angus’s home. They had decided it was best for all of them. Her family came down and all their BDSM friends were invited. Emma thought her father looked so distinguished, a tall, slim man with a head of thick, brown hair, cut short but not showing grey yet in spite of his fifty-plus years. His eyes were large, grey, and shrewd. One of the senior partners in a firm of solicitors, he was strong willed and used to being obeyed. His mind was as sharp as a razor and nothing got past him. Emma wondered what he thought of Eric. At the moment he was looking with love at his mother as she married for the second time. He had told Emma he was relieved for all their sakes that Grandma had found someone else to love. He had been afraid she would mourn Grandad forever, and Grandad would not have wanted that.

Emma’s mother was a tall woman who worked in the same firm of solicitors. She had shoulder-length blonde hair with wide, grey eyes and a trim figure. She, too, was shrewd, and she was looking at her daughter, assessing. Emma could feel her mother’s eyes on her. It was a few months since they’d seen one another, and she knew her mother would notice there was something different about her. She wondered how they’d both take the news that she was seeing Eric and intended to go on seeing him as long as she could.

Emma was one of Jane’s attendants dressed in dark blue. The long silk dress clung to her body, and the colour favoured her hair and complexion. It had a long, flowing skirt, tight waist, and crossover bodice that showed just a tasteful amount of bosom. Set in her hair she had small silk roses in a paler shade to match her dress. Emma wore Eric’s necklace with pride as she walked behind her grandma, tears in her eyes to see her so happy.

Emma could feel
his
eyes on her. He had told her he thought the dress was magnificent but looked forward to peeling it off her slowly, inch by delicious inch, and her face heated at the memory. Eric always knew exactly what to say to disconcert her, and he enjoyed getting her aroused in the most unexpected places.

After the meal, she noticed he was gone and looked round, but could not see him anywhere and supposed he had gone to the bathroom. It was taking him an unconscionably long time, she thought as she looked at her watch for the third time as she stood and talked to some of the guests. Then she noticed him come back into the marquee in the company of her parents.

Panic struck. She went white, her knees trembled, and she clutched at the back of the chair to hold herself up. What on earth could they have been talking about for so long? They all looked so serious. Where had they been? What had he told them? Had they found out about the club and the lifestyle? They would create all sorts of fuss if they had. Her father would be so angry and her mother upset. But she was never going to give her Master up. Never. She would break with her family if she had to, but that would break her parents’ hearts, and what if Grandma had to choose between her and her father? She’d never forgive herself for the pain she’d cause. Her mind was in a whirl, and she could not think straight. She could not breathe.

They were all coming toward her. She needed to get away. She could not face this here. She turned but could not make her feet move. Then they were there and her mother took her in her arms and kissed her, passing her to her father who did the same. She almost fell to the floor. Relief flooded her as she looked at Eric, who took her hands in his large, warm ones.

“Come outside with me a minute, kitten. You look as if you need some fresh air.”

“Yes, go with him, love. The fresh air will do you good,” her mother said and smiled oddly at her. It looked as if she had tears in her eyes. Then her father patted her on the bottom like he used to do when she was a child.

“Off you go,” he said.

Eric took her hand and led her to the stream at the bottom of Master Angus’s garden. He put down the blanket that had mysteriously appeared in his hand, and got down on one knee. She was overwhelmed and could not process what she was seeing after the panic in the marquee and could not bring herself to credit that it was really happening. Then he looked up at her, and she saw the glow of love in his eyes as he offered her a rose gold ring with a ruby in the middle surrounded by a cluster of diamonds so that it looked like a flower. It was going to be all right. Her parents liked him and he loved her.

“Will you marry me, kitten?”

“Yes, Master,” she said. “I will.”

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I was born in South Yorkshire in England and moved to southwest Scotland more than twenty years ago. I retired from teaching a few years ago and spent my time reading, sewing, cooking, and gardening. I decided that there ought to be more to retirement than that.

Reading has always played a large part in my life and the house is full of books. My youngest son challenged me to write a novel of my own, and
Initiation
,
book one in the
Prometheus in Chains
series, was the result.

I found that writing suddenly took over my life. Now, with a head full of Doms and subs, I have to spend a few hours a day writing or researching. Retirement has certainly delivered a lot more.

I still like to sit out in the garden, weather permitting, listening to the birds singing, either engaged in some appliqué project or thinking through some aspect of plot or character. I go nowhere without a pencil and notebook, and my poor, long-suffering husband has got used to having to sit in the car with me to wait until the notes are finished before we can go get the shopping.

I believe the world has enough sadness in it, and my characters will always get their HEA even if the road is rocky.

I would like to thank all the staff at Siren for their help in getting my books published. It would not have happened without them.

I would love to hear from you. Please email me at: [email protected].
