Gus was happier than he had ever been. Grinning goofily, he made his quick strategies and glanced behind Niall at the floor, as if he had forgotten something.

Frowning in bafflement, Niall turned to look.

That was all Gus needed, sprinting away with the speed of fluffy prey, giggling like mad. Behind him, he heard fierce growling and cursing, and then heavy feet pounded the parquet floor after him. Gus screamed in delight, jumped over a footstool, and increased his speed to get away from Niall, his smart and sexy hunter.

And all the while, he knew it would be perfect once he was finally caught.
