"Yeah. A clover on my stomach."

She lifted up her tank top. Damn. She had the flattest stomach. It was sexy as hell. I couldn't remember another time in my life where my body was on fire for someone.

One night. Just one night, and then you go your separate ways.

“I can hold your shirt, Selene,” a guy next to me said. “Or you can make Lucky wear it.”

I chuckled. “Real men don’t wear pink. They eat it.”

Selene laughed.

She suddenly put her shirt down and extended her arm as Zach chuckled. “Nah, make it my wrist.”

"What else are you getting?" I crossed my arms over my thick chest. The gym had been good to me and now that it was summer, it was about to get a whole lot better.

"Nothing. I just want this one thing. What are you getting, chicken shit?"

I shook my head and smiled. "You're not goading me into getting a tat, you little tart. I'm not interested in getting one tonight."

"Pussy," she whispered up at me and licked her pretty mouth.

"What was the purpose of showing your tits to everyone if you wanted a tat on your wrist?" I sucked my bottom lip into my mouth, not liking how much of her pretty flesh was on display for anyone who glanced her way, and a lot of motherfuckers were glancing.

"I wanted you to see them. And just for the record. I didn’t lift my shirt up that high." She shrugged. "I could take my bra off if you like? Show you the muted pink of my nipples? Let you see how hard they get when you come around?"

"Fuck my life." Zach sat back and took a deep breath. "You're killing me, girl."

"Watch it, asshole." I popped Zach on the back and growled softly.

"Be nice. He's making me more pretty. So I have to stay still." Selene turned her attention from the ink slinger back to me. "I have lots of his work on me. Wanna see it?"

"Not here in front of everyone. I require a private showing." I brushed my fingers by my lips as the air was suddenly so hard to gain access to.

I knew she was ballsy and incredibly aggressive, but her sensual side was beyond anything I imagined an eighteen-year old girl capable of. Maybe I had been wrong.

"I think I would be good with that. Get a tat and I'll let you get up close to the one on my inner thigh. It's a pink flower." She gave the most innocent look I'd ever seen and my cock twitched as if trying to get her attention. She knew it was working.

I shook my head and let out a short laugh. "I'm going to see your flower whether you like it or not, naughty girl. Get your tat and meet me by the oak tree over there. I'll give you back your shirt... or maybe I won't."

I lifted it to my nose and breathed in deeply, growling loudly as I walked away. The soft chuckle leaving the sexy bitch behind me caused worry to slide along my need to make her mine. Only mine.

We were soon to be enemies. No one would be appreciative of our love affair. I had to promise myself it was going to be a good night of fucking and then I would lose her number.

I glanced back to find her watching me intensely. She looked like a woman who had hidden her desires as well as I had hidden mine.

"I'm so fucked."

Chapter 3

Selene

I
turned back to Zach and glanced down at my wrist as the sound of sirens filled the air.

"Damn. Hurry!" I tried to stay still, even though everything inside me screamed for me to race toward my bike.

"Lena. We gotta go, baby." Lucky moved toward me, his pet name causing my lip to lift.

"They're still twenty seconds from hitting the edge of the road. We're almost done. Right Zach?" I forced my voice to remain steady, as if I were unshakable.

Lucky and I hadn't talked much to each other during the last four years, but tonight was going to be the night of all nights.

"I'm not willing to find out. Let's go. We'll finish the tat later." He touched my shoulder as I swatted his hand from me.

"Nope. Get outta here. I'll meet you some other time. I'm good." I lifted my eyebrow, challenging him to run out on me.

"Never. Your stuck for tonight. I got a promise I plan on holding you to." He licked at his lips as he glanced up, his eyes wild with something close to excitement.

The sound of the sirens grew until it drowned out everything. Lucky's hand tapped along his thigh as Zach finished up.

"All done. Get out of here and I didn't do the tat if someone asks." He squeezed my hand and stood, packing up his stuff quickly.

I grabbed Lucky's hand and moved back into the thicker part of the forest; a soft laugh left me as adrenaline flooded my system.

“Seriously?” he said. “The police are coming. And you have to finish your tat?”

“Yep. Because that’s the kind of gal I am. I have to start what I finish.”

"You're almost more trouble than you’re worth," he mumbled and moved up beside me, smiling.

The cocky bastard knew exactly what to say to leave me wanting to break the rules and smash my father's expectations.

"You haven't even pulled out your stick to measure my worth." I released his hand as we reached our bikes. Leaning over, I twisted the air cap on his back tire and smiled. "Good luck with that low tire there, boy. Meet me at Stringers Lake if you can make it."

I winked and started my bike as he let out an angry growl. Not being a challenge just wasn't any fun at all.

“Why would you do that?” he asked, stumped.

I gazed deeply into his eyes. “Think of it as me saving your life. You’ll thank me later when you’re not nine feet underground or swimming with the fishes. You can’t be with me. And I can’t be with you. It’s simple as that. But you must have some kind of death wish, because you won’t leave me alone.”

“I’m not scared of your dad.”

“Please don’t let him hear you say that.”

“You’re worried. I can see it in your face. That can only mean you care.”

“Listen, we’re not meant to be together. We’re star-crossed lovers.”

“Lovers? Not yet.”

“But you get the drift. We’re star-crossed.”

“Skip the Romeo and Juliet crap. Our families are not the Montagues and the Capulets.”

“We’re sworn enemies. So yeah, we kind of are. You don’t know my family. They’re ruthless, heartless, and stone cold. I don’t want to see you get hurt.”

Taking off through the forest, I turned quickly and forced my bike onto the edge of a sharp cliff, the danger ever-present, but so was my desire to embrace it equal.

"Woohoo!" I yelled at the top of my lungs before jerking the handlebars to the left and flying behind the cop car on the road. "Fuck you guys!"

The sound of another bike moving up near me left my heart pounding. The idea of my father sending one of his goons to shut down my night was devastating.

"Eat my dust, Delgado." Lucky pulled past me and smiled over his shoulder as I let out a tight squeal.

How the hell did he get the cap on and catch up? Oh hell no.

I pushed hard, but there was no catching up to him. An angry huff left me as I jerked my handlebars and skidded to a stop right beside his bike.

He turned and pinned me with a stare. "Don't touch the bike."

"Or?" I smiled nefariously before getting off of mine and putting up my kickstand. "You gonna spank me?"

He chuckled and ran his fingers through his dark hair. "No. I think you'd enjoy that far more than you deserve."

"I think you have me all wrong, Lucas Morrison." I reached up and tied my hair into a high ponytail before moving past him toward the water. "I'm a good girl. I bet I'm the purest girl you've ever hung out with. Because I’ve seen the tramps you’ve been kissing."

He rolled his eyes.

“Is that why you’re here?” I asked. “So I can suck your cock? Or do you want to nail me?”

“I just wanted to be with you.”

“I never said I was a good girl, but I’m not a whore, Lucky.”

“Nobody knows that more than me. So yes, you are the purest girl I’ve ever been with.”

“Seriously. Why do you want to be with me?”

“I want to find someone who keeps me sane, but also drives me crazy in all the right ways.”

I couldn’t help but grin. “You think I could keep you sane? Seriously?”

“I think your demons would play well with mine.”

“I’ve been searching for somebody like that myself.”

We both chuckled.

He turned, watching me as I put my back to the lake and worked to get my boots off. "I'm not so sure about that, but maybe you’re right. I was hoping to spend the evening getting to know you a little better either way."

"Boys like you are a dime a dozen. You're just looking for a quick fuck, and then it's off to the next good girl. I'm not falling for your shit." I smiled nefariously, as if I knew a few secrets he didn't. "Besides... you're a big no-no in my world."

I kicked my shoes to the side and tugged my tank top over my head before putting my back to him. I worked to undo my bra and then slipped my jeans off; not at all shy about putting my barely clad ass on display for him.

"Fuck," he muttered as he moved closer. "You gotta be the prettiest girl in this whole fucking state. Why are you here with me?"

I glanced over my shoulder while I held my arms over my breasts. "To tease you, steal your clothes, and send my father after you. Why else?"

He shook his head and pulled his shirt from his body, tossing it as I watched him closely. His chest and abs were already defined, but I had heard about the time the boy had spent in the gym. I wasn't too surprised by it, but delighted to say the least. To even consider sleeping with a boy my age seemed silly.

I was much more into the games older boys played. Or god forbid, men.

“Why are you here with me?” I asked.

He winked. “Every beauty needs a beast.”

I smiled.

He gazed lustfully into my eyes.

“What are you thinking about this very second?” I asked.

“I’m thinking about all the things I want to do to you. And I’ll do them
very well
.”

“Do you have a dirty mind?”

“Nah, just a sexy imagination.”

I grinned widely. “So stop undressing me with your eyes. It’d be sexier if you used your teeth.”

“Damn, Selene! I’m so turned on right now.”

Walking into the water, I released my hold on myself and waded out until the cool liquid rested under my chin. It felt revitalizing, so refreshing. Slipping my white panties off, I tossed them at him and laughed when he caught them with one hand.

"I'm not like other guys, Lena. You should know that." He pulled his jeans off, his underwear non-existent.

I squinted hard to make out the shape of his erection in the darkness, but I couldn't do much justice to it.

It's alright. Pretty soon I'll have my hands all over him.

A shiver ran down my spine and I suppressed a groan as the dark-haired, Greek god moved closer to me. The clouds shifted and the moonlight spilled onto the lake as he reached me. He had powerful, explosive shoulders and beautiful muscles in his arms and chest. My eyes raked over all his gorgeous tattoos. He was handsome, confident, and so damn sexy.

"You're not like other guys, hm?" I said.

"Nope." He reached for me and slid his hand around the back of my neck, pulling me closer.

"And I should know this?" I slid my hands around his narrow waist and up along the thick muscles of his back. He felt rock solid, so muscular. I wanted to lick every inch of his body.

"Because you've been friends with my friends for four years." He tugged me closer, his free hand rubbing my lower back softly.

I closed the distance between us and pressed my breasts to his chest as he let out a soft sigh. "Like a friend of a friend kinda thing?"

"Something like that."

“So why aren’t you like other guys?” I asked.

“Because I’m a guy who totally ‘gets you.’ And I won’t disappear when shit gets real.”

“You are a special breed of guy. I think what you just said is a deal breaker.”

He cupped my cheek as he stared into my eyes. “I think we’re both on the same page then.”

“Yes, we are.”

I trailed my fingers through his silky, soft locks as he ran his hand over the curve of my ass. He leaned down and lowered his soft, full lips on mine. Electricity flooded through me from head to toe. My tongue dove in to slowly tangle with his. I could feel the chemistry as our lips melded, our tongues dancing some sensual, glorious dance. He consumed my mouth with the earth shattering kiss that burned me from the inside out. The slower we kissed, the faster my heart raced. Lucky kissed me with an intensity that left me spellbound and breathless. I mean, I literally felt passion that burned hotter than fire. The guy left me feeling dizzy and drunk, stirring every emotion I had, from my heart to my very soul.

“You’re intoxicating,” he said as his tongue slid across mine, his fingers entwined in my hair.

Heat pulsed through my veins. “I think that title belongs to you,” I said between gasps.

My greedy hands ran all over his chest, tracing every single muscle. Goosebumps rose as he left a gentle trail of passionate kisses down my neck. Oh, how I loved the way he caressed my skin. He knew just what to do to drive me absolutely crazy.

We kissed and made out, touching, feeling, and exploring. When the kiss deepened, it was fierce, possessive, and demanding. I twisted my fingers in his hair and pulled him close as he moaned. His scorching kiss left my senses reeling, and I wanted more.

I reached down and stroked his hard cock, the thickness of it a bit shocking. Panic rushed through me and I realized that even though I wasn't new to the game, I had certainly never used such a big stick to play with.

I moaned softly and slid my leg up his side before hooking it over his hip. He tried to pull back from the kiss, but I reached up and trapped him in place, wanting to show him who was in charge in my world.

He cupped my butt and forced me to lift my other leg as he wrapped both of them around his waist. The thick press of his cock against me forced me to back pedal a little. Fucking him for my first time without a condom in the middle of a lake... Not so much.

I rolled my hips, pressing myself against him as he licked and sucked at my mouth.
