I shook my head no,
“Rule Number eleven.”
I panted, frustrated.
“I’m calling in a veto.”
“We don’t have vetoes.”
Landon backed away from me, and smiled.
“Now we do, stop arguing Clea, and do it.”
I shook my head no again,
“Oh yes. I want you to look at me and envision my hands
all over every inch of you, my cock inside you, and I want you to stroke
between those sweet pink folds, until you come.”
Landon lounged his glorious, naked-self against the
headboard, and watched me. His eyes were teasing, anticipating.
My head swirled as my eyes stilled on his shaft, I was
unabashed. His gaze was defying, proud, and dangerous, waiting for me to do as
he asked.
Slowly, I moved to my knees, brought my hands up, and
cupped my breasts. I kneaded gently, biting at my lip. His eyes danced,
following every motion. I arched my back, and pulled at both nipples, moaning.
I licked my lips reflexively; my mouth watered greedily,
desperately wanting a taste of him.
“Carry on baby, a little lower.”
His voice was raspy and hot. He didn’t want me to do it. I
knew it.
Landon failed to sound as confident as he usually was.
Feeling victorious, but mostly losing the last of my
patience, I moved rapidly and straddled him. His hardness pressed against my
sensitive, wet skin. I rocked my hips unashamed, relishing the blood pulse in
his penis.
“I said, rule number eleven Landon, and we don’t have a
veto.”
I pushed up and drove him inside me, forcefully.
Landon gasped, and shut his eyes. I started moving up and
down, back and forth, one palm holding balance. I cupped his face with my free
hand.
“Look at me Landon.”
I asked gently. My voice was tight, as were my insides,
filled with the addictive fill of him.
Landon blinked lazily. He was registering the moment.
“I’m yours Landon Davis and yours only. You had me from
the moment I fell into your arms.”
I was gathering my courage; I needed to do it at a slow
and safe pace.
I was ready for him, for as long as he’ll have me.
Landon pushed forward, into a sitting position. He sank
his cock deeper, and gripped my waist. Our fronts collided, his biceps
constricted with every thrust.
Abruptly, he rolled us on the bed, placing his weight over
me, and pushed inside me. The pressure in my groin was palpable, it made me
clench reflexively, gripping his thickness, and extracting a low grunt.
“Oh God, Clea, baby.”
His breath caught, and he spoke between his teeth.
“Don’t stop doing that.”
He panted, taking possession of my mouth. He pushed his
tongue deep, stealing every breath, and every moan.
I sucked his tongue as my climax burst through me, unable
to cry out my pleasure. Landon picked up a restless pace, pushing, and pulling,
making my orgasm endless, and mind shattering.
“Only for you baby.”
He breathed out, as he came undone, pulsing inside me,
shuddering over me. We were both gasping for air, and panting.
I pulled him tightly, not ready for him to cut out our
connection. He stilled, buried his head my neck, and breathed slowly.
After a beat, he steadied himself on his elbow to meet my gaze.
I let out a lazy protest, because it made him pull out, slightly. I wrapped my
legs around his middle, unable to let go.
“You’re magnificent, and greedy, and mine.”
He pressed a kiss to the tip of my nose. It tickled, and I
wrinkled.
“No, you’re magnificent, not greedy enough, and obviously
mine.”
I announced, smiling, as I squeezed him once more. His
erection hardening again.
“Oh baby, trust me, you don’t want me greedier.”
Landon sounded amused, and it made me curious.
“Oh yeah? And why is that?”
I asked tartly.
Landon began to thrust further. I gasped as he grounded my
hips.
“Because if I let myself get greedier, then I would never
leave your warmness, I’ll be buried inside you day and night baby.”
He was serious, but somehow teasing. I didn’t know if he
implied it as he said it.
“And why exactly wouldn’t I want that?”
His eyes widened. Landon didn’t expect me to say that,
that much was obvious.
I was embarrassed; I pushed it too far.
“Oh I get it now; it would be bad for the Davis Empire,
and would probably ruin you.”
I said it as a way to deter my insinuation.
Frowning at my comment, Landon studied me, and then thrust
again with an amused grin.
“Oh baby, I could never be ruined, and even so, you’d be
worth it.”
Pushing deeper, he stilled, burying his head in my hair.
“Easy to say, since it can’t happen.”
I knew, the
second I saw his expression, I shouldn’t have added that stupid comment.
Landon ignored me and picked up a relentless rhythm. The
tension in his eyes rendered me speechless. He buried his head in the crook of
my neck and panted against my skin. I bit the nape of his shoulders, rocking my
hips, following his rhythm, the pressure built up again, as he groaned with
each bite, until I shattered into a million pieces, my orgasm erupting
violently through every fiber of my being.
My legs tightened around his middle, making my inner-thigh
muscles ache from the strain. He followed with his own thrusts, as he poured
himself into me calling my name, and breathing raggedly.
My entire being collapsed, as my thoughts were scattered
all over the place, trying to gauge the true meaning behind what he said.
“About time you two came back.”
Brooke puffed as Landon and I appeared in what Alec called
his ‘entertainment’ room. The space would’ve been suitable for a twelve year
old, not a twenty eight year old billionaire. It was filled with video games,
board games, and the biggest movie collection I’d ever seen. In addition to the
karaoke machine plugged into the sound system, there was a big flat screen with
voice interaction, and gesture controls.
“Those three are hogging the heck out of the karaoke machine,
and Jude is waiting for Clea to sing with him.”
Ryan, Mia, and Faith were scrolling down the list of
songs, and teasing Brooke.
Jude frowned at his phone, but a smile decked his
beautiful face as soon as he saw me.
“Come on Brooke, try it, we won’t make fun of you.”
I offered because she didn’t want to sing, not unless she
was completely drunk.
“I mean, have you heard Mia and Ryan singing? It can’t be
worse than that.”
I joked, only half-serious.
Ryan gasped, feigning offense, while Mia just threw me a
long, polished, middle finger and a tart smile.
Landon pulled me down to the floor, and wrapped his arms
around me. Jude’ eyes widened, and then he beamed.
“Where’s Alec?”
Landon asked, stilling his chin over my shoulders.
“He left with Jenna, to get some ice-cream for cocktails.
Ryan and Mia pushed Jenna’s buttons with their high pitched, bad Barbra
interpretation.”
Jude announced laughing.
Ryan was a very talented man when it came to fashion, theater,
naming the whole cast of Game of Thrones, and pulling a House of Targaryen
history speech. However, when it came to singing, it was disastrous; he and Mia
had massacred several favorite songs of mine over the course of our friendship.
But it was fun, more so when they were drunk.
I noticed that Eve and Simon were also missing in action.
When I asked Jude and Brooke, they exchanged a suspicious
look, and laughed.
“No way!” I gasped.
Jude nodded,
“Oh, yeah.”
“Yep, all it took for ice-queen to make her move was those
two singing ‘Touch Me’, and showing off some curves, and skin.”
Ryan explained, gesturing to Mia and Faith.
They were unabashed.
“At least we helped.”
Faith shrugged.
“And here I thought we might’ve inspired them.”
Landon murmured to my ear, and I chuckled.
“Ok buttercup, Jude has already set up your playlist.”
I smiled to him, anxious to finally get the chance to
enjoy some of my favorite songs with my favorite person.
I nodded, and drove to my feet. Landon stopped me, and
stilled me with a wry face.
“Don’t get cute Davis.”
I looked at him and laughed.
He looked hot, and edible.
“Well, that’s a first.”
Landon doubled over in laughter.
“What’s that?”
I prompted.
“You’ve never been called cute before?”
He shook his head, still laughing.
It was quite refreshing. I loved to see him that way.
“No. I’ve been called lots of things, but cute? I don’t
think anyone has ever called me cute.”
I pushed again, and stood next to Faith, smiling at him.
“There’s a first time for everything. You can be really
cute, Mr. Davis.”
I stated, smiling sheepishly.
“Well thank you Miss Dane.”
Landon returned a smile. His eyes sparkled. I could tell
how happy he was.
“See? It’s like we don’t even exist!”
Ryan exclaimed.
Jude shook his head, and walked to stand next to me.
“What are we singing?”
I inquired.
Jude winked at me knowingly. I’d been nagging about the playlist
for hours; I knew what we were singing, I had a message for Landon, and I was
using every willing participant to help me during the weekend.
“We’ll begin with ‘Blind Pilot’ boo.”
I nodded, and picked up Alec’s guitar.
When I turned to sit, Landon’s eyes were wide. I’d never
told him I played. I shrugged, and winked, secretly implying that he wasn’t the
only one with hidden tricks.
Ryan started cheering, and Jude sat next to me.
I pulled the strings, and settled on the first chords,
signaling Jude to start his part.
As much as I wanted to, I was unable to hold Landon’s gaze
for long. I grew a little self-conscious, and exceedingly nervous. I had no
idea if he’d get the meaning. I hadn’t practiced in a while, and therefore, I
chose the songs I knew by heart, and chords.
I looked down at the guitar, and as soon as Jude hit the
first chords, I started humming along. My stomach was in knots, my breath
hitched, and I could feel my blood pumping through my veins. It wasn’t a common
karaoke night for me, every fiber in my being was ready to declare its love for
him, and I had to get rid of the bits of fear that remained in me, and made me
choke before I could even start.
Jude started to sing. His voice drew a smile on my face. It
took me to a faraway place, where he and I used to lose ourselves in our music,
and drown our sorrows together.
“They’re playing our song; they’re playing our song…”
I started singing along, shakily
And the seasons
Will change us new
Be the best I've known
And you know me
I could not be stuck on you
If it were true
I slowly arched my neck, pulling together some courage to
look at him. The sight of him was mesmerizing, full of pure adoration. Landon
had the faintest smile embellishing his features; his eyes glittered with
something I could never forget. It was earnest, and profoundly affecting.
I was sleeping
My eyes were dark
Till you woke me
And told me that opening
Is just the start
It was
Now I see you, till’ kingdom come
You're the one I want
To see me for all the stupid shit I've done
With each word, I grew closer to Landon, closer to the
moment I’d finally give him what he’d been waiting for, longing for. He was
patient, and passionate. Sure, he had his moments, during which he seemed
frustrated by my unwillingness to say something I clearly felt. Landon tried to
push me, even though he knew it was some kind of emotional vulnerability. He
showed me that he wanted me to say the words, more than anything else.
Looking back, I realized it wasn’t easy for people to
understand, or measure my pain after what had happened with Caden. The hardest
part about it was to discover that I trusted someone who betrayed me from the
first moment I met him. Everything that happened after that was just deceiving
and hurtful.
It took me a long time to admit that it wasn’t my fault,
to find someone that made it easier for me to want to let go and rediscover
those feelings I’d buried within me, and I was willing to let him know. His
eyes were connected with mine; it felt as if nothing could break the bond we
had during that instant. I was his. I wanted him to love me, and to know how
deeply I felt about him.
Jenna and Alec walked in as Jude and I finished the last
of the chorus. They sat next to Ryan, and she gave me an encouraging and
somewhat proud look.
Without giving me a chance to regain my course of
thoughts, Jude moved to the next song. The hardest part about it was that I had
to sing it alone, without any vocal support. Ever since my birthday, I have
developed a special bond with Lana Del Rey. It wasn’t difficult for me to
realize that I was falling for a complicated man. All my feelings towards him
were a mix of adoration and fear.
