“
What happened?”
“
I don’t know what ever happens? I guess I always put my work first. You do that long enough and your marriage breaks down,” I said as he nodded understandingly.
Dinner finished but the conversation never did as we walked to his car and he opened the door for me. We drove back to my office where he had picked me up reminiscing the whole way on days long gone, there were definitely sparks flying as we pulled into the parking lot.
There was that moment of awkward silence and then he leaned in to kiss me, his mouth was soft and hot. Beautifully fitting to mine just like I remembered from back then, I felt transported. I wanted there to be more. For a second the battle to halt raged on his face and then I saw myself win the battle and the lust began to grow in both of us. His smile was awkward as he admitted his defeat on his face but it didn’t last long, he was confident. He may not have been sure at first but lust was in control now. He leaned in to kiss me again reaching out to touch me, I didn’t move. I felt hot and cold at the same time, only his touch released me into the passion of his arms. Our eyes danced in each other’s souls, slow and melodic. Far from the lusty panic to come soon, desire was building within me; our tongues cascaded and swayed in tune together. My fingers tingled as his fingers traced the contours of my arm. His hand moving across my smooth skin, lingering there, he rested the flat of his hand on my shoulder. His hands moved around the nape of my neck moving slowly as though we had all the time in the world. I turned into his hands leaning my head to one side to capture them, my cheek pressing against them softly. I could feel his warm breath on my face; it was the beginning of the give and take to surrender together in the bliss of orgasmic happiness. We decided to go inside my office. Once there we inched together until we were face to face, I inclined toward him, eager for everything he would do, I was greedy for him.
His finger was on my chin, lifting it up to face him. His thumb was just below my lower lip, slippery and washed by the current of my breath. I opened my lips to taste his skin, his salty skin. I licked him gently, taking my time in the prelude to our making love. His fingers waiting on me and I played with them, nuzzling them with my teeth. I eased his finger into my mouth deeper, holding it tight to reveal the prison of my body he would soon feel. I moved my hand as he kissed my neck and we removed each other’s clothes, carefully almost like a sacred ritual. It had been so long since I had been with Vic or anyone else that when he touched me I quivered, we moved together to my large oak desk with the executive leather chair. Our bodies were pressed together like they were born that way as we fell on the table. His body was hairy but not overly so, his masculine, muscled body pressing on me filling my senses took me to a place within myself I had long since hidden from the world.
“
Vic,” I whispered in his ear as I lay on the desk and opened for him to come home to me. He began entering me as if he had never left, I was overwhelmed. I couldn’t believe Vic was back in my life and between my legs after so long. I moaned as he rhythmically began thrusting himself, once removing completely during the pounding. Before my hunger of being empty could well up he filled me again sending shivers of ecstasy flying through my body. We began slapping our bodies together on the oak desk in a perfect rhythm. His hot breath on my body gave me chills as I would run my hands over his sweaty and muscled body while he groaned and moved in and out of me, I felt we were becoming one. I didn’t want to have an orgasm without him but he felt so wonderful. My toys just don’t compare, as he looked at me while thrusting I realized how I had missed Vic in my life. Thinking about him being together with me, giving myself to him forever I couldn’t control my body. I shook with an intensity that brought my hands to my face as I screamed; he moved them to the side holding my wrists and leaned in to kiss me as I tasted his salty sweet mouth. We climaxed together after his body began tightening and flinching. He so warm inside me, I brought my legs around him bringing him into me as he moaned out loud jerking his head back. I was gripped around him and shook violently with each thrust, clenching him as I felt his tension leave and he relaxed while still inside of my velvety walls. We lay together sweating and pressed against the desk; I couldn’t help but start laughing.
“
What’s so funny?” he asked breathlessly laying on me.
“
Nothing, I just haven’t felt this good in a long time,” I answered and he sighed happily.
We laid there for a few minutes like that enjoying each other’s bodies before we separated and began to clean up and get dressed. I was amazed I felt no guilt, I hoped he didn’t either. I for one felt amazing, he was incredible and I told him so and asked,
“
So what does this mean for us?”
“
What’s that?”
“
I mean are you going to pick me up in your camero everyday for school?” I said kissing him again.
“
Why, do you need a ride little girl?” He asked smiling at me.
“
I think I do, I hate the bus.” I giggled buttoning my shirt.
When we parted that night I felt better than I had I think in my entire life, Vic was back and we would be together again, amazing.
I guess that will teach me for thinking ahead, yet another life lesson. If someone seems too good to be true, he is. I had no way to be prepared for what would happen with Vic next, but it showed me I knew nothing about the man and thank God it happened at the beginning when it did and we weren’t more serious or heaven forbid married!
I didn’t hear from Vic the next day which I thought was strange and rude. He definitely lost huge brownie points with me. I heard from Vic the day after that in a way I could not have imagined. Leaving the office that night in the parking lot a disheveled Vic came running from behind the side of my car scaring me senseless in the process. That sexy smile had vanished from Vic’s lips and the sparkle was gone from his blue eyes. He didn’t look hurt, just scared and he hadn’t changed clothes since our date two days ago. He looked like a completely different person. His eyes were loose now, completely bloodshot and his jaw was tightened and clenched. Approaching me his eyes were a crazy bobble of normal as he stiffened his shoulders his breathing whistling through flared nostrils I said,
“
Whoa, slow down Vic, go easy near the car it’s a new toy,” I said trying to distract him.
“
Lauren, Lauren I’m sorry to come here like this, I’m sorry I didn’t call, I wasn’t entirely honest the other night. I’m in big trouble.”
“
Oh Jesus Vic you are married!”
“
No, not that but I have a gambling problem and I just need to borrow your car for a couple of days to pay back some debts and I’ll bring it back good as new with extra money for you for loaning it to me, I promise.” He stammered wildly, like a hornet on meth.
“
Ok this is getting really weird Vic, we had a wonderful evening together, I thought we were starting where we left off and then you don’t call me now you come here like a maniac telling me you gamble and need my car? You look like you’ve been up drinking for days, smell like it too!”
“
I won’t ask again Lauren, give me the goddamn car!” He screamed like a man possessed.
“
You need serious help Vic,” I said.
He pulled a gun from his waist and pointed it directly at me,
“
Don’t you ever give me advice you bitch!” He screamed maniacally waving his gun around.
I threw him the keys after that meltdown, without another word or even looking at me he got into my car and drove off. I just stood there in total shock and disbelief. My hands were shaking so badly it’s a miracle I managed to dial 911. But the police came and took my report; I informed them on everything that had occurred with Vic. They were helpful but honest explaining that in most cases when an addict of any kind steals a car it ends up as parts or sold to a criminal organization. They took my contact information, as I cried they acted like it was just another run of the mill call for them.
A few weeks passed and I tried to get back to normal, whatever that is. I just couldn’t believe my first love, that sweet mischievous boy had become that lying monster.
The phone rang a few weeks later in the morning morning at half past midnight it’s either really good or really bad news at that time of night, no in between; the police had found my car. It was all the way in Las Vegas, intact and Vic was in the trunk bound and dead. Whoever he owed had caught up with him. He did nothing but use me. That night together though special to me was nothing more than a con to him, a way to steal something, anything. I guess I should be bitter and angry but surprisingly I’m not. I feel sorry for Vic and the way his life ended up. Your youth and the abuses suffered in it cannot be allowed to define your adulthood. Unfortunately, my poor Vic had been consumed by his childhood demons and paid the ultimate price.
