I shook my head and swallowed my mouthful of sandwich. "Not at all. I thought I would. When I first came here, I had my moments of doubt, but it’s been great. It’s more personal here... " I shrugged. "Not to mention the sexy housemate that brings me food."

He laughed me off when there was a knock at the door. "Excuse me, Dr. Tierney?" Dani Peters's voice said as she opened the door. "Mrs. Macpherson's script... " she stopped talking when she noticed Trent sitting across from me. "Oh, sorry... " and of course she blushed and mumbled something I couldn’t hear.

I tried not to look at Trent, because from the corner of my eye, I could see he was grinning. "It’s okay, Dani," I said, "what were you saying?"

She talked to the floor, deliberately not looking at me or Trent, and explained Mrs. Macpherson's arthritis medication was unavailable. "Roxicodone’s fine," I told her, and she handed me the script to modify and mumbled a thankyou before she almost tripped out of the room.

I looked at Trent, and he tried to hold it in, but he slid down in his chair and burst into loud guffaws of laughter. I threw my scrunched up napkin at him and told him to shut up. "It’s not funny," I told him, though I was trying not to laugh.

"Oh, yes it is," he said, wiping tears from his eyes. "I thought you were exaggerating. But she... she looked... " then he mocked the dazed, stupefied look, imitating Dani's face perfectly. Then he started to laugh again.

I couldn’t help but laugh, then told him, "You're horrible." I packed up our lunch wrappings and discarded them into the trash, walked around my desk leaned my ass against it while Trent tried to compose himself.

I shook my head at him. "It’s not funny. Every time she talks to me, I can’t help but grin at her. She probably thinks I like her."

He grinned. "Don’t you?"

"No," I hissed at him. "I smile at her because I know
you'd
think it was funny."

"Aw," he laughed, "I think you'd make a great couple."

I kicked him in the shin, and he started laughing all over again. "She’s not my type," I deadpanned.

"Is she missing something?" he asked, waggling his eyebrows.

Yes. Blond hair, dimples, a dick...

I didn’t say this of course. I ignored him. "You done?" I asked him.

"Oh," he stood up and patted down his pockets, looking for something. He pulled out a small brown paper bag and handed it to me. "I bought this yesterday at the markets," he told me and shrugged. "But I kinda forgot about it, after what happened with those kids... "

I looked inside the bag and found a single strand of leather. I looked up at him, and he explained, "It’s for you... I put mine around my wrist," he held up his hand, and I could see the strand of leather wrapped a few times around his wrist, tied off with a knot. "But I figured, being a doctor and all, you might want it around your neck."

I was taken aback by this. I was sure it showed on my face, because Trent was quick to tell me, "It’s just junk from a stall at the market, but I thought... " his voice trailed off. Then he looked at me and admitted, "I just wanted something to remember what a good weekend it was, and then those guys said that stuff... "

"It’s great," I told him, pulling the leather strand out of the bag. I handed it to him and asked him to tie it on for me. I lifted my chin up so he could see what he was doing, and I told him, "It was a great weekend, Trent. Regardless of what those kids called us, I still had the best time."

The knot tied, he slid it so it was facing the back. His proximity wasn’t lost on me, he was so close we were almost touching, and when I looked at him, he smiled.

"I had a good time too," he said softly.

I smiled at him, and as much as I wanted to kiss him right then, I didn’t. "Does it look okay?" I asked him.

Then he was all jokes again, "Mmm, your necklace... I think I'd need to see it without your clothes on to really say for certain... "

I rolled my eyes at him and tucked the leather strand under my shirt collar. "Thank you," I told him. "And for buying it for me, you might just very well get to see it without clothes on."

He grinned and groaned. "I better get going."

"Yes, you better," I told him. "I best get back to work, or they'll come looking for me."

"Can’t be caught having lunch with a guy," he teased, half joking, half not.

"Mmm, there’s that," I said and rolled my eyes. "Or if you don’t leave soon, they might walk in and find me doing dirty things to you on my desk."

His eyes popped, and I grinned and walked to my door. Trent stood there looking at me, then at my desk. He pushed down on the solid wood frame. "Seems sturdy enough."

I laughed and walked out of my office, and he grinned and followed me. Nurse Watson met me in the hall. "Oh Doctor, there’s a gastro in cubicle one."

Trent chuckled as he walked out the door. "Have fun with that."

When I got home, all I wanted to do was have a shower. Okay, well that wasn’t all I wanted to do. What I wanted to do
first
, was have a shower.

The house was quiet, but lights were on, and when Bentley met me on the stairs, I knew Trent was upstairs in the attic. Then I heard, "Hey, be down in a sec."

I yelled back to him, "It’s alright. I want to get cleaned up first."

I stripped off and quickly stepped under the water, scrubbing away the day. I washed my hair, scrubbed my body and relished the hot water on my shoulders. It had been a good day, made even better by Trent's visit at lunchtime.

And it wasn’t until I stepped out of the shower, dried myself off and wiped the steam from the mirror that I even remembered his gift. It shocked me at first, seeing the leather strand around my neck, but I loved it. It fitted naturally, and at the front, sat just below where my collarbones meet and when I touched it, it made smiled.

I wrapped the towel around my waist, ignoring the permanent semi I seemed to have since I met Trent. I walked into the hall, heading toward my room, at the same time Trent walked down from the attic.

He groaned low and breathy. "Sweet Jesus," he mumbled.

I looked at him and smiled at his reaction. His mouth was open, and his eyes were... dark.

"You okay?" I asked with a smile. "You look a little... hungry."

He stalked up to me and traced his finger along the necklace he’d given me, then his eyes fix on mine. "I’m fucking starving," he said and pushed me up against the wall in the hallway. He didn't wait for a response of any kind, he just pulled the towel away and dropped to his knees.

He took all of me into his mouth and groaned as he sucked me. I was rock fucking hard in a second, sliding in and out of his mouth, and he devoured me.

"Fuck, fuck, Trent," I groaned.

His hands were on my shaft, pumping me, cupping my sac and pulling. His fingers were rubbing the seam to my hole, and if he kept doing that, I'd be done in under a minute. "Slow, slow," I tried to tell him.

So he went slowly. Savoring every inch of my cock as he took it in his mouth, his hands now held my hips as he fucked me with his mouth. Slowly, so torturously slow, he slid his mouth onto my cock. When I hit the back of his throat, he looked up at me and somehow opened wider, and I felt my cock in his throat.

Up and down, slow and sucking, he took me. He moaned around me, his flattened tongue licked and swirled and every nerve in my body was wired to my groin.

One of my hands fisted his hair, and the other hand cupped his jaw. I traced the corner of his mouth with my thumb, and I felt where we're joined, his lips around my shaft. I felt myself swell in his mouth, my cock throbbed, and I tried not to come. It was embarrassing how quick he could make me come...

And then he groaned and swallowed.

And without thinking, my body moving of its own accord, I pulled his face onto me, thrusting my cock farther down his throat. With a strangled cry, my dick lurched and exploded, and my come poured hot and thick down his throat.

He groaned, and my fingers released his hair, but he continued to suck every drop from my cock. I slumped against the wall. He released me from his mouth, so I could slide down to join him on the floor. My head lolled back, and I tried to lift my hand, but it was too heavy. He chuckled and kissed me, plunging his tongue in my mouth, and I could taste me.

"Fuuuuuuck," I moaned.

"Mmmm," Trent hummed, licking his lips.

My senses came back together, like quicksilver, coming back to whole. I leaned forward, off the wall, and pulled the neck of his shirt, so I could kiss him. "My turn."

Chapter 15

I woke the next morning naked and wrapped deliciously around Trent, smiling as I remembered his talented mouth doing talented things to me in the hall, and then how I'd reciprocated in my bed.

My oral skills were nowhere near as honed as his, but I was getting better. Trent certainly didn't seem to mind last night, not at all. Neither did I, actually, I enjoyed it. The more he moaned, the more he cursed, the more I liked it. Taking him deep in my throat was a skill that would require practice, but I swallowed his come again, a fact I was both pleased with and proud of. I was learning, and I was liking. Giving pleasure was almost as good as getting it.

Almost.

Thinking of such things whilst still in bed, naked, with my body pressed against his had my morning wood seeking some attention. I was horny all the damn time, whenever I touched him. God, I only had to think of him, and my heart thumped, and my cock throbbed.

I knew Trent never woke up particularly cheerful, but I thought of a way to make him smile. Pulling the covers up, I slid down under the blanket and rolled Trent onto his back. His cock was beautiful, even flaccid against his thigh, it was thick and full.

Fuck. It made my mouth water.

Even though it was only five in the morning and he was asleep, I cupped his sac and stroked him, before taking him in my mouth.

He moaned and mumbled, and I lapped at him, sucking his cock to life. He mumbled again, lifting his hips, and then he jolted awake when he realized this was no dream. He threw back the covers to expose me, and I deliberately popped my lips off the head of his dick. "Good morning," I said, smirking at him.

"Yes, it is," he said, his voice was thick with sleep.

I turned my attention back to his waiting cock, and he groaned. "Didn't you have enough of me last night?"

"Mm mm," I hummed around him, and his eyes closed as he groaned.

"’Cause I could never have enough of your mouth," he murmured. "Fuck baby, that’s so good."

I moaned to encourage him to keep talking. I loved his dirty mouth, hearing his pleasure, what he loves and how he loves it. His hands were in my hair, not pushing or pulling, just holding, guiding…

I pumped the base of his cock and sucked the head, tonguing the frenulum, and his back arced. "Oh fuck yeah, baby, just like that!" Then he groaned, long and low. "Your mouth, so warm, so wet…your tongue. Fuck, your tongue."

Then I added my other hand, pulling lightly on his sac and tracing my fingers around his hole, while still working over his cock with my tongue, and his whole body jerked. "Fuck, fuck, oh fuck, Nathan. Gonna come…" he panted, letting go of my hair, fisting the sheets beside him instead.

I hummed on his cock, letting him know I wanted him in my mouth when he came. With a strangled scream, he bucked into my waiting mouth, shooting down my throat. I swallowed everything he gave me before I released him from my lips.

While he was whimpering and writhing through the waves of his orgasm, I knelt forward between his legs, and took my cock into my fist. I was so hard already, so turned on by him, by what I’d just done to him, that I knew it wouldn't be long until I was coming.

"Oh fuck, Nathan," Trent urged me on. He looked at me, heavy lidded and well sated. "Fuck, you look so hot."

I grunted
at him. H
e groaned, and the sound was wired to my cock.

My head fell back and pleasure rolled in waves through my stomach. My fist was flying over my shaft, and when Trent said, "Come on me," my orgasm erupted.

My cock swelled and throbbed in my hand, emptying onto his stomach. Pulse after pulse surged through me and onto Trent in thick, hot stripes of bliss.

I fell forward onto my left hand, my head hung low as the room spun around me. Trent leaned up and kissed me, his tongue sending spasms down my spine.

"Fuck, that was hot," he sighed.

I still couldn’t speak coherently, so I nodded and hummed and fell to my side of the bed. My eyes wouldn’t open, but I was fairly sure he wiped himself off with a shirt off the floor. He leaned across me, pulled up the blankets and snuggled himself against me.

"You can wake me up like that anytime," he said with a chuckle. He peeled back one of my eyelids with his thumb. "You in there?"

I grinned at him. He grinned back at me, and I laughed. We both laid there, smiling, wrapped around each other when we heard the familiar click of dog nails on the wooden floor. I rolled over to see Bentley at the door waiting for me.

I groaned.

Trent laughed. "You started it. I told you he'd expect it."

"Come for a run with us," I suggested.

Trent didn't answer. He just raised one eyebrow with
you've got to be fucking kidding
written all over his face.

I laughed again, and by the time I was dressed in my running gear, Trent was already dozing.

Work was fairly standard, nothing out of the ordinary, and I thought I might even be able to leave a little earlier than normal. Until we got a call to say paramedics were on their way, ETA ten minutes, motorbike accident, two injured, one with suspected spinal injury, one with a compound fractured leg, both with head injuries and extensive cuts and abrasions.

The nursing staff flew into action, prepping everything necessary, and they were on edge. Knowing I wouldn't be home anytime soon, I grabbed my phone out of my office desk drawer and typed a quick text to Trent.

There’s been an accident. Don’t wait up.
