Kalie watched as the new woman was bent over the bench and chained down. Erik’s hands covered Kalie’s naked breasts, avoiding the clamps, and squeezed as they watched the woman flogged. Her owner stroked her slick folds while everyone watched.

But with Erik’s hands on her, Kalie barely saw what was going on in front of them. He stroked around her nipples, then pulled one clamp off, and squeezed her nub. Fire raged through her from her breast straight to her core.

She didn’t care that people were all around them. That people could see him touching her. She just wanted him to keep on doing it.

He pulled the other nipple clamp off and now he squeezed both hard beads with his fingers. She arched forward, her body bombarded with intense sensations shooting from her nipples straight to her core.

One of his hands glided down her stomach, past the clamp on her clit and over her slick folds. When his fingers slid into her opening, she arched her pelvis forward, encouraging him to go deeper.

But instead he slipped out again, his fingers moving to the clit clamp. He teased around the base of her pinched bud with his fingertip, then squeezed the clamp a little tighter, making her gasp. Then he removed it. She shivered as blood pulsed to the tender bud.

Then his fingertip teased over it and she whimpered softly.

The woman in front of them was being fucked by a second man now.

And all Kalie wanted to do was turn around on Erik’s lap and take his cock deep into her body right now. She didn’t give a damn who saw, she was so turned on.

He thrust his fingers deep and she sucked in air. She arched against his hand, feeling the orgasm building inside her.

Oh, God, she was going to come right here in public.

He thrust and she moaned softly, trying to stay quiet.

His thrusts became faster… deeper.

Suddenly, she vaulted over the edge, her hands clinging to his strong forearms as he kept her riding the wave of ecstasy.

When it finally subsided, she slumped against his solid chest, cozy in the shelter of his arms, catching her breath.

“King.”

Another man, tall and handsome, sat down beside Erik.

“Good to see you here again.” The man stared at Kalie. “This is quite a delightful slave you have with you. Are you willing to trade for the night? Two for one.” He gestured to two women standing behind him, their gazes lowered.

“Not this time, Nelson. We just got here and I have my own plans for her.”

“Of course. So maybe later in the week?”

“Maybe,” Erik said.

The man and his two leashed pets walked away.

Erik stood up, tugging her to her feet with him.

“I’m hungry,” he said.

She followed behind him like the other women did, hoping this meant they were going back to the beach house now, but instead he lead her to an outdoor buffet. He attached her leash to a table with hooks fitted for the purpose, then walked to the buffet. He returned several moments later with a plate of food.

She watched as he ate, realizing that she was really quite hungry, too. But he offered her nothing.

Finally, he stopped eating, leaving about a third of the food on the plate, then he pushed it in front of her.

But when she went to reach for some, he grasped her hands and pulled them behind her back, then wound the leash around her wrists.

She gazed at him questioningly.

“Go ahead and eat,” he said. “And do it quickly. It’s the last food you’ll see today.”

Uncertainly, she stared at the food on her plate, her mouth watering. Then she remembered the woman she’d seen earlier drinking water from a bowl. She drew in a breath, then leaned forward and began to eat from the plate. She was able to manage eating small, bite sized pieces of chicken, and nibbling on cold cuts and some cheese. The sticks of celery were too difficult to manage so she pushed them aside with her nose.

When she lifted her head for a break, Erik held a glass of water to her lips and she took a sip. Then she went back to eating. She wasn’t quite finished as much as she’d like when Erik unwound the chain from her wrists.

“We’re leaving now,” he said.

She scooped up one more mouthful, before he urged her to her feet.

He guided her to a lounge chair by the pool, shaded by an umbrella, and they sat down. People were swimming in the glistening water and she wondered if Erik might suggest they go in. She wouldn’t mind a swim.

At a piercing scream, she lurched forward in the chair. A woman appeared from the bushes, running.

“Please help me!” she yelled. She slowed to a stop and glanced around at bystanders, anguish filling her large, brown eyes. “I don’t want to be here. He kidnapped me and forced me to come here.”

She glanced over her shoulder as a man raced from the bushes

“There he is.” She started to run again. “Please someone help me.”

Kalie’s heart pounded and she glanced at Erik. He hadn’t even opened his eyes, just continued relaxing on the lounge chair.

“Erik, won’t you help her?” Kalie watched in horror as the other woman disappeared into the bushes on the other side of the pool, the man closing in on her.

“No,” Erik answered.

Adrenaline raced through her and she knew she couldn’t ignore what was happening. If no one else would help, then she would have to. Her leash was still wound around Erik’s hand, so she reached for the hook where it attached to the collar and pulled it free, then lurched to her feet. She ran in the direction the woman had gone.

She pushed past the bushes and thought she saw a movement on the right, glancing around just in time to see the man disappear again. Kalie raced after him, then pushed through some denser bushes. She heard a woman’s squeals ahead.

Kalie forced herself to keep going, knowing she had to do whatever she could to help the woman. When she got past the bushes, she entered a woods. She saw a man in a small clearing ahead and...

The woman was there, too, but now Kalie realized there were several men. She stopped in her tracks. Two men were manhandling the woman and she was whimpering. Kalie’s heart pounded. She didn’t know what to do. She couldn’t stop all these men from hurting the woman.

“What have we here? A beautiful naked woman alone in the woods.”

She turned to see a broad-shouldered, heavily tattooed man with a ragged beard and muscular torso approaching her with a grin. He grabbed her arm and dragged her to the others.

Terror washed through her as she found herself in the midst of six men. Two were preoccupied with the other woman, but the other four closed in around her.

One wrapped his hand around her neck and pushed her against a tree. As she gazed up at him in panic, she realized it was the man who had been chasing the woman.

He stepped closer, his almost naked body inches from her own. His feral eyes raked over her and she felt a cold shiver race down her spine.

“No,” she protested, struggling against him.

Her skin crawled as he pulled her tight to his body. He wore shorts, but she could feel his bulge hard against her belly.

“No,” she cried again, flattening her hands on his chest, trying to push him back.

He just laughed.

“Paul, she’s mine. Get your hands off her.”

* * *

Erik’s heart pounded at the sight of Paul manhandling Kalie, a few other men he didn’t know gathered around, awaiting their turn.

Kalie’s gaze shot to him, her bosom rising and falling in rapid breaths as he closed the distance between them.

Paul released her and Erik grasped her arm, breaking her out of her frozen terror. She sucked in a breath in a half sob and threw herself into his arms. Her fingers curled around his shoulders as she pressed her head against his chest. He tightened his arm around her, nearly knocked down by the stunningly strong protective instinct that raged through him.

Despite the intensely erotic sensation of her naked body pressed tight to his, all he could think about was making sure she was safe.

He started to walk, guiding her slowly back to the quiet path that lead out of the resort and back to the beach. She was shaky, so he walked slowly. Once they were back at the beach their bare feet padding along the warm sand, she relaxed a little.

“You knew that man,” she said in a shaky voice. “Will the other woman...?” She sucked in a breath. “Will she be okay?”

He squeezed her. “She’ll be fine, Kalie. She and Paul come here several times a year to play out that same fantasy. She wants the experience to feel as real as possible. She loves it when other men join in and she loves struggling against them.”

Her eyes widened. “Oh, God. I feel so stupid. I should have realized.”

He pressed his lips to the crown of her head, the delicate fragrance of her floral shampoo tickling his senses.

“She makes it look very real and you’re new to a place like this. I admire the fact that you saw someone in trouble and did something about it, especially when no one else did.”

She pressed tighter to him. “Thank you.”

“And I’m sorry. I should have said something when you asked me to help her. I was too caught up in my role.”

“No. I should have realized. You’re a good man. You wouldn’t just ignore something like that if it was real.”

He stopped walking and turned to face her, immediately missing the curve of her body against his.

“Why do you say that, Kalie? You really don’t know me.”

She gazed up at him with her innocent, doe-eyes and warmth washed through him at the trust he saw there.

“I just know. I can feel it.”

His gut clenched. She shouldn’t be so trusting. She could get hurt that way.

The house was ahead and he lifted her in his arms and carried her the last several yards. He tapped in the combination on the door, then carried her into the living room and set her down on the couch.

“Want a drink? Or some wine?” he asked as he removed the collar from her neck.

She nodded. “Some wine would be nice, thank you.”

He grabbed a bottle of wine and two glasses from the bar and sat down beside her, then filled the glasses.

“You’re not treating me like your prisoner.” She took a sip of her wine.

He smiled. “Are you disappointed?”

She leaned back against the couch, still holding her glass. He had to fight the urge to glance down at her perfect breasts.

“Not at all. I’m just wondering why.”

“You’ve had a shock. I thought you’d like some time to deal with it. Maybe to talk.”

“Thank you.” She smiled and sipped her wine again. “I’m sure this will help.”

He waited for her to say something, but when she didn’t he finally prompted, “Would you like to talk about it?”

She shook her head. “I just feel stupid about the whole thing now.” She sat back and gazed at him again. “And I feel a little uncomfortable sitting here talking to you naked. May I put something on?”

He smiled at the fact she asked rather than just doing it.

“I like you just like this.”

He hadn’t told her she couldn’t get dressed, yet she didn’t move. That meant she wanted to please him.

“So tell me, Kalie. Why did you decide, after our brief time together during your fantasy scenario, that you wanted to continue seeing me?”

She stared down at her wine glass, circling her finger around the rim.

“I felt a real connection to you. I don’t know how to explain it.”

“I was playing the role of your captor. I commanded you. I overpowered you.”

“Knowing I was willing.”

“Yes. And I understand how realizing a fantasy like that heightens your emotions as well as your desires. But you knew nothing about me except that I could act out a role.”

She shook her head. “I knew a lot more than that. I could feel your power and strength. And the control with which you wielded it. I knew you would never really use it against me. I knew I was absolutely safe with you.”

“So that’s what you want from a relationship with a man? To feel safe?”

She frowned. “There’s so much more to what I said than that. There’s trust. Mutual respect. Caring.” She locked gazed with him. “And what I saw in your eyes that last night we were together… the tenderness…”

His gut clenched. They were treading into dangerous territory.

“Sweetheart, let’s get something straight right now. I’m not falling in love with you.”

“Love?” Her eyes widened in surprise. “I didn’t say anything about love. What I’m looking for is someone I feel a real connection with. Who is strong and caring. Someone I can trust, who’ll be honest with me.”

“Honest in what way?”

She leaned forward and set her glass on the table.

“Look, I went out with this guy for six years. We were in love. Or so I thought. We moved in together and I assumed we’d wind up getting married and starting a family. I was always clear that that’s what I wanted and he said he was on board. Just not yet.” She frowned, her fingers tapping nervously on the coffee table. “The problem was
not yet
became an all too familiar refrain. We never seemed to get any closer to him making a deeper commitment.”
