“Going to come,” Max said, and then planted a hard kiss to her neck.

Votan grunted.

“Yes.

Sexy little cat.

Urgh.”

“Almost.

Fuck.”

They thrust steadily five more seconds.

Michelle squeezed her eyes closed.

Votan’s cock pumped deep and she spasmed once more.

“Ahhh!

Ngh!”

She dug her nails into his shoulders.

“There!” Votan said.

His cock pulsated in her convulsing hole.

“Oof.”

She felt Max’s seed hit inside her ass.

His thrusts became stilted.

Two more warm gushes filled her.

Then she felt Votan’s cum dripping down her inner thigh.

He squeezed her against him, crushing her breasts against his hard chest, and tongue kissed her once more.

Max remained inside her while catching his breath.

He glided his hands over her shoulders.

“That was so good, baby.”

Votan broke his kiss.

“As hot as ever.”

Max pulled out.

She dismounted from Votan’s cock.

That was as much as her weakened legs could do.

She collapsed back in the middle of the bed with her breasts heaving.

Votan nestled to one side of her.

Max came to the other side while pulling the blankets over them.

They slept together, with arms and legs entwined.

No one made any motion to exit their shared bed.

“Isn’t it beautiful?” Votan said.

Michelle moved ahead of him to get a better look.

The precipice before them overlooked miles of dense jungle.

Trees with tangling vines and Spanish moss blocked out the jungle floor.

In the middle of it all was a crystal blue lake.

A parrot flew to a tree near them.

They heard numerous other birds along with hissing bugs and croaking frogs.

Michelle drew in a deep languorous breath.

“I feel like I’ve come home again.

I just want to transform and run through the trees.”

Max moved next to her and wrapped an arm around her back.

“The remains of the temple are on the banks of the lake.

We have an ample fresh water supply, and Chichen is just a short drive away.”

“Not too short,” Votan said.

“No.”

Max smiled at him.

“This is our private paradise now.”

Michelle squinted at the distant lake.

“How are we going to get anything built down here?

There’s no roads to the site.”

Votan snuffled.

“That’s a good thing.”

“We can’t bring heavy machinery, but we’ve got plenty of workers.

We’ll get a road big enough for a truck at least.

It won’t be easy, but we’ll get it done.”

Michelle placed her hand over her belly.

“The baby will be here before our house is built.”

“That’s why we still have the condo in
New York
.”

Max kissed her cheek.

“For now,” Votan said.

“Our family is going to grow up here.”

Michelle let this fact sink in while taking in the view one more time.

“It really is beautiful.”

She went back to the car.

Max caught Votan’s arm before he followed her.

“Where’s our child going to go to school, Votan?

I know they’ll learn a lot from living in the jungle.

We’ll both teach them.

It will be great.

But it’s not a substitute for a real education.”

Votan shrugged at him.

“We’ll do some Internet school or something.”

Max burst out with a laugh.

“What’s so funny?”

“That’s actually reasonable.

I thought you were going to insist they opt out of society or something.”

He looked affronted.

“Of course not.

I want the best for our family.”

Max smiled.

“Me too.”

Votan slowly returned his smile.

“You know that’s probably my baby, right?”

“I know.

But I’ll be daddy too.

And after they’re born we switch sides on her.

I get her front.

You get her back.”

He nodded with a grin.

“We really do make a good family.”

“Yes.

We do.”

He patted his brother on the back and returned with him to their shared mate.

About the Author

Wow…what a journey Mated to the Jaguars was for me.

This is my third ménage story, and I hope you’ll agree it’s one of my best.

When I was thinking of a new ménage I considered sci-fi romance at first.

I’ve done that twice now, and I figured it was time for a change.

Paranormal romance?

Well, I’ve done a male/male wolf shifter series, but nothing hetero so far.

I decided to give it a go.

Paranormal romance has its fads.

Wolves are still strong, but I saw that big cats and bears were also very popular.

I decided I wanted to write about big cat shifters in the
USA
.

For me that meant using native big cats.

If someone can shift into a tiger I think they should be from
India
.

A lion shifter should be African.

Okay, so the first big cat I considered was a cougar.

The word has a lot of different connotations now.

No deal.

Jaguars are in
North America
, and even in the southern
USA
on occasion.

Jaguars sound cool.

Let’s do jaguars!

When I thought about it I realized I’d heard of men who can turn into jaguars before.

The Mayan mythology dealt with that.

Once I dove into that research I ended up with a much richer, more complex story than I thought I’d have.

I took liberties with the mythology, but also derived a lot of juicy information from it.

I’m so thrilled with the results!

I hope you enjoyed the ride.

I enjoyed writing it so much I may just come back to this universe again in the future.

Before Mated to the Jaguar, my last ménage was a sci-fi romance novel called
Bride of the Keil Warriors
.

It took place in a futuristic version of
India
, where social castes were still very strong.

The warriors were being oppressed and Amerset, the female main character, knows she can turn things around if she gets the two Warrior clans to make peace with each other.

She marries the leaders of each clan.

In that way the story is a bit like Mated to the Jaguar.

The two husbands hate each other at first.

This story was an attempt to redeem myself from a past screw-up, while also getting back into the sci-fi romance arena.

Aliens Bride
was my other sci-fi romance ménage prior to
Bride of the Keil Warrors
.

It starred the slave-turned-bride Selena.

I still say this was a good book, with an original storyline, compelling characters, immersive world, and great sex scenes.

The problem, however, is that
it wasn't the ménage readers wanted to read.

It fell off the rails in a big way.

I didn't know where that story was going when I started writing it.

Sometimes I do what us writing-types call 'pantsing' and I just make it up as I go along.

Well...that's what I
say
I do.

The truth is I start out with these characters and they just hijack the story and do whatever the heck they want.

That's what happened in
Aliens Bride
.

I just screwed up.

Boy did readers let me have it!

This was my first ménage and I flew into it blind.

I didn't understand the contract I was making with readers when I put a woman and two hot alien guys on my cover.

Just
check out the reviews
...they ripped me a new one.

And I deserved it.

I know I did.

I should have done better.

I should have lived up to the promise I made readers.

I'm not some big-name literary author who can write fancy-pants stuff that is allowed to have sad endings.

I write romance.

It's a very strict genre.

Expectations have been established by readers and I had a duty to deliver.

This was a failure and it ultimately led to the downfall of the whole
Alien's Bride
series.

Bride of the Keil Warriors
ended up doing extremely well.

I felt I successfully reentered the sci-fi romance arena.

Maybe now I’ll focus on paranormal romance too?

My last book before Mated to the Jaguars was a sweet short story called
Indentured Bride
.

It dealt with a human girl who’d been enslaved by aliens and has a chance to eventually become free if she marries one of her alien masters.

It turned out to be a very touching story, and really resonated with my readers.

My stories tell me how long they want to be, and
Indentured Bride
wanted to be a short novella.

I had a lot of text that was cut away, because none of that added anything to the story.

Indentured Bride
, while compact, was as long as it needed to be to tell the story that I wanted.

I've written a lot of other stuff.

It accumulates fast when you're putting out one or more books a month.

I'm mainly known for my male/male romance, but I have plenty of really good sci-fi romance novels I hope you'll check out.

The
Android's Bride
was my most recent one before
Bride of the Keil Warrors
.

The
Alien's Bride
series has six other ebooks besides that ménage one I was talking about up there.

These books have historically been best-sellers for me.

Most have really great reviews and fan response.

These are the 'Mars Needs Moms' type of books where women are scarce and the aliens are grabbing themselves some brides.

In the
first book
they go 2,000 years in the past to kidnap the first bride they need.

That bride, Maritza, goes on to appear in all the later installments...
as a villain!

It's really kind of cool!
