“And I love you,” she returned, then sent a
light jab to his nose. “
You
, and don’t you forget it. Besides”—she sent a
teasing glance to his cousins, who he was delighted to see sported
amused, indulgent smiles on their faces—“who’d want to be pummeled
by so many huge cocks every day when one is enough for me on a
daily basis, this massive cock right here”—her hand curled around
his flaccid cock, which grew rapidly hard and erect from her loving
strokes—“which is all mine.”

Blood left his head and went south, which
could’ve accounted for his lightheaded state. He struggled to think
about something important he needed to confirm, other than dragging
his delicious wife upstairs so he could ravish her. “You sure you
don’t want my cousins to join us?”

She gave an insouciant shrug. “Maybe
occasionally, to satisfy my fantasy and your needs. But every
night?” She shuddered. “That would be too much for me.”

He leered at her. “How’d you like one more
cock tonight?”

“This?” She squeezed his iron-hard length, a
saucy smile on her face. If he didn’t bury it in her in the next
few seconds, he was going to embarrass himself. “I’d like it very
much. Thank you, sir.”

He wouldn’t last the trip to the bedroom,
not even the few steps to the sofa. He was near to bursting, having
been in constant arousal almost the whole evening. The blanket
would have to do—

And it would serve pretty well, he suddenly
realized.

Tonight was Carly’s initiation into being
shared by the Fortune men, and what better way to cap the evening
than for her husband to make love to her on the same blanket, while
she was covered in the scent and fluids of his cousins? He’d
watched while they’d fucked her and gained satisfaction from it.
Who was to say that they didn’t want to watch, too? That watching
wouldn’t fill something deep within them, the way watching had done
for him?

Carly brushed her thumb over the slit on his
rock-hard cock, and the control he had on his raging lusts
snapped.

He didn’t think he’d ever moved so fast. In
seconds, Carly was lying on the blanket and he was surging into
her. She felt so good, so wet, so hot. Divine, yet earthy. Sweet.
He groaned, as her pussy muscles clenched around him.

Instinct took over.

His mouth plundered hers, even as his cock
did her body. He couldn’t think of anything except how wonderful
she felt in his arms, how giving she was, how tight. Her cries
echoed in his ears, even as her heels dug into his buttocks,
telling him to move faster. Harder.

He lost his finesse, whatever techniques
he’d mastered. He knew only that Carly’s warmth called to him, that
here in her arms, he was home. The one place he wanted to be.
Forever.

They exploded together. The climax hit him
hard, and on the heels of it a love so powerful swelled in him he
was awed, especially when he saw it returned in Carly’s eyes.

* * *

Carly’s body was so satiated she couldn’t
move. She
didn’t
want to move. But the light shining through
the windows told her it was morning, and she should start breakfast
soon. Especially since she had four Fortune men as guests.

A huge, smug smile came to her lips.

Derek had claimed her all night long, there
on top of that blanket that smelled of sex. Their mingled scent
seemed to spur his arousal, and he couldn’t get enough of her. The
sex was fantastic, as always, but there was something different
with her, something that added a fuller flavor to her enjoyment of
sex. Confidence and assurance, knowledge and awareness of her worth
as a woman and as a person, but also a deeper contentment.

Sometime in the night, she’d awakened to
find Derek carrying her to their bed, his cousins trailing behind
them. She’d held out her hand to Oliver, whose eyes had darkened
before catching hold of her hand and pressing a kiss to her
palm.

And that was the start of another round of
scandalous, delicious sex.

She shivered with remembrance, as a hand
slid over her body to cup her breast. She gave a hum of
satisfaction. If she remembered right, she was wedged between Derek
and Adam, as the other guys had stumbled off to the guest bedrooms
once playtime was over. And if she wasn’t mistaken, that was her
husband’s hand on her breast and his cock seeking entrance.

She almost chuckled.

Derek, as horny as ever.

He kissed her on the nape. “Good morning,
wife,” he mumbled.

“Good morning,” she whispered back, lifting
her leg so he could slip in. Just the thought of making love to him
made her wet.

“Mmmmm,” came his hum of satisfaction as his
cock slid home, and he started thrusting with slow thoroughness
into her pussy.

Her breath hitched.

The world outside was quiet save for the
noisy, cheerful chirps of birds. She had the sense that everything
was at peace, even as her husband made love to her with tenderness.
He squeezed her breast and his mouth nibbled on her throat. Soon,
his hand drifted down her body and caressed her clit. A hard press
or two, and her climax rolled over her, not the violent
thunderstorm of last night, but the gentle washing of the waves on
the sand.

“Hmmm…” She turned in his arms and they
kissed like they made love, slow and thorough, savoring. She ran a
hand down his arm, stroking, enjoying his sleepy warmth. He was
already falling back to sleep, though his lips still clung to
hers.

The loud ringing of the bell intruded.

He jerked awake.

“Sh,” she soothed, “go back to sleep. I’ll
see who it is.”

He mumbled, the languor from the sex already
drawing him down again.

Carly slithered out of bed, put on her robe
and trudged down the stairs. She had an idea who it would be. Only
one person ever called on them this early.

She opened the door. “Charlotte, what a
surprise.”

The irony was lost on her sister, who swept
in in her high-heeled red shoes and flowing sundress. As usual, she
was the look of elegance and sophistication, except for the
constant expression of discontent on her face.

“Really, Carly, you’re more of a mess than I
thought.” Charlotte looked at the carnage that was the dining room.
Dirty plates and cutleries were still piled on the table, and a
stained blanket lay on the floor. “What happened here?”

Carly smiled with fond remembrance and
wondered if her sister would be shocked at the answer.
“Sex-a-thon.” A beat. “Five men.”

Charlotte burst into laughter, catty
disbelief ringing in her tone. “No need to pull the wool over my
eyes, Carly. You were lucky to catch Derek, such as it is. With
your figure, your looks…” The insinuation was there in the fading
silence. “Five?
Five?
” Laughter again, the unkind one, before
Charlotte whirled around and continued, as she made her way to the
living room, “Your marriage won’t last long. Once Derek tires of
you—”

“He won’t,” Carly countered as firm as she
could make it. All her life, she’d just accepted whatever her
mother and sister threw at her as the Bible truth. So giving voice
to the contrary wasn’t easy, but after last night, she had
experience to give her voice some weight and confidence.

Charlotte snorted. “Stop with your
delusions. A hunk like Derek is used to models, gorgeous females
with even better bodies. Sooner or later—”

“He doesn’t love them; he loves me.”

“Love?” Charlotte scoffed. “Men don’t
ascribe to it. They know lust. Sex. Beautiful, sexy bodies.” She
struck a pose, showing Carly the clean, sleek lines of her body.
“This. When he tires of you, he’ll come to me—”

“You have a husband!”

Charlotte waved a hand, as though it was of
no import. “Larry? That old, doddering fool? I married him for his
money, but I want a young, virile lover, and I’ve decided your
husband would do.”

Anger surged within her, and she saw with
clarity what Charlotte had been doing. Matthias was right.
Charlotte was an adult and she should’ve known better. She did know
better and she was continuing their mother’s work of putting Carly
down with the end goal of having Carly so incapacitated with
insecurity that she’d push Derek toward Charlotte.

Fat chance.

Her sister’s betrayal hurt, especially after
Carly had believed the best of her and fought for her against
Matthias. Still, Carly might have forgiven her and given her yet
another chance, but not when it came to her husband.

“Derek is mine.” Her voice came out cold and
stern, leaving no room for argument.

“For now, maybe—”

Hot fury crystallized in determined resolve.
Carly straightened and advanced on her sister, not stopping until
she was in Charlotte’s face. “Mine. Derek. Is. Mine. You are not
having him. Ever.” She growled. “Clear?”

“That’s not really your say, is it?”
Charlotte returned coolly, sure of her appeal. Even with her
newfound confidence, Carly knew she hadn’t yet attained her
sister’s level of arrogance. Not that she’d want to. “Derek seems
to want me—”

“Really?” came a male drawl from the doorway
that separated the living room from the dining room.

Carly whirled around. Her husband was
leaning against the wall, and only a towel covered his privates.
His eyes were hooded, and they were trained on Charlotte, whose
eyes lit up at the sight of him. She fairly flew toward him, her
dress trailing behind like a fairy princess’s.

Once, Carly would’ve envied her sister’s
form and gracefulness, but now she could only watch with pity.
Derek in that lazy manner was like the calm before the storm, the
second before the snake with its deadly fangs struck. She had only
to look at the glint in his eyes to know that he’d heard everything
and could barely contain the fury he was feeling.

“Derek,” Charlotte greeted, breathless. Her
greedy eyes roved over his muscled chest and, greatly daring, she
reached out to trail a hand over the wide expanse. “Ooh, you’re
so…
hard
.”
The slightest inflection to give it a double meaning. “I can see
you’ve been working out.”

“You say I want you?”

Her smile was pure coquette. “Don’t you?”
She placed her hands on her waist and twirled, showing her assets.
“I know you want me. My body tempts you, but your honor prevents
you from seeking me out.” Her voice was low and hypnotic. “Well,
you don’t have to any longer. Let’s lay all your cards on the table
so that Carly would also know the truth. Let me show you my
breasts, full and plump, unlike Carly’s—”

“Stop.” He caught her hands when she
would’ve undone her top. “I should’ve made this clear to you
before, and I’m sorry I didn’t. I don’t want you, Charlotte. I’ve
never wanted you. It’s Carly I want, Carly I love.” He dropped her
hands. “And I’ll never leave her.”

For a second, Carly thought her sister would
rave and rant and act like a jilted lover. But then, Charlotte’s
face iced over. Without another word, she straightened and left,
the door banging shut behind her.

Everything was peaceful again, quiet. Like
the calmness after the storm.

Still staring at the door, Carly couldn’t
help feeling a little lost.

Derek strode toward her. “Are you ok?”

She nodded, comforted by the love that was
evident in his hands as he framed her face. His presence soothed
her and filled the void that was created by her sister’s
leaving.

“I’m sorry.” He pulled her toward him and
hugged her. “Your sister is a—”

“Sh.” She placed a finger over his lips,
then settled against his chest. “We’ll probably never see her
again.”

“Sad?”

“A little.” She wondered if maybe she had
decided to overlook her sister’s attitude and had clung to her
because she was the only family she had left. “Now I’m alone in the
world.”

“Not alone.” Derek lifted her chin up to
face him, his gaze intent. “You have me, my cousins, my family.
We’re your family now.”

She’d meant she was alone in the sense that
she’d severed all her connections to her blood relatives when it
hit her that there were all kinds of family. There was the family
by blood and the family by choice.

She wasn’t alone. She still had a family,
one that she’d chosen to have a connection to, one with aunts and
uncles and cousins and her wonderful husband and his dad. And by
God, she would work hard to maintain that connection.

“I love you.” She grinned. “Thank you for
giving me such a wonderful family.” Remembering last night, she
asked, teasing, “And do you ascribe to the saying, ‘A family that
fucks together, stays together’?”

As he shouted with laughter, she tugged on
the towel so that it fell to the floor. His laughter choked off
when she covered his cock with her hand and squeezed with blatant
suggestion. “Now, how about we do something to contribute to the
family numbers?”

Derek reared back, startled. “Are you ready
for—”

Carly shook her head. “Maybe in a couple of
years.” She allowed a mischievous smile to touch her lips. “But
practice makes perfect.”

He mirrored her smile. “Indeed it does.”

And so they practiced.

A lot.
