walked over to the bed and lay down,

I jolted, then
got to my feet, now
angry with her. “Watch your tone.”

She pushed up off the bed, her eyes
blazing. “I will talk to you however I damn well please, and you
need to get it into your thick head that I’m here to destroy you,
not to make love to you, which means I don’t want your eyes on me
or your hands touching me, and I don’t want this,” she swiped out
at my cock, making me jump back, “anywhere near me.”

I
covered my cock and stepped closer.
“You don’t get that choice.”

“
I do, and I’ll kick your ass if
you even try to lay a hand on me
again.”

I lowered my face to hers. “You will
be sleeping in my bed tonight, so stop this shit before I lose my
temper.”

No. Camila should be sleeping
there. She told me she would be in your bed, and after what’s just
happened I believe her.”

She pushed at my chest, trying to get me

bed.

yelled.

stop this nonsense.” I leaned down to kiss her, wanting her to
react as she’d done in the bathroom.

She jerked her head to the side. “Get off
me!”

I kissed her neck. “No,
you
said you
loved me,” I pushed her legs apart, “and you can’t take that
back.”

“
Just get off me, please, just

.”
She tried to push me away, then her eyes shot past me, a look of
fear now on her face. She screamed, “No, Jagger!”

I turned just as something hit
my head, Jagger’s fu
rious face the last thing I saw.
