As a result the majority of the radio sets have been returned to their owners. To confiscate them once again in the Ostrowo district would mean another extremely time-consuming operation for the Bürgermeister and the municipal authorities and might perhaps give the impression among the Polish population that the German authorities were acting haphazardly. I therefore request you to agree tacitly that no further seizures will be undertaken.
