ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Fanny Zanotti grew up in the south of France. She played with a kite on the beach; she sat on the kitchen counter watching her
grand-mère
bake tarts; she rode her bike; she fell in love. She milked goats and made cheese; she travelled the world; she made cakes; she studied to become a product developer and then she studied again to become a pastry chef. Since then, she’s worked with the likes of Pierre Hermé, Heston Blumenthal and Ben Spalding. She currently lives in London and works at Brasserie Chavot.
