Suddenly his movements became erratic, just before he froze and I felt his cock begin to jerk rhythmically as he came, pumping his release deep inside me. I watched his face, the myriad of emotions that crossed his gorgeous features, the obvious pleasure he was feeling, and felt a moment’s satisfaction that it was me, my body, that held him in the grip of an intense passion.

When he was done; when he was no longer emptying into me, he collapsed over my back, his tongue licking the bloodied puncture marks on my neck. I watched him through the mirror as he kissed along my shoulder and down my back as far as he could go without pulling out of me, shivering in reaction to his feather light touch.

I frowned, suddenly frightened of the emotions that filled me as I watched him. He was so beautiful, so incredibly gorgeous to look at, and when he was like this, gentle, caring, all I could feel was panic. I didn’t do gentle. I didn’t do caring. This was about the point where I’d be running out the door. This was why I didn’t normally fuck the same man more than once. I did what I had to do to avoid emotions coming into it, but this man, this vampire wouldn’t leave me alone. Why; why wouldn’t he leave me alone? He wasn’t exactly one for happily ever after either, so why was he here?

He straightened and I clenched around him; the feel of him still inside me triggering little aftershocks of pleasure. He was softening though, which worked out nicely because the orgasmic glow was rapidly wearing off. It was time to get Damien the hell out of my bathroom but first I had to get his cock out of me.

I wiggled my hips and he took the hint, pulling back, sliding free of my body. A rush of our combined release trickled from me, and without saying a word I walked over and turned on the taps to my shower. When the water temperature was right, I stepped in and started to close the door behind me, until it jammed and when I turned, Damien was climbing in after me.

“Shouldn’t you be getting home?” I asked him and he sighed.

“So the minute my cock is out of you, you’re back to being a bitch is that it?” His voice sounded almost weary.

“I’m not comfortable sharing my shower with another person.”  I said.

He snorted. “That’s bullshit and you know it Flame. I don’t know what the hell your problem is. I’m not trying to move in with you. I’m not looking for happily ever after; I don’t do fucking relationships. I know you’re going to leave town eventually so you can stop getting your panties in a knot.” He took the soap off me and began to lather up his chest. “Are you sore? If you are, it will pass. You had enough of my blood that by morning there will be no trace of me left on you or in you so you can relax.”

I frowned at the tone in his voice. Why did he sound so angry? He said he had never had any interest in a relationship, and neither had I, so he should be happy that I was keen to push him out the door. I stared at his chest, watching the soap suds run down over his stomach, following his happy trail until they divided to stream down either side of his still semi erect cock. When I finally raised my head, he was watching me, his eyes gleaming bright green, something showing in them that I couldn’t read.

I shivered, wondering what the hell was wrong with me. My heart was suddenly racing, my legs trembling and I felt inexplicably nervous as I stared at him. I didn’t know what the hell was going on with me; all I knew was the feelings running through me right now scared the absolute crap out of me.

Our eyes stayed locked together until slowly he reached out, trailing a finger down my cheek, neck, over one breast, and on down the front of me, finally slipping his hand between my legs. He never shifted his gaze from mine as he pushed two fingers into me and I gasped, my teeth biting down on my bottom lip.

Damien made a sound, a low growl or groan. It was hard for me to hear it over the noise of the water, but I watched, seemingly powerless to react as his head moved closer and closer to mine, finally blotting out everything but his lips as they descended towards me. When his mouth closed over mine I sighed, and as his tongue pushed past my lips all thoughts of running, the fear, the panic over what I was feeling, vanished. As he kissed me, all I could think of, all I could focus on, all my senses were aware of, was him.

As he deepened the kiss, as he lifted me pushing me up against the tiles of the shower, all I could do was wrap my legs around his waist. When he lunged and drove that big beautiful cock into me, all I could do was moan and curled my arms around his neck. I hung on through every surge of his hips, feeling the intensity of it all over again. For a moment before another breathtaking orgasm possessed me, holding me in the grip of something powerful, I wondered if any other man would ever be able to make me feel the way Damien could.

Chapter Twelve

Damien

When Damien let himself into his sire’s home a few hours later, he was exhausted. Francesca had just beaten him home and she looked about as fucked as him. She smelled like a woman who had spent her night fucking too and he grinned at her. “Been flat out on your back tonight hey Fran?”

She gave him her classic smile; that one that was a cross between sarcasm and a smile. No one was quite like her for the expressions. She acted like everyone were toys for her to play with and ridicule, but he knew underneath her ‘don’t give a shit’ exterior, she did care. She’d proven it numerous times. He suspected something had happened in her dark and distant past to make her the way she was but he didn’t know what. He was pretty sure Fabian knew. His sire knew everything but whatever it was, he’d never shared it with any of them.

“You smell like sex and soap.” Fran eyed him off before sniffing at him. “And with a trace of blood.” She narrowed her eyes at him. “So who are we fucking now? I know you’re not hunting for one night stands brother dear. Are you still chasing the pole dancer?”

“Fuck is nothing private in this damn house? I thought vampires were supposed to be dark and dangerous, not a bunch of gossiping old women.” He growled.

She burst out laughing. “We are dark and dangerous but you should know, nothing goes unnoticed in this house. I’m just surprised that you, Mr Man Whore Extraordinaire would dare to sully yourself by dipping into the same pussy pool more than once. You do pride yourself normally; on how many you can fuck your way through in a year. So why this one; what’s different about her?”

Fran threw herself down on one of the lounges as Damien began to pace around the room, raking his hands through his hair. Her eyes followed him as he paced, and his obvious frustration was more revealing to her, than he could have realised.

“She was only supposed to be a one night stand like all of them, but she wouldn’t agree to come with me. Damn bitch called me a loser; me? She’s such an annoying, frustrating, enormous pain in the ass Fran.” He stopped pacing briefly to look over at her but amazingly she didn’t respond, just watched him. “I can’t mind control her. She’s not a witch, she’s a telekinetic, she can move things with her mind and when she’s pissed with me, she throws things at me. I’ve had to become good at deflecting things or catching them.” He grinned.

“So she likes to throw things at you? How funny brother dear, now continue.”

“I finally got to fuck her when I thought I was going to go mad with desire for her and damn, fucking her is intense. She has the most deliciously tight little cunt.” His mind drifted, thoughts of Flame filling his head, and as he became lost in the kaleidoscope of images, he forgot all about Fran’s presence. “I had no intention of going back and fucking her again, but…but.” He didn’t want to tell her he couldn’t get it up with the other women he’d tried to use for blood and sex. “Can you believe she handed me over to her friend like I was a piece of fucking meat? Me? I’m not her toy to pass on for others to borrow and play with.”

“So you found a woman who isn’t looking to become a permanent fixture in your life. She fucked you, moved on, and even gave her friend to you, and you’re pissed off?” Fran’s expression was incredulous. “I don’t see what the problem is. She sounds like the perfect woman. She doesn’t want to live the fairy-tale of forever with you.” Suddenly her eyes widened. “Oh, was the friend ugly was she?”

He snorted. “No she wasn’t. She’s beautiful. I brought her here, but you weren’t home or you’d have seen for yourself.”

“So what’s the problem? Flame gave her to you; she wanted you too. She’s beautiful; you fucked her, so I think you’re just being too picky or maybe you’re going senile in your old age brother dear.”

Damien couldn’t tell her he hadn’t fucked the friend due to his lack of a hard on.

“Yeah, sometimes things aren’t as they seem Fran. All I know is for some reason I fucked Flame again. I don’t know why I went back to her. Well I do, I needed to feed her blood; she was sore from us fucking. She’s unbelievably tight and it’s impossible not to hurt her. She’s so annoying though, she fights me all the time. Even when I’m trying to help her, she won’t just accept my help; she has to argue and resist me, constantly. She gets me so angry, so fucking frustrated. Everything I say and do, she has to argue with me, and then with all the fighting, suddenly we’re fucking again. Half the time I want to strangle her, then I want to fuck her and then I want to fuck her while I strangle her.” He stopped his eyes meeting Fran’s. “I’m tired. I’m going to bed. Good night.” He said, abruptly ending the conversation. He didn’t wait for her to reply; simply spinning on his heel, striding from the room.

Flame

When I crawled out of bed the next morning, late since I overslept, I braced myself for Chloe’s barrage of questions. I was certainly expecting a few because she’d been there, right in the middle of it, when Damien had turned up at the door, brandishing my panties around like he was waving the fucking Australian flag.

The bastard had really enjoyed my discomfort and there was no way Chloe could miss that we’d obviously had sex and that was why I lost my panties. She saw us go upstairs too, but had she been awake to notice he hadn’t come back down again until close on daybreak?

I was relieved at least that my body bore no lasting pain from him and I fucking again. Damn man needed to stay away from me. I don’t know why I was so weak when it came to him. It had to be the chemistry between us. As much as I wanted to hit him sometimes, I couldn’t deny the attraction between us. It was volatile, I conceded that. It was like throwing a match into a petrol tanker. It was explosive and that’s probably why we fought with as much passion as we fucked.

I just couldn’t seem to say no to him, or maybe I could, but he wouldn’t listen; so we’d fight, we’d touch and then suddenly we’d be fucking. If only he sucked at it, but he didn’t. Having that cock of his in me; feeling those piercings rubbing every sensitive nerve ending was an unbelievable turn on, and I came spectacularly every...fucking...time.

My greatest fear was he would ruin me for any other man. Would sex ever be the same again with a man who wasn’t pierced? He was going to be a hard act for any man to follow and that worried me. I had already let him in more than I should have.

Sighing, I walked into the kitchen to get my caffeine injection only to find Chloe already there, getting herself a bowl of cereal and making coffee. She smiled at me, but I could see the questions in her eyes. No way would she let it go and pretend she hadn’t seen Damien with my panties in his hand. She would be dying to know what was going on; she was just that kind of person.

“Morning.” I mumbled at her and sat down at one of the stools at the breakfast bar.

She gave me her usual bright smile. Chloe was one of those people who always seemed bright and bubbly; always appeared to be happy, disgustingly so in fact. It was impossible to be angry with her or to be rude to her because of her upbeat personality.

“Coffee?” She asked and I nodded.

“Please, has there ever been a morning where I’ve said no?” I gave her a brief smile.

She gave me an answering grin and darted around the kitchen like she was spring loaded, making my coffee, finally placing the steaming brew in front of me. I gratefully took a couple of sips and waited for the questioning to begin. I didn’t have to wait long.

“So you and Damien have a thing going on?” She asked, wiping down the bench tops and not looking up at me.

I snorted. “No, no we fucking well don’t.” I said.

She looked up at me. “He had your panties in his hand; he had them in his pocket. He made it pretty clear you two had made love.”

I laughed out loud. “Damien and I don’t make love, we fuck. That’s it, just fucking; hard, intense fucking but nothing else. Don’t let that soft heart of yours turn this into a romantic thing Chloe. I have no desire to be in a relationship with anyone and sure as hell not him. You know what he’s like. He can barely do happily for the night let alone happily ever after.”

“He likes you Flame. I’ve never seen him like that with any other woman.” She rolled her eyes. “Trust me, there’s been a few. He can pick up a woman a night and he just takes them off somewhere, his home or something but that’s it. I’ve never seen him as worked up as he was last night with you. I think he likes you.”

I groaned. “Don’t make it out to be more than it really is. I was nothing more than a challenge to him. I rejected him the first time he came onto me; I called him a loser.” I grinned at the memory of his expression and glanced up when Chloe gasped.

“You didn’t?” She gaped at me, her eyes wide. “How can you call him a loser? He’s gorgeous. You are so lucky to have had the chance to be with him. I’d love for him to make love to me.” Her expression was dreamy.
