Gabriella filled Josephine in on Jemma’s wicked plan last
summer. She also told Josephine what she said to Jemma in
regards to her plan, and then about how Joey had called her a
whore to her face.
“She really did that?”
“Yup.”
“And you said that to her?”
“Yup. I told her how dirty that was of her.”
“She’s gross. I’m never talking to her again.”
“I’m sure you will.” Gabriella said, remembering they have all
been friends since high school.
“Why are you going to talk to her again? You’re not inviting her to
your wedding are you?”
“I don’t plan on talking to her, no.” Gabriella said. Joey’s face
sighed in relief. “But if she tries to talks to me and apologizes I
just may.”
“Oh. You do know she told me last week that she tried sleeping
with Joey but he shot her down.”
“Actually Joey told me that one.”
“Well, did you know she purposely went to that party without
inviting you because she knew Joey would want you more?”
“Nope. That’s new information.”
“Yeah and she said she was going to personally see to it that you
and Joey don’t end up married.”
“Really now? She said that?” Gabriella asked, not waiting for an
answer. “That might explain why she would tell Vinny I wanted
him all last summer.”
“She told him that? She grabbed him away from me tonight
because she said she had something important to tell him. He
looked like he didn’t want to be bothered with her.”
“That’s why they were talking, I guess. So what does she think I’d
leave Joey for Vinny?”
“I guess so, the start of another one of her wicked plans.”
“How was the rest of your night?”
“It went okay. I got a couple of guys numbers.”
“Oh that’s wonderful.”
“I can’t believe that Jemma would leave with him like that.”
“What did Sara have to say about that?”
“She said she’s not getting involved.” .
“Oh and why not?”
“I don’t know, she says Vinny’s a dirt bag and he should just be off
limits.”
“Maybe he should be. Hey Josie, I got to go Joey’s right next to
me.”
“Ok that’s cool. I just wanted to let you know, I’m not mad at
you.”
“Good I’m glad about that.”
“Call me tomorrow?”
“Of course, I’ll call you tomorrow.”
“Ok good night.”
“Night sweetie, sweet dreams”

When Gabriella got off the phone, Joey had a few words
about Jemma,
“so we could have met a year ago at a party huh? You know what
Gabriella, things don’t just happen for a reason, sometimes people
make them happen or keep them from happening.”
“Yes and the conclusion to Jemma’s madness, is that you and I are
meant to be.”
“Is that how you think?” Joey questioned, with a smile. “I like it”
“Thanks.”

Joey started to laugh at Gabriella’s thank you, and began to
tickle Gabriella her sides causing her to laugh too. Joey stopped
tickling and moved his hands under her shirt, brushing his hands
against her back as he kissed her till she was lying down on the
bed. Gabriella slowly took off Joey’s shirt, forcing his hands out
from under her back, and above his head. Joey shook his head
sexily to the side, while his shirt was removed over his head,
turning Gabriella on.
“Joey, you’re so sexy.”
“Not as sexy as you.”

Joey pulled Gabriella’s shirt up as she lifted the lower half
of her back up, placing her weight on her feet. Gabriella then sat
up so Joey could remove her shirt completely from her body. Joey
laid inside of Gabriella’s legs, kissing her softly, telling her he
loved her. Gabriella told Joey she loved him back.
“Gabriella. The things you say to me.” Joey responded.

Gabriella laughed lightly to Joey’s words as Joey pulled
down Gabriella’s shorts, and she extended her toes to be sexily as
he slid them off her feet. Joey slid his hand up and down
Gabriella’s legs, with a warm loving touch. Gabriella undid Joey’s
buckle, buttons and zipper as she yanked at his pants till they were
around his feet. Joey then removed his pants, then slidding down
Gabriella’s panties slowly, kissing her down her legs. Gabriella
extended her toes to be sexy again, and Joey grunted in approval,
assuring she indeed turned him on when she did so. Gabriella then
took off Joey’s boxers as she was the one to remove them from
around his ankles, throw them to the floor. Joey took off
Gabriella’s bra and said,
“the best for last,” as he grabbed her breasts cupping them with his
fingers and palms.

Joey pinched both nipples with both hands, and then placed
his arm around Gabriella’s lower back, holding her tight. Gabriella
posited herself for Joey to enter inside of her, making herself
comfortable. Joey looked into Gabriella’s eyes, “forever?” He
questioned before he entered.
“Forever.” Gabriella replied, closing her eyes and kissing Joey a
vow of eternity.

Joey slid into Gabriella gently, soon finding her g-spot.
Gabriella was in sheer pleasure as Joey was making love all over
her body with his mouth, while holding her tightly close to him.
“Right there.” Gabriella confessed, when Joey hit her spot.
“Oh yeah?” Joey teased, hitting her spot harder.

Gabriella clung her fingertips into Joey’s back, making sure
not to use her nails for she didn’t want to cause him pain. Joey
continued to hit her spot, feeling good as well.
“I love you.” Joey said, opening up his eyes and looking into
Gabriella’s.

Gabriella opened her eyes and looked into Joey’s. Joey
looked into Gabriella’s eyes, trying to find their dead center,
Gabriella did the same. When their eyes met at both their dead
centers, they both found complete trust in another.
“I trust you, Joey.” Gabriella said.

Joey continued on, hitting her spot. Gabriella’s fingertips
pressed harder into Joey’s back.
“You like that, don’t you?” Joey said, still looking into Gabriella’s
eyes. “I trust you too.” Joey admitted, while seeing down to her
soul. Gabriella felt Joey’s soul looking into hers as she felt
lifelessly, eternity bound with Joey.
“Eternity?”
“Eternity.” Joey concluded, continuing to hit Gabriella’s spot.
Joey started to hit her spot harder causing Gabriella to orgasm.
Gabriella let out the moans of the sexual pleasure Joey had casted
upon her. Joey reached his climax, and quickly cuddled Gabriella
in his arms.
“When will we have babies?” Joey asked Gabriella, while tenderly
rubbing her back.
“When we’re ready.”
“When’s that going to be?”
“I don’t know, after we’re married.” Gabriella said, not sure when
she would be ready for a baby.
“All right.” Joey said, kissing Gabriella’s forehead good night.
Gabriella gave Joey a sweet enduring kiss on the lips.
“Good night, my love.”
“Good night, Mrs. Faithful.” Joey said, remembering back to
Vinny and how he believed in his heart, Gabriella would always be
faithful.

Chapter Sixteen

When Gabriella woke up, Joey wasn’t in bed. Figuring it
must be late, Gabriella looked at the alarm clock, noting it was
eleven- thirty in the morning. Gabriella soon spotted Joey sitting
at the desk in nothing but his boxers. Gabriella went over and
kissed his shoulders as she wrapped her arms around his back.
“What are you doing silly? Come lay with me in bed.” Gabriella
said.
“I’m writing up my guest list. I’m going to have to make a few
phone calls to get all the addresses.” Joey said, holding up his
address book.
“You keep an address book Joe?”
“Yeah of course, don’t you?”
“Well no. My mom has one downstairs. I never thought to have
my own.” Gabriella said, thinking how it was cute that Joey kept
an address book.
“Well now I don’t have that luxury.”
“Aww baby. Well I guess, I’ll never have my own address book
now will I? You know married couples only keep one.”
“Yeah, I guess I’ll have to get rid of my black book then.”
“You’re not funny Joey. You don’t really have one, do you?”
Gabriella asked, letting go of her hold on Joey from behind.
“Nope. No girls were worth getting their digits.”
“Right.”
“That doesn’t make you feel special?” Joey asked, standing up and
grabbing Gabriella, who was naked, and brining her into his arms.
“Maybe.”
“Didn’t I show you how special you are to me last night?”
“Show me again?”
“Well of course.” Joey said, taking Gabriella to the bed.

Joey and Gabriella were unable to keep their hands off each
other since the moment they met, this morning was no different.
Joey got a little creative this time with Gabriella, trying new
positions. Gabriella felt like she was walking on a cloud when
they were fulfilled. Joey had been so loving and attentive, she
couldn’t help herself, but to tell him how much she loved him, over
and over again. They lied in bed for awhile until there was a
knock on Gabriella’s door. Both Gabriella and Joey threw clothes
on quickly. Gabriella went to unlock the door, and called out
‘come in’ as she was walking back over to sit on the bed.

It was Gabriella’s father at the door.
“Hey Joey, Hello Gabriella. We’re barbequing today, dinners at
two-thirty, and Gab your in charge of the zucchini. So make sure
it’s done by then.”
“No problem dad.” Gabriella said. Her father then closed the
door.
“So your family eats early on Sundays?”
“Yes, very Italian of us no?”
“I like that. My mom always made Sunday gravy and we ate
early.”
“Oh we usually have macaroni but it varies in the summer.”
“All right, we’ll go get cooking. I have phone calls to make
anyway.”
“Fine.” Gabriella said, showing Joey she didn’t want to leave him.
“Love you.” Joey said, puckering his lips out for a kiss.

Gabriella gently kissed Joey’s lips.
“Love you too.” Gabriella said. She then walked out of the room,
only to come right back in.
“Hey thought you were going to cook?”
“Well I have some time. I’m going to go take a quick shower.”
Gabriella announced, walking into the bathroom.
“I’m coming.” Joey said, following her into the bathroom.

Gabriella ran the water, and took off the clothes she had
thrown on from last night when her father knocked on the door to
the ground.
“I said a quick shower.” Gabriella said, noticing Joey was getting
naked too.
“All right, a quick shower.”
“I mean it Joe.”
“Gab. I’m fulfilled.” Joey said, wrapping his arms around her
lower waist and pulling her close.

Gabriella gave him a kiss on the check, and then
unwrapped his arms. She then hoped into the shower, with Joey
following after. Gabriella got her hair wet, and stepped out of the
water so Joey could get himself wet. As Joey was under the water,
Gabriella lathered her hair with shampoo.
“Skaddle.” Gabriella said, moving her hand, fingernails facing up
with a wave as her hand turned over now, now with her palm
facing up.
“All right, you don’t have to be so mean.” Joey said, cutely,
moving out of the water.

Gabriella poured shampoo into Joey’s hand, while standing
under the water rinsing her own hair. When Gabriella’s hair was
rinsed, she gave Joey the water and put conditioner in her hair.
While she was waiting for the conditioner to set for a few minutes,
she lathered up her body with her body wash, and cleaned herself.
“Need any help with that?” Joey asked, letting the power massager
pound on his back.
“Baby, I said a quick shower.” Gabriella said, quick to realized
Joey looked upset. “Can you turn the water back to the rinse
setting please so I can rinse off?”

Joey changed the setting for Gabriella, and then took the
body wash she offered him. Gabriella rinsed herself, and then left
Joey in the shower while he was washing his body. Gabriella dried
off, put her hair up in a towel and then wrapped another towel
around her body. Gabriella knew, Joey had expected more
intimacy in the shower so she waited for him with a towel outside
of the shower doors. When Joey was done, Gabriella handed him
the towel and gave him a loving kiss with tongue. She wanted to
show Joey, she too wished they had more time to be intimate in the
shower.
“You at least could have washed me, or even watched me.” Joey
said, in his cute voice, while giving Gabriella a puppy dog look,
suggesting she had hurt his feelings.
“Sweetie pie we have our whole lives to take showers together.”
“Well can you at least promise we can get in there tonight?” Joey
said, letting his eyes light up while he pointed to the hot pink hot
tub in the bathroom.
“Yes my little baby, anything to make you happy.” Gabriella said,
as she yanked down Joey’s towel in a playful mood.
“Oh you think you’re funny.” Joey said, chasing Gabriella out of
the bathroom and into the bedroom.

Joey grabbed Gabriella, smacked her onto the bed, and he
began tickling her. Gabriella began to laugh hard.
“Joey, stop it.”
“Nope.”
“Please?” Gabriella requested, taking a firm hold of both of Joey’s
wrist.
“Hey how did you do that?” Joey asked, acting surprised Gabriella
was able to grab a hold of his wrists.
“I don’t know.”
“I know how.” Joey said, as though they were playing detective.
“I let you.” He said, he then easily shook off Gabriella’s hold over
his wrists. He tickled her again, but only for a moment and said,
“because I can.”
“I really thought I had you.” Gabriella said, laughing to herself.
“Go make your zucchini.” Joey instructed.

Gabriella started following his orders, but first gave him a
kiss on the check.
“So cute.” She said, and then she squeezed his checks.

Gabriella then got dressed quickly, leaving Joey behind in
their bedroom, lingering behind, feeling adored by her.
When Gabriella got back to the room, she handed Joey a
cup of coffee and a banana. She placed her own coffee down on
the night stand.
“I got all the addresses.” Joey said, proud to inform. “Even my
mothers. I talked to my brother and he’s going to see if she wants
to go out to dinner next Sunday. I’ll only go if you go.”
“Of course, do you think she’d want to go?”
“Yeah, she’s been trying for years. I just hope I don’t have to see
my step father.” Joey said.
Gabriella gave a smile showing she was pleased she’d be
meeting his mother. “Maybe we should go downstairs and join
your family.” Joey suggested. “I haven’t seen much of them since
I’ve been living here.”
“Ok, but first.” Gabriella said, clicking a random shot with her
camera of Joey as he was sitting on the bed sipping his coffee.
“Hey what was that for?” Joey asked, going to grab the camera
from Gabriella to see the candid shot she had just taken.
“For your Facebook silly. Perfect” Gabriella said, while she and
Joey looked at the picture she had just taken.
“That is actually a good shot.” Joey admitted. “Here take more.”
Joey requested.
Joey stood up, placed down his coffee, and then put his
body and face into a pose.
“You’re perfect.”
“You think?” Joey questioned, posing again for Gabriella to take
another picture.
“Well, perfect for me.” Gabriella said, kissing his nose while
taking a shot of them, holding the camera out far with her arm.
“Oh that one must be cute.” Joey said, still feeling adored.
Gabriella took a few more pictures of Joey, and then she
had the brilliant idea of setting the timer on her camera, propping it
on the desk.
“Hey sit down on the bed.”
“All right.” Joey said, aware of what Gabriella was planning on
doing.
Gabriella sat on Joey’s lap, and they both faced the camera.
“Okay. It’s going to take three pictures two seconds apart.
Starting. . .”
Gabriella saw the red of the flash began to go off, and
stopped her sentence to smile for the picture. Joey also saw, the
picture was going to go off and he too smiled for the picture.
When the flash went off the second time, Gabriella turned her
head, and gave Joey a kiss on the check while Joey raised one
eyebrow, suggesting to the camera, he was one lucky guy. When
the flash went off the third time, Joey placed his lips gently on
Gabriella’s shoulder causing Gabriella to smile with delight, as she
turned her head downward and to the side.
When they were done, they took a look through of all the
pictures.
“I love this one.” Joey said, when they reached the last picture.
“I love them all. You’re one hot subject.”
“I really love this one.” Joey said, continuing on to look at the last
picture. Gabriella took a second look at the picture. She noticed,
she and Joey looked very naturally in love.
“It is a good picture, very natural.”
“Can we upload this onto Facebook now?”
“I have to go stir the zucchini, and it’s almost time to eat so we
should get downstairs, but I promise as soon as were done eating
we can.”
“Oh fine.” Joey said, with a cute face.
Joey and Gabriella began walking down the stairs toward
the kitchen. “Does your Facebook say in a relationship or
engaged?”
“Engaged, silly.” Gabriella said, when they reached the bottom of
the steps.
Gabriella looked at Joey, he was smiling with sheer
happiness.
“Good.”
Joey and Gabriella made their way outside to the patio.
“Hey there they are.” Linda said, delighted to have her daughter
and her fiancé join them before dinner.
“Even though he’s living under our roof we barely get to see him.”
George commented, on Joey’s late hours of work.
“We’ll we were home all day yesterday but you guys weren’t.”
Gabriella pointed out “Joey did however get to meet Mary, is she
home today?” Gabriella asked.
“Yes. She’s downstairs getting dressed. She’ll be up in time for
dinner.” Linda said, filling Gabriella in.
“Joey, do you want something to drink? Gabriella, get Joey a
drink.” George said, pointing over to the outside bar.
“Thanks for asking me dad.”
“What do you guys have?” Joey asked, looking over to the bar,
and noticing there were a few blended drinks in glass pitchers.
“Well, we have strawberry daiquiris, pina colodas, and spiked fruit
punch.” Linda said.
“Wow.”
“Linda got a new mix drink blender thing at one of those
Tubberware like parties a few weeks ago, and she’s been buying
drink mixes and blending things up ever since. I’ve spent a fortune
on alcohol, since.” George said, laughing. Joey also laughed at
George’s comment.
“Which one do you suggest most?” Joey said, looking at Linda.
“I like the fruit punch the best. There’s real fruit in there you know
plus a few different alcohols.” Linda said, then giving George a
look in regards to the alcohol comment he had made moments
before.
“Come on Joey, you can take a sip of all three and then decided.”
Gabriella said, taking Joey’s hand into her own.
“All right.” Joey said, letting off a smile for Gabriella’s parents to
see how happy he was, Gabriella had taken his hand.
Gabriella led Joey over to the bar, and Joey sampled all
three mixed drinks, deciding on the fruit punch. Gabriella poured
herself a strawberry daiquiri, topping it off with the whipped cream
placed at the bar.
“Let me get some?” Joey asked Gabriella, when she was finished
swirling whipped cream on top of her drink.
“Sure.” Gabriella said. She dipped her finger into the whipped
cream swirled over her drink, and then smeared it on Joey’s nose.
Joey started to laugh.
“Lick it off.”
“Nope.”
“Hey.” Joey said, with a cut puppy dog face.
“Oh fine.” Gabriella said, feeling she couldn’t say no to
how irresistible Joey’s puppy dog face was.
Gabriella licked Joey’s nose, then licking her lips and said,
“yummy.” She then took a napkin off the bar and wiped Joey’s
nose for him. Joey was tempted to grab the whipped cream off the
table and swirl it on Gabriella’s head, but thought it was best to
behave.
“You’re lucky.” He said.
“Oh how so.”
“You’re lucky your parents are outside and I haven’t squirted
whipped cream down your shirt yet.”
“Yet?”
“Yeah. I plan on going out to the store later and getting us a can of
whipped cream for tonight.” Joey said, with a smirk.
“Oh really?” Gabriella asked, not waiting for an answer as she
walked back to the table where her parents were sitting, and sat
down.
Joey followed as soon as he was able to shake the thought
of licking whipped cream off of Gabriella’s body out of his head.
Joey sat down next to Gabriella.
Joey enjoyed his time with Gabriella’s parents, and her
sister. He felt accepted by them, and was pleased they would be
his family soon. George had called him son, making Joey feel
tremendously happy he viewed him that way. They spent most of
the dinner discussing wedding plans, and Gabriella felt a lot of
pressure from her mother. Her mother commented, tomorrow was
August sixth and the wedding was September twenty-second. That
put a lot of pressure on Gabriella to get everything done in time.
When Joey and Gabriella got back to her room, Gabriella
uploaded the pictures from her camera onto the computer, and then
asked Joey to log into his Facebook account. Joey wasn’t as eager
as he had been before about putting the pictures up. His mind was
still on the idea that George had called him son. Joey logged into
his Facebook account, and saw the comment Gabriella left him
days before.
“You left me a comment?”
“Of course, I missed you.” Gabriella said, sitting down on Joey’s
lap.
“I feel special.”
“That was the point.”
Gabriella uploaded the pictures from her computer onto
Joey’s account. She then tagged herself in the pictures she was in
so her friends on Facebook could get a good look at Joey. After,
she set Joey’s profile picture to the last of the three they had taken.
She then went to Josh’s page, clicked on his friends list, and
instructed Joey to friend request everyone of Josh’s friends page he
knew.
“I wasn’t serious about using this page.” Joey said, reminding
Gabriella he only wanted a page to check up on her.
“Facebook is fun.” Gabriella said, in her attempt to get Joey into
being a Facebook account user.
“All right, guess I’ll give it a try.”
Gabriella sat on Joey’s lap, while watching everyone he
friend requested. She then saw him sent a request to her page for
her to confirm she was the one he was engaged too. Joey found
this as a small step to be the most important part on his logic of
creating a Facebook page. Joey then made his first status ever.
‘With my dream girl. Forever <3.’
“Aww.” Gabriella said, watching while he typed the words.
“That pretty much sums it up. Don’t expect me to update my
status much.”
“Oh no? You’re not going to update it to ‘in the hot tub with the
hottest girl ever later?’” Gabriella teased, wanting to set an
example of how much fun Facebook could be to use.
“Maybe.” Joey said, while clicking on Gabriella’s page wanting to
check up on her.
“Change that.” Joey said, pushing Gabriella off of him.
When Gabriella sat down on the computer chair, she saw
what troubled Joey, and what he was talking about. It was a
picture of her and her guy friend.
“He’s just a friend.”
“Just change it please.” Joey said, kneeling on his knees beside
her.
Gabriella logged Joey off of Facebook, and logged herself
in. She quickly clicked on the pictures displayed first on her page
she had just tagged herself in. She came to the picture she had
taken of her and Joey, the one where she held out the camera while
giving him a kiss on the nose. She hit, make profile picture, and
set the cropping to her liking. She then clicked the okay button to
confirm the cropping of the picture she set. She went back to her
profile and asked Joey,
“better?”
“Much.” Joey said, standing up from his kneeling position to his
feet.
Joey watched while Gabriella confirmed who she was
engaged to. He smiled as he saw his name on her profile.
‘Engaged to Joey Layeso.” It read. Joey then glanced at the
clock, realizing it was only four-thirty. “Do you want to go do
something?” He asked.
“Sure. Do you want to take a ride over to the house your
building?”
“I was hoping I could hold you off on that until it was done being
built.”
“Oh.” Gabriella said, a little disappointed. “All right.”
“I want to bring you somewhere.” Joey said, holding out his hand
for Gabriella to stand up from the computer desk.
“All right, but do I need to put makeup on?” Gabriella questioned,
putting her hand in Joey’s and standing up.
“You look perfect.”
“Thanks.” Gabriella said, not wanting to argue how she would
rather makeup on if they were going to be seeing people.
“All right, then let’s go!”
“Where are we going?”
“It’s a surprise.” Joey said.
Joey then grabbed the keys to his bike and then led
Gabriella out the front door. When Gabriella noticed he had led
her to his bike she said,
“on the bike?”
“Yes. You trust me.”
“Ok fine.” Gabriella said.
Joey then handed her the pink helmet to put on, thinking of
her safety. Joey put on his electric blue helmet that matched his
bike and hopped on. Gabriella followed holding, Joey tightly from
behind. They rode into Candlewood and Joey parked at a house.
“Where are we?” Gabriella questioned, hopping off the bike.
“At my brothers, my quads here.”
“You’re taking me on your quad?”
“Yeah my brother has some good trails behind his house.”
“Can I drive?” Gabriella asked.
“No.”
“Why not?”
“Just come on.”
“Well, do I get to meet your brother?” Gabriella asked, while Joey
was putting the code into the garage.
“He’s not here. He and his family are away until Friday.”
“Oh.”
“Just come on.” Joey said, pulling the quad out of the garage.
Joey still had his helmet on as Gabriella held hers after she
heard the news, they would be going on a quad. “Please put your
helmet on.” Joey asked of Gabriella. Gabriella put her helmet on
and followed Joey as he pushed the quad into the backyard.
Gabriella saw the dirt path leading into the woods behind Joey’s
brothers house. “Have you ever been on a quad before?” Joey
asked, while helping Gabriella hop on.
“No. It was always something I wanted to do, but just like getting
on the bike, I never trusted anyone.”
“Hold on tight.” Joey suggested, while he hopped on in front of
her.
Gabriella followed his request and held on tightly to Joey,
wrapping her arms around his waist.
Joey took off slowly up the mild hill leading to the dirt
trails behind his brother’s house. Once at the top, he turned the
quad to the left and began to ride the trail. When he reached the
humps he and his brother constructed with dirt to jump over, he
started to ride faster. After the first hump, Gabriella was scared so
she wrapped her feet around Joey. Joey slowed down, for a
moment.
“Don’t be scared, get your feet off of me, tickly feet.” Joey said,
causing Gabriella to laugh and forget her fear.
Joey began to ride fast again, going over the next hump.
Gabriella wasn’t as scared this time, able to keep her composure.
Joey rode even faster over the next few humps, while Gabriella
found the ride to be thrilling. When Joey rode over the last hump,
which Joey and his brother designed to be the most electrifying,
Gabriella felt her stomach fall, mathcing the feeling of being on a
roller coaster. Joey then turned right up a hill. As they were
driving up the dirt hill, Gabriella continued to hold Joey tight,
telling herself over and over again in her head, she trusted him.
When they reached the top of the hill, Gabriella saw what looked
like in her eyes, the backside of a mountain.
“What goes up, must go down.” Joey said, taking the path,
designed in a zig-zag shape, down the hill.
“Oh no ,Joey I don’t think I want to be on here.” Gabriella called
out. Joey ignored her, going down the path anyway.
When they reached the bottom, Joey stopped the quad, and
turned around to face Gabriella.
