BREAKFAST

You’ve heard it before, but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. You are fasting while you sleep; when you get out of bed, you need to wake up your metabolism and digestive system to start burning fat and creating energy. Drinking a smoothie or a juice first thing in the morning is great, but on those days when you want something more substantial, a protein or whole grain dish made the night before will get you out the door fast and well fed.
