Peering at Thorn, she asked, “That wasn’t you, was it?”

He shook his head as he set her slightly away from him.

“I need to think. I need the lav.”

Her favorite lady’s maid made his appearance on cue. “Awake I see, my sweet. Cenna is preparing your favorite repast, and I’ll bathe you.”

She had a favorite repast? Indeed she did, not that anyone else in her life would have noticed. Just how blind had she been to how well these men knew her? Choking back a scream of frustration she wiggled free of Thorn, inadvertently elbowing Kellis in his muscled chest as she scrambled to the floor. Orion stepped aside as she fled into the bathing room, although he drifted fingertips over her flank as she passed him.

He was filling the tub when she finished taking care of business, and helped her inside without comment. When he joined her, his understanding silence coupled with the caress of the warm water soothed her jangled nerves, and she cautiously explored the possibility that she might actually remain on Virile.

“I’ll help you with the pay system today, Orion,” she timidly offered. The secattor hunt had interfered with the previous plan.

“Perfect. It has stymied me.”

She somehow doubted that, but appreciated his effort to utilize her education.

It took a while to learn their computer system but once she mastered it she was able to sort through the program and ferret out the error—perhaps it took a fresh set of eyes because Orion swore he hadn’t been able to locate it.

“I can use your help with other things, Adara,” he mentioned.

“Sure.” She welcomed something different to do. Eating, sleeping, being pampered and having sex and more sex couldn’t continue to be the only things to fill her days. Together they parceled out the various duties Orion carried and Adara experienced a familiar sense of excitement. This kind of work was what she had trained for, although her sexual training was coming along as well, she supposed, surprised she didn’t feel resentful at the realization.

The study held all the modern technology that she expected, considering how well appointed the rest of the house was, and also held two desks and four comfortable chairs. It too lacked windows but was well lit in the areas requiring light. The enormous floor to ceiling bookcase seemed at odds in the room—made of a dark material and packed full of dusty old tomes. When she mentioned her thought to Orion he shrugged, although a strange expression crossed his face.

“They belong to our ancestors, Adara. Very old and weighty, I’m afraid. We have pored through them all because it was expected when we were children. And because they are our history we keep them close. They are written in the old language.”

“I’m already picking up some of the words, Orion. It’s a combination of Latin and Greek, the childhood of language on my planet. It’s still used in some places and I recognize the meaning. Perhaps I’ll have time to look at some of them.”

“We’ll see,” he replied vaguely. “We can look at them together when the time comes.”

Right. Three weeks wasn’t a lot of time, although their history would be interesting. She found herself very curious but throttled it back. She wanted to take some baby steps after her morning epiphany.

Nonnie the grimalkin stretched out across all the documents she’d referenced, impeding any additional checks. Adara paused occasionally to stroke her pet, enjoying the sputtering, purring response as the creature rolled to offer her belly. Nonnie appeared to have grown overnight, and Cenna assured her the cat was already established in the sun room. She was barred from the bedroom and playroom. That was fine with Adara. The poor animal would be corrupted—or defend her. The cat followed her like a cane, the closest thing to a dog on Virile, and to everyone’s amazement had never showed a hint of its claws with Adara.

The men were a different story. Nonnie alternately hissed and snarled at them and howled inconsolably if shut out of a room away from her new owner. She tolerated Cenna who was the keeper of sustenance—Nonnie was smart. Being as she was so protective, Adara had named her Patronus, after consulting with Cenna about the word for protector in Virilian. Except Patronus didn’t really suit her pet, hence Nonnie.

“We want you to stay, my sweet.” Orion’s quiet comment broke her concentration of assessing the various journals stored archivally—she’d found places to trim costs and room for expansion already without jeopardizing productivity.

“It’s complicated, Orion.”

“In what way? I understand you and your brother aren’t close, although you obviously are loyal to him.”

“How so?”

“Adara. He could have taken your place on Virile, albeit in a prison.”

“Well, if it wasn’t for the fact the estate would also be forfeit, don’t think I hadn’t considered it.”

Laughing, he tossed some paperwork aside and gathered her onto his lap. His cock swelled beneath her buttocks, and she wiggled to sit more comfortably.

Orion groaned. “Gods, my sweet. Don’t press your sweet ass against me like that.”

“Or what?”

She was off his lap and on her knees in front of him in the next instant, Orion lifting her effortlessly and depositing her with care. His blue eyes glittered with amusement and suppressed lust as he freed his shaft from the constraints of his pants.

“Or you’ll find yourself serving me.”

She didn’t bristle at the term—Orion served her, willingly and happily, in such a variety of ways. The term wasn’t disparaging. His erection bristled above his corded abs and wept in excitement. Shuffling closer, ignoring the slight abrasion on her knees, she reached out and ran a fingertip around the mushroom-shaped head, then traced the throbbing vein down the underside all the way to the base. She delved beneath the waistband of his cargos and cupped his sac, gently squeezing and rolling the twin orbs contained within. Orion allowed her to explore while he twitched and tensed beneath her hand.

As she leaned forward one big hand gently stroked the crown of her head, communicating his affection. His love. She pursed her mouth and set it atop his cock, pressing down lightly, allowing the slick tip to push by tiny increments past her lips before opening wide and engulfing him. He groaned so loudly there was a shower of paper dropping around her as Nonnie startled from the desk. Adara giggled and Orion gripped her head with both hands, muttering against the sensation.

“Suck me, my sweet. Gods, you please me.”

Raising her head, she allowed him to slip free, lashing that sensitive notch with her tongue as she did so. “Do I please you more than your other women?”

Chest heaving, obviously requiring release, Orion ran a finger down her nose to rest it directly above her mouth. “Ah, Adara. I won’t say our subs meant nothing to us because we would never disrespect them in that manner. But believe me when I tell you I only hope they didn’t feel misused, because they didn’t receive what we give you.”

Gods. Her heart swelled until she could hardly swallow, and she dropped her head to rest on his thigh and hide the onslaught of tears. So godsdamned emotional. Orion petted her and kept silent. She tasted the words.
I love you.
She said them quietly just as Kellis burst into the study, muffling her voice.

“She’s on her knees on sandstone!” He scooped her up to sit her on the desk, fortunately free of paper thanks to the grimalkin. He crouched and inspected her knees, pulling off his neckpiece to shake the sand from it before dabbing at the faint impressions.

“Your timing sucks, brother.” Orion’s tone was rueful.

You
wanted to be sucked, you mean.” Kellis pressed a kiss on both of her knees.

“That and Adara was sharing with me, something important.”

“I’m fine, Kellis, really.” She couldn’t say it again so quickly.
Coward.

Dragging a cushion from one of the chairs, he dropped it at Orion’s feet but instead of placing her on it, he lay down, head and shoulders propped on the commodious seat. Orion chuckled, pumping his cock as he did so and motioned to her.

“Hop down, my sweet, and put your knees beside my dear brother’s ears.”

That would put her pussy right over his…Adara drew in a breath to quell her arousal. They were obsessed. But then so was she and she really wanted to get back to Orion’s cock. After all, she never left a job unfinished.

Straddling Kellis’s face, she wasn’t prepared when he seized her hips and situated her firmly over his waiting mouth. The plunge of his tongue up into her sheath forced a whimper past her lips. So good. Orion fisted his hands in her hair and pulled her to where his cock pulsed in anticipation.

She balanced precariously over Kellis as she took Orion inside her mouth and then gave up the battle to situate her body. Kellis held her where he wanted her and Orion controlled her mouth. She mirrored each move that clever tongue in her pussy made, working hers over every inch of Orion’s silky hardness, able to pull away enough to suckle the pre-cum from his slit before he pushed her lower and flirted with her palate. It was hard to concentrate as Kellis tormented her clit, nibbling and sucking it in turn. Her orgasm built deep in her belly and spiraled along her thighs to center at her apex, and she flexed her hips helplessly. Kellis relented and pinched her button between his teeth.

Adara forgot she had a big cock buried deep in her throat as she came all over Kellis’s face, involuntarily gasping when he drank from her—his lips sucked her sheath’s juices so powerfully it clenched and she came again. Orion held hard against the back of her throat as he erupted in her mouth, the salty taste mingling with his own unique scent. She couldn’t swallow it all and it ran in rivulets from the corners of her mouth to anoint her shoulders and breasts.

“Adara wondered if she pleased us, Kell.” Orion’s voice was strained.

Kellis chuckled against her sex, making her quiver. He moved her to sit on his chest, her pussy wet and splayed right over his heart. She could feel it pounding
right there
and the sensation was indescribable. He stared up at her, all amusement wiped from his handsome face. “You taste like no other, my love. And you mean more than any other. What we have is different and fulfilling. And you must feel it too.”

Her shaky nod elicited a heartfelt stare from Kellis, and Orion again stroked her hair. Then Kellis smiled his dirty smile and she gathered her emotions into some semblance of composure.

“Not that I’m keeping score, my love, but I suffered this morning while you took Thorn and once again while you served Orion. Can you find it within you to take me as well?”

“I think Thorn did the taking,” she teased.

“Well, Adara, I can assure you that I am at your mercy. Shall we adjourn to our bedroom? Your grimalkin has been surveying us with considerable interest—and I’m not certain she approves.” Nonnie was indeed crouched on the very top of the bookshelf, tail lashing and golden eyes fixed on Kellis.

“I
suppose
we have time before dinner if Orion doesn’t need me here any longer today.” She pretended to give it some real thought.

Kellis snorted and gestured to his brother to help her up. “Orion is unlikely to get any more work done, my love. He’s still enjoying the memory of your remarkable mouth.”

That shouldn’t have buoyed her self esteem, but it did. Not that she could write her new skill on her resume, at least not for the type of work she intended to do—the memory of her epiphany shut that thought down immediately. If she didn’t return home, she’d hardly need a resume. Kellis tugged her out the door and down the hallway past the kitchen. Cenna was in there as usual and the sight of the old woman working bothered Adara.

“She wants to be here. Trust me. She travelled all day and part of the night to do so in her desire to help.” Kellis picked up on her anxiety.

“Cenna calls me Mistress.”

“Because you will be her Mistress, and in her mind, you already are.”

She muttered
premature
under her breath.

“I won’t pressure you, my love. I think you see your destiny. Now come, and do what you will with my willing body.”

The final, deepest thrust of Kellis’s big cock ground past her G-spot and pushed her over a precipice that had loomed for the past hour. True to his word this dominant man refrained from directing any of the action. Adara explored his body from head to toe—he turned his mouth away as she kissed along his jaw line, but she knew the reason behind it so didn’t comment. Earning a kiss on the mouth still eluded her—and annoyed her—but she wasn’t going to let that spoil her probably once in a lifetime opportunity. She learned every inch of him while avoiding his cock. That appendage quivered and strained as though with a life of its own, but she ignored the temptation.
