chapter Eight

Control

Her pretty pink pussy, drenched in her own juices was the hottest damn thing I’d ever seen.  I wanted to toss her back and lick every drop clean.  My cock was throbbing in need.  I didn’t move for several minutes because there was too much shit going on in my own head.

I tried telling myself I was doing this so she could be a better dancer.  I knew it was a fucking lie, but the alternative wasn’t something I wanted to face.  I liked making her cum.  She was like this unopened present and hell I wanted to pretend it was Christmas morning.  Kicking myself in the ass mentally, I forced myself to stand up.

I didn’t fuck my employees.  It was a steadfast rule and no sweet little ass was going to make me break it, no matter how badly I wanted to.  Part of my mind was cheering at my restraint, while the other said to give in to temptation.  It would be so easy to just spread those legs and drive into that fucking nirvana that she’d spread so easily for me tonight.

Lily, why the hell had I given her that nickname in my mind.  “Use the bathroom to clean up.” I saw the hurt in her eyes, and knew I was a fucking bastard for taking out my issues on her.  She didn’t know the shit that went on in my mind, and I planned on keeping it that way.

When I thought about lilies, I always remembered my mom.  It was her favorite flower, they’d been draped over her casket.  She was so much like Anya.  Her sweet disposition, the way she seemed to always smile at the world, I saw those things in her too.

Losing that woman nearly killed me.  Of all the women in my past, she was the only one that loved me unconditionally and didn’t demand anything.  She gave me love in droves and fuck if I wanted to compare Anya to that memory.

I remember vividly planting those flowers with her in that special garden as a kid.  My dad had told her she was going to turn me gay if she kept teaching me such nonsense.  I spent years after her death trying to become the man he wanted.  It drove me to the edge of my sanity trying to please him.

In the end I’d given up trying and made my own way in the world.  I knew he wanted me to follow in his footsteps and become a brilliant surgeon, but I was never cut out for that lifestyle.  I started stripping my first year in
med school and discovered the money was too good to pass up.

I didn’t speak to my old man for years.  I threw myself into the world of erotic dancing.  Looking back now I know it was my way of rebelling against him and his proper ways.  It left some serious mental scars.  When I finally discovered that women only used me for my looks or money, I regretted the way I shut him out.

Fuck, drowning in the past wasn’t going to fix the present.  Anya walked back in looking like she’d lost her best friend and my heart lurched.  I didn’t want her to get close to me.  But damn if she wasn’t already filtering her way into my closed off heart.

“You did real well on the pole tonight.”
I wanted to say something to take that sad look out of her eyes.

“Thanks.”  She’d pulled her clothes back on, and I admit I hated seeing her dressed.

“You hungry?”

She looked surprised by my question, but nodded.  I felt like I had to make up for something.  I wasn’t sure what I was trying to do, if I’m being honest.  I didn’t want her to go home upset.

“I’ve got some steaks thawing out, if you’ve got time I’ll put them on the grill.”

She gave me that uncertain smile, like I’d just made her day by offering.  Hell I couldn’t help but smile back.

“If you’re sure it’s no problem?”

Problem?  Just seeing her smile again made it worth my time.  “None at all.  Maybe you could throw us a salad together while I get the grill ready?”

“Show me where your kitchen is.”

I gave her a tour of the kitchen.  The damn thing was huge for just one person, but I liked to cook.  I pointed out where all the utensils were and left her to put something together.

Sitting down to eat with Anya just felt comfortable.  Without all the dancing shit between us, I discovered she was really interesting to talk with.  I knew she was smart, but it didn’t sink in how intelligent she was until we began talking over wine.

It didn’t seem odd to be sitting with one of my employees shooting the shit.  Outside of Luke, none of the others had ever visited my place before, so I guess it should have been awkward.

We finished our wine, and she stood up.  “I have class tomorrow morning.  She grabbed our plates and scraped them out in the garbage, then put them in the sink.

“Leave that crap.  I’ll take care of everything later.”  I didn’t want her to leave, but she probably needed rest.
Where had that thought come from
, I wondered?  It wasn’t like me to care what someone else’s needs were.

“Okay. Well thanks for dinner, oh and the lessons.” She was genuinely smiling at me.  Fuck if that didn’t make me happy.

I didn’t want her to leave.  I realized having her around was something I could get used to.  That meant she really needed to go.  “No problem.”  I stood up and walked her to the door.  It was a good thing she was leaving.  That’s what I kept telling myself.  This was getting out of hand quickly.

I watched her drive off before moving back to the kitchen to clean up.  Her sweet little face stayed in my mind long after she’d left.
You need to get your shit together.

chapter Nine

Steel

The lessons with Sin had changed dramatically since he figured out I could, as he called it,
work the pole
.  He also didn’t touch me again after that night.  It had been three nights, and I was frustrated.

He was more than nice to me, which for some reason made me angry.  It was almost like he’d put me in this friend category and he was being very careful to not cross the lines.  The dancing lessons were always professional, it was the other lessons I was missing.   Maybe I was just horny.  I found myself going home every night pleasuring myself.

When I walked through his front door I felt like pouting as he gave me that polite smile.  I stomped back to the studio and put my hands on my hips.  “So what are we working on tonight?”  We’d already choreographed my number for this weekend, and I wanted to be done. Being around him left me frustrated.

“I want to make sure you have that pole shit down.”  His eyes motioned me toward the steel bar and I rolled my own at him.

“Fine, but I’ve got this down.”  I went through the motions with perfection, but no feeling.  I didn’t like the way he was acting and I wanted a reaction from him.  Yes I was being a brat.

“Could you at least fucking pretend you want to be here?”

“Far be it for me to disappoint you.” Rolling my eyes again, I went through the pole routine.  “Does that work for your royal highness?” Glaring at him, I forced my hands to my hips again and waited for his response.  I was pissed.  I didn’t even know what was really making me angry.

“What the hell is your problem?  I’m doing this to help you out.”

“I guess it may have escaped your thick head but I’m tired!  I’ve been working two jobs and doing this shit with you on the side.”  I wanted to scream at him.  I hated his ‘I don’t give a damn’ attitude.

“Did my little lily just curse?” He threw back his head and chuckled loudly.

“Go ahead laugh it up.  Why don’t you try doing this crap without a break for a week?”  I wasn’t really tired, I was frustrated.

“Maybe we need to get some steel between those legs little lily,” smirking he raised a sexy eyebrow.

The first thought that came to my mind was him between my thighs at that comment.  My eyes widened. I stood there with my mouth hanging open.

He chuckled again.  “Come on, let’s ease some of your frustration.”  Grabbing my hand, he pulled me out of the studio.  He didn’t stop until he reached the front door.  He grabbed a leather jacket off the coat rack, handed it to me and ushered me through to his garage.

Walking over to his bike, he pulled off two helmets, tossing one at me.  I caught it while staring.
He was taking me on that huge deathtrap
?  I’d never ridden on a motorcycle in my life, and had to admit the thought was exciting.

He straddled the bike and backed it out of the garage before motioning to me.  “Come on little lily, some steel between your legs will fix everything that ails you.”

I slid on the oversized jacket, rolled up the sleeves, then climbed on behind him.  Plopping the awkward helmet on my head, I snapped the strap under my chin.

“You better hold on like your life depends on it, because it does.” The humor in his voice took away the tremor of fear his words caused to roll through my stomach.

He drove off and my breath caught in my throat at the adrenaline rush.  I wrapped my arms tightly around his waist and pressed my face against his back.  He smelled incredible and I inhaled deeply.  The wind blowing on my face and the speed as he drove felt like being free for the first time in my life.

The vibrations from the bike between my thighs, and holding on to Sin was heady.  I didn’t care where he was taking me as long as we never stopped.  My hands dug under his shirt and into his six pack abs.  I couldn’t help it, I moaned.  The wind thankfully carried the sound away.  I was shocked when he pulled up to a sign that said State Park.

It was already dark, so I knew we weren’t supposed to enter, but that didn’t stop Sin.  He drove for a few miles before parking the bike.  My butt was a little numb as he helped me off.  “We’re not going to get in trouble are we?”

“Always such a good girl,” shaking his head, he pulled out a flashlight from a side compartment on his bike then grabbed my hand.  “Live a little.”

I wanted to be offended by his words, but I guess in many ways he was right.  I held his hand tightly as he led me down a well-worn dirt path.  It was like we just escaped the big city and were plunged directly into the middle of nature.  It was beautiful and terrifying, almost like Sin.

“I think you’ll get a kick out of this shit.” He tugged on my hand as an owl hooted in the distance, paralyzing me.

I had two choices, walk with him, or find my way back to the bike in the dark.  It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why I went along with his guiding skills.  We walked for what felt like forever with the forest surrounding us.

He came to a stop and I almost plowed into his back.  Glancing around him to where the light was shining, I gasped.  A small waterfall cascading off the rocks, led into a pool shimmering in the moonlight.  It was breathtaking.  “How did you find this place?”  I was mesmerized by the sounds and sights, and wanted to jump in.

“My mom loved this place.  She used to bring me here swimming as a kid.”  He sat down on the grass, and began pulling off his shoes.  “You coming in?”

It felt like he’d read my mind, but I had a few reservations.  “There could be snakes in there.”

“Yeah and they could be surrounding you in the woods too.” Chuckling, he stripped down to his birthday suit and waded in.

I watched his sexy backside move into the water and almost groaned.  It didn’t take long to make the decision to join him. I quickly stripped off his leather jacket and my shorts, leaving my sports bra and panties in place.  Swimming out to where he stood, I gazed at the waterfall.

It was decently warm but the slight breeze over my arms made me shiver.  Sin moved behind me and rubbed my arms.  “Guess it would have been smarter to come out here in the sun.”

“I bet it’s more romantic at night.”  The minute I said the words I could have kicked myself.  He didn’t bring me out here for that, and I didn’t want to spoil the mood.

“I guess so,” he chuckled, continuing to rub my arms, “never been much in the way of romance.”  His rough hands rubbing my goose-pimpled arms was arousing.  I needed to change the atmosphere.

“Maybe if I ever find Mr. Right, I’ll bring him here.”  I wanted to say something to cover up my earlier comment about romance.

He dropped his hands from my arms, and dove under water.  When he emerged he began swimming the length of nature’s pool.  I watched his massive arms stroke the water with his strength and sighed.  He was so powerful in his movements, it was almost like art.

I decided to join him and began swimming.  This was better than being stuck in the studio or working and I was smiling when we both stopped.  “Thanks for this Sin, I needed a break.”

He shook the water out of his hair, and it looked like a lion shaking his mane.  “You just need to spell things out for me, little lily.  I’m not the most observant man.  If I’d known you were overworked we could have done this sooner.”

I was shivering again.  The wind had picked up a little.  “Don’t suppose you have a towel on your bike?” I giggled.

“Shit.  I didn’t think about that.”  He grabbed my hand and led me out of the water.  “It’s going to be a chilly ride home.”

We dressed quickly, and the leather jacket was a huge barrier against the wind.  He pulled me toward the bike and almost had me running to keep up.  I was warming up pretty quick and wished I’d kept my mouth shut.  “We didn’t have to leave.”  My teeth were chattering as we finally made it back.
