Heaven help him, he wanted her yet again. He doubted he would ever be able to get enough of his sleeping red-haired beauty.

Alas, he had work to do: a club to watch over. With the increase in criminal activities as of late he needed to keep a close eye on everyone and everything that went on there.

Granted, he had a good security team. However, the people responsible seemed to be smart; smarter than the average troublemaker or sloppy vampire.

Walking over to his dresser, he pulled a black track suit out and quickly put it on.

Normally, he would never dream of going downstairs looking like a bum off the street, in a simple track suit. Tonight, he'd make an exception. It wasn't as if he was planning on spending much time on the dance floor anyhow. Just long enough to make sure all was fine.

Something was bothering him. More accurately,
someone
was bothering him. The man who had been offering to take Lacey into the VIP room went by the name of Joseph. He was also a vampire; a vampire born of the King s bloodline. The current uneasy tension between those of the Queen's bloodline - of which he and all his staff were a part - and that of the King's bloodline, made him suspicious of all the King's vampires.

What made Joseph even more suspect was the fact he was one of the King s favoured, making him much more dangerous. He was old, powerful and cunning; a lethal combination. Dangerous to both the humans at the club and the vampires in attendance. It seemed curious to Nigel that of all the women Joseph could choose to take to the VIP

room, he wanted Lacey. Why her? She wasn't his normal type. Joseph preferred scantily dressed blonde women, which made up a good portion of Nigel's female clientele. So, the question remained, why Lacey?

Nigel looked back at the sleeping Lacey. Maybe for the same reason Nigel had wanted her so badly? She was beautiful, but more than that, there was intelligence and compassion in her eyes. Attributes he valued greatly.

Picking up the telephone on his night table Nigel gave Trinity's mobile phone a call.

"Hey Nigel. What's up?" Trinity asked on the other end.

"I need you to come to my office and keep watch on Lacey while she's sleeping. I want to take a walk around the club. See who's here and so forth." Nigel explained.

"Of course. Give me five minutes boss."

"Sure thing. Goodbye." Nigel released the call and set the cordless phone back on the charger. Walking back to his dresser he picked up his mobile phone and dropped it into the pocket of his track pants. Looking at himself in the mirror he ran a hand through his dark hair, trying to make it look as presentable as possible. It currently looked as if he'd spent an evening...well... His recent activities could be easily guessed. He chuckled lightly.

By the time he walked through the apartment and made it into his office Trinity was already there and seated on the sofa, sending a text message.

"I see you have the lights off in the apartment. Guess she doesn't know the big secret yet, huh?" Trinity teased looking up from her mobile phone to watch as he exited the apartment, closing the door behind him.

"Well it's not something you just tell a human Trinity," he informed her walking over to the matching suede armchair situated across from the sofa and flopping down into it.

Unless a vampire had already told the human with whom they were going to be intimate that they were a vampire, then they needed to ensure - when the passion between the two became heated - that they were in a dark area. When a vampire is feeding or when sexually aroused their eyes would shift colour. In the case of Nigel and other vampires of the Queen's bloodline, their eyes turned white, while the eyes of the King's vampires turned red.

"Why not? Travis told me the first night. William told Franny. And we're both still here, and with them," Trinity reminded him, leaning back onto the sofa and casually draping her arms across the back.

"Those were special circumstances."

"Oh, so she's just a weekend fling?"

"Yes. Well... no. Well... shit, Trinity I don't know." Nigel's leg began to bounce as it did whenever he was nervous or anxious. He didn't seem to notice. "I'm ready to settle down.

I finally want a woman in my life, for the rest of eternity. But to be honest I really don't even
know
her."

Trinity nodded then let out a loud sigh. "You know, that band you have down there, Intensity, well, I think their music does more than urge you to have sex with the first person you see. I think it actually does help direct you to
the
one."

"Pfft," Nigel waved his hand at her. "Nonsense. Their magic is meant to get the customers laid. So they'll come back again. No more, no less."

"Alright. Then how do you explain all the vampires that find their mates right here at the club?"

Nigel shook his head. He wasn't buying what Trinity was selling. Not in the slightest.

Besides, he had decided he wanted her while watching her through the security monitors.

For that matter Travis and William, chose Trinity and Franny that very same way. It had nothing to do with the band.

A beep came from Trinity's mobile phone, notifying her she had a text message. She read it and smiled as Nigel impatiently looked on. "All I have to say is if you like her, you need to tell her the truth about who you are. If she accepts it then you two can move forward in your relationship. If not, well... in that case, wipe her mind of the weekend and continue the search for Ms Right," she advised, then went about responding to the text message she had received.

"Alright. I'll be back in a while. Call me if she wakes up."

Trinity waved a dismissive hand at him, her eyes not leaving the small screen of the mobile phone.

Nigel left his office with a lot to consider. Trinity was right. He
did
need to tell Lacey what he was. He was just scared of her reaction. Would she cringe, call him a monster and run from him. It seemed the most likely scenario. It was the typical human reaction.

He found Travis five minutes later in the security room.

"Anything going on tonight?" Nigel asked walking into the room and sitting in the vacant seat next to Travis.

Travis shook his head and took a swig from his glass of blood. "It s so quiet tonight that it's almost eerie, to be honest."

Nigel nodded. "Have you seen Joseph tonight?"

"Joseph?" Travis looked at him puzzled, "Joseph who?"

"Joseph. The king's vamp who s staying in one of the VIP room apartments."

"Ah yes.
That
Joseph. He left pretty early tonight. Just after your little run in with him.

Come to think of it, he left early last night as well; didn't come back until almost dawn."

Nigel raised an eyebrow at his trusted friend, "You don't say?"

Travis's mobile phone beeped alerting him to a text message. Travis glanced down at the screen, grinned and quickly typed something back. Nigel had a pretty good idea of who was receiving those messages. A tingle of jealousy hit him in the gut. He wanted the cutesie little messages, saying nothing other than the other person was thinking of him.

Trinity's right, he decided. He needed to tell Lacey what he really was and hope for the best. If she could accept the fact he was a vampire
then
they could work on developing a relationship.

He cleared his mind of Lacey and put it back on track with Joseph.
Wonder what he's
been up to?
With so much going on within the vampire community, all vampires from both bloodlines awaiting the Queen s arrival, Joseph s unusual overnight disappearances could mean very little...or be
very
significant.

Nigel continued on his rounds checking on the doormen, and on each of the bars. When satisfied that everything was running smoothly he made his way back up to his office, and to Lacey.

So how to tell her? Just blurt it out and show her the fangs? Leave subtle little hints working her up to the idea? Perhaps get her drunk, lessen the blow of the idea? There was always a vampire's favourite: glamour her into liking the idea, then spring it on her. She'd be delighted! No-no-no. None of his first thoughts was any good. No good at all.

I'll break it to her at dinner tomorrow night
, he decided. Satisfied the matter was settled, he opened the door to his office to see Trinity contently texting away. "He's in the surveillance room," he told her referring to Travis, "You might as well go to him.

Otherwise you'll end up developing calluses on your thumbs from all the typing."

Trinity looked up at him and laughed. "Good idea. Glad you're looking out for me, boss." She stood and walked to the door, then turned back to say over her shoulder to him, "there's no time like the present to come clean."

"No worries. I have a plan."

Nodding, Trinity exited the office, pulling the door closed behind her as she left.

Nigel found Lacey just as he had left her. Sleeping soundly, snoring softly, nestled under the blanket he had draped over her before he left. Stripping off his clothing he slipped under the blanket beside her. She immediately snuggled up next to him her warm, naked body pressed tightly to him. The feel of her soft skin and the sweet scent of her perfume was enough to bring his cock to attention.

Nigel groaned silently. He longed to pull her up onto him and settle her onto his growing cock. He seriously considered the action, but just looking down at her sleeping peacefully against him was enough to quench the urge, somewhat.

Instead, as the night turned to morning he lay there, with her clinging to him content to just watch her sleep. While there were no windows in the apartment, he knew dawn had come about, simply because of his tiredness.

Nigel was about to nod off to sleep when he felt her beginning to wake. Eyes still closed she stretched out against him, her large breasts with their pink nipples peeping out from under the blanket. He couldn't resist rolling one of her hot little nipples between his fingers turning it into a tight, hard bud.

Lacey's eyes fluttered opened as he played with the second nipple. "Mmmm, now that is a way to wake up in the morning," she murmured a smile forming on her lips. "Is it morning?"

"It's morning," Nigel confirmed as he bent down, circling one of the tight nipples with his tongue. Lacey's fingers dug into his shoulder while she arched her back, partly as a stretch after a night s sleep and partly so he could have better access to her. Fully awake now, Lacey grasped his cock, and began to stroke it, using slow, rhythmic motions.

"I've never wanted someone so badly before, Lacey," Nigel growled, his lips claiming hers roughly and with heated passion. His body was already on edge after spending the night with her. Her hand, stroking the length of him, was nearly enough to make him burst then and there.

With his building sexual excitement, Nigel felt his fangs lowering, which meant his eyes were turning from a dark, deep blue to a pearl white color. He found himself grateful that the room remained dark.

Tossing the blanket off of them and onto the floor, Nigel sat up and back on his heels.

Urging Lacey onto her stomach he pulled her to him so she was positioned on her hands and knees in front of him. God, he loved seeing her nice round ass. He gave it a light slap, which produced a yelp of surprise from Lacey. He grinned as his hands massaged the flesh he had just slapped and moved their way to her lower thighs.

Nigel's fingers worked their way up gradually from her thighs to tease the lips of her pussy. She moved against his hand, pushing against it, wanting more from him. Oh and how he desired to give it to her. His body was on edge, wanting release, but he powered through the feeling.
Not yet
.

Finding her clit he stroked and rolled it between his fingers making her body shudder.

Her back arched, giving him better access to her. He sat further back on his heels so he could watch as his fingers slid into her moistening pussy. As her juices increased he stroked the outer rim of her anus with them. She froze for a moment, at the feel of his fingers touching her there.

"You've never been taken here have you," he asked as one of his fingers gently urged its way into her. She tried to move away, clenching against the intrusion of his finger, but he held firm, keeping her from moving. "Just relax and play with your pussy for me," he requested.

She did as he requested. Almost immediately after her fingers began teasing her clit, the muscles around his finger relaxed, allowing his finger to dive deeper into her. Slowly, he moved his finger in and out of her virgin ass. Lacey moaned, beginning to move with the rhythm of his finger, allowing it to move deeper into her each time he thrust it back in.

Nigel was tempted to reach over to his night stand, pull out the lubricant, rub her down then thrust his cock into that sweet tight ass. He couldn't remember wanting anything more at that particular moment, but he didn't. There would be time for that in the days and weeks to come. He needed release now, and there was currently a dripping wet pussy inches away from his cock, begging for him to enter it.

Removing his finger from her bottom, he dipped a couple of fingers into her hot, moist center.
So wet, so wonderfully wet
. He ran the head of his cock back and forth, a number of times, along her opening, from her clit all the way to her anus then back to her hardened nub once more. She backed against him, wanting him to enter her somehow, to end her torture.

While he enjoyed her anxious desire for him, he couldn't hold himself back any longer.

He thrust hard into her from behind. His fingers stroked her clit as he pounded into her.

Nigel couldn't wait for her to come with him this time, his balls were as tight as rocks and he'd been in agony all night having her warm body pressed against his. He needed release!

Lacey moaned his name a number of times as he thrust fast and hard, his balls slapping against her pussy with each inward thrust. She took each and every inch of his long shaft, driving him wild as he watched his cock disappear into her to reappear again, slick with her juices.
