“So you haven’t been with anyone else?”

I shook my head slowly, still watching her face.

“I am telling the truth when I say I haven’t wanted anyone else since I met you.”

“Why?”

“How can you ask me that?”

She stood up and walked a few feet away, her arms wrapped around her middle, as if warding off a blow. “Daniel, I am nothing. I am not an actress or a model; I am not even all that smart. I am not fascinating, definitely not enough to keep the attention of a man like you for long and I am not a fly by the night woman. It was easy to believe you had been sleeping with other women because I know I am not special.”

I stood up, wrapping my arms around her, pulling her back tight against my chest. My eyes closed as I dipped my head to her neck. She smelled like the green apple shampoo I loved and sunshine again. I kissed her behind her ear, knowing that she would weaken. I smiled when she sighed and leaned against me.

“I don’t want a fly by the night woman. I want you. No other woman has ever caught my attention like you have. I have had actresses, and models. I didn’t want them, I want you. Please Kathryn, let me show you.” I grabbed her hips and pulled them back tightly against me causing her to gasp when she realized what I was asking. I kissed her neck again, nuzzling that spot I knew she loved, stroking it with my tongue.

“Daniel we can’t, someone could walk by at any time.”

“Then we better do it quickly.” I spun her around in my arms, placing both of my hands on either side of her head looking down into her brown eyes that were looking into mine with confusion and lust. “There is a pillar right there in the corner, it will hide us from everyone. I can’t go another second without tasting you again.”

She whimpered softly and her gaze lost the confusion, she glanced behind her and I knew I had her. I grabbed her hand and pulled her toward the corner, feeling like I was seventeen again hearing her giggling as we ran to duck behind the pillar. I pulled her close, swallowing the giggle as I placed my mouth over her soft lips. I licked them open, and then plunged my tongue into her mouth relishing how the giggles had turned to moans. She grabbed my hair and pulled me closer into her body, I reached down and grabbed her ass through the dress, lifting her against me and stepped forward so the pillar was supporting her from the back and I was covering her in the front. She wrapped her legs around my waist tightly, making me groan deeply, I had been picturing those legs around me all night. I dragged my mouth from hers, trailing it down her neck and to her shoulders. She grasped my shoulders, hanging on for dear life as I took her places she had never known existed. I used my hips to keep her in place, pushing her against the pillar so my hands had more movement. One went to the neckline of her dress, pulling it and her bra down just enough for one of her breasts to pop of out the top. I growled when I saw the nipple harden and ready itself for my mouth.

“God I love your breasts.” Her smartass reply was lost in her moan as I set my hot mouth on her nipple and started to suck. My other hand had worked its way up her skirt, finding her panties, and the wetness they were covering. I pulled my head back and looked into her eyes. My eyes were dark with desire. “You are so wet so fast.”

“It’s you, my body reacts to you just being near it.”

I pressed my forehead against hers at her words, trying to catch my breath. Then I took her mouth again, pushing my fingers into her warm pussy, hearing her gasping breath, knowing how close she was.

“Tell me you don’t want me. Tell me there isn’t anything between us.”

Kathryn threw her head back, her eyes glazed with tears and lust. “Oh god. I do want you. I always want you. Please Daniel, please fuck me right here.”

“Say there is something between us.”

She looked up into my sapphire blue eyes, seeing my passion and my lust but she also saw my need. My need for her to accept me, but how much did I want? “Yes there has always being something here Daniel. Always.”

I groaned reaching to undo my pants, releasing my cock to push against her soft wet folds. We groaned in each other’s mouths as I thrust quickly all the way in.

“Fuck Kathryn, you are so tight and hot.” I bent to take her nipple back in my mouth as I held her up with my arms, thrusting hard and fast. She flung her head back and I took it all in. She was so beautiful, so sensual and had no idea. She rode me in her red dress, moaning at the pleasure I was giving her, gasping for air as she drew closer and closer to her climax. I reached down, circling her clit with my thumb, thrusting into her harder and faster hearing her moans increasing, I knew I should try to keep her quiet, we weren’t exactly in a private place but needing her passionate cries as much as I needed her tight thighs and wet pussy clinging to my cock. I grabbed her hair and pulled her head up until she was looking right into my eyes.

“Come with me Kathryn baby, let go. Fuck you are so hot. Jesus, I’m going to come.” I kissed her savagely taking her hands and holding them above her head as I pounded into her over and over. Suddenly she threw back her head and screamed as her orgasm hit, her cunt squeezing my cock tightly causing me to throw my own head back and call her name, pumping into her over and over again until I was empty. I wrapped my arms around her and we stayed in the same position until she couldn’t keep her legs around my hips any longer. I let her slide down the front of me but wouldn’t let her go any further. My head was resting on hers as we both took deep breaths, calming our hearts.

(Kathryn)

“We are entirely too old for that.” I burst out laughing and shook my head.

“We are not that old.”

“Too old for ducking behind pillars and making sweet mad love.” I looked up and smirked.

“If we are too old for that, then we might as well just go crawl in our grave because that was amazing.” Daniel grinned, then reached between us, pulling up my dress so it was covering my breasts again. He brushed against the pin, the expression that came across his face before he turned away to fix his pants was sad and something else.

I grabbed his arm. “What’s wrong?”

“You said he was the love of your life. Do you think you are only given one?” I sighed, walking back to the bench. I sat down, leaning against the back, looking up towards where the stars would be if the lights of the city didn’t drown them out.

“I don’t know. Sean was the only other man besides you, who I ever responded to. Before him there was really never anyone else who even tried.” Daniel came and sat beside me, making a scoffing noise. “No seriously, before him there was only one other guy and he was only dating me as a step in until the girl he really wanted was available. I didn’t have a boyfriend in high school. I was one of those girls who just never attracted the boys.”

“Then American boys are clearly blind and have no clue what they hell they are doing, and that boy who let you go is a bloody bastard who had no clue what he had.”

I moved my head and smiled at him. “Possibly. Then Sean waltzed into my life and everything changed. From the moment I saw him I was lost. We had a whirlwind romance, found ourselves married with a kid on the way within six months, and then he joined the Army. It was a great life. I took care of the kids, I took care of him, went to school and got my counseling degree.” I shrugged and sat up.

“Things change though. I don’t know if you are only allowed one love of a lifetime if the first one is ripped away from you way before he should.” I look back at him, he is watching me with those eyes that says so much without any words and does so many things to my heart. “I hope for our sakes, I am allowed at least one more.”

With that I stood up and tried to walk away but he grabbed my arm before I got more than two steps away, pulling me back into his chest. With one hand in my hair and the other wrapped tightly around my waist he held me close.

“Momma! Are you okay? It’s been more than a few minutes, the dancing…” We both turned as Lily turned the corner. Her mouth gaped open as she saw us. I stepped back and walked over to her. I pushed her mouth shut.

“We are coming in now.” I looked back at Daniel who stood with both of his hands in his slacks, shoulders hunched like a teenager getting caught by his parents. I grinned at the look on his face.

“Actually we came a little while ago.” He whispered close to my ear before walking ahead and opening the door for us. I gasped, blushed, and then punched his arm as we walked into the building.  “How can you still blush after what we did?”

He chuckled softly when I stuck my tongue out at him then guided us into the ballroom, his hand on my lower back making my eyes close at the feeling of being safe and cared for, something I hadn’t felt for a very long time swept over me again spilling the tears over that I thought were contained.

“Mom, are you okay?” I looked up into Tyler’s angry face; he took in my tears and slightly rumpled appearance then glared behind me at Daniel. “Did he do something?”

I sighed, I was entirely too tired for this and hadn’t had nearly enough Bay Breezes or rum shots. “No Tyler, Daniel has done nothing. He was a complete gentleman. I am just an emotional mess tonight.” I smiled, patting his check before letting Daniel help me into my seat. He sat next to me, never asking if he was welcome, just assuming. I shook my head at his arrogance but didn’t protest, I liked having him with me, and liked having his hand on my knee where it was resting now, liked his eyes on me making sure I was okay. Made me feel like I truly was special.
Though we all know you aren’t.
I hushed that damn inner voice.

Taylor leaned in close and whispered so only I could hear her. “So I see you made up with sex on a stick.” We both started giggling, causing everyone else at the table to turn and look at us curiously. We smiled at them sweetly. Daniel cocked his eyebrow at me and winked then turned back to John and Alex.

“Yes Taylor. We made up, and came all over a pillar outside.” I whispered close to her ear, setting us both off into another peal of laughter that earned us some more looks and indulgent smiles from John. Daniel stood up and held out his hand.

“I think I need to take you out on the dance floor grá. I need to hold you in my arms again.” I stood up and slipped my hand in his outstretched one and he led me to the dance floor. He pulled me close as the next song came on,
All of Me
by John Legend. One of my favorites. He led me expertly around the dance floor, holding me tight and moving to the music with his natural grace. After the song he leaned down and whispered in my ear.

“Come back to my hotel room my grá.” I bit my bottom lip and looked up into his deep blue eyes. I loved the way he said that word, loved how he always called me his love. That word and the look in his eyes sent an electric jolt straight to my already wet pussy. I grinned up at him and nodded.

He pulled me quickly to the table so we could say our goodbye and excuses. I made sure Taylor would take Lily and Tyler back home, letting her know that Josh, my guard would be left here to drive them home. She grinned knowingly and nodded. Lily and Tyler were on the dance floor so we were able to make a smooth and quick getaway. Once we left the ballroom I paused to let Josh know what was going on and Daniel took that time to text Joey his excuse. Then he grabbed my hand and walked quickly to a motorcycle. I glanced around and then back at him.

“Are you serious?” He nodded, and reached over to unhook a helmet and passed it to me.

(Daniel)

I watched as she looked at my bike then back at me, the helmet still in her hands. I grinned and took the helmet out of her hands. I bent down and kissed her fiercely on the mouth, then plonked the helmet on her head.

“Now once I am settled, hike that dress up and wrap your arms and legs around me gorgeous. Then all you have to do is hang on for the ride.” I climbed up on the bike, kick started it, then turned to her. She had her arms crossed over her chest and was shaking her head. “Oh come on, surely you’re not afraid?” Her spine stiffened and she hiked her dress up above her knees then stepped up to the bike, and swung her leg up pulling herself behind me. I grinned and pulled my own helmet on.

“Hold on woman.” I spoke to her through the speakers in the helmet. I turned slightly towards her, placing one of my hands on her thigh. She tucked her dress in under her legs, trying to stay as modest as she could then wrapped her arms around my waist, not too tight so I couldn’t maneuver but tight enough to make me want more. Her legs were nestled tightly around my hips and I groaned, turning back around. “Fuck, I think the hotel is too far away.”

I heard her giggle and the sound went straight to my cock. What was I thinking bringing the bike? I could have ordered a town car or a limo and wouldn’t have to wait. I growled in response to her giggle and pulled out into traffic. She leaned into each turn with me, riding as if she had been on the back of my bike forever. I suddenly went from wanting this drive to end to wanting to go on forever. I took the long way down the streets of New York but the hotel was still looming in front of us too soon. I pulled into the underground garage, nodding at the garage attendant who grinned and waved me in. I pulled into a spot close to the elevators and parked it. I helped her climb off by allowing her to grab my hand and arm as leverage. I climbed off after her, kicking out the kickstand and leaning the bike on it. I took my helmet off then turned to help her with hers. Once I got it off she shook her hair out and grinned up at me.
