He finally opened his eyes and met her gaze. It shone with such a strange admiration and desire. She
liked it. But he hadn’t really done what he wanted. Was he stalling too? He seemed to sincerely want and need her pleasure. Giving pleasure was always something he loved but there always had to be pain involved. Whether it was him in pain or them, both were required in some form or fashion. And the more pleasure and pain, the better.

But
at that very moment, Daniel realized an entirely new ingredient that had never ever been present in his sessions.

The need to hold her
. Caress her. Comfort her.

Love her.

He undid her hands
and ankles, and laid down, groaning at the amazing high that came when she wrapped him in her arms and legs while kissing him with those hungry sounds, those wonderfully insane
I can’t get enough of you
sounds. The satisfaction it gave him was entirely new and not derived from sexual acts. It was…
emotional.
He’d
never
had any emotional satisfaction. But he couldn’t resist hers. And he seemed to crave it as bad as he did the dark shit.

Wow. Sofia was just blown away. She kissed Daniel like there was no tomorrow, wanting him to know what he meant to her. “Baby, baby…” Crap, her emotions were overtaking her.

Daniel bolted up on an elbow at realizing she was crying. “Oh,
fuck
Sofia, I hurt you, God, baby, I’m so sorry!” He smothered her with kisses and it only made her love him more which in turn made her cry more which of course panicked Daniel more. He wrapped her in his arms cooing to her, remorse breaking his strong voice. Sofia felt terrible that she couldn’t explain that it was because he was so sweet that her emotions went whack. Look at how scared he was that he’d hurt her, how could he not see he was a good man?

Sofia sh
ook her head, trying to tell him he’d done nothing wrong. “Oh my God, Daniel!”

“Baby, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.”

“No, no, not sorry. You are
so good
at this…this mean loving stuff, I mean I have never…ever…had such an amazing orgasm!”

Daniel froze for several seconds before collapsing on her with a huge sigh of relief
. “Are you serious? I didn’t hurt you?”

“No, not at all. I mean a little but it was just like that saying?”
He continued to give her a hundred relieved kisses. “Hurt so good? Yeah, that. It hurt but it was so good, it wasn’t bad.”

“Shit baby. I haven’t really done anything bad yet.”

“What?” She struggled to catch her breath. “What do you mean nothing bad, you pinched me and scratched me and bit me, like
really
hard.”

Daniel’s laughter came
out in stifled snickers.

“What! What’s funny?” She slapped his shoulder, annoyed. “You
did
hurt me.” She got up on her elbow staring at him, laying there with his hands covering his face, howling his laughter. She was momentarily speechless at his nerve. “What the hell else do you have in mind Mr…meany pants, to do me in the butt with a burning candle?”

Daniel kicked his legs and held his stomach in sti
tches and Sofia got distracted by his magnificent body. He was just damn beautiful. She didn’t understand how in the world he could be so blind about his own amazingness. Sofia found herself grinning at how wonderful he sounded laughing. And happy. Even if it was at her expense.

He finally looked at her. “Uh-oh, what’s that look?”

Laughter shadowed his voice and Sofia sat fully up and pulled her knees to her chest, angling her gaze at him. “You. You act like you’re this sadistic person but you’re no more harmful than my pet gerbil.”

He cracked up again then finally got up on his elbow and leaned toward her. Sofia leaned away, pissed. “You think I’m just soooo naïve, don’t you.”

His laughter returned and he buried his face on her arm. “No, okay yes, naïve, but it’s the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen.”

“I am
not
naïve, I know a lot of stuff about a lot of things.”

He pushed her down onto the table and held her throat and jaw and kissed her until all she remembered was
I love Daniel Fletcher.

“Tell me about your life Sofia,” he whispered between passionate kisses. “Tell me.” He moved from her lips and kissed along her cheek toward her ear.

“My life?”

“Yes.” He made it to her ear and covered her body with his. “Your childhood. Tell me all about it.” He bit her earlobe softly. “What’s your best and worst memory?”

Sofia opened her legs and wrapped them around his waist, feeling the length of his hardness against her sex. “Hard to remember the best memories when I’m with you.”

His lips stopped kissing and he pulled his head up and stared at her, looking
like somebody shit on his parade. “If I’m so bad, then why are you with me? No, don’t answer that.”

Sofia gripped his waist tight when he tried to move off of her. “What? Wait, no. I mean I can’t remember because…” He held still
with his eyes cast to the side like somebody waiting for bad news. She pulled his lips to hers and kissed him tenderly. “Cause you are my best memories.”

Daniel’s face froze and became unreadable stone. Now what had she said wrong? “What the hell is wrong with you?”

“Okaaaay?”

“I mean…why are you with me? You deserve a nice, normal man, not somebody constantly on the edge of illogical reason. You’re beautiful, sweet, smart…I’m serious Sofia.”

“Do go on, I’m learning a lot about myself at least. You want me to explain why I love you? I’m so not good at that kind of stuff, it’s like a what is truth question. Does
it just feels right and I can’t explain why
work for you?”

He closed his eyes slowly. “Can I fuck you in the ass?”

Sofia’s heart skipped a beat and she covered it up with an exasperated laugh. “Absolutely,” she nodded, “not!

She gave a slow grin. “Unless…”

His brows narrowed as he eagerly waited.

“Wait a minute,” Sofia said, “why are you
asking,
I thought you were supposed to be mister meany pants.

“Are you asking me to force you?”

She bit her lower lip, trying not to laugh. “Ask
you
to force
me?
A little oxymoronish. It’s not really force if I’m asking
?

She felt his cock jump and his tongue slid across his sexy lower lip. “If I forced you…it could hurt.”

His voice had turned husky and heat pooled in her stomach until it made her hips squirm. “I could demand you stop if it did.”

“I could not listen.”

“I could kick your ass.”

His brows rose. “
Not if you’re tied up.”

She gave him a slight smile. “I’d be a fool to agree to that.”

He returned her slight smile and began nibbling along her jaw. “Utterly.”

Sofia squirmed under him. “I’m so scared mister
executioner,” she cried, “I want you to fuck me in the butt, but I don’t want to die, whatever should I do?”

He snorted but continued to kiss. Along her neck now. “You are the
worst
and
funniest
victim, do you know that?”

Sofia stroked his butt with her feet. “I am not!
A bad victim I mean, I’m like totally an amazing victim, a true masochist slash sub at heart.”

He chuckled then lifted his head and stared into her eyes. “I love you.”

Chapter Four

Daniel was fighting the urge to withdraw into himself like he did when he was young and didn’t know what to do with certain feelings. The enigma named Sofia smiling up at him, spearing his chest with emotions, confounded everything he thought he was. She’d just given him permission to use force
in one of the things he considered a huge violation. She’d also demonstrated that she trusted him to not hurt her...too badly.

Why did that make him feel what he was feeling? And what
was
that feeling? To be trusted. Mostly he felt like a fake, a liar, a thief even, for having something as amazing as trust from the woman he loved. Then there was that other part of him. The part of him that made him tweak his sickness to appear normal, the part of him that didn’t allow him to give in and give up. Who
was
that inside him? Was it him? If it was any real part of him, he didn’t know this person. And yet…he found himself more curious than ever about what that person inside him, insisted—that there was hope. A reason to fight. A purpose.

Daniel had accepted those challenges long ago
, but in anger. It was his way of getting vengeance. Showing his enemy, his father, that he
could not
force him to do anything ever again. And now, as he stared into the eyes of the woman he loved, he realized that maybe…maybe the fighting instinct inside him had been for this. To become worthy of her.

He could so handle that. Fighting for her was much better than vengeance. It felt like the kind of purpose he was born for. Meant for. Not deserving
of, but if it was what
she
wanted, what would he not do to give it to her? One thing suddenly became devastatingly clear to Daniel. The same way it was clear to him during orgasm with her and the Universe paused and imparted all its metaphysical secrets via human emotion. Daniel couldn’t put it in words, nor did he understand it, but he felt it. He was designed, created, and born, to love Sofia.

The revelation wowed Daniel
. And empowered him with a self-control that made him feel invincible. Made him feel able to do whatever he wanted with her without worrying about going too far.

“Hold on to the top of the chair.”

Sofia didn’t waste a second to comply, ending with a sparkling excitement in those clear blue eyes, a smile teasing at her full small mouth.

“Do you know how much I love you?” Daniel straddled her perfect hips.

She bit her lower lip while staring at his painfully erect cock. “More than macadamia nut cookies?”

He stroked his cock, groaning with the tingle in his ass and spine that came from her steadfast gaze on what he was doing. He cupped his balls with his other hand and he watched her hungry gaze glide up his body. She suddenly came off the chair and knelt before him, her fingers raking over his back, her teeth nipping at his skin. Fuck that felt good.

“You know what I want?” she whispered.

He
took her face and kissed her, eager to give her the world. “Tell me.” He reverently nibbled her lip.

She took hold of his cock with one hand and his balls with the other. “I want you…in this chair. Really, really bad.”

Daniel got dizzy on the amount of desire that slammed him. He fisted his hand in her hair and pulled back then scraped his teeth along her neck before sucking entirely too hard. “Anything for you,” he gasped. “Sofia.”

“Do it. Now.”

Though the words were commanded, everything about it was a sweet beg.

“How do you want me?”

She kissed his chest as she climbed off the chair, her lips seeming to have a hard time leaving his skin. “Hands here.” She pointed to the top of the chair. “And…” she bit her lower lip, looking up at him. “Can I have your legs wide open?”

Daniel’s heart skipped a beat at the request and the sweet way she asked.

“Absolutely.”

Her smile was all sunshine and lottery winnings.

“You’ll have to secure me.”

“Just tell me how.” She placed her hands behind her back like a cute naked school girl and bounced eagerly. Daniel showed her how to work the straps and in no time she had him bound. Daniel’s heart felt like it would break free of his chest as he watched her put a finger to her lips and study his tools on the table. He silently willed her to select the anal strap on probe he’d fantasized fucking her with. He was one step closer to believing in God when she picked it up. “What’s this?”

He cleared his throat and hoped it functioned. “It’s a strap on anal probe.”

She bit her lower lip and smiled before turning to him with a scrunched up face. “You probably wouldn’t…want that?”

Daniel swallowed. “I want…whatever you want.”

She gazed at his telltale straining cock and her cute smile grew. “I think I do want that.” She regarded the object in her hand. “So, how the heck does it work?”

Daniel somehow sounded casual as he told her how to put his dream come true on. He hated that he liked it in his ass, but doing it with Sofia was like a get out of jail free card.
Not dirty or demeaning in any way for him. But perfect.

“Guessing I’ll need this?” She picked up the lubrication.

Daniel could only nod, completely at her mercy. She wanted his legs open
and
back. So he’d instructed her to use the ceiling straps to hold his knees up and open and the side chair straps for his ankles. He’d
never
been bound in such a vulnerable way and that alone had him fascinated with a mixture of shame and desire.
