The
fire gathering in his core rushed to his balls and his release raced through
his cock. He pumped into her two more quick strokes. He dug his toes into the
bed as he shoved his way inside her as far as he could go. His balls banged
against her, and he poured all that he was into the woman who was the love of
his life. When they’d both stopped moving, he lowered her legs and embraced her
in his arms. He rolled off her and onto his back but he carried her with him
until she lay spread out on top of him. Her head rested over his heart, and he
kissed her hair. Stroking the arm at her side. Eventually, their breathing
evened.

“I love you,” he said. For the first time in days he was at peace.

He
closed his eyes, but he heard her say, “I love you.” just as sleep claimed him.
Baron wondered if she’d heard him and replied or just said it on her own.
Either way didn’t matter. He smiled.

Jasmine
awakened, but she wasn’t sure why. It was still dark out. They’d both fallen
asleep after making love, and she still half lay on Baron. She didn’t
understand how something so hard, like his incredible body, could be so
comfortable, but he was. She held him tighter. God, she loved him. She’d be
forever grateful for whatever destiny had led him to the condo building she
managed, even more so that he took the risk to come find her. That she took the
risk of letting him. Suddenly feeling wide awake and wanting to show the man
she loved how much he meant to her, she moved a little so she could run her
tongue around his nipple. She only had to do it once before his sex became
rock-hard. She smiled because part of him was waking up. It was the one thing
she could count on with Baron—he was always ready for her. She glanced up
at him, but his eyes were still closed and his breathing even. He wasn’t
fooling her. She knew that look. The man was wide awake. Well, she would not
disappoint him. Shifting, she grasped his cock, which was hard as granite, and
placed it inside her wet sheath. He moaned and raised his hips. She clamped
down on him and then sat up, holding him within her so she could take him
deeper.

His
eyes opened and he stared at her.

“Jasmine,”
he whispered.

She
loved to wake him up like this. The sound of her name on his lips, the breathy,
sexy way he said it, the feel of him inside her. “Good morning.”

He
raised his hands and held her hips, keeping her in place. “I see you’re ready
for an early morning ride.”

“Always.”
Then she squeezed her muscles around him, and he groaned, closing his eyes and holding
her tighter. She began lifting up, then easing down. They settled into a
familiar rhythm, both moving in sync. It didn’t take much for her thighs to
begin quivering with the sensation that told her she was close. When her
stomach muscles clamped down and the juices began to rush from her core, Baron
had already rolled her underneath him. He dove into her like a man taking a
dive off the deep end of a diving board. He had the power and strength to take
him to the depths of the pool. When he climaxed for the second time, she
welcomed the explosion of familiar heat filling her. Each and every part.

This
time he didn’t roll onto his back but just to the side, their legs entwined and
his arm around her waist. “You remember?” he asked.

She smiled
because she’d also heard him. She savored that voice she’d first fallen in love
with. “Yes. Everything.”
